On the upper floor, it's pretty run down, including the pool tables. It's on par with an old snooker hall. -

What is not acceptable is the filthy urinal. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years and it stinks. 0 stars.

R. B.Fantastic venue. A lot of effort has gone into redecoration and looks fresh, modern and so much of an improvement (if you went in whilst it was riley's your in for a shock. A nice one though lol). They have finally got rid of the 80's vinyl flooring too. The pool tables are some of the best in Lincoln. As membership is required to enter you don't get the idiots that other places in town suffer from. I like taking my kids here too during the day. Staff are fantastic and look after tables, You can order on your phone and the staff will bring it to your table so your not wasting time at the bar.
The toilets are still to be updated but I was told it's already on the to do list.
P. M.A fantastic venue, great for a night out with mates as there is so much to choose from. English, American and Snooker tables, darts area is nice and the screen for watching the football is massive. Great range of food and drinks that are well priced and the staff are amazing. Go for a visit you won't be disappointed.

The venue bears no comparison to the old Riley’s and is a credit to the new ownership.
Enjoyed a nice game of pool. A decent pint and great service all at a reasonable price.
This will be my venue of choice for sports events and I have already booked my spot for the euros!
Well done to the staff who were both friendly and helpful throughout my visit making for a great night enjoyed by my friends in equal measure.
S. M.Ok I suppose but is really wanting a full clean and redecoration, very dirty in places and the pool tables have not been cleaned very well.
And is a bit of an insult when you cannot use your own cue because previous damage to the cloth on the side aprons

L.Logan made our night nothing was touch trouble the other staff we were hit with not sure we can and no we carnt I ask for napkin for food I was told no logan without even being in conversion handed me 3 napkins point being he went out his way to help my night that night being a deal between 3 companies worth 120k and I choose the spot thank u logan I will not forget u and will be back hopefully next with 30 staff not 5
