Amazing staff, really helpful staff especially after my daughters birthday party got cancelled with just over an hours notice! The team (Chloe and Megan) couldn’t help any more- even got my daughter a slush for her birthday!! Sorted the deal for us and kept checking in with us! It was not bad. Kids enjoyed just i thought could be little bit more time. My girl was little bit upset as could not go to some things..as she was not tall anaught( would say 1cm less then suppose☹)1 hour goes so quick and if you have food in place...but so good fun for kids.

Good fun and usually helpful price the prices are moderate and fair for the time you get. Time flies fast but very tiring. bring drinks with you as they are quite dear. Not many safes work and the toilets are gross but you have a good view of your kids in the trampoline area but not the inflatables and they have a toddler area for the smaller children. Overall good fun but has loud music which can get annoying.

Our first visit to Jump Inc Lincolnshire, we normally go to our local Jump Inc Colchester which doesn’t compare to Lincolnshire they have so much to do here an inflatable section, massive jumping section, walk the wall, basket hoops and more. Cafe is reasonable and toilets are clean,

Great place for the children! I took three teenagers, pre booked online (recommended) and let them loose for an hour. Massive hanger building, filled half with trampolines and half with inflatables. The boys LOVED it and you have the option of adding an additional hour on for £4.50 if you want. We went to an evening session which was less busy. Pop music plays as the children bounce off walls and tumble into the abyss. I sat upstairs and just relaxed. We took our own drinks but there is a cafe there and also a slushy centre. It’s a bit pricey though so I would recommend just having a good session, take your own drinks and go to macdonalds afterwards. Large free car park and just on the perimeter of Lincoln, so no need to drive into the town centre either. If going by train, the lady on the desk told me it’s only a ten minute walk to the centre, which is worth noting for those popping in on public transport.

Had a great time at the toddler session with our 3 year old. It cost around £15 including socks, but we can keep those so next time it will only cost £5 as 2 adults can go free. The trampolines and inflatables were all good fun but some of the more "extreme" areas were closed off. Toilets are a bit of a state due to ongoing work, but we'll definitely be coming back!

What a fantastic venue for my sons birthday party of 26 children. Very well organised and attentive staff looking after our every need during the party - even joining in with the children. The food was hot and delicious and enjoyed by all. I would definitely recommend this for a great party you won't be disappointed.

Super fun times and really well run! I have to give a big shout out to Abbey who works at Jump Inc. She looked after my niece's 9th birthday party and I can't compliment her services enough. She was attentive, she had an upbeat energy, nothing was any trouble for her, she was friendly and polite and she was super efficient too. The jumping around was awesome fun too. I especially loved the section that looks like that 'beat the wall' programme on telly. Thanks again to Abbey and the team for doing such a marvellous job. 👏

We all love jump inc. and in the past this has been a great place to take the kids. However, we visited today and found the experience to be considerably poorer than usual. We booked a bounce session, (I also participated) with the kids and found the equipment to be poorly maintained and with holes in the inflatables. The downstairs loos were blocked (as usual) and there was no soap. Hand sanitiser was available, but given how grubby the place was I really would have liked to have washed my hands properly. We pre-booked pizza but when ordering were asked if we wanted to bother as there was a considerable wait on food (20 mins). As we had pre-paid as part of the session this was a surprising request. The pizza when it arrived was burned and the portion size miniscule. On balance not great value for money. We will drive to Grantham (to another company) in future if Jump inc. does not improve.

A great place to take the kids. You book for an hour, which seems short but trust me 1hr of this produces tired kids! Bonus. The early Sunday toddler session is very, very popular. The 10am session was perfect for 6+. Not to busy and the kids could try every zone. There is something for most ages be it trampolining or budding parkour, Ninja warrior wannabees. The website has great pictures and are actually true to life. No wide angled lenses to make it look bigger. I didn't buy from the cafe but the prices seemed OK. There is a reasonable amount of on site parking but I imagine it's not so good at busier times. There are 5 party rooms for birthdays and the staff were well organised and all over it. Four parties on the go during our visit and everyone looked happy. So whilst a short time period it was actually very good fun and I would definitely recommend it for a family activity. Especially for cold or wet weather to get out of the house.

Had a fantastic time here. Lots of different things to do here with a variety of trampoline shapes and sizes. There's a large inflatable area suitable for a range of ages and an obstacle course for older kids. Also on site is a large seating area, reasonably priced cafe and small amusement arcade. The staff are all really helpful and friendly and very quick to respond to any situation that could cause potential injuries. Great place and worth the money

Good range of activities for kids. Some have height restrictions on like the Ninja warrior type course. My daughter hurt her ankle and the staff were straight there to offer first aid. Can get really busy at times but this appears to be managed well by the staff. You can order food and drink straight to your table with your phone. Prices are what you would expect when you have a captive audience. The drinks I have had have been nice and hot which is not always the case in some places. Worth a visit on a rainy day ☔👍😁

Lots for the kids to do with a trampoline section and large inflatable section. There is also another section with monkey bars. Kids absolutely loved it. There is adequate seating for adults that don't want to go on themselves, but the activities there are good for adults also. Quick burst of energy for all the family. Can get very busy at times but that is to be expected. Loads of different bounce equipment to use including a Ninja Warrior course. My only gripe is the food and drink is very expensive. I do expect it from these types of places but I think these prices are a little too much.

Lovely staff and really fun place to come but don't go if the weather is too hot as there is no aircon. I didn't even go on the trampolines and it was too hot, my children only lasted on the trampolines for about 15 minutes before they were a big pile of sweat and wanted to go outside.

I have been here a few times and it is always really fun. The performance trampolines are awesome and a member of staff called Blake was really helpful. He was nice and experienced and he taught me to how to do some new tricks and how to improve my current ones. This was really awsome and not something offered by alot of other staff members at other parks I've been to. I'll definitely come again!

My 9 & 10 year old always love coming here. It’s great value and Jump Squad membership isn’t worth it for all year discounts, inc. a 241 deal. I’ve read other reviews and have experienced the waits, some mid communication re: food orders etc BUT it’s a busy popular place and the staff are under constant pressure. They’ve always sorted anything as quickly as they can and with great customer service, we’ve always left happy ( the kids especially ) so deserve my 5 stars.

Amazing! Socks were £15 for our family. Considering you get to save them, it's worth the money. 4yo loves it there, the inflatables are bouncy and sturdy. Would highly recommend this to children and adults because the convenience, price and quality is shocking. One thing I would say is the service is quite slow so I would recommend arriving earlier for more time since you only get an hour. My family was staggered because we only had an hour to spare here. We have been to a couple of kids' birthday parties here recently, and thought it was great. The inflatables and the trampolines require different amounts of grip, but the socks they give you are reversible so you are good to go. The inflatables are really good. The party food is great and the pizzas are pretty decent.

Entry is always slow I feel plus having to watch the safety video again when we are actually supervising the minors is tedious. However most of the staff are quite young, but they are courteous, friendly and keep their eye on the ball for those who are sticking to guidelines. The grandkids love it...gives them an appetite and more than likely a good nights sleep 😁

My daughter had a fab time here. The only criticism is, that we queued for 15 mins even tho we had already paid online and signed the waiver. They could do with a separate til for those that had paid before hand. The heating wasn’t working so it was freezing for my mum who was sat watching us bounce. Great effort made on first day of opening after lockdown. Temperatures checked on arrival, new socks that turn inside out!! Plenty of hand sanitizer stations, staff constantly cleaning surfaces, then when the 1 hour session was over a mass effort from staff sanitizing the play areas before the next session starts. We had our son's 7th birthday party at Jump Inc this weekend. Michaela was a really helpful and friendly party assistant, making sure everyone of all ages was included in the event and nothing at all was too much trouble for her. The quality and quantity of the party food was excellent - well worth the amount we had paid. I did have some booking questions prior to the event and had to phone to confirm some details. I waited a considerable time (10-15 mins) for the phone lines to be answered - my email sent prior to that was not replied to at all. Had I needed to book additional places above the 10 place party package, this would have been difficult to do given the issues I had contacting Jump Inc by phone and email.

Me and my teacher friends went here on a fun day out during the holidays. We obviously expected to be surrounded by children, but it wasn't anywhere near as crowded as I thought it might be, since we did go on a peak time. My only niggle was that when I asked a member of staff about the wall walk which I had seen before, the staff member didn't even know what it was; I would expect members of staff to being able to have at least a basic understanding of the different activities they have on the site. But other than that, a great time.

Just had my daughter's 11th birthday party here. Kathy (Jump Inc.), was really good. After greeting us, sorting out forms and the important safety brief. She offered drinks for us adults, while the children went off and explored. After the hour was up and the children where back to the party area. Kathy was back bringing out the food to them. We gave her the cake, candles and other bits to go on the cake. She decorated the cake and brought it out when they where ready. Adding the personal touch was when she stayed around to assist at the end. Great service and exceptional experience. Thanks and please pass on our thanks to Kathy as our daughter loved every second.

Be careful when you go, make sure you do your research, book online and look for deals on Groupon. **They seem to have made some changes and it's now really good fun and you can get some deals. The new Ninja Warrior area is decent and challenging.

We had a wonderful time for my daughters 3rd birthday the lady running it was very helpful although we had a accident immediately someone had mopped the floor outside the toilets with some kind of greasy solution my sister fell heavily and really hurt herself the lady on front desk cleaned it correctly and offered a ice pack so thanks to her. But was mentioned it happens often and could be slushy machines next to area my friends 2 year old also fell and hurt his back. Worth a mention as my sister is bruised and really hurt.

Kids loved the bouncing, however from an adults point of view, the organisation from start to finish was poor. Slow check in, followed by very slow service in the cafe. Seemed to be lots of staff floating around but no one actually organising them. Also, security to the building was lacking. Anyone could wander in and out, fire doors were wide open near the toilets. Our children are old enough and big enough for us not to worry too much, but just felt this needed feeding back.

The big jump thing BAD THINGS: The location. It's literally in a trading estate! The safety video, it's boring, although I already know my safety. How long it takes to book your stay How long you're there for. In some cases, you're only there for 30 min! The place is very disorganized. The music. At one point, the music was so loud, it sounded like it's glitching! The price of food and drinks (it's expensive!)

what an amazing space and great that they have opened up in Lincoln ! my son loved it and for the hour session ( more than enough time) I think it's amazing value for money - although as my lad is under 5 so we were able to do the toddler session that was only a fiver ! - with that your allowed 2 accompanying adults for free . it will being alot more expensive for families with a couple of older kids at a tenner each ( adults aswell) but I'm certainly going to make the most of it while I can for the next few months. book online to avoid disappointment as there is limited spaces for each session.

Large trampoline and inflatable indoor play area. Ninja area as well which is isn't very good or well kept. Unfortunately they forgot to give me the socks I'd paid for (you have to have these) then gave me the wrong size so had to go back twice. Then had to watch an induction video. Actual time spent using facilities was therefore only 55 minutes. Loads of drinks available including unlimited slushies for £4.95. Sky Sports also available for the dads! Would have scored higher but for the bad experience at the start. £8 each. Socks were £4.50.

Looked good when we walked in ,very friendly greeting, pricey I thought 2 kids £27 but you got 2pairs of socks 1 for the inflatables and 1 for the trampolines (4pairs in total) in that price, kids thoroughly enjoyed it, although some of the inflatables weren't working. For the amount of people that were in there could've done with some more seating , there was a lot of reserved for party areas.

As a parent to 12 year old twins meeting up with friends gave us the perfect opportunity to visit Jump Inc at Lincoln. the kids enjoyed the variety of trampolines and bouncy castle fun. however as a spectator I advise you bring your thermals. my main criticism was no signage in the car park to tell you were the entrance was and metal seats in an already cold building not good for the old piles. but besides that fab.

Jump inc has great facilities for kids. Dont expect any of the staff to know what's going on. We had to ask for the jump, drink and pizza deal when paying to get in. After bouncing I went to claim the drink and pizza slice included to be told that I didnt have the correct ticket. After asking the young girl how I should get about the correct ticket she said she didnt even know they did that deal. She then told me I had to pay for toppings on the pizza slice which was to be expected on my behalf but when the slices were brought over the toppings I had paid for weren't on it

Great addition to Lincoln, about time we had something fun for younger and older kids plus adults, Playzone and Funfarm are good for the under 10s but can become mundane after this age, Jump is brilliant and well worth a visit, food and drinks aren't extortionate they are generally what you would expect to pay. Best to book a slot online before going.
