Hired venue for 70th birthday party. Nice and cheap. Nice staff. Own DJ not very good and pricey....could have done better myself. I think the venue lighting needs to be a bit more atmospheric. We were told we had lost a £50 deposit as someone brought their own drink but they did not provide evidence to support this and not wanting to cause issue, it was accepted.

Great place for a family gathering, I attended my brothers 80th birthday party along with family and friends, had a brilliant night!! The place itself is ideal if you're looking for somewhere not too big, nicely decorated inside, carpark outside for people who want to take the car. We were lucky enough to be able to walk to it and others were too as a lot lived quite local. As it's in a residential area the bar closed at 11.30 which is adequate for people who are 60+ not so sure about the younger ones.
