It's too good.
Came here recently for an end of year Works party. As you come off the main road, through the tree lined entrance into the expanse of a glorious English Summers Cricket pitch. English? Eng-lush more like.
There was a Cricket match taking place as I arrived. The evening Sun was out, the birds where singing. I felt like I was in an episode of Morse.
Apparently this is what Maghull is like all the the time, lovely.
Anyway, the venue was great, the staff are amazing. Real people. Not shiny or plastic, proper nice genuine real people. As well as the great location, I came away remembering the staff and wished I could of gave you names. They were great.
Hey, if you get the chance, or find yourself in the area and the Afternoon is sunny and carefree and the day is warm and thirsty, then GO TO THE BEACH OR THE PARK.
Like I said, this place should be kept secret.
