Fantastic, professional bike fitting service, with a full review of baseline position, cleat, saddle and cockpit positioning, supported by photo and video analysis.

Top class swim analysis done with Paul from North Endurance. The knowledge he has and his approach to correcting technique is second to none. As a novice swimmer who has been trying to improve things by myself, the feedback and drills I got can only benefit my swimming. A very enjoyable 45mins. Wish I got this done sooner!!

Paul is a tremendous swim coach. His advice and guidance enabled me to improve my stroke, breathing and times. So much so my mile time improved by 10minutes. This ensured I was able to swim in the cross river Mersey swim. 2.3Km in 43mins. Prior to my coaching with Paul this would not have been possible.

I had a swim analysis with Paul and it was absolutely just what I needed.
I do triathlons and am ok swimmer, but I wanted to push on to the next level. We did a swim session in the docks and Paul did a 20 mins or so analysis video after.
He is very experienced, clearly identified what I needed to improve and how to do it. I think he put a lot of care and effort in. And he was also happy to chat generally with me about triathlons after the session.
I’d definitely recommend if you want to improve your swimming.

I joined North Endurance in order to train for a middle distance triathlon. I had only done one sprint race before I joined the club, so basically a beginner to this event which I really enjoy. The training programme is structured and targeted to your ability. I immediately realised that before North Endurance I didn’t really know how to train properly. You learn how to train effectively and you improve quicker as a result. The group runs are great for pushing yourself harder than you would on your own and there are opportunities for group or individual swimming sessions. The coaches are really approachable and happy to give advice and answer questions.
I achieved a time I didn’t think was possible for my first middle distance and a lot of that is down to the training programme.
North Endurance is a very welcoming and supportive club. It’s not all hard work, we also manage to have some fun times! From post group run session ice cream’s in the park to celebrating completing half marathon races with a team roast dinner, it’s a very sociable club! I feel very lucky to have found North Endurance and to be part of this club where I’ve improved so much at each triathlon discipline and made excellent friends along the way!

Great club, great coaches and great community for athletes of all abilities. Also, great kit!
As a member of the club and also the squad programme I have seen improvements in PBs across 5K, 10K and half marathon distances.
Squad membership means I also get the benefit of coach delivered training sessions via Training Peaks and this has been invaluable for me. I can keep training consistently and in a structured way, even when I cannot make sessions in person. Advice from the coaches or other members is always available via the Whatsapp group.
Would recommend the club and squad to any athlete.

Wicked club - couldn’t have been more welcoming when I joined in August. Structured running sessions with loads of advice on technique, pacing, setting achievable goals and seeing them through. These guys have helped me cut minutes off my 5k time in just a few weeks. Sessions split into groups to run with people of a similar pace. Would recommend to any runner wanting to improve their technique/time, or just get their mojo back.

Been training with North Endurance for a few months. Very professional set up, online and WhatsApp stuff is light years ahead of other previous triathlon clubs I’ve been a member of. Would highly recommend them to both beginner and experienced athletes.

As 2020 wears on, motivation is getting harder to come by especially with winter approaching! Signing up for squads is probably the best decision I made. Not just for physical health but also for my mental wellbeing. I am fitter, stronger and less grumpy-and that is after just one month! Roll on spring!
