B.This is the first gym I've ever really been committed to and showed up to multiple times a week. The staff are amazing, so friendly, helpful, kind, it just really makes it a nice experience to go there. The equipment is great, it's never too busy, the pool is amazing, the steam room is open now as well. Can't recommend enough!
G.Can only speak from my own personal experience and I highly disagree with some of the reviews posted especially with in the last 3months. The staff are mostly welcoming , and usually smiley or normal I read one review where someone said they looked space out etc I think they went to the wrong gym. I live locally and I’ve had worse customer experiences in the pharmacy than at this gym . And as for equipment and facilities honestly it’s not as bad as what I’ve read , we cannot be going to the same gym

B. G.This place has everything you need and more at a fraction of the cost of other pretentious gyms. Gym, Pool, squash courts, sauna and classes. It's not the most modern and some of the equipment is dated but all things considered it's a fantastic deal. Without asking, they actually reduced everyone's direct debits by £7 or so to combat the cost of living. A social enterprise that puts its money where its mouth is and wellbeing of the community over financial interest.
S. G.I have been with this gym for many years now and I always get a nice welcome from Jimi and the rest of the team. The facilities are great with gym/swimming pool and sauna. They have different classes but my definitely favourite is the pilates hosted by Marzena. Price is reasonable and it's only a few minutes away from Balham station. I definitely would recommend it.

Also there is enough space for kids to run around in the party room..
