I would like to appreciate the excellent customer service provided by the online Chelsea Megastore. I received a damaged product due to poor packaging In December and complained via email to the support team. The team was quick to respond, they understood the issue and immediately addressed the same. They offered a refund or a resend of the product. I opted for another product which got delivered to me in less than 2 weeks. I am extremely pleased with the entire experience and I would love to order more products in the future and recommend them to friends and family. Special Thanks to Avery, Jordan, Pat, Casey and Drew (whom I interacted with on email).

Kids loved it. The shop is looking great, love the legends painted shirts on the wall on entry to the store. Service was good, Winston helped us with the third shirt for my little boy. Name and number printed within 45 minutes which allowed us to walk around outside and have a drink.

I love a wonder around but unfortunately on match day the queue was far too long to get inside and I didn't get the opportunity to shop. On previous visits I have come to the stadium at least 2 hrs before the match and therefore had time to browse and shop. Lesson learned never attempt to get inside so close to kick-off 😉

I went to Emirates stadium first. After then I went to the Stamford. Compare with this two, then the blue one is better. For me, the first time when I saw the shop, I couldn’t shut my mouth. It’s awesome and really great place to buy gift for your friends. I recommend here to you^_^

For football lovers, you will proud if finally, you can visit the store and the stadium as one of the popular Football Club in England and also in Europe the "Chelsea FC". The Megastore, the Stadium, and the Museum are easy to find for they located in the inside of London city. In the megastore, you can buy souvenirs, Tshirt, shoes, and anything related to football and to Chelsea FC. By coincidence, my hotel where I stayed while traveling to London was near to this Megastore so I dropped by there, I would like to join the museum and tour but not available at that time. So I saw the stadium from the outside and visit the megastore to buy things from there.

All Chelsea merchandise are available here. I've been here a few times and I've got everything I wanted bar the books. The only thing that isn't complete as mentioned above are the match day programme and club magazine. For that it's better to just get them online. Staffs are well placed all corners of the store to help your queries.

Honestly, the store is large but is left wondering after experiencing the behemoth of the Arsenal and Tottenham stores. An urgent rebuild or redesign should be on the cards. I found it difficult to find something I wanted here, part in due to the layout of the store and poor/banal merchandise design. On the other hand, whilst browsing the other two aforementioned stores, there were many items that I would have purchased had the emblem been a Chelsea one.

An American visiting London for the first time and attended a CFC game. Security to Stamford Bridge advised me to hide my Chelsea scarf since I was sitting in the Swansea section. Very accommodating and polite staff. The Megastore employee who assisted me with selecting a jersey, kindly advised and waited patiently while I was trying to decide. Top notch customer service that you hardly see in the United States any longer.

I might be a little bit biased. But I'll keep it as unbiased as possible The collection they have is massive. They have every single thing about Chelsea. Jerseys, scarves, jackets, you name it - they have it My experience with the staff is decent. My only problem is that there are no staff that could support me at that time. I must go all the way to the cashier just to ask for something, which is kinda annoying at times I bought a jersey and a jacket from them, along with some keychains and scarves. I came all the way from Indonesia to london, and I'm happy to say that my experience hasn't disappointed me so far. Oh and if anyone's wonderin about the durability of their name printing. Don't worry. As long as you wash your jersey inside out with some cold water, you'll be fine for 2 years

An amazing megastore... myself and my family have to visit the store when we arrived London.. its a fabulous place.. gives feelings of happiness, energy, and exciting... whenever im their i have to enjoy the product there. Myself and my family enjoyed visiting the store.. ordered several stuff with good prices and high quality.. i wish the store open more stores around the world and cities e.g. Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Bahrain and other countries... glad being there… they have an excellent products with fabulous varieties wish that you increase your varieties to include and sell products with countries flags that have the club logo .. open cafes in the international airports and in the outlets that provide drinks and menu based on your products. You can make special products for homes.. making people very close and attached to the store. Also I would love to visit the club store around the world also membership program to increase the loyalty.. I know this is a huge work to do but it can be done.. looking for the next visit.. I want to see the store selling products with their logo with countries names too. Finally.. I wish you all the best
