Reviews of Ealing Trailfinders Rugby Club
T. R.
Nice facilities, nice for a day out watching rugby. Grounds a bit difficult to get to without a car (nearby trains are not on any of the mainlines), however looking forward to watching some games next year when the Trailfinders are in the premiership.
L. D.
Good grounds, lovely staff. Great atmosphere, apparently good guinness!! Not my tipple but was assured it was. Was there to watch a game of Rugby, well done on the win Ealing T!! Good views of the field from various sides. Very nice site, car park available, main stand had food available, seemed very popular. Two bars, one in the main stand and one by the field, bar service was friendly and quick. Nice clean toilets available. Also noted a wedding going on at the pavilion.
It is a lovely family orientated club with good facilities.

We booked the Mini Pavilion for our twins birthday party and it was fantastic! Before the event, Sophie and Annett were so helpful and available and on the day Ruben, Emilia and the whole team were INCREDIBLE!! So professional, kind and accommodating, I would honestly recommend this venue to anyone looking to celebrate a birthday or for another type of event. Lovely service and great staff, I couldn't fault it! Also, the food was great too :)
Thank you Ruben, Emilia, Annett and Sophie!

Not your usual sort of stadium more a sports club need to do a bit of work if they want to play in premiership catering leaves a little bit to desire my local amateur club is far better other than that not bad

Nice and intimate atmosphere.

Great local club. Shame they'll most likely move when promoted but lots on at trailfinders. Has cricket, netball, 5 a side and other sports as well.

Great pitches and friendly coaches from the under 11's football team. Parking good too!!

The Club has a first team squad, Men's Section, Academy Section, Youth Section, Minis Section and Referees Section. The Ealing Trailfinders first team finished as champions in National League 1 for season 2012–13 and won promotion, for the first time, to the second tier of the English rugby union leagues, the RFU Championship. After one season they finished in twelfth place and were relegated back to National League 1.
The Men’s Section runs four teams, competing in The Shield and the Middlesex Merit Leagues, and Middlesex Veterans League. The Academy and Youth Sections are for players aged 13 to 23 and the new Academy feeds players directly into senior rugby. The youth teams cater for boys and girls at all levels of ability and currently have players representing the county at all age group levels, as well as players just being introduced to the game. The youth play in the Hertfordshire and Middlesex leagues and, in season 2011–12, were league winners at U14 level as well as winning Division Three at U16 level. The club is active at all levels. The mini and youth sections have teams in several age groups with over 750 registered players, making it the biggest club in Middlesex and one of the largest in the country.[citation needed] The club's junior teams are regular winners of County Festivals, and champions of the Herts and Middlesex Leagues for Youth Rugby.

We went to Trailfinders for the Halloween night. It was really good. We were given some punch on arrival, you can order drinks and food through their website. Food was great, big portions. Staff were friendly and polite. The show was great, with a range of comedy, burlesque, shadow puppets, magic, and the Rubix cube guy, that kinda stole the show.

Great rugby club popular with the local community. Has as number of all weather 4G pitches besides traditional turf pitches. A well equipped bar and popup hot food counter keep the players and family well fed and watered as they catch up on televised rugby games protected on to huge screens.
Also home ground to a number of schools and clubs.

Lovely grounds made very warm welcome

Visited when my son (London Welsh) played the Trailfinders. The bar and food prices are fair. The indoor is fresh and new but retains their heritage in perfect harmony. The players and staff are fantastic and very disabled aware. Disabled parking is both free and on site as well as being placed in the best possible place as opposed to best bays for VIPs' or players. There is only one covered stand so you can get wet. The stand is not wheelchair friendly but if the weather is bad just go inside and watch through the perfectly located glass wall.
The home fans are very welcoming and a delight to meet as it's all about a good match in a good atmosphere so it really is a family friendly location.
If you're on a budget but visiting London and would like to watch some live in your face Rugby (you are meer feet from the pitch) this is a great option for grass roots Rugby to semi-pro that you will enjoy as much as watching larger more expensive teams but almost certainly with a fabulous atmosphere.
So to all at Ealing Trailfinders, thank you for giving London Welsh a fantastic season finish at Easter 2015/16 season. An even bigger thank you for the wonderful staff (back room to players) for making everyone feel so welcome.

I’ve been using the gym at Ealing Trailfinders for just over a year and with the help of my Personal Trainer have really increased my overall fitness and strength. There is a great atmosphere and the training team cater for all abilities. If you’re looking for training in Ealing I would highly recommend West London Fitness.

Live rugby at Ealing Trailfinders! It was so great to experience this again on Saturday 5th Dec. Trailfinders Sports Club did a brilliant job of putting on a game while adhering to all the rules and restrictions that go with this sort of thing nowadays. If you have never been before then next time the opportunity arises go, its great and Ealing Trailfinders are a prety good team so yiu wont be disappointed with the rugby.
