Reviews of Oxygen Freejumping Trampoline Park
C. E.
The stars are from the kids point of view. Great for kifs, chaotic for the adults :) kids have great fun. The place is also ideal for b-day parties. However the e trance is a bitt chaotic and the staff is not very proactive in terms of helping. Especially during COVID such pşaces established a robust processes to keep things tidy and in line but not so much here. The parking is limited so you may end up parking on the road side, not a major issue. The toilets were OK, could be a bit cleaner. If you are here, obviously you are here for the kids. You can have some bites and snacks from tha cafe as well.
S. V.
Best activity place near North West London. Trampoline park is filled with activities for all age group. You have book online , family ticket of 4 will cost you £45.00 or individual ticket is around £13.00 for 60 minutes / £17 for 90 minutes / £19 for 120 minutes. You have to purchase special grip socks from the counter which cost you around £5.00 per pair.
Before 10 minutes to activity you will be given briefing of do and don'ts via video and then you can jump in. The activity area is in two floors.
On the ground floor one section for infants less than 10 years, and more than 5 activity on ground floor and 2 activity on Frist floor.
The cafeteria and toilets are in the Frist floor. The view area for parents are also in Frist floor. Overall good experience and only negative I see is, there is no enough staffs to clean and santise the place.
R. L.
Great fun. Took a 13 and 10 year old. 1 hour was enough required a slush drink to reset at the end. The wipeout spinny round thing looked great.
Z. S.
This place has been renovated but my sons prefers the old facilities. For this I am rating 3 starts but I loved the changes, however, my sons refused to have the 30 days pass, I think they found the place lacking space. The service was absolutely amazing, the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
D. S.
Great place for little ones! Very attentive and friendly staff. Unique thing that was scary for us is a metal stairs in the center of the area, that were a little bit unsafe for our opinion for our 2 years old girl. In total definitely we will come back.
D. V. T.
When comes to service in the party room, we weren't really impressed with missing cutlery, plates, cutting utensils for the cake, etc. We have to go straight to their pantry/ kitchen at the back to request directly. Other than this, children seem to have a great time on the trampolines. I wish they improve on their party services, and be more prepared before announcing to go to the party room
N. R.
BOING!!! or not. The facilities were not quite what I expected. Could do with a bit of TLC to get the bounce back. 5 stars though, great coffee machine
E. M.
The place is much fun and the stuff is friendly. But come on, cheap Chinese socks (which are mandatory but you don't know about it until you turn up) at 30% of the entry price? It would be more dignified to include that into the entry fee and provide the socks for free.
M. R.
Been here a good few times on my own with friends as a group pricing is okay, could be better cleanses is 10/10 debrief before Session is good. Kind helpful staff on duty big open space lots to do there kids love it would highly recommend for a birthday party family bonding etc

I always come here to have some fun because sometimes I miss some special trampolining! I always come here because it is a providable place for everyone! Kids, and even adults! Everything is fun, and you can just have a pleasure at Oxygen here. I would always coming here whenever I feel like trampolining! Love it.

My children live coming here are the play pass will worth every penny

Great fun for kids & adults!
Lockers are free, able to bring own water and we didn’t queue for long.
We were 8 family members some were running late Mia on the door was helpful & reassured us.
Latanya/latia (sorry lol) Was great with the kids.
Cons - Loo’s were discussing! Especially for ladies & young children.
No one ever picks up phone to help with booking...limited parking but found spaces close to venue and The place could do with an extra slide or another activity or 2.
We had an awesome time. Everyone will sleep very well tonight :)

A different day, a special day for kids. Sometimes a bit expensive just for one hour, but sometimes you can find vouchers or discount code around the internet.
I try only the O2 and the Acton one.
For now Acton is the best, spacious, plenty of games, nice staff.
If you are worried for the money check out, Wowcher, ukdeal and website like that.
Don't be shy you can jump too, come on ! Burn a bit of your belly you lazy boy 😜.

As a facility, it’s not bad and ok value for money. What is lacking is sufficient parking - diabolical situation, causing to pay for on street parking. How they could not anticipate parking required for this size of facility?
And they really need to look at having more segregated age group sessions. Having teenagers bounce around without a care on the same equipment as 5 and 6 year olds - really limits the enjoyment of the kids.
P. T.
A really nice space to have fun with kids. The diversity of the trampolines isn't huge but sufficient for an hour of fun. Parking can however be tricky.
S.
Easy to book online or in person.
Cafe upstairs with views over trampolines.
Good sized and secure lockers available.
Visited for a party but not a fan of these places as someone always gets hurt.. 🙄
S.
A cool place to have fun both adult and child. Had my daughters party here on Monday, unfortunately i was disappointed. Considering the whole covid pandemic I was placed in a room that was not cleaned after the last party. Food on tables and chairs and benches scattered. Wet floor sign blocking the door as you went in. Called a staff member who casually said "yeah ill clean it for you". Wouldn't have another there. Desk staff were informative and pleasant and worked fast to get kids in. In the actual trampoline area, it seemed well managed as to how many kids were in each section etc.
A. K.
Great time with friends. Kind workers allowed us to have a dodgeball game between us and the winner got a free slushy. Not the first time here and definitely not the last.
V. T.
My grandchildren had an absolutely amazing time cellibrating my beautiful 1st son's birthday.
G.
Extremely busy but well organised once in. Very helpful and cheery girls on the desk
A. G.
Very good! However not many toilets.
Staff is great, amazing 1 hr and 15min spent. Little Cafe also.
I would say morning time on the weekend would be ideal as it does get very busy in the afternoon.
Also arcades, dining and bowling just meters away from here.
T. J.
Fun but busy. The facilities are very good and there's a variety of bouncy things so it's not just jumping on a trampoline. We played dodge ball, basketball, jousting, and all sorts of crazy dives into inflatable mats. It does tend to be very busy and the staff don't seem able to get through the queue at any pace so get there 15 minutes early.
V. S.
Great day out. Good crowd management - which meant there was plenty of space around to bounce without worrying about bumping heads. Free lockers is a good plus point.
Could do with a drinking water fountain though.
R. V.
Great fun for the kids. You need to be prepared for a lot of exercise as jumping for a whole hour can be hard work.
B. H.
Great fun with the kids and friendly helpful staff. Got a bit busy at the end of the toddlers session
A. Z.
Not bad. Activities are okay. They offer toddler sessions, however, the disinterested staff dampen the experience. Seen a few of them on a few occasions walking around with hot drinks without lids whilst kids are running around, surely that's a health and safety risk.
T. M.
Love this place very big and nice trampoline choices but to crowded WAY TO MANY PEOPLE
C. v.
Great trampoline Park. This is situated on an industrial road and has on site parking. Plenty of staff were available and all were friendly. Has an on site cafe too. Overall a fun and interesting place for both kids and adults.
F. 2.
Very fun experience, and is great for birthdays, although it is a bit pricey.
V. 2.
Great place! It is interesting how much fun you can have just jumping. Is type of gym where you can jump. There are also classes where you can learn how to jump. It worth to try it at least once
S.
Love it always a treat for everyone. Kids and adults are welcomed.
L. a. H.
Amazing experiance, kids loved it so much it is better to book online as sometimes it gets busy
60 min of jumping its more than enough
Parents can sit in the coffee shop upstairs while kids enjoying their time :)
You can easily see them from there while having you favourite coffee or meal .
M. R. M. R.
My toddler had so much fun! Staffs are friendly and very helpful.
A.
Good place to let kids have fun but was too crowded at the time we went, would have been better if the management only allows certain number of tickets to be booked each hour!
T. D.
Couldn't enter as it was disabled time and day. I saw many disabled Jews before us, so I just asked about party
S. E.
Went here with my 2.5 yo daughter. She enjoyed it, but I think I enjoyed it more. The place is huge, well maintained and the staff is very polite. Cafe is nice as well.
One thing that can be improved is explicitly stating on the website and during booking that special jumping socks are mandatory. I bought them on site and my daughters is too big (it's the smallest they had) and mine is too small (it's the biggest they had). I might have bought the socks from elsewhere and made sure the size is correct rather than being forced to buy whatever was on stock...

Best time to go with the kids is on a Saturday for the first time slot (11am), reason being the parking is available. Get there for 10:15 to 10:30 to find plenty of parking, doing so will take away a lot of stress later on. My daughter loved it. Join in with your child if you can, there will definitely be other enthusiastic parents there, dads in their 40s jumping around like Sonic the Hedgehog! Either way it’s pure entertainment for all ages whether spectating or participating. Money well spent. Smiles all round. Staff were helpful and polite, they’re there to ensure health & safety is in place as long as children and adults adhere to it. Children are ultimately the guardians responsibility, so you will have to make sure your child doesn’t turn into a WWF wrestler or Power Ranger, not the staffs responsibility. My children are well behaved and listen properly and thats even after drinking Ribena or Capri Sun, just saying. Anyway we loved this place and will definitely visit again.
M.
We attended a birthday. Kids love the place.
R. W.
Weekends are very busy during the week you've got the place to yourself near enough.this place seems to have bit more than the other jump places I've been.volley ball on the trampoline basketball ball various different trampolines based over 2 floors.theres a nice cafe upstairs offering pizza,s cakes coffie and snacks this is overlooking the trampolines so you can watch your kids.theres free car park with plenty of space staff seem very friendly and polite would recommend.
C. W.
It was alright. As you would expect busy with kids running around. But the children enjoyed themselves
B. K. C.
Really big Trampoline park with variety of play areas for many age ranges. Parking is limited but outside on the road you often find one.
B. w.
This is a great place to take the kids for birthdays, a day out, exercise, play date etc. Loads of different obstacles, trampolines to choose from. As well S speed test games, high wall challenge (bare grills) ninja style games to take part in for adults. They also do lessons and group activities for different age and skill levels. If your looking to impress your kids in style, this is the place to do it. What you waiting for? It will change your life
J. B.
Jumping experience was good but we booked the Santa grotto which was poor. After jumping we went to the grotto and Santa was not there. After waiting 15 minutes we questioned the staff and management who all seemed to know nothing about the grotto. We were then told several times he is on his way and 10 minutes later still no Santa. Front desk could not provide any answers and the managers were less helpful.
We were then told that Santa has now finally arrived after 35 minutes. All good and well....but....Santa seems just as clueless as the rest of the staff as he spoke to the kids and sent them away with no presents!! After realizing his mistake he dug in his bag and too our surprise and anger the bag was empty!! So, spent another 10 minutes waiting for Santa to find presents as he had no clue where they were. Finally after complaining AGAIN did he come back and gave the kids a gift bag (picture attached) which looked like something they quickly put together from the party upstairs, not anything Christmas related.
Paid for a grotto, waited 45 minutes and was then given a gift bag which seems I paid £6 to advertise for Oxygen......poor service!

Best place for children to have fun even adult could too
W. B.
So fun. Well worth a return. Jumped 18 months ago (obvs!¡ Cv19.) But this means arena 75% changed: good fun!
A. M.
The kids will love this place, wish it was hear when I was younger 😁
O.
Don't go during the half term and more staff needed especially with younger children
H. M.
A lot of fun for all ages, great way to get rid of excess energy. Went there on a weekend which was filled with children so it might be a bit trickier to find a spot.
A. P.
Clean. Lots to do for kids. Not overcrowded which was crucial and friendly staff
A. K.
Pretty good and slick process, however some of the attractions the kids wanted to go on were closed, like the slide.
N. C.
Great place for wearing out the kids by expending their energy.
It has a nice little seating area upstairs with cold and hot drinks, ice creams, cakes.
H. M.
The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. We had a brilliant time. Thank you.
F. I.
Great place with plenty of space and good lighting.
The highlight are 3 performance trampolines of which 2 have a wall available for those who enjoy more than just basic bouncing.
Good for all age groups.
B. G.
Great place to spend with the kids, good food, lovely staff!
M. W.
10/10 love this place! I love this place, but apparently I’m too big for most of it. A great place, lots of fun for children.
A. W.
Me and my son come here all the time, we love it. Staff are friendly, site is clean, food is decent. No complaints. ❤
P. D.
Great facilities, children will always have excellent fun. Only thing at the moment is that in the spectator area, there is very little regard by the public to wearing face coverings
D. S.
Extremely clean place which is amazing for kids. The trampolines are incredibly safe but super fun! There are loads of types such as trampoline dodgeball, slanted trampolines, obstacles courses, and even an arcade-like game where you jump and press the buttons for a high score! It also has an amazing feature where you run up on a trampoline and jump/flip into a giant pool of foam! It has a cafe right on top for parents to watch, they provide non-skip socks, and they do birthday parties! Overall, this place is amazing and I 💯 recommend it!
C. F.
Excellent, so much fun and well organised. The only problem is you can't take water bottles inside...
K. P.
Well organized and clean and good fun
Had some issues with the booking but the staff managed to sort that out.
Great for birthdays and playdates.
Z. B.
My kids love this place. Only draw back it is a bit expensive. But then the fun the kids have is satisfying. Sometimes too many people in there and kids have to wait to have a jump.
J. T.
My daughter loved it she didn't want to leave
H. C.
There are many trampolines which are extremely bouncy and fun including an upstairs full of trampolines and the bottom with a trampoline leading to an huge airbag which is really fun and for the athletic trampolines there are Olympic trampolines
D. L.
Toddler time is superb. Babies, kids and parents smiling and bouncing all over the place without worrying about being trampled. The staff were great and welcoming too and COVID-19 measures were excellent.
M. W.
10/10 my girls love this place! I love this place, but apparently I’m too big for most of it. A great place, lots of fun
M. G.
An integrated team, great service, superior in their work and reasonable prices
C. S.
Went here for the Quiet Sessions on a Sunday. It was great.
Really friendly staff which was probably key to making the experience the best it can be.
p.
Omg, the best jumping place that I have seen. You should really visit there. They have a cafe upstairs where u can watch ur child play, jump and have so much fun. The maximum time u can stay there is for an 1h
J. Z.
Great for kids my nephew loved it so much, he can't wait to go back again, I loved it as well, the place is very big,
K. H.
Children were at a party. They seemed to have a good time. Pretty busy on a Sunday afternoon, but that's to be expected. Cafe was good and a calm environment in comparison to briefing room full of excited children. Much welcomed. Good viewing area to see your little ones.
S. K.
Love place for kids to burn energy out.
n. h.
Had so much fun :) the best day
J. M.
Really good! They maintain the park well. New updates on the equipment and lots of events to go to if you choose. Also, there are lessons which is tempting. I recommend you go here with your kids! I have been with my crazy friend and then I went with my nieces and I must say it is a lot more fun when you go with children because they have more energy than most adults.
R. W.
I took my daughter and friend to another friends party. They had great fun at the party but the venue is a mixed bag.
Good:
The facilities, great mix of trampolines and fun areas for the kids
Cafe area if you are attending a party. Cake!
Friendly staff in Cafe Area and guy on reception
Surprisingly tasty pizza in the parties
Bad:
Parking at weekends can be a challenge, not much they can do about this I guess - supply and demand.
Chaos - arrival and briefing process could be more clear and efficient; no one can hear safety briefing when 3 parties load of kids are screaming whilst being concurrently briefed in a single big room (maybe room dividers?)
Cramming everything into a single overflowing small party box on arrival, shoes/presents etc . (use another box?) .... hence....
They lost our friends kids shoes - girl in the party room (staff) tried to fob us off saying another kid from our party will have taken them in error, happens all the time (apparently!) but couldn't be bothered to check lost property room. More interested in clearing the room for next party and sending a kid home with no shoes!
I sorted it myself by asking helpful guy on reception and lo and behold a one minute check in lost property room upstairs (The dry store) and they were found!
This place could be 5 stars but some staff need customer service training. Briefing at busy party weekends needs to be designed so it can actually be heard by kids rather than a tick-box exercise and small changes like supply enough boxes for parties etc. would improve things!
A. P.
Having read the reviews i was very worried having booked my daughter's 9th birthday party here. I contacted Oxygen with my concerns - of course, we want parties to flow without stress or dramas. At all times during correspondence and in person the staff were very polite and professional. A party host was provided to ensure the kids got off to a good start before going solo. When one of the party member hurt herself the staff were brilliant. It may or may not be the case that our experience was positively affected by the jump time/day being quiet. The jumping arena was not busy and we were not rushed in the party room either - we had a full hour. I was very surprised to learn that only 30 minutes is normally provided but I suspect that might be when parties are booked back to back. The pizzas were large and tasty - kids had half a pizza each (margarita/pepperoni). All in all we had a positive experience and the kids had a great time which is all that matters. Phew, another party done! Thank you Oxygen
H. N.
Very nice. Kids loved it. Enjoyed to the full. The cafe is also nice.
E. N.
I booked for my daughter party and was extremely happy. From the extra delicious pizza to the great venue and very very friendly and attentive staff. Kids had a great time. Special thanks to Faith who had tp put up with extra requests including lactose free alternatives and extra drinks and handled it with impeccable politeness and helpfulness. Really impressed and would highly recommend this venue. Party bags provided too with the package which was great. Thanks Oxygen and we will see you soon.
K. T.
Had a fantastic time! Wish the session was a bit longer but I'm sure my body is thankful it's not. The sessions are timed and limited to numbers so it didn't feel too busy.
It is a family place though so I'd recommend a later visit if you want less kids. Cycle parking right outside is a plus too.
P.
There's everything you would want in this trampoline park but it would make it perfect if it had basketball hoops.
S. S.
It's a great place for the kids to have fun and be with friends.
A.
Super fun I've been coming here for years
N. B. J.
We were invited to a birthday party at oxygen, the kids seem to have a good time. The room for lunch (was a bit small and got very warm with the number of people in one space). Overall had a good experience.
A. R.
It's a great park, ever since I was young I loved it, up until last year I enjoyed it less. They redid the park and have removed the foam pit from before which was larger, deeper and safer, and when I say safer I mean that the present one is around 2 feet deep and I did not know this and I really hurt myself. Now a couple months ago they removed the dodgeball court downstairs. If they are redoing something, instead of adding a bouncy castle that is not very enjoyable, add more Olympic trampolines, because everyone loves them but there are only three in the entire park, and there is always such a long wait to get onto them, waisting my hour. Honestly it is still ok but it was much better before the changes!
t. c.
Children enjoyed but so crowded and dirty
..
G. L.
Great place for all the family. Lots to do
A. T.
I love taking my 2 year old here. It’s clean and spacious and he can run around as much as he likes. It’s well organised as I can book before I leave the house so it’s nice and quick when I arrive. Lockers are free and easy to use and the staff are friendly and professional. Highly recommend for people with kids plus it’s only £5 each and I also get to jump so I get a little work out. Win win! The only down side I would say is they need more healthy/organic snacks/food for the really little ones. I’d be more inclined to stay in the cafe after if they had better food choices for kids.
f. a.
I would recommend it to anyone who wants to play with the family and friends
S. S.
Good fun, went for a birthday can’t go wrong
H.
Absolutely love this place! It's so fun and the staff are really friendly. You can play dodgeball, practice your tricks and there's even a mini obstacle. It definitely made me feel fitter and there was a clear safety demonstration video prior to entry.
B. J.
Great facilty, and extremely good fun for adults and children alike. For kids a must, for adults i would say you will miss out if you don`t join, excellent cardio. Make sure you arrive at least 20 minutes early to get a locker and watch the safety intructions before entering the arena Only down side is can get somewhat crowded in peak times.
T. R.
Good place to let little ones burn some energy!!
R. B.
Great place to go out with family and friends but some trampolines are getting a little tired and would be great to see them replaced.
H. B.
Took my 3 year old and 10 year old. They really enjoyed it and it was a really good workout for all of us. I think that a small area in which younger children can jump safely would be great. This would allow them to play with older siblings but retreat to a safer place when necessary. I also think that it is terribly expensive for an hour of jumping (paid almost £45 for an hour for the three of us). However on the bright side, we all had a lot of fun. Spoke to several members of staff who were all friendly and approachable. Overall a good concept and a good experience.
M. G.
We just had my sons birthday here and it was excellent. He is four and had an amazing time.
Staff were great and the food (pizza) was decent.
The only two downsides are:
Parking - there is a ting car park and it was difficult to find parking. They do offer parking 7 mins away at the Park Royal Leisure Complex.
Older Kids: we had a session at 1300. As it's half term there were lots of older kids running around. Not always great with smaller one. However, no issues was all good.
Great for an hours activity. Kids and adults love it the same.
M. P.
We had the whole place to ourselves, so it was great! The staff were lovely too
g. v.
Amazing place. We all had fun. Staff are nice and helpful. All the trampolines were working perfectly fine. The healthy and safety video was helpful and its duration was just about right.
I think if you prepare your kids mentally e.g. tell them to jump safely, with the tips given on the video, you should be fine. Also avoid going there with youngest when is over crowded. We
went there at 11am and it was all right. Overall was a nice experience and I would recommend to anyone to go there. Just a small tip to the manager is that staff should not argue with each other in front of the customers especially in front of young kids. When we were about to go 2 staff were arguing about cleaning next to the toilet. In my view that is not professional.
M. M.
Best way to celebrate bdays for kids of all ages. They even have packages for it. Kids need to jump, it's just their thing. Much more easier when it's a bunch of boys. We have spent a lot of birthdays here. It's safe and good for all ages. Don't crack your neck though.:D
R. C.
Nice staff. Happy place for kids
S. O.
My daughter loves it, it's really entertaining and quite interesting place. It has been refurbished and has some nice new features. It worth the visit. The induction area is a bit outdated, sofas had black tape on them to cover the holes.....
S. t. D.
Such a fantastic trampoline park. Staff are friendly and great with the children. The park has so much variety and price is reasonable. I’ve been to so many different parks across London and this is the only one that lets you use socks from other parks. A nice gesture as with three kids, it can crank up the cost each time. Manager, Sam was warm and created a great atmosphere with staff and messages to kids over the arenas speakers. Highly recommend.
Q. J. M.
This is one of the best spots of London. The park is well looked after and the setting stunning. There are many different bird species and squirrels: look out for the pelicans and black swans. It is perfect for a break from the hustle and bustle of London, but avoid times close to the change of the guard (11 a.m.),as it gets very busy.
A. K.
Staff were lovely, the place was awesome! I had a blast! Really recommend to blow some steam off! Was really quite a lot of fun and it was surprisingly tiring! Xx
J. S.
Went here thinking to have a fun workout and upon arriving, realised I was the only adult in a sea of screaming children.
Great if you are a child under the age of 12. Awkward and weird if you are a 24 year old man.
I imagine that the safety video room serves as quite a good portrayal of what its like waiting to get into hell after you die.
N. R.
Child relatives love it. Good fun
S. W.
Best day ever!!!...the manager is a star 🌟

Improved a lot since last time I have been. Always heart in your mouth scenario as this is a risky way to spend an hour; twisted ankles, head clashes, anything is possible.
The viewing area needs to be bigger, not enough chairs for parents.
The cafe is well stocked and the staff are lovely.
It is unfortunately too warm for kids and parents alike. Everyone walks out sweating.
We go when invited by friends on a birthday party, but this would not be a place I would willing by choice bring my children.
They enjoy it though.
O. F.
Great place to have fun and burn some energy. Loads of space and different games to play for kids and grown ups.
I also like that the staff monitor consistently to maintain some order and ensure the experience is fun while remains safe, especially for the little ones.
J. S.
Had such a good time at this place. Staff are helpful and there is loads of different things to do like obstacle course, volleyball and basketball trampoline courts. Really fun thing to do for decent price. Nearby there is a complex with Chinese food and nandos, and an arcade if you want to stay out for longer. Parking not an issue as huge car park.
T. E. A.
For trampolining it great. But everything around it so badly done... queues so long you lose part of your session we wanted to extend our session so Express lane they make you go through the whole queue again... locker space is carnage so tight people on top of each other scrambling the get their stuff... no baby changing facilities and its FREEZING inside!
J. 1.
Personally I had a great time there, looking at some of these reviews it's a real misconception of how the place really is.
I brought my family down last week, really friendly staff on court who don't mind setting up games for the kids or going out of their way to help with anything.
There's some good banter to be had with staff when it's not too busy and you can learn a few tricks off some of the staff if you ask !
Definitely recommend it people just book early, arrive prompt and the rest is history !!!
P. M.
Went there with two little ones aged 8 and 11. We really had fun. Staff is very friendly. And inside the trampolining area there are other staff members ensuring safety jumping is practised. Well worth the money. Strong grip socks are sold at the reception for 2£ per pair. These socks are a must for everyone who is going to jump.
L. C.
Great, well managed and friendly experience for both my girls and I. Wonderfully safe, yet completely fun environment for children to explore and run free.
Friendly and professional hospitality from all levels of staff, including the Directors.
The food and drink was great, reasonably priced, and catered for both adult and children's tastes.
Overall, we were all incredible pleased with the Oxygen (Croydon) experience and will be returning again, and again.
S. F.
Love this place went with my boyfriend and his kid.xx you need to go sorry got no pic.xx
J. Y.
There's also a good bit of variety - we tried not just the trampolines but some of the free running bits and the dodgeball and it was all good fun. Everything was clean and well maintained. It's unfortunate then that the one bad marl was the staff. They all just seemed disinterested. We had to go back to the woman in reception several times because she hadn't given us information we needed, which was unhelpful. And the staff who were inside who were meant to be making sure everyone was safe and following the rules seemed to be mostly messing about with their friends, including doing things on the trampolines we had been explicitly told were dangerous in the safety briefing. Even if they are skilled enough to do it safely, it sets a poor example.
I. E.
Great place for the kids to unwind. Specious and well equipped. Offers hours of endless fun. However, it poses quite a lot of risk of injuries. My daughter chipped a toot when her leg hit her mouth.
In addition, the place is massive and somehow not very atmospheric.
Food and drinks -I would not recommend trying them.
I. B.
We celebrated our children birthday there so we got the gold package. At first I was a bit unsure because of some bad reviews, but on the day when we got there everything went smooth. I just want to know why I am paying a full adults price for my four year Old daughter 12.50 you know
M. W.
Absolutely loved the place and the staff are great...
Great space with different activities, cafe serves decent food.. And everyone we interacted with were curtious and warm
🙈 Lost my keys after an extended jump (1.5 hrs) and the staff dropped everything to help me... Was touching in 2020 that the customer service is so on point. 😍😍
V. P.
Freejumping trampoline centre in Acton. There is a summer pass valid for unlimited jumps up to 3 hours each day until 6 Sept for only £35 and 25%off in the cafe. The place is suitable for kids and adults. They play nice music to encourage the jumping. It is air conditioned. From the cafe you can see all the trampolines. It is the place to go to for a very healthy and entertaining activity.

Amazing I really love it
T. E.
Amazing place, nieces love it here and I don’t mind it myself :) a fun way to keep fit as you definitely loose your breath after about 5 minutes here, always looks clean with lots of different sections and 2 floors of trampolines so usually can find a spot to yourself if you wanted to practice or had small children, they also have games including dodge ball which we all loved and a lot of staff on the floor keeping an eye on everyone overall can’t recommend the place enough

Fine place for children to enjoy

I visited with my 11 year old god daughter. We had a fun time bouncing on the trampolines. The sessions are 1 hour long, there are changing facilities and water available. Only downside parking is very difficult at the Acton site and there are no reduced prices for kids. Otherwise a great fun time!
a. h.
What a fun hour we had I took my son who’s almost 5 and he had the best fun even my wife enjoyed herself bouncing around. Only thing I would say is it was way to over crowded they said 1 person per trampoline but with the volume of people inside that would definitely not be possible. However will definitely go again. 👍🏻
T. M.
Such a fantastic place. Everyone is super friendly and there's a lot of fun waiting for you at oxygen. Kids would love it there as it's huge, fun and it energizes them. You would not regret visiting.
M. I.
Fantastic facility and kids friendly environment. My children loved the place. I would say that, the drinks and food are bit overpriced but hey who complains as long as our kids having good time. Highly recommended.
J. R.
This place is so much fun and I'd recommend everyone to try it! I went there last night with a friend and really enjoyed it, you feel like you're a kid again! Even though I'm not a trampoline champion, I found that it was a great workout and felt so tired afterwards!! We had booked our ticket in advance and came 15minutes early so we just queued for five minutes and the staff was lovely and very helpful!
K. O.
Brilliant! We had our daughter's party here today.. despite being half term and very busy we were looked after straight away by Sam.
She was superb throughout being fantastic with the kids and committed to providing an outstanding service, continual communication finding me in a busy environment, and preparing for the party room after.
We also had another outstanding helper Faith who looked after us in the party room and continually checked all was ok.
Both Sam and Faith made this the most stress free kids party ever and we can't thank them enough. Would definitely recommend to anyone and we will definitely be coming here again!!
M. M.
We went as a small group of 6 adults and 7 children, but 2 adults and 2 babies didn't jump. Those who did had a thrilling time but for those with babies there's not sufficient baby changing facilities. Luckily we found one upstairs but the accessible one in the downstairs toilet had no pull down tray to put baby on. The socks supplied were good.
v. g.
My son loves it. I don't mind the music playing there, but find it too loud at times. One annoying thing though, the individual lessons mixed with normal times. I wish they could stablish certain days and times for it only. My son cannot enjoy the normal paid session because they keep asking him move or sometimes he hardly has a chance to play in the main bits he likes at all.
H. Z.
Firstly, I personally think this place is overpriced for what it is. They also charge you £2 just for trampoline socks, which I find baffling. The lockers were free to use, as they returned your money, though. Before I came, I was told I wasn't allowed jeans, but then ended up finding out that it was OK.
The safety briefing was a rather lame video that went too quickly and was a lot to take in. Moreover, the staff didn't control the noise of the briefing, so we couldn't actually hear what was being said.
I found it hypocritical that the staff told my brother off for standing on the side of a trampoline, yet a large group of friends were breaking two rules at once: (i) no more than one at a trampoline at once, and (ii) no mobile phones, who were also in direct view of the staff member.
The place itself is full of trampolines, although you sometimes had to wait a while for people to get off so you can have a go. I can't help but feel the purpose of the place is to make you want to come to their lessons...
There wasn't much variety on the types of trampoline available, so you just end up rotating around the same things over and over. I'd like to see more trampoline-themed mini games. To be honest, the hour seemed to drag on, and I was just bouncing around repetitively, watching others showing off.
Some trampolines were out of order, and I think that we should be given separate briefings for each trampoline activity - I hurt my back jumping into one of the pits, which put a damper on the rest of the thing for me.
In summary, it's fun for the first 15 minutes, but other than that, a waste of money. Would not recommend.
B. G.
The kids loved the 90 minute jump, I enjoyed a coffee and not being with them

I visited Oxygen Freejumping with a group of scouts while in the area.
Booking was straightforward which I did over the phone to receive a group discount. Being able to send the waiver directly to the participants and to check if it had been completed was very useful.
We went on a Sunday morning and parking spaces were sparse, but we did get all of our cars in, although arriving in a minibus would have been challenging!
Entry was easy and I'm glad that we pre-booked. There is a cafe with reasonably priced food & drink and plenty of seating overlooking the play area.

Oxygen jump had been a fantastic motive with my friends as well as the birthday boy. We were all well greeted into the changing area and the lockers kept our clothes safe. We also had a prep video for safety. The place was absolute fantastic and so experience had be one in a lifetime experience especially since this was my first time there. I gave this place 5!
O. L.
Lovely place. Quite clean considering. My only criticism would be that due to the pandemic they should enforce mask wearing by all adults whilst in the centre
M. W.
Absolutely loved the place and the staff are great...
Great space with different activities, cafe serves decent food.. And everyone we …

Kids had a great time
A. Y.
Have been here a couple of times now and have had so much fun! People talk about it being too busy, but its no busier than any other good day out in London and an hour is more than enough time to get completely tired out bouncing and make use of all the equipment there. They have an airbag which is a super safe way to practice flips and foam pit as well.
Take your kids, take your friends - 100% recommend.
H. R.
Came here with two of my friends (we are all late twenties) and had such a laugh! This place isn't just fun for kids, but for everyone, however old you are! 😂
The only thing I would say though, is that having some signage at the main road would be really helpful, if you're walking here it's quite hard to know that you're on the right track!
E. L.
The place is lovely, great facility and my autistic daughter has always loved jumping here. Staff extremely friendly
M. T.
Great fun - I'm a 32 year old man and, despite being thoroughly shown up by the many 5 - 15 year olds who were there, it was an absolute blast.
I enjoyed it so much that I am raving about it to friends and very much want to try one of the 9:00pm sessions so I can let loose without the worry of crushing small children (although that said, when a fat 30+ year old comes bouncing towards them they're very good at getting out of the way!).
A great idea and run well. I noticed some of the other comments about it being a bit of a shambles but I didn't have that experience at all. I do, however, agree that the staff did look a bit disinterested which does take away from it a bit.
I notice that the owner, Roger, reads these reviews so, I would recommend you get down to somewhere like The Climbing Hangar in Parsons Green or the climbing wall at West Way sports centre and check out their sessions to get an idea of how the staff there keep the experience really fun - it's indoor climbing as opposed to bouncing but it's a similar mindset and appeals to a similar demographic so it might be an interesting experience.
P. F.
Great place for the kids to get some proper exercise and get active.
Good for parents as well, you’ll be knackered after an hour and sore in the morning.
Not pleased with the staff though: not enough staff looking after the kids and most of them look disinterested/barely watch what’s going on
L. A.
Went there last week. It is great fun. really enjoyable for all ages.
only downfall is most of the staff are rude and act as if they don't want to be there. The women at reception was rude and not welcoming. Also whiles jumping, 3 members of staff were just sitting on the edge on their phones, rather than supervising the younger jumpers.
It is a great place to go but the staff ruin the experience.
J. L.
Went with a 7 and a 5 year old who both loved it. Visited between 6 and 7 on a Thursday night during the summer holidays and it was not overly crowded. The kids got easy access to everything they wanted to try without waiting.
M. S.
Been here twice so far, kids love it although the foam pit needs a bit of attention as it is basically like wading in foam soaked with the smell of other people’s sweat, which is unpleasant.
Aside from this I really enjoyed the foam pit, especially jumping off a very high block into the foam area. Feels like you are going to die, but you land safely. Much fun.
Á. C.
Big time fun, clean, safe and carrying staff all around
M.
Much bigger than I expected. The carpark is very small so gets busy easily but this is not a problem if you choose an early morning session. I think it is great value for money and fun for all ages.
A. A.
Booking online was easy and finding it was too, the only criticism I would have is when you get there there should be to desks, one where you can walk in and pay and one for reservations because it took nearly 25 minutes to get through even though I had a reservation. The reception staff were really nice and helpful and they give you lockers to leave your stuff and it is very well organised ( they clear the play area every hour so it is clear for your time). The play area was clean and well staffed and the experience was amazing. Will visit again alot more. I recommend every one to visit
S. M.
Trampoline jumping and other jumping related activities with good safety measures. Good for older kids 6+. We went weekdays and did a birthday party. A bit pricey for one an hour of jump and the food (pizza, ice cream and slushy juice) in private . No discounts for large groups. But well organised and very helpful staff. You can watch the kids from the indoor cafe terrace. Timings are good as afterwork or afterschool hourly slots till late evening. If accessing by tube, Central line access is good but there is a 7min walk from tube station along public pedestrian path that's quite littered and a bit isolated.
e. b.
We took our 2 and half and 1 year-old boys to the toddler session on Sunday morning and they absolutely loved it!! (and so did my husband and I!). We'll definitely do it again! Highly recommended!
O. B.
My daughter had her 4th Birthday party at Oxygen in Acton. She and all her party guests had a wonderful time, and enjoyed their time there. The young man who was looking after us was very attentive, polite and very accommodating. He made sure we were very looked after and always was there to help.
The only regretful thing was that the pizza was burned it took ages for the last two to arrive to our party room. The kids also did not have have party bags to take home. I did get a refund and it was swift and the deputy manager was very helpful.
All in all a great day for my little girl and everything went well minus the little hiccups.
R.
Although it is a little pricey, you can usually get discounts vouchers through piqnic (google it :) ) and they give the 2nd hour with a big discount. The cafe is handy as well as the free coded lockers. My son loved the big slushy refil for £1.50 - overall a great treat for burning energy and some safe thrills for the kids.
V.
I had lost my phone in this trampoline park, the employees allowed me to come when it was closed and look for my phone and I can happily say I found it, extremely helpful employees as well as trust worthy, will be coming back soon after the amazing experience as well jumping. I recommend this park if you’re ever trying to have fun and make sure you don’t lose your phone 😂. Will be. Coming back soon, thank you Oxygen staff.
E. W.
Amazing experience today. Lots of fun and a great workout. We went for a friends birthday and got to act like big kids (we are in our late 20s/30s)! We were all different levels of fitness and were all knackered by the end. An hour is definitely long enough. I recommend reliving Gladiators in the foam pit, just be aware that getting out is hard work- especially towards the end. Well worth it.
D. K.
Very good went for my sons birthday party (13th) and with a few of his friends, he really enjoyed it. Good seating area upstairs but could do with more chairs as some people move the chairs over to the railings to see the kids jumping, so you are left with tables and no chairs. Cafe is reasonable stocked with sandwiches, normal and toasted, cake (had muffins the last time but not this time), good coffee and other drinks even alcoholic ones e.g. beer & wine, when paying in the cafe the card reader looks like a contact less one but is not. Staff helpful and the toilets are very clean.
B. W.
Fun trampoline space, nice upstairs cafe and helpful staff. Limited choice of food, but did serve reasonable soy hot chocolate. A good venue for children's birthday parties!
A. D.
Bday party, kids enjoyed a lot
F. L.
Love this place! Such a simple yet liberating activity! It’s like being kids again!
Welcoming, friendly, diverse and reasonably priced.
You can jump on your own, learn from others or join an impromptu game of volley or basketball. Whatever you do it’s a great whole body workout.
Wish there was one in central London.
A. M.
Great for the kids! The trampolines are amazing. A word of caution if coming with a baby - there is no lift if you need your buggy with you. Also, baby changes are ground floor which is annoying once you've gone to the viewing platform. Staff are lovely though
T. L.
VERY fun! This place is great. Visited twice in December 2017, and the little one loved it too. The place is really welcoming and friendly for smaller children and it's made so even the parents can jump. Will DEFINITELY come again in 2018.

This place is extremely fun. I recommend that u where trousers or leggings - jeans not so good - so that u can jump comfortably. If u have been before bring ur old socks but otherwise u would have to buy the special socks there. It does get very hot there but there r toilets and a water fountain in the jumping area, bear the door. It is most fun with friends and in a group but u can go on your own.
L. P.
It an amazing place and great fun but the amount of people per session is way to many as well as four trampolines were in use. Also little kids were running in front of way people were flipping. I know that everyone want to get there money worth so wait in a queue for 10 minutes the foam pit want very annoying.
M. W.
It is a handful of great fun . Prices are very expensive but it is worth it . Your children are always under supervision and you can watch them have fun from the top as you sit and have a few biscuits and tea in the cafe .
n. n. l.
The best one in London. My kids are so happy to be here. Hope we'll be back again. Huge disappointment is the canteen staff. Food and drinks price are average, not so expensive but horrible staff( doesn't care customers request). NEVER AGAIN CANTEEN
J. R.
Excellent experience throughout! We visited Oxygen free jumping this weekend as a group of 10 and the experience was fantastic!
It was very easy to book online and the website is stunning, we turned up and watched a short, entertaining briefing before heading inside for an hour.
There was a lot to do in there with a variety of different types of trampolines set up and an awesome obstacle course to tackle too! You also get a cool pair of trampolining socks to take home which I'll certainly be wearing around the house ;)
One suggestion would be for them to cut down the max number of participants in each session as it was slightly too busy for our liking as we spent plenty of time waiting for the equipment to be free
Thanks guys!
F. G.
Booking the FreeJumping activity was OK, not straightforward, but doable. Whole loads of details were needed upfront - which I wasn't very happy to give, such as birth date, address etc. Why not just ask for age. Too much private details are being requested from the customer for one off visit. The venue experience was very good, but could have been better. Some areas were off limits -( entire top floor and 4 larger trampolines on the ground level) due to pre-booked sessions, which is not great as the free jumping session was rather busy. In addition, staff were stretched in more busy areas (soft play), so if you are a parent of a young child - below 9 I suggest you supervise them yourself. Cafe, as well, was messy as the staff struggled to serve large number of customers and clear mess at the same time. On the positive note, we were running late to a prebooked session and staff on the phone switched us to a later one so we wouldn't loose time - that was great. And obviously staff were all very friendly which helps overlook some of the shortcomings.
F. P.
If you come here during the week, even adults can have an absolute blast. Would be nice if the sessions were a little longer. An hour is too short, two will kill you
M. S.
I’m a former artistic gymnast, but now I’m more focused on tumbling and trampolining. I’ve been doing gymnastics for 10 years now. I really enjoy going to oxygen to practice my gymnastics skills and gain skills. It’s a great place to enjoy yourself with friends and stay fit at the same time. The staff are also very friendly. I feel that one of the members of staff, Aiden, seems to make jumping at oxygen more enjoyable and motivating.
r.
I went to a friend's birthday party here and it was amazing. People say that they want to do 2 hours but try and get through one first! It's amazing and safe place and fun too and there is a bit where adults can overlook their children.
I. O.
Absolutely brilliant! Well worth going, will bring the inner kid out of you. Lots of of different trampolines to try out. The parkour area is brilliant.
Prices I thought were reasonable. Some people were moaning about having to pay for the required socks (£2), i think they should just up the entry pice and include the socks in that. There is parking available.
Will definitely be going again!
m. t.
This place was so much fun! Went with 3 friends (none of us expert trampoliners) but by the end of the hour we'd all had a good work out, a lot of laughs and could even do a front flip! Highly recommend it, lots of different parts to it so you never get bored! Would happily go again
A. C.
We took our 2 year old to the toddler session and she absolutely loved it. I would highly recommend any parents to take along their toddlers. Plus it's great fun for the parents as well!
B. B.
Can get really busy, but a great place for your kids to let of steam, and good fun for the accompanying adult too. A lovely cafe upstairs for those who just want to watch.
N. S.
Amazing for kids, but they have recently renovated, so there are a lot more gimmicks and less space to just jump. If you're going there with small ones it's generally fine, but does fill up quite a bit at busy times. Might want to look somewhere else if some of the game type things aren't your interest and you just want to jump
M. T.
Good for kids birthday parties or a day out for the children to burn out some energy. Pizza was good. Party food a bit overrated and cold. But there's coffee place to eat as well. Various jumps and trampolines
J. W.
We enjoyed every minute of this place. Even more fun than we expected.
d. s.
Brent Cross is much better than this one
D. H.
I was fortunate enough to have visited this place on a corporate jolly so I will have had more room to bounce than your average kid on a Saturday afternoon. However it's in great condition, is great fun, fabulous exercise and I'd highly recommended it!
T. D.
Noisy, cavernous venue. Plenty of staff but most just looked confused about the idea of coping with visitors. First floor café is nice even if the staff just serve people who push to the front while ignoring waiting customers. There's a good range of activities of a trampolining nature so children like it. Just not ideal for parents as noise levels (even at the back of the cafe) are sometimes deafening. Party rooms for cake and pizza are provided as an extra feature but the noise assault continues with pipped music blaring from wall mounted flat screen TVs (the only way to turn them off was by pulling the power plug from the wall). Each to their own, a decent enough venue for your enthusiastic trampolinist but as you may have gathered by now from this review, bloody noisy.
C. H.
Trent Park is s good place to chill out. Lots a space to walk around and nice walkways inside the park. A good place to walkWhat an amazing place set in beautiful surroundings. Easy to get to by car or Oakwood station is near by. The Country Club is furnished to a very high standard.
A. L.
Great fun for children. It was quite busy for the 10 AM Sunday slot, but staff and services were good.
d. c.
Lots of fun when you're high. I love jumping insane heights while stoned out of my mind, feeling the rushing air and looking at everything from 5 metres above the ground. Plus there's a cafe for when you get the munchies, if you don't mind paying for slightly overpriced food.
J. N.
We have been here twice for my daughters birthday gathering. They had fun but mind the staff as one of them grabbed a 12yr old by there arm for no reason. They need more training!
F. G.
This place is a lot of fun, however I can't comment on prices as I was there for a company event. I actually didn't expect to have so much fun and felt like a kid again. If you try everything you're going to end up exhausted or breathless after a little while, so take it easy, drink a lot and bring some change of clothes. The pizza is not real Pizza, it's just an excuse like domino pizza (but worse) or any other chain of the same kind, so I strongly suggest to eat elsewhere. Another note is about the safety of the "gladiator" walk on the back room: it is too close to the sides and it is very easy to fall on one side and hit the hard pavement on the sides instead of safely falling down in the soft pillows. It happened several times with people in our party so I can't imagine how people can avoid getting hurt here on a regular basis, this should be rethought or rearranged. So, simply, go there for the fun (not food or coffee) and be careful if you use the back room.
O. A.
Very very fun. Brilliant exercise. Fit for children and adults. Has enough room for everybody and a few activities aside from trampoline. Would defo come here again. An hour slot is not enough, ensure you go for two!
j. E. K.
Excellent, controlled environment for children. Food and drinks available looking out over the play area. Great fun for children of all ages and abilities. Great for a school rewards trip, with family or friends.
E. C.
Huge space with tons of trampolines. Can get crowded, but they limit the number of people in each session. They were changing the foam pit in early Nov 2016, so that will be nice when that opens up again as the foam was really disintegrating. They have an upstairs section where we saw them running a fitness class in the morning, and there's a dodgeball area, a giant air pillow, the super bouncy professional trampolines, and the foam pit area where they have balance ropes, battle platforms, climbing rings. Nicely set out, and the kids are exhausted after their hour session.
V. L.
Personally I would like more attraction.
j. s.
The place was welcoming, very clean and extremely well organised. The young man that looked after our group of children (11 of them!) was exceptional!!! The food was good too! Fantastic experience! We will come back!
N. R. (.
Great for a few hours of fun and action. But beware if you are going to have a birthday party. The crew is not proactive about arrangements and you need to prod them for basics like plates, spoons etc.
G. S.
Very nice place to bring kids for an hour of jumping..reasonable price as well. I find it quite noisy and do not particularly like all the games in the coffee area upstairs that increment the background noise.
N. J.
Working in a play scheme near there, we visit often and always have great experiences. The staff are extra pleasant and very patient with the special needs children we bring there. Thank you to all staff at Oxygen , the children throughly enjoy it.
A. R.
Went with kids over Christmas holidays reasonable price all the kids had a enjoyable time, prior to start there was safety video and also there was section for even 3 yr olds. Reasonable cafe onsite, with edible Food served.
J. H.
Amazing place with lots to do, there is a cafe for parents which has a view over the park, lots to do and the staff regulate the activities so no one gets hurt. Would definitely recommend to any families.
M. L.
We celebrated my husband's 30th BD there with bunch of friends and really enjoyed the center. The only downside is that it was overcrowded at the entrance during the weekend (but felt ok later on inside the center) so would recommend to come well in advance to get your tickets. Even if you ordered online you still need to queue to get the entrance pass. Bare in mind there is no changing room available, only storage boxes...
T. G. F.
So funny playing with my children 🙂
L. C.
We held my Son's 4th birthday party here and in his words "that was awesome". He and his friends loved their experience. Party room was great and the very nice young lady who looked after us was very attentive and helpful. The only tiny thing I would say, is that if we were to do it again, it would have been nice for the party lady who greeted us and told us the protocol, would see us into the jumping zone and advise the best areas to jump. As we had never been there before, It was super busy and I was unaware of the layout of this particular jumping centre. The video may have covered this? but there were so many people coming in and out, it was hard to listen to it all whilst organising 4 year olds. So after the first 20mins realised the upstairs jumping zone was probably better suited to the younger children when busy, and was easier for me and the parents to keep an eye on them. However- overall an amazing experience!
M. O.
Amazing place ,at our visit wasn't crowded as it used to be so impressed.

Great fun with friends! A lot to do and a all-good experience. There should be more monitoring of the little toddlers that lye ing the foam pit (and don't get out so they're in the way) but otherwise it's really a great trampoline experience
M. W.
Went to the new croydon one today. Safety simply doesn't matter here. First time I've been to one of these and seen blood on a trampoline(it's only been open 3 days). Safety briefing was terrible with nobody paying attention. None of the rules were enforced during the session, staff certainly didn't care.
It's small and although there are some good activities it's all too crowded. The locker situation was also insane. 1 member of staff had a key to all lockers and that's it! 100 people need to access their lockers at the end of the session and they all need to ask the 1 member of staff. Gravity force in camberley is miles better and is also cheaper. I'd go again but only because it's 5 mins away.

Great places for kids and adults parking isn't great but it works, and the cafe does a decent amount of snacks and drinks.
Y. P.
Amazing experience, lots of space and great facilities. I recommend to go during peak times, as the upstairs should be open. The place has been invested in and has covers for the foam blocks (and so pieces of foam won't stick to clothing/socks).
P. W.
Thoroughly enjoyed myself – it was like being a big-Kid. Not only was it great fun and reminded me of my childhood, it seems a great way to stay fit. Will certainly be getting my friends and family down there to experience it. Definitely going to try the Dodgeball next time
d. h.
What a great concept! Loads of fund, instructors were very friendly.
Yes this is a start up concept and has some teething problems, but for £10 an hour, it is astonishing value for money. You can get anything in London for that.
You are jumping up and down, so there is obviously a risk, if you don't listen or try and jump ahead!
L. H.
Really enjoyed it the first time but when we went a couple of weeks ago they had changed the time from 10am to 11am for the under 5's which now makes it impossible to go with the little ones in term time as they have to be in nursery by 12.
R.
Love this place. Super fun for a group of friends and despite an hour seeming like a small amount of time, trust me you'll be tired. Can't wait to go back. Only criticism is the staff were all quite unfriendly.
Z. W. -.
My kids had the best time and the service was good!
S. G.
My daughter and I come here quite alot. I wish they would do annual passes like the theme parks or other indoor play areas.
You have so much fun here jumping, this could be a great new way to exercise.
I. R.
Great fun!!!! my kids love trampolining and took them here a day after we went flipout and honestly they love both but after my bad experiences with flipout i think you guys are the top shop now!!!
k. s.
Smaller than I thought. Car park is not that big and gets busy during holidays. Caters for parties but the rooms are small. Not allowed to bring your own food for parties. Lots of stairs but I did not see a lift. Probably not recommended for people spectating who are disabled or have pushchairs.
R. I.
Great birthday party for our girls today, thank you very much. The party host, Ph Casey has done his best for the kids to have fun. We will come back for more jumping again soon. Thank you!!
F. R.
Our party host was Nicole Whelan and she was very attentive to detail and to the guests needs! Clear instructions, neat and tidy and the room was set up very smartly! My son and his friends had an unbelievable time for his 9th birthday, so much so that his friends want to hold their parties at Acton!
M. C.
Really disappointing. Cancelled part of our booking without informing us in advance. Manager was helpful. Offered a complimentary jump session in return or a full refund. Great facility for kids just but can get a little overcrowded.
E. G.
We recently took 37 Scouts there for end of term treat & they had a fantastic time, they all want to go back! Great customer service, all went very smoothly.
C. W.
Great fun!! However getting a bit jaded round the edges.
l.
Great place to take the kids took my 5 year old and 10 year old and they loved it one bonus is they slept like logs that night would have been 5 stars but the cafe/dining area is overpriced to the point of rip-off so take your own water and snacks
B. M.
Amazing facilities and very well organised. Really busy but our toddler loves their kiddie sessions. Parents need some energy to survive.
t. s. b.
It was ok, grate for young children, but feel like unclean doesn't really look it but something in my gut is telling me if this place sold food it would be all over the place
b. I.
i really enjoyed myself jumping with the kids and the wife! wow. it was a good ecercise! i will come in a T shirt next time as the jumper was making me hot ans sweaty 😂. i definitely recommend Oxygen for a fun family outing. Only thing is to turn up early. i turned on time but by the time we checked in and watched safety briefing we only got to spend 45 minutes on the jumps instead of the 1 hour i paid for😐
M. N.
My children loved it. The foam bits in the pools would need a good wash though as the smelly feet stench is quite overpowering. 4yos don’t seem to mind though.
L. R.
Great fun whilst being active, with many activities on trampolines, inflatable floors, & foam pits! Including total-wipeout style area, volleyball trampoline court and foam battle zone.
Large cafe on first floor overlooking the trampoline area, with a selection of cold and hot foods & drinks. Arcade area in cafe with several entertainment arcade games as well as prize machines.
Overall a good hour or so of entertainment, close to Park Royal on Piccadilly Line and West Acton on Central Line. Short walk to Park Royal Leisure park with restaurants, arcade & cinema. Quite pricey at £13 for one hour session, £7.50 for 2nd hour; worth getting 30 day pass at £35 and going 3 or more times! Often offers on Oxygen website too, so check there to save money.
M. M.
We go there almost everyday with my kids with our monthly pass and it's great, and great activity for kids, keeps them moving! I strongly suggest it.
N. C.
If you're actually planning on going to Oxygen freejumping then I'd highly recommend it as its a place where undoubtedly you will enjoy yourselves and kids will love this place even more. Having said that, I personally believe the price is too high just for an hour i.e £12.50 especially considering the fact that they barely have any running costs. Also, I personally had a bad experience trying to get in touch by telephone. I called so many times, no one was there to answer the call, which was rather unprofessional.
K. L.
Had a a awesome trip out with all the kids of age ranging 5-48 including adults each and every one of us hd a highly fun energetic time and plan on going back each month as a yolt bonding type trip
M. E.
Fantastic. I bought the pass and my boys absolutely loved any second of it. Friendly team. Excellent variety of different activities. Best deal. Wish to grab another pass if on offer
L. L.
My daughter absolutely loves it here. She is a toddler so we go in the mornings
specially for younger children, facilities are great and overall really good price.
A. T.
Had to rearrange due to a illness of a close family member, this proved troublesome. When I got in contact with a manager called Luke he was really really helpful and considerate to our situation which I am very thankful for. Great fun for kids and adults both!
V. N.
Great fun for children. It was quite busy for the 10 AM Sunday slot, but staff and services were good.
B.
A bit crowded and the reception area can be quite messy. However there are very kind member of staff and the place for a birthday party can be great but depending on where you are allocated. The air ventilating system could be uptodate.
M. R.
Went there with some friends. Had loads of fun, would recommend it for anyone. Just be prepared to purchase those special socks for trampolines if you do not have them already.
h. b.
great place. unique concept. very well organised. staff extremely friendly and helpful. if you're taking young kids go early as it fills up and you get the odd clash of heads. but all in all, top banana.
D. C.
Great fun for all the family!
N. W.
Vital part of a weekend with the kids! Young and old, this is the must do to expend all the energy acumulated over lockdown! Might need to get fitter myself!
L. J.
Kids had fun. Suppose we went during summer holidays so was extra busy. Beginning to get run down now assome lockers didn't work. It's not easy to find so look it up be forehand.
I. S.
Exceptional building, quality services and staff. Oxygen Freejumping in Acton cannot disappoint! Satisfy your inner child as you jump, flip (if you've the skill) and plummet your way into a great day. Take part in dodgeball games or simply just bounce around for an hour. Instructional video at the start was effective and useful, and didn't last long at all. Would definitely revisit!
V. S.
Toddler session was awesome. Lots of room for kids to burn energy on a rainy day. Cafe could serve healthier/fresher/better food though
D. A.
Really fun experience & fantastic work out! Good range of different trampolines with something for everyone. Basket ball hoops, tight rope walks & trampoline wall jumps. Can't wait to go again!
J. S.
Not bad as a trampoline park but staff do not watch for kids jumping the que and bigger kids kind of taking little kids for a ride. Other than that it’s a great place and experience for children and adults.
s. n.
Went to the new one in O2 Greenwich. My daughter and I had a great time.
It's adventurous and fun....my daughter did the jumping for hours..
Food was good...

Good fun and my toddler loved it. The water tap outside was rubbish though. It had eater everywhere and not a good height for little ones to drink the water at.
R. M.
Good fun for the kids, but a little too crowded (entrance/changing areas) and very basic cafe - would be happy to spend a few ££ and have good breakfast/lunch while waiting for kids to finish their activities, but there's very little choice
F. J.
Excellent experience, I am at intermediate level on the trampoline, and I love using Oxygen to work on my technique. Not too busy as they have limits to how many people can use the trampolines
Trampolines are very bouncy (especially the gymnastic ones), and they have everything from small trampolines for somersaults to very long ones for more advanced routines. One qualm is that there are lots of children who run around without looking, so do beware for them.
R. M.
Had a great time at Oxygen Freejumping! There's a lot to do for different ages, loved jumping onto the airbag and off the trampolines into the sponge pits! Exhausting great fun and good exercise!! Got an exciting buzz about the place.
J. H.
Kids loved it. Booked the 2 hours but only stayed for one as kids were tired. They have a small cafe but doesn't have a large selection of food
M. B.
Accompanied my 4.5 yo on a school outing with some of his school colleagues and a couple of teachers - they had an hour of great fun. Next morning my son was already asking when can we go back - always a good sign.
A. G.
its a good day out if you plan for off-peak times when schools are in session. The staff weren't rude like other reviews suggested, but they did try to bribe me with a free session for 5 stars on facebook
A. B.
The trampolines are not bouncy enough and they are too small... I had high expectations and I came to tumble and practice flips but I could not unfortunately :( The staff is kind though and it is still a nice place for children
S. H.
Nice trampoline site, gets really busy though I didn't like that teenagers and jumping along side little juniors too, saw too many collisions and upset kids. Be better if they could restrict age at some times.
B. G.
We really enjoyed our session at Family Bounce however you need to increase your parking spaces. Also, there were some areas that were a bit unsafe - we saw one young boy get his leg stuck down the side of a trampoline.
S. N.
Lots of fun, an hour just flew by
H. T.
Awesome place to have a jump around at and show your tricks off the foam pit has an obstacle course on top so if you fall in you don't hurt yourself there are 2 floors and you can have parties there aswell. The staff are very nice and caring.
J. W.
Great place to take my 2 year old on a Saturday morning. If you're attending the 10am session get there early as there isn't always any parking you have to park outside on the road
s. 1.
Omg well what can I say I did not think it could get any better Oxygen free jumping in Croydon absolutely spectacular best day out in a long time fun for the whole family I truly recommend this place. The staff were brilliant so helpful. I will do two hours next time or more one hour is not enough.
Antonia Sophie Jasmine.
T. P.
Went the other day. It was busy but that adds to the experience. The kids absolutely loved it and were spent afterwards. Tempted to go back in the evenings when I gather it is more quiet.
C. D.
Early morning session was ideal for small kids before the raucous main sessions started. Definitely like the idea of the Friday night DJ trampolining for adults as well.
N. N.
Yes it was fun enjoyed myself l
A. G.
Really fun idea, have been several times and would recommend it. My only criticism is that the foam pits need to be refreshed (they are a bit horrible at the moment) and the staff could be a bit more pro fun.
J. H.
Great time had by all
P. A.
We've now been a few times including holding my sons birthday party there. Great experience.
S. B.
It was really fun, I went with my friends and we had a great time. If your planning to go and probably looking through the reviews I i think you should definitely go
D. M.
The place is extremely popular with kids. Lots of trampolines to jump on. Although the management is a little naive - not many people who know what needs to be done. Always pushing you around. Another thing they are always pushing hard to upsell, kind of stupid in my opinion.
B. M.
Good fun place for kids and adults. Free parking and accessible by public transport, though a good walk.
N. H.
Brilliant, staff are amazing. Recommend this to all parents. 👍👍👍
L. H.
Staff were extremely friendly. Because of covid not all trampolines were in use but was still extremely fun
a. s.
I and my son liked it from the first time. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. The cafe is lively and quiet at the same time.
T. B.
Love it. The kids loved it more. You have to take your children at least once. We have a very big trampoline at home, this was just another level of bouncing for them.
l. m. l.
Awsome and its a fantastic place to socialise and have fun whilst becoming fitter and burning those naughty calories. There's a cafe there but it is a bit over processors get food or drink after before jumping.
E. O.
I went here today and left after only jumping for 10 minutes. The place was chaos before we even started with lots of screaming children running around and staff that couldn't handle them. I could understand this as the place has only just opened and its the first day of the summer holidays. however once I finally got in I started jumping and found that the trampolines are not actually that bouncy, its very hard to actually preform tricks on them like you see in the pictures but great for younger children who just want to bounce from one to the other.. there are 4 trampolines that actually have the right amount of bounce on them and people are queuing up for them. The last thing is the socks. they give you these special socks that have grips on them and this makes it dangerous as your foot says in one place and your body moves. this happened to me and this why I am now struggling with what I believe to be a broken toe. sorry for the very long review but in conclusion chaotic start, not so bouncy trampolines great for younger children and the socks are safe as young children cant slip around but dangerous when you stop bouncing as your foot stays still even if your body keeps going.
E. G.
Great place for kids to get their energy out. The party rooms are loud and a little cramped, but other than that it's great, and they are very generous with the pizza!
M. P.
Fun place but very loud, also the party rooms are very small, space for the kids to sit but nowhere for the adults literally stand against the wall. But fun all the same.
D. D.
Great place for kids, they changed the layout which is much better. Kids will 100% love it. Birthday parties are not great here.
R. g.
Very nice place a few activities personally enjoyed the foam pit the most. Went at 11 pn a sunady wasnt too busy mainly younger kids in my opinion.
P. K.
My son really love this place, a little pricey. However it's clean and safe. Staff are helpful.
R. A.
Great space and very organised. We've been there for a birthday party and was impressed! Also around it lots of varieties to grab a bite.
T. R.
Kids loved it, also good fun for the adults if you still got that kid left in ya!
I. I.
Came here with my family and had a lot of fun. While it was a bit overcrowded there were still many activities we could do.
H.
The jumping is fantastic but the staff is not good because they get really aggresive.for example i kicked a ball then a member of stuff wanted to kick me out. He got really angrey but i refused to go out. I told him they should have said in the video no kicking balls but he aggrevly contined to argue.
And the same stuff started laughing at me when i injured my self.
D. C.
Felt a bit like cattle when being ushered in and then whistled at to get out once our time was up but my little girl loved the experience on the trampolines.
d. p.
Great place to come, loads of fun, when inside the trapoline park just book for an hour but it feels longer... Great activities like dodgeball and assault course... Has showers aswell so you can go and freshen up after your jump, overall one fun experience that everyone should try
S. N.
Good place full on the weekends, a lot of kids, imagined trampolines to be biger but the place is big, a bit far from central London though
S. m.
Took my 3,4 and 6 year old. Loved every minute. It is expensive so an occasional treat as oppose to visiting regularly.
A. L.
I gave 4 stars not 5 because there’s only 1 cushion ram,and sometimes I see children complaining because they have to wait a long time till it’s their turn on the ram.
J. H.
By far the best trampoline park in greater London. If you live in the city the journey is fairly easy from clapham junction and it is totally worth it. Especially great for parties, it has dodgeball, off the wall trampolines, an airbag, a massive foam pit with monkey bars and such. It also has a bunch Olympic trampolines and other stuff. A great day out for anyone.
K. X. L.
I went with children of a charity and they enjoy a lot. There are also a bar/restaurant were you can see the kids while you are having a coffe. It's a nice place :)
H. A.
I and my son liked it from the first time. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. The cafe is lively and quiet at the same time.
J. G.
It's alright, but overrated In my opinion. They got rid of a large section, just to build a kiddie area. The whole place has now become a kid's play place. If you are older than 13, I would give Oxygen a miss.
H. G.
Best experience ever. Front staff very friendly and professional. Was able to give huge discounts. Wonderful birthday for my son.
A. V.
Brilliant day out for my son! Due to allergies we can't just go anywhere! Here he is safe from food...
j. r.
I took my son twice , he loved every minute . At the beginning of the session The staff show a safety video , I found this slightly unorganised . Plus no security entering the centre .
