Went swimming with my husband and 2 other family friends, and it was such a good work out. We went at around 8:00pm. The staff member was so welcoming and nice and the lifeguards were nice too! We'll be going every week for sure!

I can honestly say the management and the staff know how to treat the public. I come on a Saturday with my sister and the staff are always friendly make you feel welcome and always say hello or goodbye. If their having a bad day they don't show it. Keep up the good work.

Really good better gym . There is gym lower ground classes and a swimming pool available. Options for few mememberships which is good. They have a lift for disabled access.

It's okay, does the job. Swimming classes a little disjointed, but staff are willing to help. Changing rooms need a makeover as it's my major bugbear but otherwise spin room and downstairs gym in good condition, overall its worth a visit to see for yourself.

The gym is small and there isn't enough equipment. Due to the limited space, the machines are crammed in together which can seen a little claustrophobic at times. Most of the 'life fitness' cardio machines are okay, however some needed repair. The weights area seemed cramped and there wasn't an area for stretching or floorwork. The gym seemed to be full, keep in mind that I visited during off-peak hours, which are supposed to be the least busy period of the gym. This is undoubtedly due to the small size of the gym. The saving grace is the free car park and low cost on street parking surrounding the gym.

Staff I met are polite and knowledgeable but there is no cafe for refreshment, I guess they rely on the tesco next door that has a Costa machine, but even that doesn't serve tea! So not a good start, then their water aerobics class is only in 1 evening a week, what about us that want to do daytimes and not go out at night! Quite limited to me it seems, especially compared to the other Fushion fitness centre in Thornton heath High street. There is disabled access though

This is my 2nd visit to their water aerobics class and I loved it! This centre ticks a lot of boxes for me. It has plenty of parking, easy access and friendly/helpful staffs. The centre also is clean, tidy and the covid restrictions is mapped out well. My only problem is the expectation to put on the overshoes cover before going into the changing room with no seatings available, it is impossible to do so! Looking forward to going again!

Try and extend the gym (lifting area). you could move all the cardio machines upstairs. You got two studios for dancing that rarelyget used I think... And fix the wifi as the signal is intermittent. Not you, I know.. but get on the net provider's back!! Staff is great otherwise. Helpful when needed and always there. Keep it up guys. Doing great!

I attend the gym here each week. It's very local, spacious and well equipped. It has a range of memberships. You can also attend a variety of different exercise classes, including yoga, zumba, etc. You can get recommendations from a fitness trainer. You are also able to go swimming here too. Well worth joining to keep fit.

Free 2 hour parking which is amazing and the aqua class f Thursday..the best one I have every attended. Only 2 shower in the ladies .

Would be great to have a steam and sauna room in this centre but sadly it doesn't. But being close to home means its great for me to quickly get to after work to break a sweat in the exercise classes from a hard day's grind - you don't have to think about working the different muscle groups as its already sorted for you - just follow the plan....if you can.

I've been having swimming lessons since beginning of Feb. I couldn't swim a stroke And now I am an intermediate swimmer! Feel very pleased with myself. Swim teacher Liz is great. She really takes her time with people and doesn't make them do anything they are uncomfortable about. It's a fun class. All staff are polite. So pleased I joined 😀 🏊‍♀️

I worked here 20 years ago, and was surprised by how good the upgrade was. the pool is warm as are the changing rooms. the early morning spin class is good. its cheap, membership isn't essential just pay £8 each time i go, which is way better than £85 month at david Lloyd.

Very busy classes difficult to get a spot. The studios can be a little dirty after school classes and in the evening. All studios are well stocked with equipment yoga mats etc. Older person classes available but should accept people 50 years and above not 55 as now. Pool ok but water can be a little cold for leisure swimmers and little ones. Definitely cleaner than it used to be so new contractors have been beneficial, however the new website is difficult to navigate and getting to an overview of what's on for the week for both classes and pool difficult. In my opinion it should be first page then drill down for details. It seems to me that there are less staff than before but i could be wrong there. I have not tried the gym but it has recently had an overhaul with new kit etc and looks nice from outside.

Really does depend what you're after. The intense swim course for kids was good for me. My child moved up 2 stages in two weeks! However normal swimming lessons are not as good as many of the coaches dont get in the water with them. The changing rooms are the reason why my partner doesn't attend. Many lockers are broken and the floor is filthy as shoe covers arnt provided. The gym staff are helpful but lots of the equipment is broken

A decent leisure centre with a food sized swimming pool, but is quite strangely laid out, almost like you have to go back and forth to go between areas... Although the changing rooms are almost "in the middle" of the different areas - the changing rooms themselves are pretty bad layout, but hopefully they can do something about them during the lockdown... It's good to see the gym open, but changing rooms are closed at the moment, so go in your gym gear if you're working out

It's been about 2 months since I joined. Always friendly staff with a smile on their face. Sean (PT) has been a great help to me, in putting me back in shape. Just if the facility was bigger to offer wider range off choices like a suana.

Great range of classes, though quite pricey if you are not a member of the gym. Quite small gym (the actual space of the gym). Less stars because the swimming area doesn't seem to have a certain cleaning standard. People come inside to talk to teachers/ teachers go and come with same trainers/ kids go around in street shoes...everyone stepping where You are supposed to be walking in bare feet so you can go straight in the water. Not to mention that most mums just drag their over 8 year olds boys in the ladies changing room, which is annoying and disturbing, as there are teenagers and mums with babies that cannot always go in the tiny changing rooms provided. And the most disgusting thing is the Cleaner who is always busy either napping in a corner of the changing room or over the phone and She suddenly gets busy exactly next to you when you want to change your wet swimming suit or found she had to wipe the areas around the hair dryers...when you use them. Grrr!

We attend classes on mon, tue, wed, thur, Friday and Sunday consisting of - All over body work out, Core stability and pump. All 3 are excellent classes and brilliant instructors. Thank you Sabiya

Nice cosy gym, lovely staff but let down by a few dum-dums who can't read 'put your weight back once you have finished with them'. Would be nice to introduce a literacy test before giving out memberships to save others tripping over weights left scattered around the floor.

Water was lovely temperature in the pool ,showers were lovely temperature, lovely staff, very cheap to get in, lots of activities going on, ladies changing room floor not very clean, needs new lock keys take extra pound with you just incase...Lots off good changes after nine years :))

Great facilities for racquet sports, group or individual aerobic exercises, lifting weights and swimming. Lovely tutors and personal trainers to help out whenever you need it. Altogether a great place to register personally or for family.

SNLC is cool. Zumba classes are great. I love using their Peck-DecK mahine. I have created new friendships here over the years. Recommend if you want to keep fit with out any distractions.

Open from 6am for gym, 6:30 for swim. The lighting has been upgraded, really bright LEDs now. And functional split clocks in the pool. Still necessary to book for the pool.
