Amazing. Today we stumbled upon this place and what an amazing find it was. It's kinda hidden behind the nearby park and you really need to know that it's there or it can easily be missed. I am thinking to join a gym soon to get even fitter and I thought I would go inside and have a chat. After entering the place, initially just to ask for some details; I was pleasantly greeted by a guy who's name sadly escapes me but he introduced himself and asked if we would like a quick tour of the place. I explained what I was after, while he gave us the guided tour. The facility looked rather new, equipment is kept in very good condition and there was a handful of people there, not to busy mind you, just right. We must of spent 15-30 minutes walking around being shown what they had to offer and at the end, I was shocked that he didn't try and push a sell on to us. Usually with most places, they just want the money and try and push the sell which in turns always ends up to nothing from us as we hate feeling bullied into anything. I was mostly impressed with the staff being so kind and polite and the not trying to force a sell pitch at us. If your looking to join a gym, you might want to consider this one. If I do decide to join, I will update this review to reflect what more I find.

Good priced softplay often empty weekdays £3.50. Tumble tots in the main sports hall at back behind football pitch £3 tuesdays and thursdays. Bouncy castle and toys. Outside area needs some tlc

GRRRREAT to be back at the historical site for football lovers. Nearly 20 years a returning patron, and the formerly refurbished pitches still maintain their standard. Yes, local development of the area has somewhat dampened the full joy of intense dopamine bonanza as the NEW residents claim and shout foul in the sounds of passion (quite unfairly if I may add). Welcoming staff and a clean site to visit. Missed you Wandle 😊

I went for a children's party. The soft play room they have is great! Welcoming staff. They also have a party room for party meal and games. Something I thought they could really do with was a coffee vending machine and possibly few sandwiches. The party was two hours so I had to duck out and run to the Southside to cafe Nero and run back again. Would be great if they had a small offering onsite.

I've played footie here on and off for 10yrs. Floodlights are good. 3G always seems to be in pretty good nick. A bit pricey though. Has at least 1 big changing room, for those playing footie, with toilets & showers (although I've never used them) Staff seem ok, always oblige with pumping up balls etc. If you play on the side nearest the Wandle balls can fairly easily end up in the river.

The Wandle recreation centre has great football pitches but there never available. I come here a lot and the majority of the time there are never pitches to play on which frustrates me so much because there’s no other place in Wandsworth (which I know of) with good astro turf pitches. I’ve once waited over 3 hours for a pitch because clubs and camps book them and the rest of the public can’t.

Really like the soft play here. New, clean and good diversity of stuff. Only problem is there's not much for new walkers and under. Bit dangerous to put them where the bigger kids are charging about. Would be nice to have somewhere small for little ones.

pitches are always in good condition, never had any problems with bookings or double bookings. plenty of parking nearby. haven't used the small looking gym but seems to have the general equipment you would need for an average workout.

friendly and easy going staff. decent 5-a-side pitches, though plenty of annoying spots your ball can disappear into. half-decent changing rooms though BRING YOUR OWN PADLOCK if you want to lock up your valuables! usual selection of vending machines. on-road parking available at certain times, and i think there's a car park. not a cheap venue to hire pitches but then this is London.

Lots of different activities here. Much bigger than it looks from the outside. Lots of activities for toddlers! Only reason not given five stars as staff not very enthusiastic on reception. Could barely be bothered to stop their personal conversation to answer my query on the first occasion and second time a man on reception who quite obviously didn't want to be inturrpted in whatever he was doing on computer. Get past reception and it's a warm friendly place!

wonderful customer experience , made even more enjoyable by the lovley staff keith, charelle, nathalie, marcus and chris who are by far the best ever staff i have ever seen. hardworking ,reliable beautiful people. who make my wandle experience a great one. i recommend they all get a massive pay rise and lots of extra hoilday.and may i also say that the bookings manager is a hero of mine who has often helped me book pitches without hassle. i can honestly say i love him like a family member.
