C. S.The Monday and Thursday interval training sessions with Salford Mets Athletics Club are brilliant. Every session is different. The floodlit track is a great place to run especially in Winter.
L.Nice place for people to go and exercise. Is tricky to find so sat nav recommend. Parking is ok but can be tricky on a busy day.
