Amazing place for children of all ages! We had the best birthday party there for our little girl. The staff were incredibly accommodating. Good food and drinks all very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

We had our daughters second birthday party in December here and she absolutely loved it! The staff went the extra mile, especially with the nursery rhymes/singing and dancing and bubbles they put on for the kids. Thank you to Rose who was especially great with Poppy. We go here regularly anyway as it’s so varied and a lot to do but we would definitely have her birthday party here again.

I come regularly with my daughter. This is the best play centre in Manchester as far as I'm concerned. It's clear that it's been established with heart and soul, and a noble philosophy of helping the community. There's plenty of different things for kids to engage with and explore. Staff are always very friendly and accommodating. I've been to a few play centres in Manchester and I honestly can't recommend The Hideaway as number 1 enough

Absolutely love this place. So much more educational and pro development than an average soft play centre. Cafe is also fab and I love how you can request specific time for food to arrive-Makes being parent on your own so much more relaxing than any queuing for essential coffee whilst trying to supervise a small child! Been several times and it gets better every visit, and drive a good 25 minutes for it just because it’s best play centre in GM in my opinion!

Went here today with my 2 year old son. He loved it and will definitely be back! Big variety of toys and activities, not just the usual soft play climbing frames and slides. Staff were very friendly, especially the cafe staff.

It's majestic! You can dream a dream, but it takes a very special person to bring those dreams to reality. Your taken to an, almost, fairy tale world - once seen, it will live with you for ever. Still under construction at the moment, but when finished.............

A fantastic indoor play area for toddlers and younger children. There is a role play area with shop, cafe and garage. They have small world areas like dinosaurs and pirates, sand and water play and crafts. There is a football area where the staff held a short dance session while we were there. There is also a small softplay area and bouncy castle. There is a cafe and plenty of seating and the toilet area was very clean. We took children aged 0, 1.5, 3 and 4 and they all thoroughly enjoyed it.

A great place for little ones. I would recommend a visit. Lots of different areas to play which were engaging and fun. Bouncy castle is a bonus. We were told to wear masks unless sitting to eat and we were probably only two out of three adults during our hour-long visit wearing masks. Lots of adults mask-less (despite the staff seemingly asking people on arrival to wear them). Just something to be mindful of before visiting, if you're concerned at all.

Just left the Hideaway with our granddaughter who loves going there and we love taking her, nothing negative to say about the play facilities they are great 😊 I’m frustrated today as to being asked to wear a mask, being asked by a member of staff wearing hers under her chin, as were two other staff members sat at the desk. Very few adults thankfully did not wear them and the few again who did were forever touching them, moving them and again wearing them under their chins !! Please stop this farcical madness 😷👊🏽

An absolutely brilliant place! Visited with my two boys, aged 9 months and 2.5yrs, and they had the best time! So much for them to do and space to explore. Unlike normal soft play places there's room to run around, football area, giant building blocks, craft area, bouncy castle, little stage, pretend garage, cafe and post office. Definitely a place we'll be going back to. It is a bit hidden as it's on the first floor above some shops, but there is a door from the car park and stairs and a lift.

Great place for.little ones to run about. Best thing about this place though is the space. There is a soft play, but that's not just what The Hideaway is about. There is a stage where kids can out on an impromptu show, a lego table, a bouncy castle, a football space with soft footballs, a place with overgrown building blocks and a small ball pit. Not forgetting the imaginary play with the post office, supermarket and garage. Food is well priced and decent tasting. They do gluten free too, although it's a bit basic. Toilet facilities are great with kids toilet seats available for all toilets and small person sinks too. Great all round time

Love this place it's amazing the staff are amazing but just been watching the parent's letting there children drop and throw food on the floor and did not even clean or pick it up 🤬 do you let your children behave like this at home ,absolute tramps ,please clean up after yourselves its not the job for the hideaway its your mess

Great place! Big open space for kids to run around. Food is good and cheap too. Only downgraded a star because the toliets were dirty - no loo paper in some of the stalls and nappy bin was full. I was one of the first people in at 9:30am on a Monday so I would have thought they would clean the toilets the night before. Otherwise, lovely place!

Absolutely amazing place! Wish I had found this place before now but will be back. Staff all friendly. Food reasonably priced and good selection on menu. The play areas for the children are brilliant, really cannot recommend this place enough, well worth a visit and even better as it's half price during January.

Great place, my 3yo loves it. Do much to do. He doesn't like normal soft play but lives the variety here. Only let down is the cafe- food is reasonably priced and quality not bad but it is so disorganized. No one clearing tables, the person on the till also serving drinks and counter items meaning huge ques form and items are often missing. Doesn't stop me going though. I'd really recommend it, but perhaps go elsewhere for food!

The children loved it but I was surprised at seeing a number of children riding the little Tikes cars around the cafe area . Also someone needs to put some bits and pieces into the Garage & Tesco's etc as there was nothing to play with in those areas .

Wonderful, action packed adventures for children. My child is 16 months and he was overwhelmed by how much fun he could have in each area. Hours of joy to be had. A baby/child paradise that has a cafe to cater for the whole family. A must for any parent or guardian!

Wow! Super impressed. So much for kids to do, roleplay postoffice, play cafe, bouncy castle, soft play area, cars, lovely cafe, clean and lovely staff. Brought my 2 and 6yr olds. Worried it was too young for 6yr old but he has found lots to do, mini golf, football and pool table. Really recommend for under 5s

A great little place dead in the centre of partington aimed at younger children. Like a soft play centre, but with so much more to it. Inside you'll find a bouncy castle, soft play frame, soft building block area, little fake street with cars and a cafe which, though expensive everywhere else other than children's play centres, isn't that bad. Also the first adult doesn't have to pay, which is a god send!

Being a childminder myself and my friend also a childminder we took the children 2 3 year old girls 2 year old boy and a 1 year old for the first time and we thought wow these people have taken every area of learning into consideration it is everything under one roof best place our toddlers thoroughly enjoyed themselves and didn’t want to leave I would love a hideaway near me it is perfect well done definitely put on my weekly agenda

Great place , kids love it , although you do get some right chavvie people ,who have kids that seem to just run amoke with out no boundaries, There where some questionable things ,like the clear dome window in the climbing area, was thick with dust, Couple of chewed up sweets in the seats, Small things that stick out , Although the staff where helpful and friendly, service for food or drinks does take a bit of time, Thank you to Hannah for helping out at Jacobs birthday party and the girl with the red hair, didn't catch her name, Ps, we did get charged extra even though we had a discount from the hope centre, So watch for the prices it can catch you out, Oh ...........£2.99 for a coffee is far to much ! Take that in mind bosses at the Hideaway
