Reviews of Urmston Sports Club
S. W.Recently held a Celebration of Life at Urmston Sports Club for my late husband Pat Walker. Pat was a local lad and was well known in the Stretford, Urmston and Sale area so it was a fitting location. The venue was perfect as it was nicely decorated, well equipped and sufficiently big enough to accommodate 100 guests. Pat was a popular guy! Emma with whom I organised the event was so helpful in ensuring that the room was ready on time, spotlessly clean and tidy and that all equipment was available to ensure the evening ran smoothly. The bar staff were also great. I would definitely hold another event here and want to say a big thank you to Emma and her team. Sally

S. H.The club hosted a spectacular firework display as well as lighting a bonfire to keep you warm. Kids thoroughly enjoyed it. Hot Food and drinks were also available.
R. L.Hired the function room for my 18th! The staff were friendly and understanding! The function room was big for the party! They provided brilliant food and it is easy to get too! I would highly recommend this for a function room!

J. F.Very friendly people, i helped set up a bonfire and this turned out to be a large event in the community with hundreds turning up. They have tennis ,Cricket, Bowls, and the school next door had basketball/netball and hockey. They had a bar with premier league football on aswell.

M. S.The address and postcode kept leading me to the back of the building near English martyrs school where there is no entrance and then the place is barely signposted literally the entrance isn't even a road its like a narrow path between a school took over 15mins to find even with Google maps 🤔
