Reviews of Xscape Milton Keynes
D. T.
The facility is great, with lots of options. From the indoor snowdome, to Escape rooms and arcades. This is overall a great facility which offers plenty of choice for food and drink, ample parking too.
It also houses a 4DX cinema and indoor skydiving.
It's possible to spend the entire day here with planned and booked activities, a great day out with family or friends, it would be difficult to have a bad outing here as there is so much choice, there is something for everyone at different price points. Absolutely a great facility, highly recommend a visit, would advise booking some of the activities in advance the various eateries offer a variety of cuisine options and there are choices to suit every budget.
B. V.
Wonderful place for indoor skydive , food and Watching movies. We watched our first Indian movie "Kahani" in February 2012.
Moments forever.
E. S.
It's big place. I could not understand the parking fares. We've just went to McDonald's. There's nice playground at the entrance.
T. A.
Excellent day out for the family! Staff very friendly and helpful even during busy periods. Rocks Climber & Open Jump experience great way to entertain kids for 2.5 hours !
I'd highly recommend coming here !
S. 7. S.
Great place to visit for every one and lots to do and eating in lots of places also cinema don't forget to check out ski slope and indoor sky diving
T. “. L.
Loads of great restaurants and a really cheap Wetherspoons! Great Cineworld Cinema.
m. j.
What more could you want. Bowling, cinema, arcade, games room and much more. I take the kids here for a morning we normally do the arcade which is tokens on a card system very good and then head over to the games room which is free but ask you buy one food or drink item an hour well worth it.
J. H.
Great selection of things to do particularly families, bowling, restaurant, Macdonald's and top of the range cinema experience and with parking right out front.
Good opportunity to be in a place where you can let your kids explore.
Just quick heads up though, as amazing as indoor skiing and wind tunnels etc they do come with a cost that may shock many and it's very fair to say time restrictions and equipment costs.
Only given 4 stars as like to always leave room for improvement.
I. C.
Absolutely fabulous time on empty slopes. Excellent amenities and cheap parking if you stay in the purple zones.
A. M. P. a. P.
Love this facility. Snow was good last time I visited. Great coaches, a decent restaurant is available with meals and snacks available.
Only criticism is the Skis I had were very slow. Probably not been serviced in a while. But... I was still skiing!
T. N.
Great place to hang out with the kids as has everything under one roof. You can go swimming at Nuffield Health gym, have lunch, watch a movie, and go to gravity, bowling or go for a drink all in one place. love it!
G. S.
A great variety of facilities, excellent for families. We spent the day there and only scratched the surface. All staff that we spoke to were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. On the down side it seemed as though they were trying to save money on their utilities as the snow in the snowzone was slushy (I had my board waxed prior to visiting) and they had only one lift operating despite being busy. The bowling alley was superb and very well organised.
R. H.
Visited Miller & Carter. Didn't book and didn't have to wait for table.
My partner had Fillet steak ( her favourite) pleased to say, she wasn't disappointed. I had a pork cutlet which looked and tasted great.
Bill £55ish , two main courses with two drinks.
Would definitely visit again.
C. B.
Plenty to do and lots of different restaurants to eat at. We always come to this Cineworld and enjoy going to the arcades as well. Loving the new Geek Retreat as well. Good day out.
S. F.
Not much there but has more of the shops I'd frequent.
There is the cinema and the arcade but you now have to get a card and top it up to play so that's a NO for me so didn't stop to play. There's thd bowling alley and a new indoor crazy golf place coming soon. The indoor ski slope is pretty cool though 😎 . There's a fair few eateries so filling up isn't a problem.
Better than the centre mk but plenty of room for improvement
G. P.
Nice place with huge parking space.
J. M.
Sooooo much fun and staff are amazing, we had Josh as our instructor.
W. G.
Great place to visit with family or friends. Lots of fantastic activities for all ages. Good food stops too!
R. G.
So much to do here, including the indoor snow slope, indoor skydiving, cinema, and arcades. You could spend a whole day, as well as a lot money here. I absolutely love coming here, one of my favourite places in MK.
C. D.
Lots of fun activities to do: climbing, bowling, arcade and skiing. Lots places to eat, lots of parking and the place has a cool aesthetic a lot to love.
R. G.
Nice day outing fun /kids and family entertainment. Good food outlet and parking. Yes love it
K. B.
This was the 2nd time we had booked at ifly, I messed up booking on our vouchers and after travelling 3 hours found I had only booked one person on not both, even though they were extremely busy the staff went out of their way to fit us into later that day! Saved our trip I was very grateful 😊
The instructor lake was fantastic very talented and patient. Another great experience at ifly would highly recommend 👍
G.
Many Rats seen outside in bushes between carpark and main entrance, not sure if I'd visit to eat at but other than that plenty to do - new indoor golf complex coming soon to
H. A.
I'm down in London so it's a nice drive up here and also a great day out (kids and adults). There is plenty to do and plenty to keep you occupied including indoor skydiving. My kids really loved the rock climbing at Gravity. While most places in here are chains and you can find them induvidually elsewhere I think it is great they are all here. By Cineworld there is also a BaskinRobbins
S. D. M.
We went to IFLY, which was a fabulous feeling of weightlessness and flying, very friendly staff who guided you throughout.
Easy to find, great facilities and great accessibility to other experiences such as the snowdome for expample.
K. G.
A great place to discover new adventures
S. A.
Very nice place open until 10 pm , there are different fun activities such scape room , snow zone , arcade, cinema and others , also different type of cafe and restaurants
N. K.
Lovely place to go with the whole family, from kids to adults, variety of things to do from play games to going bowling, ice skating and mini golfing.
C. W.
Good food of all types, really enjoy the cinema and there's plenty more to do if you are feeling adventurous
D. W.
Plenty to see and do here, cinema, restaurants, shops, and of course snozone, bowling and more, a great (if not easy on the pocket) day out for the whole family
B. P.
Lovely cinema as went to watch the Beast. Then went to a Turkish restaurant. Nice evening out
M. C.
A place for entertainment. Huge and nice design from the outside. Cinema, bowling, and amusement area is there. A number of restaurants also exists there. There is a huge parking area, part of it is free but the rest is for a fee.
D. R.
You get movie theater, gaming zones for kids and youngsters booth, indoor skiing and multiple food joints like KFC, MCDONALD'S and many more under the same roof... and right next to this you have indoor sky diving by the name ifly
A. D.
This place has all the options for your entertainment. It has a Cineworld for movies, an ice skating rink, a nice casino , a few pubs, and a lot of places offering games. Also has KFC and other food joints. Has a few shops for clothing as well. The ambience here is quite lively till late night. In one word, it's the heart of MK.
P. R.
Experience was amazing. There are so much to entertain as Iskydive, skiing, 4D cinema, casino, restaurants, coffees, family programs. Wonderful place!☺ I will return definetely many times. I recommend this place anyone want to have a great time!
M. W.
Plenty of places to eat to any desires cuisine. Cinema is clean and great to visit. Ski slopes look fun and there are other things too
H. F.
Packed with lots to do! Easy to spend alot of money here but I love the arcades
R. m.
Great cinema food, ski slope, air cushion. Etc casino. Shops amusements bowling, so lots to enjoy.
R. H.
Second time I've been, first for a beginners ski day course, then for a combined ski lesson. Both times have been great. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff.
R. N.
Plenty of shops. Good running of movies. Good range of places to eat.
A. H.
The range of retailers has dropped as the owner rent prices have gone up, leading to increased prices all round. Usually quite clean and well kept, most features are in working order.
J. G.
There's loads to do in the Xscape Milton Keynes. It's a great entertainment venue with a cinema, rock climbing, VR arcade, ski slope, indoor sky diving and a trampoline park. There's also decent places to eat with restaurants, fast food outlets, and a weatherspoons. Plus there's places to shop for clothes. All round worth a visit.
J.
First time here. Looks great from the minute you go through the door friendly staff very helpful. We did sledging which is a 45minute per group. It was rather a large group and couldn't always hear the staff explaining what you needed to do. They were always on hand to speak to and ask. Thesledging was great fun and after we finished we got changed as you do get a little wet. We went to the cafe for food. Which offered adukta and children's portions which was great. Food arrived hot and looking good. Coffee was also a welcome hot drink for after all that sledging. Would definitely go back.
S. T.
Quiet on a Monday, good indoor snow experience and clean and tidy facilities. All seems well organised.
J. D.
Really good experience, just over a bit quick but the kids loved it!
P. F.
Have been going here for many years. I live in Bedford but always go here for the cinema. Great choice of places to eat at too from ask Italia, frankies & bennies, KFC, mds, nandos, subway & more . Love the bowling alley here and great arcade games too play.
G. G.
Smaller shopping centre next to Campbell Park with restaurants, stores, gym with pool, indoor skydive, indoor ski and snowboard with real snow, bowling, cinemas and trampoline park and casino. Great place to spend your free time with your family.
J. L. N.
An amazing shopping experience!!! Snow slopes, wind tunnel, trampolines, cinemas, restaurants AND shops all in one place! Nothing beats this one-stop-shop-till-you-drop location!
M. G.
Very busy lots to do and see round the area lovely cinema could get expensive day out though not the cheapest
G. M.
Experience at the cineworld counter was poor if that...seemed more interested in idle chit chat than serving customers...I gave up after standing behind the same small family for over 10 minutes
How long does it take to cook an ice cream ? Lol
J. C. E. M.
We love doing events in this location. the staff are always very nice and helpful towards our team. We recently provide characters and planning services for the launch of the new Star Wars film.
S. H.
Good place to go
Plenty to do

There is a cool place now that's like a comic book / games cafe serving shakes etc ..... not tried it yet
C. F.
Viisted weatherspoons on a Saturday evening. Busy but we managed to find a table. Great selection of good value drinks
N. S.
It's the only one in UK! The best indoor ski slopes and flight zone in England. It's inside the shopping center, where you can find lots car parks, so no lost time, if you are hungry after skiing, climbing or flying, there are lots of restaurant ready to get you some good food.
Skiing here is very cheap, the 20 pounds' ticket it permits to ski for 1 hour, ski boots, snowboard or ski and ski suit included.
in additivi, Skiing lessons are offered for all ages and skills, from starters to pros, but price increase, at least 100 pounds forse two hours.
Who has never skied, lessons are obligatory.
Flyght zone is more expensive, tickets start from 40 pounds for 2 minutes, litteraly. It's better buy a ticket for jumping off the plane.
L. R.
Great place for the whole family offering halal food restaurants and various family entertainment for all age groups. Would highly reccommend.
J. H.
We visited urban climb... great indoor climbing set up, plenty to fill one hour, reccomend the unlimited slush as the kids were put through their paces and were sweating when they were done, the slush kept them cool and hydrated.
t. c.
Loads to do for kids now and meals out lovely area. Something for all budgets
I wanna try gravity next time its a climb and trampolining area.
a. c.
Great place to visit! Really good fun. Café is OK does serve hot food. I fly is amazing if not slittle expensive.
Z.
Great place for all types of activities , plenty to do food mall the works great fun
C. O.
Attended the Escape Room experience with work colleagues. It was a Monday and to be fair the place was quiet. However a good time was had by all. My only advice is ensure you park and pay at the correct machines or you could ended up with a ticket.
G. J.
Decent entertainment area, some good restaurants and a few things to do. Was a clean centre
M. R.
Easy to find and plenty of parking (paid) close by. Inside the centre are various shopping outlets and restaurants. The Snowzone is located on the ground floor, plenty of seating (if spectating), toilets, changing rooms and equipment hire.
O. A.
Cool place with good entertainment! Restaurants, cinema, toilets, casino, indoor skydiving amongst other things
A visit will convince you!
🤸🤸🤸😎
A. A.
We loved it. Absolutely amazing
d. b.
Been visiting here since it opened. Great selection of shops and restaurants. Cinema is one of my favourites in the area and there's lots of activities to do the too. Lots of parking available and good night life
d. j. w. b.
Well, the “Woodlouse of Despair”, as Bill Bailey so aptly described the XScape building was certainly bang full tonight. A wonderful mixture of boys holding hands, girls holding hands, girls in dresses their mothers would not approve of, gangs of kids tapping on the window of Pizza Express to attract the rather handsome waiter, families with kids, disabled people and their friends, and couples on first dates. You could almost believe the pandemic was over.
Anyway, it’s a small mall. That’s about it. Convenient, clean, bright, modern. You get what you see. And that’s ok.
H. K.
Great place for food and fun. Be it alone, with friends and/family, all are covered.
J. M.
Never been skiing before and I must recommend this to everyone! Booked lesson 1 of 5 and had such a friendly guy doing the lessons really good instructor picked it up nice and easy... Same as most places that have this much to offer the food and drinks prices was unacceptable, but in the Milton Keynes branch there is many other food places inside the shopping centre/ food court (like Wagamama) 😁 overall I'd recommend to everyone snow is actual snow it's cool!
J. S.
A smart, stylish, clean behemoth of a building that houses an indoor ski slope, Ten-pin bowling alley, rock climbing wall and Cineworld multiscreen cinema. There are plenty of places to eat, drink and have fun.
S. H.
Cool place. Good cinema, good shops, indoor skiing, trampoline Park, nice restaurants, amusements, bowling etc.
Can easily spend the whole day there with the kids (and about 500 quid)
R. S.
Convenient, easy parking, not as busy as it should be.
D. J.
Worth a visit we used the snow dome and had ski lessons. Be sure to park in the purple sections and use the right parking meter as a fraction of the cost of parking closer to the dome. We also visited pizza express an average restaurant.
G. S. W.
Always great going to the escape, lots of parking spaces, mainly I go to Cineworld, kfc, mcds or subways.
A. G.
Everything in one place for a lovely weekend. Go for some family games, have a nice diner with selections of great branded restaurants , do some some shopping in centre and end it with a movie at cineworld.
m. h.
My little boy had so much fun! Mostly at the kids arcades. We also went to the 4D cinema.
A. G.
There's no chance someone could say it didn't find what was looking for. On Christmas time it was absolutely magic for the kids. We love this shopping mall.
M. C.
Cineworld was a great experience! Especially 4DX!
A. S.
Great place for skiing or snowboarding. However when they leave park jumps out from the previous park night,in conjunction with sledging taking up the other half of one of the slopes. It makes you wonder why you have paid so much for half of the space.
c. j.
Great complex. Great parking. Brilliant all . Has what you need and more
J. C.
Good place to learn to ski. Nice cafe for refreshments at reasonable prices. Plenty of ski shops amongst other shops at this venue.
One note on a personal level, the instructor could have been better.
D. C.
A place for sport and adventure lovers.
Sky Fly is one of my best experiences.
B. B.
iFly
What an amazing experience!
This was my first time, I had 4min and felt just enough to get a taste of what it is.
I love it! If I live near I would definitely get a membership.
Definitely recommend!
D. K.
Went here for bowling and arcades. Nice, clean shopping centre excellent variety of shops available for everyone.
H. A.
It's like a retail park under 1 roof! Activitys, restaurants and arcades! Has a bigger set of restaurants over the road if none you fancy there!
B. F.
I've only been for the cinema and there are great food choices right there to do dinner and a movie.
b. e.
Fun station, great place for kids if you been dragging em round cmk for 4 hours 😂
J. E.
Was a lot of fun. Definitely recommend everyone five it a go. We did Blackbeard's treasure was great fun 10/10 will do another one soon.
m. b.
Good size carpark, ticket machines limited ways to pay and wardens patrolling area.
M. D. S.
Had fun in this place. Food was great as well.
N. P.
I'm happy to have this place close to us. The amount of weekend evenings we have spent here for dinner and the cinema is too many to count. Great selection of restaurants. If you want to do something other than the cinema you have plenty of options such as the slope, bowling, trampolines etc.
D. G.
As far as I can tell there are only about 4 shops in here now, the rest is restaurants. Can't remember the name of it but the best surf/ski/skate shop is on the only corner in this place. A great range of products and brands.
M. U. I. A.
One of my all time favourites, love the shape of the building, watched quite a few movies. Used a few food places. All round decent place. Across the road to the main shopping centre which is very handy, plenty of parking spaces (paid parking). Clean place and seems maintained.
m. r.
Christmas present for my niece and nephew. They loved it. It's well organised. The learning sloop isn't very visible from the viewing area so photo ops are not great. Adjacent to shopping mall for the bored
J. W.
Excellent Family restaurant..Loved the decor and most importantly Food is way too delicious..keep it up Namji..
S. D.
Bought some black shoes there. Comfortable. Great as I have a narrow foot. Insoles I bought there seemed over priced though. Assistant was helpful.
M. g.
Not bad quite busy on a Friday would recommend the super screen in cine world and plenty of food and other entertainment on offer there
V. N.
Recreation centre in Milton Keynes housing a number of retail chains and food outlets. Also has a bowling arena and a funzone.
T.
Came here for my birthday to go into places and have a look and it was good but a few things have been changed since the last time I went
A. P.
Cinema had 50% of ticket machines broken! Not great but there rest ok pricey food and popcorn..no chillie con carne dips...but Hey no surprise there!
G. C.
Good selection of restaurants and niche shops with the SnowZone and multiplex cinema at its heart.
J. J.
There are a lot of different activities and for different ages at xscape, I spent a wonderful time gravity's
L. C.
Loved it here especially namji that has newly opened. In my opinion best Punjabi cuisine in the whole of Milton Keynes
P. B.
Great place and good activities to do on a day out. Snowzone and Ifly are great experience to enjoy.
S. J.
Raymond and Ash, best security team, found someone stealing my bike and recovered and gave it back to us
R. R.
First 2 snowboard lessons here, instructor was really relaxed and explained things very well, helped out whoever needed it with skill. He spotted me struggling in the lobby after arriving late and came right over to help and get me fitted and in the group straight away. Can't remember his name which is a shame..
The snow slopes seem well kept and are fun to ride, all the park staff were friendly and keen to help.
J. W.
Lots of fun to be had bowling, good condition balls and very helpful staff. Lane froze but they were quick to rectify it and gave us a voucher. Good customer service
s. s.
Love to go there in free time.lots of fun
I. M.
Always busy, always ready to welcome everybody, will definitely come back there.
V. A.
Have been to escape quiet a few times, We enjoyed the gaming zone downstairs. It was a good place to relax with little kids. Always loved the cinema and bowling and Gravity ofcourse. Enjoyed a few restaurants downstairs as well.
D. T.
We get lift passes regularly here. All well organised, plenty of staff on the slopes and both lifts working well. Could just do with more staff on boots and boards /skis at busy times. But a great trip out.
v.
Great place with a good variety of restaurants and fun activities.
T. R.
Love Xscape, several rather unusual entertainment things to do. Great for those chilly Winter days as everything is indoors.
G. S.
Good selection of shops with good ski, board stuff! indoor slope is ideal for learning. Nice choice for food.
C. W.
Not enough air con in centre, Mcds or Cinema on the hottest day.
m. a.
Fantastic place for the kids.. Loved every bit of it
D. W.
great place .shops and eateries available on site only gripe is that with the indoor skydive session it was literally 2 x 1 min sessions of actual time and none of the 10 people in the same session were able to go high up. but was fun.
T. T.
Went to Gravity. Kids enjoyed the bounce and climbing. They had fun as they kept saying. My opinion.... Perfect for active kids age 1 to 16. I recommend.
J. M.
Great place to get with friends...lots to do and plenty of places to eat
D. D.
Lots to do in this building including...
Bowling, cinema, sky diving, clothing shops, restaurants, shake stands and desserts arcades, skiing, gym, swimming etc
The shops are slowly being replaced by arcades and wall climbing, but all great fun in one place
A. S. H.
Big changes in the cinema area the arcade should put a few games for the toddler like hitting crocodile or else.
H. L.
Not my usual cup of tea but you can't fault what this place has to offer and the scale it's offered on. Gravity is a family favourite followed by a slap up dinner in one of the many eateries. Fun on steroids
a. a.
Multi brand showroom with multi cuisine restaurant like indian , Turkish, Continental etc,Cinepolis also there ..it's like one stop solution
R. H.
A great centre for entertainment. Such a shame a couple of restaurants didnt survive covid. Still great choice of places to eat plus lots of entertainment for the kids with cinema, bowling, trampolining and the ski slope.
M. H.
Good to see the units in the snowzone are being taken despite Covid! Some great places in the snowzone for kids aside from just the snow slopes. Currently there is a VR games experience, arcade areas, bowling, cinema, trampoline park, boardgame experience place, escape room and some places to eat. For the adults, wing kingz for some sport and great food. Highly recommended!
K. S.
Great for adrenaline junkies and families alike.
S. M.
Awesome day booked already to go back wanna try the skiing too
K. B.
My brother had a great time! Look at him, skiing so majestically. Bit chaotic in places though
v. T.
Went to the cinema in this complex it's clean and has a lot going on in there not just a cinema well worth a visit for a lot of other things plenty of places to eat
S. C.
As a centre it looked amazing. So massive. Didn't get to see much as we got there at 7pm and most was closed. Loved the little park outside. Fantastic for the kids. Very well thought of.
C. B.
Really enjoyed our two hours on the slopes. Shame it's not a little bigger but it is a fantastic place to go after a couple of years off of the slopes! Wish it was closer to Home!
T. “. B.
Big shopping centre with alot of restaurants and cafes, we went as my partner was attending a session at IFly skydiving which was an experience in itself, there's alot to do here.
R. G.
A great selection of shops and places to eat, always clean, but parking could be improved
k. d.
Average, quite small compared to some other trampoline parks
M. W.
Great peeve to go have fun. Fantastic food places cinema that's clean and great. There are things to do like bowling which is always a great place to go.
Z.
Clean building. Visible security staff. Plenty of choices for food and entertainment. Temperature decent - appropriate and neither too hot/cold.
S. L. H.
Lots of opportunity in one building. My favorite the skisloop.
C. S.
Esculater in xscape going up to the Hollywood Bowling 🎳 was awful 😖 😱 it shuddered all the way up,my wife did not like it, felt unsafe. According to my granddaughter and her friend, they wouldn't rate the Bowling experience 🙄 not at all well!!
V. H.
I liked Brigham Ellis outdoor shop
S. K.
The whole place is abit dated and could do with a little bit of money spent on it bu that being said there is a few nice little treats in and round the building with the likes of the casino, cinema, bowling allye and a number of grate restaurants.
K. K.
It's a very good place for kids and young adults. Bowling, Cinemas, Gravity, pubs all at one place. Go ahead and enjoy.
D. T.
Xscape offers a variety of activities from skiing and rock climbing to cinema and bowling. With restaurants to eat in or take away, bars and clubs it is a great place for a family outing or a grown up night out.
A. E.
Good centre, restaurants, cinema etc. We were visiting Miller and Carter this time.
N. B.

S. F.
Loads of fun things to do, a good range of restaurants and shops! Can spend a good amount of time here although the parking can be quite expensive.
B. S. D.
Great place to play sports and gym. Indoor skydiving, gym, swimming pool, changing room, skiing, cinema, restaurants, shopping, pub, games, casino and many more options. Regular to Nuffield health center & gym, Cineworld and Wagamama's there. A lot of options if you are regular visitor or goes once in a year and it has everything from child to adult. Also love the design of Xscape which is unique in itself. Highly recommended
J. R.
Lots to do! Swimming, gym, skiing, bowling, cinema, restaurants and loads of great branded shops!
M. L.
Plenty of places to eat at. Entertainment with bowling, arcades and cinema. Parking needs to be paid for if staying more than 2 hours or in certain areas. Electric car charging spaces.
T.
Everything seems to be kept nice and clean.
I would rather see more people wearing masks in light of the continual spread of COVID-19 but it wasn't so busy you couldn't comfortably distance yourself if you're that way inclined.
It was great to finally take my son out after 18 months of lockdown and I didn't regret choosing venues in the Xscape.
C. W.
Great place to shop. A little cold, but it's got everything you need. Fashion and food all in one place.
M.
amazing place with so much to do, there’s so much to do and can be part of many days out as there’s a cinema, 2 arcades, VR, showdown, skydiving, bowling, trampolining park and lots of restaurants. i’ve been going here for years it’s amazing for days out as it has something to do and food all in one centre there is also a gym inside and a barber so it’s useful for everyone.
C. B.
I came here for the first time in months. It was nice to look at the shops, and I also noticed that a couple of new restaurants had / were about to open up, so I plan on visiting again to try them out.
C. H.
Everything you need from food to entertainment under one roof.
P. C.
Great place to visit, many activities and places to eat & drink
C. B.
Amazing place to go with family, friends or even on your own. So many activities to get involved in and so much fun!
J. D.
Amazing place, lots of places to eat and drink.
C. K.
Lots to do, especially if the weather is bad. My Kids loved it there.
C. C.
Nice place. Always the go-to place with my kids.
M. C.
Great place to go! It covers all family needs!
M. S.
Great atmosphere to take family and kids for food and cinema
L. S.
We had a great time learning to snowboard here, all of our instructors were friendly and approachable
T.
Good crack, fun arcade area also to waste money on but the family loved it
s. t.
Great time out with do much to do..😂🤣
L. G.
Quite a lot of empty shops at the moment which is understand after the past year-hopefully they can be filled quickly. Parking at the moment is easy but in "normal times", the cheaper section is usually full very quickly-more of these spaces would be useful
P. M. A.
Great morning out and first great experience. Thank you for jade and Luckasz for looking after us.
S. D.
**Update**. Feb 202 Rather busy, not a surprise as lockdown is over and it's ski season. Too many learners clogging up the lift. **Original review**. Excellent place to learn to ski or snowboard. Great if you are blowing off the cobwebs before getting back into the slopes. It's a bit longer than the slope in Hemel Hempstead but only makes a second or 2 difference if you know what you're doing. Lots of other stuff going there inclusion lessons, pubs, cinema, shops etc etc.
L. J.
Perfect place for dine out, selection of different restaurants and hotels.
C. M. K. T. S.
Hell of a good place👍
A.
Good variety of sporting stores, place to visit
K. L.
Great place to go in Milton Keynes for some fun
K. D.
Lots do do and a little soft play tucked away in the corner of the cafe where the ski slop is. Good choose of places to eat and drink too
M. W.
The slope and sky section is great, shop wise very focused towards alpine. Cinema is great as well as climbing wall.
L. F.
Plenty to do inside from the snow slope various shops with brands that fit the feel. Cinema and restaurants even a casino. Plenty of parking available and you can pay using an app.
P. R.
It's amazing watching people skiing ⛷ sit and have a lovely beverages in the cafè relax and there are lots of shops in there and food as well great for all ages.
J. G.
Great place for a variety of goods and services.
g. 1.
Great venue. Visited the indoor flying area with my 5 year old son. Fantastic. You can just go and watch and its free.
Would recommend it just to see the instructors. If your in the area well worth the time.
Also they have an indoor ski slope. Next on the list of things to do
T. I.
Was a great place we ate in the Sumac Rooms
C. K.
Good to see that most of the shop survived the lockdowns. It was great to be able to go to the cinema, social distancing was applied straight from reservation with sits being allocated so it as all good.
D. J.
Great place for the family and the snow is great, it also has the best snow parks in the UK on a Thursday and Friday
C. C.
We went here for a treat for my little girls birthday and went too a place called funstation
Well this was great fun lots of different games to play and a great choice of prizes my girls loved it and quickly cost me a small fortune, shame about the cost to prize could easily cost you £100 to try... and I do mean try to win anything decent
Overall was great fun will go again but won't be often unless they lower the price or costs of each game
S. B.
Hands Face Space. Am rather surprised the dwindling number of extreme sports outfitters. Its becoming more of a food hall, a shame really.
C. M.
Really fun place lots to do family friendly
A. J.
great day out.. learn to ski in a day
T. C.
Most of the activities have to be pre booked , bowling alley , skiing, flying activity their is a few arcade places milkshake shop , McDonald's, KFC , Nandos etc lots of places to eat cash machines and public restrooms
A. O.
Its a good spot with many good shops, restaurants, ski slope, cinema, trampoline park, indoor soydiving facility and bowling alleys. All in all, it's a great place to go out with some friends or to get something to eat. One negative thing would be that the parking is on the expansive side.
A. H.
What a great place. So much fun with loads of activities under the same roof. The skiing staff were brilliant and explained everything extremely well. Joshua was a great help with fitting my wife's boots today and our instructor was top! We booked to return in a couple of weeks
P. D.
There is a variety of activities for all ages, especially those with young children.
w. w.
Great place to visit has shops pubs restaurants bowling cinema and mk snow zone plus many other bits free to enter browse at own pace lots to see and do can be there for hours
L. C.
Great set up for the kids. Rock climbing was a great set up. Lots of different walls to choose. Felt like 1 member of staff was not enough to help and supervise a large group. A number of children left waiting while member of staff was busy with others. That member of staff was doing a good job and couldn't have done more. Again great set up for trampolining. Down side was the very small sitting area for adults. Waited over half an hour till we could sit at a table. Long wait just to buy a drink. Staff were polite just not enough of them on a busy Saturday.
J. A.
We were prepared well for the experience. The instructors and staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the experience, would definately recommend.
W. W.
Wide choice of dinning options and hip stores
P. H.
Nice and empty as it was early on weekday morning. Good snow with a few rails and jumps setup.
L. W.
Lovely staff, great equipment, trainers and very encouraging. Lovely area to learn to ski.
J. M.
Went their for my sons birthday do, went on the I fly really worth the money, loads of things to do
S. W.
This is always a great day out. I'm a bit surprised how many restaurants have closed down especially when there are so many people that go through here. The cinema is really good and we like getting a shake and watching the snow boarders come down the hill. I fly is really great even if you just go to watch. The instructors are amazing.
s. s.
I went to the Ifly indoor skydiving centre, which was great fun. I would recommend it. We went for a drink and cake afterwards. Nice relaxed place
J. C.
Good place in general. All sorts of food options, very good service in general. Something for the family too with skiing, bowling and movies. Can be a bit pricey but the value is good. Also had the casino for more adult gatherings. Some negatives when it comes to peak Times. Service suffers and what you booked May not be what you get.
A. B.
Great food at Pizza Express and great 🎿 skiing
R. C.
Enjoy visiting here, plenty to do including ifly,Snozone, shopping and dining
T. B.
Always brilliant fun here - I mainly come for the Snowdome which beats the socks off of any other indoor slopes I've been to and is worth the drive. Really good value slope passes and quality snow. Couple that with the shops bars and restaurants and it's a good day out or few days away.
D. G.
Excellent facilities, plenty of people enjoying their time, and amazing restaurants!
N. Q.
Fantastic experience. Took the grandchildren sledging. Staff were happy to assist and answer any questions. Full safety briefing before we were allowed on the slope. Good interaction from the staff on the slope as well.
Complex is a hive of activity with lots of eateries to choose from and something to suit all tastes.
M. A.
Always a pleasure here. It looks a little tired nowadays, but you're not there for the scenery.
Very little staff around to help with tickets and gear though.
S. B.
Great experience at snozone, with a day of snowboarding - tiring and bruised knees, but great instructor and a fun day, worth the money 🏂
D. S.
Went here for McDonald's but had a wander round
H. P.
Great place with a variety of restaurants and a cinema. Bowling alley. Trampoline park and more.
G.
For 21 Years old, it is still very modern and tries to boost its sports ranges (Bikes, Ski-Wear etc).
D. C.
Lots of places to eat, lots to do.. but how do they fit it all in there?😂
P. M.
Nice and clean, free parking for 3 hrs round by the front McDonald's entrance. A couple of shops have sadly ceased trading but still lots to do here.
K. M.
Was alright food was good service ok
c. l.
I went here to check some bike stuff in Evans. Good shop
T. E.
Loads of restaurants and awesome cineworld cinema in one place. Situated close to the center MK.
c. g.
Great place for movies and hangout
P. K.
Wonderful place to have a fun day out. Great restaurants and plenty to do!
R. D.
Amazing place. Never went inside untill recently. Ended up looking round. Didn't realise it was full of different shops and food courts
C. V. R.
Decent place to visit with loads to do and have a good day out. My only issue is the expensive parking. Beware that the parking attendants are very active here!!
R. M.
It wasn't bad or anything just not as much fun as being on the actual slopes. I'm not a huge fan of the awkward holding onto the ski lift instead of sitting either. Great facility for an indoor place to do it I suppose. Very busy on Saturdays though.
P. R.
Plenty to do a d places to eat.. price to park, reasonable.
K. A.
Friendly, helpful staff and great experience
L. 3.
Plenty of shops and places to eat. Careful with the colour-zone parking in the car park! The closer to the shops, the more expensive the parking! Purple Zone is the cheapest, around 50p an hour. Can go up to £2.00 an hour if you're not careful.
J. D.
Great day out with indoor sky diving, skiing, snowboarding, climbing and places to eat
A. V.
Fair choice of food options, many of the shops are focused on outdoors /camping etc, the cinema is upstairs. Parking can be difficult at the busiest times, even though there's a huge car parking area. I find it better as a place to go when you have a specific purpose there, it's less so a place for browsing in my opinion
J. S. S.
Paid for two games but they didn't work. It was quite late and therefore manager and other staff were in a rush to close the games. One of the staff confirmed that the game was operational and had no idea why didn't it work.
We also did bowling and it was a quite enjoyable experience.
Overall it was enjoyable but I feel experience could have been a lot better.
M. H.
Syou need to book most activities prior to arrival.. that's the new normal. Nice place to hang out though
L. S.
COVID restrictions mean no rental helmets, no lockers, and very limited changing facilities.
On the other hand the slopes were quiet enough that you could really make the most of them. Just a shame there were no park features out to practice on.
E. P.
This is a great place to come weather you have children or not. It’s a lovely place of an evening, you can go to the cinema, go out for a meal and even a few drinks after all in the same place. Also fun in the day, look around the shops, go indoor skiing, bowling or to the cinema. Lots to do and would highly recommend a visit to anyone. Bare in mind that the parking is difficult come midday, and it is also relatively expensive to park.
T. u. T. 8. 0. E.
Gravity vib bouncer 12.95 a mo th you can go an hour every single day!! Weve just had a bounce and popped into the desert place downstairs. Absolutely wonderful evening me and the boysie
L. M.
Loads of places to visit and go but most close really early so not as fun. The casino next door is great and is a place to just have a bit of fun with friends, and they try to keep everything inside clean in the building so a well deserved 3 stars.
The main downside is there isn’t any help options when parking as they don’t say when it’s free parking and they don’t have any help options.
S. D.
Good choice of places to eat.
K. H.
Awesome place......we went skydiving and I can't rate this highly enough as an experience!!! While we were there we had a look round and I was bowled over by how much is in one place, there literally is everything there that you could need to keep you entertained for days if not weeks!
The staff at the skydiving were extremely helpful with our booking especially as it went wrong so they corrected the error and we still got to go the same day which as it was a birthday present meant so so much to me!
R. C.
Went on a cheap deal Sunday morning, so no jumps etc out but relatively quiet and quick to do a few laps. The mini moguls added a bit more interest than just straight lining it. Good bit of fitness tho and much better than the gym
L. C. (. A. W.
Great place to just hang out with friends. My best friend and myself went to the Xscape and had lots of fun. The cinema is great, arcades are amazing, and the food places are plentiful. You would never get bored here 👌🏼
P. P.
Good venue for a weekend night out, food is as good as chain experience gets (Wagamama / Nandos), cinema World upstair, as well as some arcades and/or virtual reality downstairs. Don't miss out on milkshakes as well if you're around and dig em👍
D. D.
Great experience on the slope, not so good at the tills.
Real snow indoors! Great fun.
Some staff on front desk could be more aware; basic kit is included in the entry fee (helmet, boots and skis) but bring your own gloves, proper winter gloves, as the slope is (not surprisingly) cold.
Cheap gloves available to buy at front desk but cheap only in effectiveness.
Plenty of parking available with huge shopping mall and car park part of the complex.
G. p.
Contains lots of shops, cinema, McDonald's, KFC, ski slope and bowling ally
J. H.
Visited this place to watch latest James bond movie. Does anyone know what the film is about? I know a lot of people got shot, but seriously!!!
E. C.
Fun day out as long as you book different activities in advance. Trampoline park, cinema, bowling, VR and snozone, so plenty to do. All quite expensive, but would be the same anywhere else. Lots of chain restaurants as well to choose from
W. B.
Staff have been relaxed, friendly and helpful; getting equipment was fairly quick and easy, and the instructors gave useful advice to improve my skiing.
I have really enjoyed my sessions on the snow - great that it is snow and not just an artificial surface.
It's easy to recommend this place :-)
B. W.
Nice place to shop. Lot's of top shops to visit. Very festive this time of year.
J. A.
Love this place. They are building a ski place nearer to us but my son won't consider it, have to do hour and half drive, but never had a bad coach. All the staff are fabulous. Keep up the good work
s. j.
Great place for a night out or a day with the family and also with your friends youl have a good time. Recommended
J. A.
Love going to Xscape, restaurants, shopping haven and activities such as snowboarding, cinema, rock climbing and so many more.
A great place for a weekend full of fun with friends and family.
Parking available outside with different price bands from 50p an hour to £2+ an hour.
l.
Absolutely fabulous variety! I also find it so amazing how many things this place has managed to fit in! Mini "shopping centre" as well as a full blown cinema and a ski slope! There's so much to do you can't just visit this place once!
L. F.
We went sledging. It was amazing fun. The staff were very friendly and helpful but it loses a star as it felt a little chaotic once you were waiting to go on and find yourself a helmet (or the kids one that fitted). Would definitely do it again but be warned - it is -2° inside on the snow so you will definitely need gloves and layers.
R. C.
Only visiting because there is Evans cycling shop and winter sports shop. There are some new restaurants to be tried and bowling alley
N. I.
So much to do very safe place. Always security walking around Nd there are many activities and places to eat even desserts ect
S. M.
I've been here a few times now and it's a nice place to visit. It's not far from the main shopping centre so the shops here are fewer with more eating places than shops.
There a cool music store where I almost bought a guitar.
I love the cinema though ❤️
A. C. V. B.
It was epic! A long drive and quite pricey but it was worth every penny and muscle ache... With very friendly staff... We couldn't have found a better place for a family day out. Even though they were quite busy there was a flow and it didn't hinder your own time there... Lovely day.
A.
Great selection of restaurants and fast food eateries. A small arcade/bowling alley is on the top floor and a casino is housed at right-hand side of the main entrance.
The large snow slope is a great place to have a drink and watch somewhat lively entertainment.
S. B.
This is a great place and fun for all the family! Loads of different restaurants to visit including fast food for a quick in and out. Many different activities to take part in some of them being bowling, arcade, cinema, indoor sky diving and the snow slopes for skiing, snow boarding and tobogganing
A. B.
Great for family to eat and play as well as the cinema. There is virtual reality escape room,SnoZone ski slope, sky dive machine to float on plus numerous eateries. Loved our tapas shared platter at Coast
l. g.
Great place to hang out. Lots of great restaurants coffee shops and cool skate and ski wearable and hardware. Windsor real snow slope. Casino. Bowling and a grade 1 cinema make this the perfect place for the family. Parking is a little pricey though.
K. L.
Been here countless times, been snowboarding and experienced the wind tunnel. It's a nice open area and laid out very nicely, so shops are easy to navigate. Overall, a nice place for a day out!
L. G.
Great example of an indoor snow centre. It's the perfect place if you are looking to try skiing or snowboarding for the first time or if you want to brush up on your skills for an hour prior to flying off to the mountains. The instructors were excellent and everyone in my party of 6 had a fantastic day. The sledging and soft play zone is an thoughtful addition for the kids. Although the food could be improved in the cafe the waiting staff were great, very welcoming and helpful, and the table service was very much appreciated.
A. P.
Lots to do. Great for families. We went bowling and ate at pizza express. Cinema, climbing wall, indoor sky diving all also available. Lovely clean facilities. Parking available.
M. B.
This is a great place to visit. There are loads of shops, restaurants, and bars. The ski slopes are a huge attraction and they get very busy. However our favorite was the sky dive attraction which was brilliant. We had a great time!
J. Z.
Nice place. Lots of restaurants in one place. It's fun to have a choice.
A. R.
Kids loved all activities and shops, good food and lots to do.
V.
Great place! We did skiing over two days and also Ifly experience. Snowing is great and I sure will be back. Plenty of restaurants and places to have a drink while waiting for your appointments. Will be returning for sure.
R. H.
Great place to learn to ski before heading off on your ski holiday.
Once lesson booked just take your ski coat, salopettes, ski socks, gloves and also, I would suggest helmet. Although they do provide helmets, other people have worn them.
Skis and boots are in with the lesson fee.
Great teachers, very patient.
If adults learning to ski, I'd avoid half terms and school holidays. If you can, go during the week Monday to Friday. Enjoy.
I. W.
Excellent place for taking the kids out for the day, you can treat the kids to a full day with a touch of skiing then when they have worked up an appetite takes them for dinner at one of many eatery's then if they are behaving themselves treat them to a film at the Cinema with some popcorn for desert.
Parking can be quite pricey tho.
L. H.
Had a great time. If you have your own gloves, bring them, because you will otherwise have to buy a pair, as they are mandatory. They do give you the rest of the equipment (trousers, jacket, skis, boots, sticks and helmet) in the price though.
S. S.
Took one of the kids indoor skydiving. Very professionally run. Thoroughly enjoyable.
Very long wait for the two 1 minutes experiences as it cycles around one after the other.
Afterwards, the indoor mall offers quite a few eating venues and a few other shops along with a cinema (Cineworld?).
Lots of parking which must be paid for.
J. M.
Absolutely excellent day with our instructor Damian. Really comprehensive instruction and great pace and knowledge. Would definately recommend doing the full day course if you are brand new or returning from an extended period away from snowboarding 5/5!
M. S.
Took my niece for a snowboarding lesson. Very impressed with the experience and care the instructor took with her. Not cheap but I think it was worth it. Parking not too expensive and there's lots of facilities to occupy a family for the day. Given the range of things to do it could get expensive if you aren't careful.
J. P.
An amazing place where you could spend the whole day. Family friendly.
M. Y.
At the heart of MK,here is a good place to have fun with your family and friends.
R. S.
Nice place. Lots of variety with things to do and eating out. Good snowdon and sky diving venues. Multi screen cinema too. Really easy to get to with lots of parking however be careful where you park as the prices can vary and they are not clearly signed. Also close to the iconic MK centre ideal for shopping. Really easy to find, clearly sign posted from the M1 just follow the Brown road signs.
A. S.
We had a ski lesson here with Snozone. We had an awesome instructor (John) who was patient, kind, caring and very helpful. We chose the family coaching session for an hour which was fab. The whole complex is amazing with lots to do and plenty of places to eat. Loads of parking places and very clean. We were very impressed with the place!
R. S.
Great place to make you feel like you are on holiday - not your usual shops and where else can you ski, rockclimb, watch a movie, go bowling, have a gamble, go for a swim, skydive and dance the night away in the same day! It would be great to get a couple of independent restaurants in the vacant sites to give it some variety. It's also great for outdoor gear with keen prices.
A. “. B. S.
Absolutely brilliant experience. Great atmosphere, top quality instructor & all round a good crack.
t.
Went there as part of a birthday party, and the experience was astounding. If you're a first timer to VR, this is a great place to try it out; the range of activities on hand are great and suited for basically any skill level. If you're someone who's used VR at home, this is a much different experience; the much larger space and the custom gear changes the experience entirely. Overall, I'd highly suggest coming here.
J. F.
A good selection of restaurants, not far away from cmk shopping centre. Cinema is okay, but expensive and has frequent technical/cleanliness issues. Parking is free after 6 though, so if you watch a movie in the evening you'll only be overcharged for your cinema tickets and popcorn!
P. G.
Decent selection of shops and entertainment. Some of it is on the pricey side, but there's not much else you can do in Milton Keynes.
If you like fast food, you'll find plenty of selection here. The other food is average to good.
A.
Pretty good shopping experience although it seems to have a bit of a dead atmosphere lately.
K. B.
A great day out at the Xscape. With plenty to do and loads of places to eat, you can easily spend half a day here.
The Cineworld cinema is also amazing. It looks brand new and modern, whilst also offering a 4D screen!
The snow slope is also really good. The downside might be the prices of everything but there's not many places like this around so still worthwhile if your into skiing or snowboarding.
B. B.
Went to the cinema, saw Bond, fabulous! Great seats. Got lost coming out as we came out of the wrong door!
K. H.
Wow, shows how long it's been since I last went in there...new modern hi-tech arcade been added, virtual reality, trampolines, and one heck of an amazing desserts restaurant! Great way to spend an evening/weekend.
V. S.
Came here for bowling, it's a nice entertainment complex however I was appalled at the prices of the bowling, extortionate however it was in August so could've been inflated by the school holidays. It was twas very busy but that was to be expected. There is a vast amount of parking including a mutli storey car park which was good and it wasn't that expensive which is perfect.
I. D.
Clean, only go here for the cinema as the other shops seem niche. Worth a look around.
T. S.
Very helpful staff and as an experience, something quite different to the zoo/waterpark/beach that are a staple of the summer holidays. Price for our session was reasonable too at £5 each for 45 mins sledging. Fun.
G. I.
Tuesday 23rd 9 30to 10 30 thank you to all the staff you made my visit great fun I will return thanks again
S. P.
Really good instructors, if an adult without kids, avoid holidays due to busy times, however your instructors are great at controlling the group's so as to not cause issues, plenty of space, lockers etc, can park outside for 50p an hour. Join their Facebook page to find out about more experienced obstacle course events etc. Membership definitely worth it if you go every month or even every 2 or 3.
A. C.
Just booked my son and grandson bowling at the Hollywood bowl. The lane kept giving foot faults when there were none. Some of the pins just slid instead of falling and odd pins were not returned for the second bowl after a first partial clearance. And the whole thing froze completely on one occasion. Cost over £40 for 3 games but very poorly maintained venue. Not good value for money.
L. R.
Ample parking, good shopping( if your into winter board sports or associated brands).
Choice of fast food and decent sit in restaurants. Multiplex cinema, bowling and an arcade.
-1* as there is 2 main entrances that are both always crowded with smokers, with no designated area away from the doors you have to walk through them to get in.
A. M.
Nice place, has a casino, few good restaurants and a cinema.
E. S.
I've snowboarded here a few times, it's a good setup.
My son(6) had first ski lesson here last week.
His instructor (Marian)was fantastic, held his attention for an hour easily & he was snowplowing within half hour.
Good parking, access, shopping & restaurants.
J. T.
Spent a lovely few hours here, delicious lunch in the cafe, look around the gallery, go up to the Sky Room and a browse around the shop. Very impressed, never been before but hope to return on a regular basis.
C. J.
1st time there..went to the theatre..lovely day..
K. D.
Great big shopping centre which also has the real snow indoor ski slope, a huge gym, and ifly indoor skydiving. All the usual shops and eateries and lots of parking. Can get crowded at certain times, better to go early or late.
M. G.
Visited a few times to go snowboarding. It's a great place with a good selections of restaurants . We have had a look round the shops too but haven't found what we wanted. There is a cinema and also tranpoline/wall climbing place which we need to try next time.
S. B.
Great collection of restaurants and entertainment with plenty of staff and clean facilities. Parking never an issue with loads of spaces although it could be cheaper! A few empty premises inside at the moment but I'm sure they'll be occupied soon. Always a popular place at the weekend and evenings for obvious reasons!
D. H.
We’d come here again by choice.
A. T.
Great place, lots to do, including skiing/snowboarding, rock climbing, cinema, bowling and lots of places to eat. The shopping centre is in walking distance (~10mins), the only problem is parking can be busy and expensive, however you can get a refund for parking at the cinema if you have a ticket.
M. C.
For those who don’t go to MK often, this place must be fun to go to! The ski slope as great and the cinema as all the latest screens such as super screen, screen X, 4DX and so forth.
For the local, it’s a nice spot to go and eat that is slightly less busy than the main shopping area.
C. F.
iSky was great and very affordable. Very well organised. Staff chirpy, instructors were cool but professional. Will definitely go back. Xscape had loads of parking and leads of options to eat and chill. Great place
D. E. (.
Only ever go here for the cinema which is rather overpriced like all chain cinemas these days. It does have decent parking though and a variety of different eating places to try for all tates. I think it's draw back really is it's location to the main shopping areas. I will say it gas a good looking indoor climbing wall
A. G.
Xscape has great choices. With a huge variety of restaurants and shops. A cinema. Skiing. And wind tunnel. Plenty of fun for all. A whole day out or more if you do everything. However parking is diabolical here and is often impossible. Rude traffic wardens. Other than that great place
J. T.
Even on a Saturday afternoon a space was found to park. Reasonable 50p for each half hour if you are planning a quick visit. Spare spaces for electric car charging as well. Good choice of restaurants, cinema and snow dome, sports shops and a music shop.
K. S. A.
Lots to do in this area. I will definitely try the indoor skydiving and looking forward to the snowzone to learn how to ski.
S. F.
With a variety of different shops to go through, from sports equipment and clothes to restaurants, a movie theatre and even a bowling alley, what more could you ask for?
With a recent development underway during the time of this review, I believe that there will be a new area covering two floors that will attract a big crowd upon its public release!
Overall, a brilliant place to come along for a family meal, for a short snack, or small shopping sprees, to plainly browse around or to interact with (there's even a machine for a virtual roller coaster) there's a space there for anyone!
A. R.
Worth a visit if you are into the great outdoors. Some great specialist shops for running, climbing, cycling and walking. Plus the ski shop, indoor sky diving and a gym. A few restaurants and bars too. Parking charges are unnecessarily complex though.
M. L.
Good place. Nice and clean. Stairs to the cinema a little small and steep. Could be clearer indication to the cinema. Many food places though should be open after last movies on a weekend as plenty of nightlife around.
D. L.
Did the ifly brilliant fun
J. M.
Massive selection of restaurants!
l. g.
Best place to go do things 😌 in whole milton ! Need another like this !
L. L.
Wide variety of activities to do here. Dining options are superb. Indoor ski lodge and Cineworld are literally used daily as part of social interactions in MK. Moon Under Water is still one of the best 'Spoons bars in MK too!
Z. H.
Good for food and entertainment. There is limited number shops and the ones that are there are mainly for sports. There's a reasonable selection of restaurants. There are also a bowling place, a cinema and a place for skiing. There may be parking charges depending on when and where you park.
A. S.
Great cinema experience. Always better than watching the film on tv
A. A.
Visited ski center for sledging and snow play. Reasonable prices but -4 so wrap up warm! Drinks v expensive. Parking is charged but reasonable and plentiful.
R. H.
Excellent place to visit, either for the day, or in the evening after a hard day's shopping. You have The multiplex cinema, Hollywood bowl, iFly, trampolines and climbing walls plus more. After this you have a large selection of
places to eat, serving various dishes from Italian, Mexican and others. This is the perfect place to unwind.
B.
If you like outdoor gear Xscape is the place to go. A great selection of outdoor shops selling ski wear & walking gear. There is also a snow slope operating all year round. If you are looking for food & drink there are plenty of restaurants & fast food outlets. Upstairs is a multiplex cinema showing all the latest releases.
A. C.
Food, entertainment and relaxation. This place has everything from great eatery's to skydiving.
There is a 24/7 casino, coffee shops (with internet) and even bowling. Lot's to do over half terms as well. There is always something for everyone
L. D.
Excellent !
The butchers block is unbelievable!
R. H.
We went to 5guys. Parking was super quiet. I guess Xscape isnt open again yet. 5 guys was medium busy but quick. Friendly staff
D. R.
Must visit when in the area, my boys visited to take snowboard lessons. All said it was great, will be visiting again soon so I take some lessons also. Lots of facilities around the immediate area, food entertainment etc and parking price was reasonable also.
K. G.
Great place to take your family and so many things to do. They have a multi screen cinema as well as an indoor ski slope and tons of shops. Great way to spend a rainy day or any other day.
L. O.
There is so much to enjoy all in 1 place! If you've got the money there's snowboarding, rockclimbing, wind tunnelling, lots of places to eat and even a cinema! If your low on cash you can still enjoy watching others show off or completely humiliating themselves either way it's a fun day out! Car park is cheap too
w. h.
loveley place to have a meal then go to watch the cinema
F. V.
All equipment used is Sanitised and kept clean after each session, friendly staff that are willing to help and assist, we had a good day out thank you
G. R.
The best experience by far to date.
Ifly experience was amazing and would highly recommend.you actual feel like your flying. The instructor was amazing and assisted us every step of the way. Its a little pricey for first time, but you can purchase extra flights for £12 if your session has time left over. Later when you go to reception to pick up certificate, there is an option to buy cheaper flights on your return visit. An excellent treat to gift somone.
E. H.
Escape is great! Have a huge variety of restaurants and shops. Sale time at the moment! Love Roxy, Quicksilver etc. Very trendy shops to browse and buy. Love the atmosphere here. Casino great fun. Ski slopes good. I ski abroad and it's not big enough in my opinion but great for beginners. If you want to eat you can go for a cheap maccy d's or go for a juicy steak. Loads of options. Cinema very smart and love the bowling.
M. D.
Some areas looking a bit run down but a great selection of restaurants and activities under one (large) roof
A. M.
Great facilities, including cinema, bowling, bars, restaurants and fast food. Ski slope is good fun and there's also a gym. I find the whole place just lacks a bit of atmosphere!!
R. H.
Great place and variety of shops
J.
Could do with employing a few people to keep it clean.
L. E.
Great bowling , cinema , arcades and a few shops to pick from , even snowboarding and skydiving it possible here!
E. B.
Great place!!! Went sledging with friends for their 7 years old daughter. You can borrow waterproof trousers and jacket which is very handy if you forget or don't have those type of clothing. You can also borrows wellies but that's more of a good will gesture therefore they might not have your size or have any spare. Gloves and wellies is a must. There is snowboarding and skiing but that's a different activity to sledging therefore pick what you want to do otherwise you are going to pay a lot of money for different activities. They also provide special boots if you are skiing or snowboarding.
Additional there is also indoor skydiving.
Finally if you want to eat afterwards, there is plenty of restaurant and fast food places but prepare yourself for a long wait.
Overall great place to spend the day if it is well organise such as getting promotion tickets to safe on money. My friend got her tickets for £30 instead of £104 for 6 people.
L. E.
We went to try skiing and my son tried snowboarding, my lesson ended up being a one to one and it was brilliant.
Bought as a gift so I don't know how much it cost and the main downside is queuing to get up on the escalator and lift, no real system in place leading to a bit of chaos at times but I had an absolutely fantastic time passing levels one, two and three in one session.
W. Y.
Went here for the Indoor skydiving which was great excellent staff, has ski slope and more.
Shops for all your extreme sports needs, gear and clothes and the usual eating establishments.
Not forgetting the cinema!!
M. R.
All the staff that we had contact with, from the initial telephone enquiry to the slope staff were extremely polite and professional. The facilities are clean and well organised. The slope was great for beginners and intermediate skiers to practice and improve. The coffee and snacks were reasonably priced and better than you might expect.
O. J. B. A.
So much to do will need multi visits.
d. a.
Loads of things to do- great for the family especially if you have kids (or are a kid at heart like me! Lol). Many activities and places to eat, great for a day out. I’ll definitely be coming back.
G. C.
Had a great beginners snowboarding lesson here. With hindsight, the one day intense beginners course was too long - I was shattered after lunch - but it was worthwhile. Really prepped me well for my first snowboarding adventure.
D. K. L.
Went for the iFly experience and had the best time. I was given a voucher as a Christmas gift, but only just got around to using it. The instructor (Lake) was so friendly and supportive, as were those on reception. It does seem like a bit of a money drain (there are loads of optional add-ons presented to you), including quite pricey pictures, but those offered in flight are actually very reasonable. Definitely want to give back, and would definitely recommend.
A. G.
Short visit but looks like a place where you could spend days having ago at everything there, we went for the indoor sky diving, it was good but expensive for what you actually get from it as you literally get a couple of minutes taking part. Would definitely revisit to use the other facilities (snowzone etc...)
A. M.
Really good place for an evening out! Lots of eating opportunities aswell as a large cinema and arcade on the top floor! Snowboarding facilities are also available! Parking is free after 6pm which makes it ideal for an evening out
J. S.
Great place to visit!
This place offers so many things all under one roof.
Cafes, Restaurants, Shopping, Wall climbing, Bowling, Nail bar and more and also the best Cinema around!
A great place for anyone to visit, especially families, lot's to do.
D. W.
Has a good variety of shops and restaurants for people to sample. There is bowling, a cinema, a rock climbing wall and an arcade. So there is plenty to do for everyone.
J. H.
Great place always things to do, a new arcade has sprung up with lots of children friendly interactive games and some for a 40+ old gamer like me. The one place I dont recommend is the KFC there it's probably the worst KFC around! Very dirty everywhere, just all round nasty fast food experience! Great clothes shops and many other places to eat
A. S.
Actually think it's a great place with everything for everyone. An arcade centre for kids, indoor skiing, 4d capable cinema (although I'd say a lot needs to be done on that) loads of restaurants and stores. What's not to like about this busy centre?
J. W.
Xscape centre is apart from an odd shape from the outside is full of a variety of shops inside. Also there is the ski slope which is excellent entertainment for all. There is a cinema a theatre and plenty of places to eat or shop. You also have the main shopping centre 2 minutes walk away. Lots of paid parking is available though some of it is only available via an app which involves registering for the service.
V. H.
Went to Xscape ifly with kids. We all had a great time. All in all I take about 45 min to an hour from you changing to the training and then actual flight. You and your team of about 6-8 people get 30 min where you go through 2 flights. At the end, if there is time, they sell flights for £12 pp. They could have made this free. But all in all, a good experience.
M. F.
Booked a 3 hour lesson first time I have ever tried skiing. Very helpful Instructor the main issue was too many people having lessons at the same time so a lot of waiting around.
Other than that great experience.
M. H.
What an amazing place so many activities under one roof plus a variety of places to eat and a few shops
J. O.
Good little mix of shops, pub/restaurants and things to do including a gym, the ski zone, a cinema, a bowling alley, a casino and more. Clean and tidy and between everything to do you can easily spend a lot of money here. Definitely a must do for visitors to Milton Keynes
J.
Very large indoor ski/snowboard slope. Best in the UK in my personal opinion.
Xscape has a variety of activities to offer such as skiing, snowboarding, rock climbing, indoor skydiving and a gym.
There is also a wide variety of stores to buy the appropriate gear for all activities within Xscape.
You won't have an issue trying to find somewhere to eat either as there is an abundance of food venues both in and around the building.
Parking will likely never be a problem either due to the sheer size of the car park (prices are quite high though)
S. T.
Nice variety of restaurants and sporty shops! Lots of shops that don't often have their own shop - like Quicksilver and O'Neill.
I have been to Snozone twice now for snowboarding lessons and they've been great! Good real snow, relatively small groups of 6 and the instructors were great at explaining techniques and pointing out where we were going wrong.
u. g.
Excellent place for spending time alone / with friends / family. Xscape has got cinema, bowling, games, ski, rock climbing, gym and all the facilities are superb.
Moon under water (whetherspoon) & Revolution serves as nice night out destination.
Lots of eateries for both dining and fast food options..
B. J.
My family and I had lots of fun here - bowling alley, race shows and so many other delights for the whole family. And not too pricey too. Lovely place to be.
M. P.
Very nice place to visit, although kids under 7 would have much more fun then older ones. I believe Gulliver's Matlock offers more attractions for a little bit older children.
J. L.
Took the family and friends on the last day of 2017 and booked the last ifly session of the year. Great fun for ages 9-75 who all 'flew'. Not cheap but a special holiday treat. Good venue but prebooking essential.
t. s. (.
Great place went to the cinema. Every part was clean tidy and welcoming. New trampoline park looked fab will didn't know it had opened (not been for a few months).
E. F.
The lifts cut out a fair amount of time. The cafe could have been more alpiny and better decor. Other than that a good run and not too busy.
K. “. 6. S.
Great place. Lovely shops mainly sport related. However some lovely place to eat. Plenty of choice. Cinema too that does imax and 3d. Bowling alley which is a fab place. There is a gym and the Airkix place which is great for parties or a birthday treat.
Massive parking and outdoor places on the outside of the building. Main shopping centre not far away, within walking distance.
M. H.
I was at Xscape to use ifly.
However, we also went to the cinema and had lunch prior to the wind tunnel.
The cinema there is just like the rest of them, but the cinema have the refreshments all as concessions - you can't use loyalty cards in the refreshment places, a Cineworld run them.
The Cineworld seats are very comfortable and if you book, the choice is wide and plentiful.
We ate in a place called ? Coal
Great value and excellent service and the waiter couldn't have been more helpful.
We really liked him and the meal.
We shall return if we go again.
The wind tunnel is now under the banner of iFly (changed Nov 2016, I think they said)
Haven't flown at Milton Keynes since 2015.
Cosmetically different and with a layout change, it's much the same.
The instructors are all in the club 18-30 mould and leave you to watch videos when they can.
My flights were Very enjoyable and it was good to fly again.
One thing still puzzles me, however; if tunnel time is so precious and expensive, why is every party made to watch the instructor show off when someone could be flying themselves?
Try it, it's a very unusual learning environment and pretend skydiving is much more exciting than the pretend slope next door.
Have fun, no packing, no weather holds and straight back in once the people in front are done!
D. P.
Good way to learn or get your eye back in before going on holiday. Its not that cold so the snow is a mushie but fine for the day. They also do lessons if needed
K.
We ate at The Moon Under the Water. Great breakfast menu and nice selection of food for infants and young children!
M. C.
The is a bowling alley, ski Center, Cineworld, gym, VR experience and many restaurants and outdoor shops. You'll definitely have a good time here. You'll have to pay for car parking but it isn't too expensive and it's a 5 - 10 min walk to the shopping centre
A. S.
Since lockdown is lifting on Monday, we took a gander at the xscape District of mk. I'm so excited wen all does open as there is so many fabulous places to visit for eats and explore besides Central Milton Keynes
A. D.
Brilliant place with many shops and good for recreation. The cinema is class, and the Hollywood bowl isn't bad at all . Decent atmosphere
C. R.
Had a brilliant time skiing at Xscape. I hadn't been skiing for a long time and this was the perfect place to go get a feel for it again before the actual ski holiday. Friendly and helpful staff and the whole Xscape center is brilliant with lots of shops specifically for sports and restaurants for after.
D. B.
Parking is a bit steep, so park across the road for 50p an hour. Xscape is good for food and the cinema, and there is a Wetherspoons, but there isn't a huge choice of shops. It's clean and tidy though. Shops aren't far away either.
K. R.
it's a bit dated and could use a revamp. lots of activities to do, shops and places to eat. we enjoyed the arcade games at hollywood bowling and the milkshake at shake-a-shake. apparently the parking lot has different prices for where you park according to the colour. we parked at the very back so it was 50p an hour. if you don't have coins you can use your mobile to pay online.
S. K.
What an excellent place to hang out with family and friends. My son loves this placw. Taken him quite a few times already to watch movies and to children's play centre
Definitely recommend....
G. B.
Has a good mix of leisure facilities, cinemas, bowling, indoor ski and snowboard slope and indoor sky diving. There are also a wide range of restaurants and cafes and a few high end clothes shops.
L. S.
An excellent centre with a huge amount to do. Snozone is brilliant to get some pre-ski holiday action in and the indoor skydiving tunnel is great fun. There are plenty of restaurants to refuel after and you can round off the visit with bowling, casino, or the cinema. Literally you can spend the whole day of your entire weekend here and not get bored.
J.
So this to cover several visits over the past couple of years.
1. Learn to snowboard in a day highly recommended this course, the day courses are great to get you in a position to be able to board.
2. Most visits including the training courses there has been a lot of hard patches of ice rather than snow.
3. The queue on a saturday night to sign in at reception meant I was 20min late to a training course. By which point had to spend another 15min trying to locate the tutor who was somewhere in the dome.
4. The development coaching dont waste your money on it based on my experience, spent more time talking to people he knew over coaching.
5. It's a decent place to find your feet, but once you have done the stages 1 - 4 I wouldn't waste money on the development training. I am now reluctant to do the freestyle course.
s. s.
Xscape is unique in the way it's built. There are lots of happening places in it. There are good pubs, a cine Plex with 4D screens , a huge indoor ski resort, a gambling arena and a lot of restaurants. Its one of the best places to hang around during the weekend with friends or family.
Y. M.
Used to be much better. It is a shame because when it opened it was stunning and it's a great slope, but now feels just a bit un-taken care of and a tiny bit neglected. Still a great indoor skiing destination but it has been overtaken by competitors...
M. J.
Amazing. Eating out places, activity centres and great for thrill seekers aswell with all of the experiences. I had an awesome time there, especially in the indoor skydiving and the ski slopes
C. B.
Some great business inside but also empty spaces since covid
T. C.
The ski slope it's self is great. It is a fairly long slope covered in snow. The are two drag lifts up the side which means you won't have to wait ages in queues. The skiing experience is great and it feels like skiing on real snow. However we had problems with the ski hire. They did not have a massive amount of skis, and we did not all know our weight, they didn't have weiging scales to check which you would expect as wait is required for setting up the ski. They had to guess waits. One of the skiiers in our group had there skis set up massively wrong. The boot didn't even fit in. Apart from the problem with ski hire, the skiing was great. Worth a visit if you want to practise skiing on snow.
C. S.
Xscape is a very trendy area with amazing shops. An indoor snow slope which you can view your children in there, or just spectate. Indoor sky dive, indoor rock climbing. Up stairs is the cinema which has a 4D screen which is amazing. You will spend hours there but beware to get a car parking ticket outside. The traffic wardens aren't inside watching films!! 😀
m. C.
big shopping centre with big variety of shops and a mini market outside. its a shame i came just after the xmas wonderland, it looked wonderful! nice, big spacious - lots of food choices to sit with the family
m. c.
The place was dead at 4pm on a weekday bearing in mind this is during covid. Only the restaurants open and Evans bike shop. Other than that the the rest seem closed down.
a. b.
Had a fantastic afternoon at Xscape using the coffee shop near the slope whilst the kids played in the free soft at area. We had booked in to see Father Christmas, which was a free experience provided by Xscape. The setup and customer service was great. One of the best Christmas experiences we've had as the Father Christmas actually spent time talking to the children without moving them on quickly like a conveyor belt.
Xscape has lots to do including; visiting the cinema, going bowling, shopping, eating, trampoline parks and lots more!
P. J.
Sledging - Excellent entertainment - but very expensive.
Went here for a birthday day out, as a family of absolute novices. 45 mins was plenty of time. Walking up the slope keeps you warm and wears out young ones. Waterproof shoes/boots are essential, failing that take wellies !
S. W.
We went here for snowboarding lessons, which were great, there are plenty of places (chains) to get food and drinks. Plenty of parking - park on the other side of the road from escape and parking cost are greatly reduced.
d. g.
Lots to do here for people of all ages. Plus restaurants, bars, and a casino.
Z. K.
Great venue housing not only SnoZone but also a multiplex cinema, indoor sky diving and a range of shops, cafes and restaurants. Shops are focused on the active lifestyle, cycling, snowboarding/skiing, surfing. Worth a visit.
C. M.
Lot's to do all under one roof, including the famous indoor ski slope and top class indoor skydiving facility as well as a fitness centre, a 16 screen cinema complex and multi-lane indoor bowling alley. All this is surrounded by a wide variety of resturants and retail stores specialising in outdoor pursuits and clothing.
a. f.
Easy to get round and look at things
s. s.
A few major attractions such as the Indore skiing and the cinema/bowling however there is an abundance of restaurants showing a lack of variety in shopping. Also with the casino in the building evening, especially at weekends can be boisterous and not entirely pleasant with many dunk and sometimes rude people approaching you.
M. S.
A large shopping centre filled with places to eat, a large cinema upstairs and activities like indoor snowboarding and indoor skydiving.
Opens quite late and has masses of parking, very accessible and easy to get to.
S. Y.
Great place. Cinema, shops, places to eat and of course the snow dome.
I would recommend however you check when the stunt course is being set up as this vastly reduces the usability of the slope and considerably narrows it too. I've also found it to be quite icey. Go to Hemel instead. Much better.
