K. S.Staff are nice and the facilities are good.
But the pool temperature is too cold, kids lips turn blue when they're in there and it really doesn't make you want to stay for long... Toilets in the pool changing area need a good deep clean! Swimming Pool floor also needs a good clean. Like the place, but could be so much better.
j. d.Been going to the place since it was built and before that at the one across the road and we still can't book more than a week ahead. Most of the time the equipment isn't set up so we're always late on the court. The booking staff barely speak to you and don't bother trying to ring them you won't get through!. However the place itself is great it covers all kinds of sports and all ages has lots of classes to keep you feeling fit and us oldies would be lost without it. So all in all as long as you dont expect a conversation it's a great place to try and kill yourself for an hour!. A definite 4 stars.

S. W.Fantastic facilities and good location, with adequate parking. Reception staff and lifeguards are generally a bit grumpy. Swimming lessons for children are excellent though and most of the swim coaches are engaging and enthusiastic
J. N.Can I just say. What a great place. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Receptionist was very helpful. My daughter did her Stage one swimming lessons there. The instructor was incredible. Everything was immaculate. Great service.

l. g.First time at the pool with my granddaughter,was met with a warm welcome Enough people in the pool and nice to have floating rings and other things.covid rules were good.Every thing was clean.
We can't wait to come back,thank you,and a nice good bye on the way out as well .
B. P.Back here for the first time since covid last March for a free swim for over 60s on Fridays. So only 20 p for your locker to pay. Went for a coffee after but cafe closed due to staff shortages and both coffee/ tea machines not working.
L. M.Visited for the first time today for a swim. The pool was clean and not too busy. The COVID set up isn't too bad, queue to get in and limited numbers allowed in but on the whole was easy enough to get in and swim. Changing rooms could have done with a deeper clean but certainly wouldn't have said they were untidy

A. T.Great location if you need a pleasant walk around a lake filled with ducks, swans and geese. On Sunday mornings they have model boats out on the lake.
c. g.Lovley walk but don't make the same mistake as we did.... You need to put a pair of shoes in your boot to walk around in because whatever you wear will be caked in bird droppings... Big mistake not to take this advice

D. W.Facilities are acceptable though parking could be an issue at times. Even incorporating the local company discount scheme, you will find the gym expensive and lacks options that others in the area provide at lower monthly cost. Changing facilities are what you would expect for council run establishment. Pool opening times could be improved. limited staff availability but nonetheless are approachable.

F. B.Modern leisure centre with pool and gym and courts. I find the gym is quite pricey if you don’t have an ease card. The gym is pleasant with TVs on the equipment and music in the background. I feel the staff in the gym could be a bit more friendly though

K. M.It's okay and has decent facilities. However the costs of using them can very expensive unless you go at certain times. Not sure why a council/public sector facility charges so much, can be nearly £5 to go for a swim which is a little extreme.

I ditched this place and went private (almost same cost!) as one needs to be unemployed to use the swimming pool here.
d. j.Getting through on the telephone is like a Krypton Factor Challenge, the gym itself is clean, tidy and we'll equipped. The Gym floor staff are lovely. There are lots of different classes to attend.
S. B.The main and small pools are usually open at convenient times and clean. The soft play area is quite small but quite reasonably priced and I've used it for a couple of parties for my kids.
S. F.Great place to go to, and lots of things to do plus lake's outside are brilliant to walk around.

R. S.Generally very good, clean and well maintained facilities with a broad range of activities on offer, but parking is a nightmare and the centre would benefit greatly from an online booking system as phones are rarely answered and messages not responded to.

When we were there for a party it was good, but you felt as though you were on a conveyor belt with the next party hot on your heels!

L. A.I ordered a Fishing Rod through the amazon website, unfortunately the fishing rod didn't turn up (due to being lost in the post), within 3 working days of enquiring about this, I received a new rod AND a new complimentary reel in the post. Great Customer Service, very pleased.
