Great soft play This is the best soft play in all of Isle Of eight! It has a brilliant ball pit with big wavy slides, tunnel slide and football arena. There's a small baby area too

Really good soft play, ample seating and you can see most of the area while sat down on the ground floor. 2 hours for £7 kids £5 adults, but you get a complimentary drink.

Frequent visitor with Grandchild. Last time she had a minor accident, nobody at fault. The staff, although busy, made every effort to assist and were very good with her. Worth the money especially if you don't feel great and want a sit down and coffee. First one is free.

Really big area for play for children. Would love a slightly bigger area for toddlers but more able toddlers will be able to access more. Highly recommended going as soon as it opens as it's quieter. Definitely worth checking out for children of all ages though. We will be going back again!

We were visiting the Island from London and had a few days of rain, JR Zone was so much better than we expected and a saviour. The place is huge, with a range of soft play that my 26-month old was able to enjoy. I was pleasantly surprised! Easy parking out front, the gentleman up front was super courteous, easy to book and loads of availability when other places were booked. The only thing that would make this place a full 5 is if they had more food options for the kids to eat and so I wouldn’t have to worry about lunch since you are unable to eat food from the outside. Nonetheless we enjoyed a hotdog and that held us over until we got home. Great value for money!

Great softplay. Decent size - not too big and not too small. Staff very friendly. Limited parking but managed to get a space. Super hot in there so don’t visit during a heat wave. They had fans on but it didn’t do much. Sit downstairs if you can as cooler. Clean for a softplay. Free hot drink with adult ticket.

Great play area to take the kids to. It is kind of isolated, and there aren't that many parking spaces, but if you go early in the day it's pretty empty, and there is plenty of space to run wild. The price is great at under £6, and they have a selection of food and drinks served from 9am .. not to bad for those who need cake as a breakfast fix! There is a separate area for smaller kids who may not have the capacity to climb higher and this offers somewhere for kids under 3 to play away from the older kids. The toilets are immaculate, nothing but a clean beachy smell when we visited! My only criticism is that there are parts of the soft play that are frayed on the edges, there are places where the mats have moved and there are bare parts of the frame and floor, and areas that have netting have frayed parts and holes. It doesn't fill you with confidence that it might not fall apart! We had a great time, and enjoyed our time very much

We hired the whole place out for an evening of laser tag. We were all adults but we had sooo much fun playing in the soft play area and shooting each other with lasers. The price was quite reasonable for our group and we laughed for the full two hours. If you're young at heart, I thoroughly recommend having a go at this as a grown up evening of fun! Obviously you could being the kids too...

The staff seem lethargic and disinterested. They've also stopped serving a childrens menu (at a childrens soft play venue) and have cut back their range of snacks in the extreme; everything is prepackaged and overpriced for what it is. They do offer a coupon for a single drink per adult, but for a 2 hour session it seems a bare minimum. No complaints on the play structure, its safe and engaging for the kids. If you come here around lunchtime, come armed with snacks of your own or risk either spending a fortune, or hungry disgruntled little ones.

Had a nice time, daughter was at a birthday party there the venue holds quite good parties, only downside is the price of the food and drink that you inevitably end up buying, although they do cater for almost all dietary requirements but this could also just be so you can't bring your own food.

My granddaughters loved exploring the soft play area, they had two hours of fun. Which was enough time for 2 year olds. Wasn't too bad a price at £24.50 for 2 adults and 2 children. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely go again.

Top notch soft play. Lots to keep the little ones amused and staff are very helpful and the guy I assume was the owner was happy to do me a glass of milk that’s not on the menu for very little money. Which shows concern for customers beyond the expectation. Covid system was good and parking for disabled was good too. Toilets were disabled friendly and very well maintained and clean.

Limited access due to covid restrictions. For me it was good less noisy than the normal sessions. I found the pricing system rather odd. Entry for 1 Adult + 1 Child is £12.00, each additional child is a further £5.00. Entry for another 1 Adult is £7.00. Why not just say Adults £7.00 each and children £5.00, much simpler. Also I feel that £7.00 is a bit steep for adults to enter, as all you are doing is sitting waiting for your children's session to end. (They do include a hot drink for the adults in there Entry price).

Kids loved it, good covid precautions but very little for babies (presumably they've removed it due to covid?) and one toilet cubicle shared between gents, disabled and baby change was seriously shocking. Also, the hot drinks included with adult tickets were welcome, but had I paid the asking price for one I'd have been very unimpressed with the size and quality of the drink.

Was a nice time out. Have a 2 year old so quite hard to find things to occupy him during winters the staff is friendly and the play area is adequate for younger children. It's a nice place to spend an hour or two. The play area could use a bit of TLC but overall can't complain. There are also basic refreshments and it seems lots of other options with events but haven't had a chance to try anything else yet. I went on a weekday so there were few people around but I am thinking it may be a bit small if there are many people there on the weekends.

When we visited the island, we went there once and my child really enjoyed it. While adults have a drink or a snack from the café, you can enjoy watching your children having fun. I was allowed to join my little child on the slide. Staff are happy to serve and help customers too.

The kids enjoyed it for 3 hours with no complaints, cost of drinks is on par with what you'd expect, £2 for a can of drink and just under £3 for a 4pt pitcher of juice. We struggled to find parking, there is obviously not enough space for the capacity of the venue and there were quite a few calls over the tannoy requesting people to move their cars from outside other businesses! The next struggle was to find a table, again, not enough for the capacity of the venue but we got lucky and a table freed up after a few minutes.

My daughter had a party here, although it was open to the public it wasn't overly busy which was great. Our party host Holly was wonderful and the buffet food was delicious. I think all the children at the party enjoyed themselves- thank you JR Zone.

I like the place but i had a bad experience there with my family we were looking for my young sister in the play area she was crying she says something hurt her but it was. just us there then we sat down then i saw something like a black figure in the ice cube but the thing is she was really close to it

great for older kids but the babies area is shocking. once my baby gets into the tiny ball pool they cant get back out without help, unlike other soft play centre, its also hid in the corner underneath the main play area, could do with being made seperate or more open, to give younger children a better play experience

Would have given 5 stars as the place is superb APART from all the adults that feel the need to get on and in all the areas !!!!! Just let the kids play and get off the equipment.. staff should keep ALL parents off the play zone

We went for a 6th birthday party on the 9th Feb for and it was brilliant... the kids had a great time and it was nice for us parent's to be able to relax in the knowledge the kids can't get to the entrance/exit. All the staff we came across were brilliant and I would definitely return with my boys again, maybe book a party for their birthdays next year 🎈

The play facilities are great however 3 booked birthday parties at once and open to public left mess and chaos everywhere. Dirty plates littered many tables with no attempt at cleaning up. The kids thoroughly enjoyed it but I won't be booking my daughter's party their. Much rather do it myself.

Went to JR zone last day of our isle of wight trip, thought might not have space Because we booked on the same day but surprisly they do have space the staff Was very helpful and was a nice person, the place was clean and tidy food was great my 2yr old son enjoys a lot and get exhausted when on the way back. As play centres go, it was quite small but clean. The food was nice although a kids pizza for £4.99 was a bit much! Would recommend at quieter times! They should probably restrict numbers!?

Our 9-year old boy loves this place. Plenty of hide-and-seek and tig opportunities on the multi-level play frames. Reasonable prices for play and at the cafe. One word of warning for those with toddlers - there is a staircase between the 2 spectator floors and whilst there are gates top and bottom, the older kids leave these open and use the stairs as part of the play frame - please be vigilant.
