Always love coming here to watch the Saints. All staff are cheerful and helpful. Food & drink is reasonably priced, as are the tickets. Many more visits to come.
A. P.
Good stadium kept well maintained and clean.
On match day they could do with having a few more bins around as I know in the terraces it’s hard to find any
A. M.
Like Rugby? Like Northampton Saints? Then book your tickets now and plan a visit.
Very accessible stadium, great parking and easy to get to.

Another lovely opportunity to see the 🌹 in action against the Black Ferns. You couldn't get closer to the action from where I was located unless you was on the pitch itself 😅 unfortunately I missed of the 2nd half due to ill health but managed to see Abby Dow tear down the sideline & score another lovely try 😄 St Johns Ambulance staff need a mention for what they do, had they not been there I don't know what I would have done ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to those guys & definitely another 5 ⭐ for the 🌹 can't wait for the Stoop next Sunday
G. W.
Great night out with Pete Tong All the fave rave tunes an worth a visit to Stadium too !?
N. L.
Really nice stadium, great atmosphere. Love the fact that it's a community club and the whole town rallies around the Saints. This is what Rugby should be like, not the corporate money driven sanitised atmosphere at football.
S. E.
Win or lose always there for every home game & most of the away game's as possible. COYS. Great game shame about the Ref again
A. B.
Amazing ground, fantastic pitch, hats off to the groundsmen.
Watched England women v Black Ferns.
Great atmosphere, great day out.
M. M.
Attended a University of Northampton Graduation ceremony here, so my comments reflect the organisers rather than the venue.
Car Parks are large and well signposted. Marshalls were on hand in many locations to direct students and family members.
A number of food and drink stalls were available. Prices were on the high side.
Sat in Stand under baking sun for nearly 3 hours. Packed in with no spacing between parties post pandemic restrictions. It was very uncomfortable and a bit nervy with very few mask wearers.
This would be a good location for watching a rugby match.
j. h.
Excellent day out. My first time at Franklin Gardens and my first time spectating a rugby match. Very enjoyable and fast paced game. Unfortunately Saints lost the game in the last 3 minutes but they tried hard. I must say the first aid team were excellent as they attended an incident directly behind me. Well done.
S. G.
Hospitality dinner very good. Clean and tidy room. Good match
r. h.
Awesome place great food and a good price
M. D.
Went for Pete tong last night.
Think the venue is lucky to get a 3 star if I'm being entirely honest.
Took well over an hour to get a drink which the drinks are already poured at the back of the bar going flat in them plastic cups and really quite expensive but you expect this from a event.
Another thing was tickets... You could pay for seating or standing.. Everyone from seating was allowed on the floor anyway and not a single security/Marshall person was checking Bands I didn't have mine checked all night it was useless being on.
Finally the sound.. if you was over the back half of the rugby ground the music was REALLY quite, you could hear but it wasn't like most event are but we just moved forward (in fact this may explain why the seating at the back was coming standing.)
So overall from my experience Pete Tong was ace and I would go watch him again.. I just don't think I would return to this stadium any time soon.

Always a pleasure to visit the gardens, even as a Quins fan. Polite and helpful staff. A great stadium. Decent food, beer and entertainment. Well worth a visit.
P. K.
Fantastic atmosphere with a full crowd. With the sun out no better rugby stadium in the UK.
E. C.
Watched Pete Tong here in concert. Lots of places to have a snack and buy drinks. Plenty of toilets and all very clean.
P. K.
Although living in NW London, my Sister (Lynne Jacobs) and I have been Season Ticket Holders for 20+ years at Franklin's Gardens. Only a 135ish mile round trip for a home game :-). Have seen many developments of both facilities and people (coaches, players and support staff). Great to see current supporters of all ages and genders ! mingling together in support of a great Club. Lots to do on match days with many and varied food and drink stalls, activities for children and a great place to socialise with friends. Best playing surface in the League. Another great feature is that the Club's practice facilities are all on the site. Car parking, all on hard surfaces, has a greater capacity than Wembley Stadium. Most home games see a tournament using the practice pitches in the morning before the game where schools and clubs age group teams from across the Region and wider get to practice their skills and enthusiasm egged on by their parents.
L. M.
Fantastic rugby ground with lots of food outlets to choose from. We had ostrich burgers which were delicious! Great match atmosphere. Looking forward to visiting again.
D. S.
Had a great time. Yes we lost but the atmosphere and crowd was great. Also loved the women's match afterwards. Really entertaining. Thank you Saints.
J. M.
Easy walk from the town centre, decent pubs on route.
Normal fare and prices inside the ground, queueing wasn't to bad, but not a full house.
Most important loos were easily accessible.
Great view from our seat and a decent atmosphere ( considering the result ☹️)
M. H.
First time here, really nice atmosphere. Obviously busy on match day, but family friendly. Good venue to watch rugby.
M. D.
Great venue. Good carparking nearby.
Only criticism is the seats are a bit close together. You end up with someone's knees in youre back.
Good friendly supporters .
We will return and hopefully win next time
S. K.
1st time I've been , quite a good stadium. Only opened the Carlsberg stand . Had the Army Band for halftime entertainment . Only down side is the Army are 31 - 0 down at Halftime . In my Army time it would be the other way round ha ha
A. H.
It's the home of Northampton Saints Rugby. If you're in town on a match day it's well worth a visit, need to get tickets in advance, the atmosphere is fantastic and friendly. Many food outlets and bars. As it's rugby, and not 'wendyball', you are treated like adults and can take your drinks and food to your seats. 😂😂
R. T.
Facilities are the standard you need them to be and the food there is decent aswell. The atmosphere is amazing as always (can never beat the feeling of being the home crowd).
j. k.
Good afternoon of under 15s rugby on training pitch. Stadium impressive and toilet facilities Good today.
T. C.
Seating needs to be a bit more comfortable and more accommodating for the longer legged of us, food prices are ridiculous - but it is the home of Northampton Saints and I will still keep going🖤💛💚
C. H.
Third time here, and first time to a music event. We'd seen Nile Rodgers only a couple of weeks ago (at Kingsholm, Gloucester RFC) but that was for work, this was for pleasure. Not reviewing the gig but will say the sound for Niles was excellent, spot on. The support, Sigala, however was awful - but as a DJ that was probably down to him. The crowd enjoyed him, I didn't.
Back to the venue: easy entry, well sign posted and good selection of bars and food.
Not working, so photos are from my phone
C. S.
Great day out. And a 20-24 win to boot
P. C.
Really good intimate stadium to watch live sport (rugby). There are no bad seats at this stadium.
Queues for food and drinks isn't excessive either.
A very highly recommended family day out!
C. R.
We were here for the madness concert, friendly staff, lots of clean toilets and loads of drinks sellers walking about, a great experience. We enjoyed it so much!
L. B.
Brilliant atmosphere. Food drink a bit pricey .
L. J.
I'm a fan, not so keen on the new "Cinch" bit, but I know a lot of the rugby union teams struggle so an additional sponsorship for my beloved club is the right thing. Love going down the gardens! Got done great memories!
S. W.
My first trip to Franklin's Gardens - saw Saints vs London Irish. Wonderful experience.
R. K.
The home of Northampton Saints.
Good views from all seats, no restricted views.
Food village and bars serving everything you could think of, reasonable prices too.
Nice clean toilet facilities.
Hang around after the game and get up close to the players.
T. H.
Great stadium. Good fan village, rubbish beer.
R. L.
Great atmosphere, good facilities, only downside was getting out of the carpark after the match
s. w.
Home of the Northampton Saints! Good selection of food outlets, nice amount of stewards. Fairly quick service at the bars considering the amount of supporters attending. Great to be back watching the game live!
m. h.
Only went there for an office party. Nice grounds. Good Food. Clean toilets.
D. W.
One of England's famous Rugby grounds. Ample parking and no obscured views
J. A. D.
Fantastic facilities and a clean smart ground with function rooms and great view of the grounds .highly recommended..food stalls ect in grounds when matches are on .
5☆☆☆☆☆☆
C. A.
Went to Saints vs London Irish. First time in hospitality. All the Staff where friendly from start to finish. Great food. Great seats. Couldn't of had a better experience
S. J.
One of the best rugby stadiums in the country and a great community feel to it. Top quality facilities and a good match day atmosphere.
T. P.
Love this place so much. Great atmosphere and beautiful grounds. Food always tastes great and always plenty to choose from. Beer serviceman be a little slow but always worth the wait
C. J.
Great stadium, new and modern. And the food stalls serve decent food. Live music gave great atmosphere before match.
R. H.
Great place to watch a good match. Good food and beer, nice people too
c. k.
Great venue. Would have been 5 stars but tickets were expensive
M. C.
Quality stadium. clean, plenty of toilets, great atmosphere
C. S.
Love the place, slightly biased as I a supporter, can be busy, but definatley the best prem rugby ground, you can interact with players, stand close to the pitch, excellent atmosphere.
C. B.
Home of the Saints, what's not to love. Great stand and beautiful pitch. Prices at the bar are expected for the venue type but some good offers if buying a round
R. F.
First time at cinch and it was an amazing experience me and my boy will definetly be going back
O. M. G.
No matter if we win or lose the atmosphere here is amazing love it
J. T.
Great stadium. Caters to everyone. Loads of families. Great atmophere
D. E.
We were actually here for the Bite Street NN food event and it was amazing! Not a single complaint about any dish we had. The service was very quick and ordering & and payment was made easy using the QR on the table. Can't wait for the next one!
J. W.
Great Venue with super atmosphere. Food very expensive. Covid precautions are really poor although segregation is applied to keeping one side. Village was heaving. Really needs additional entrance checks either inoculation evidence and/ or temperature checking.
L.
Always a good friendly place to watch rugby not only for the home fans but for away fans aswell
A. C.
Great stadium full of passionate saints fans for the first day of the season in 2021. Plenty of food and drinks available and was able to park and get in and out of the ground with little issue.
k. J.
Took my boy to watch the Roses play, the staff, we're kind helpful, our first international game and it was hosted to perfection, atmosphere was amazing. Not our first visit to the gardens absolutely won't be the last.
D. P.
Great stadium good layout great facilities
C. K.
What an atmosphere. Great sound and great rugby.
J. K.
Great to go back everyone one is so friendly great day out 😊
G. C.
Always a good time here,
Normally leave with 4 if not 5 points.
Good beer Good rugby
D. B.
Great Nile Rodgers concert at Franklin's Gardens easy to get to and a great atmosphere.
M. M.
One of the best atmospheres in the premiership, definitely the best pitch, the fans space ie the village has everything you could want, but them I'm biased COYS
💚🖤💛
T. B.
A great experience, excellent stadium, good grub, Guinness, a brilliant supporting crowd and the most exciting rugby, come on you Saints ❤🍺🍔🏉
C. E.
Always a great day out in the corporate box especially if saints win
L. H.
Thought the job fair was really good, great location
P. D.
A very friendly stadium with good facilities. Some of the stalls are rather over priced but there is a good selection! #COYS
O. G.
Great rugby stadium, good entertainment
G. R.
Good hospitality, food was good quality and plentyful, the service is a bit chaotic and disorganized.
J. N.
Grt stadium of Rugby & amazing gigs through the summer
S. R.
Great view from all parts of the stadium
S. T.
Fantastic atmosphere, great for the whole family
R. W.
Great atmosphere and friendly fans as I'm a sarries fan.
T. N.
Great place
S. C.
Probably the best club rugby stadium in the country. Great view of the action from wherever you sit. Food and drinks a little overpriced and card payment only. Tremendous atmosphere, good banter and a safe family friendly venue
S. H.
Fantastic stadium, great match and covid safe
P. W.
Brilliant game again, and Franklin Gardens the same as it allways is, welcoming, clean and brilliant atmosphere 🏈🥃👍🏈
s. m.
Fantastic result today absolutely fab
F.
Probably the best rugby team in the world
P. C.
Great stadium good all round view friendly atmosphere felt very safe inside .
B. G.
Great place with great atmosphere, friendly people and hardly any issues.
Have good food, drinks and many smiles.
S. W.
The place itself is absolutely great. Not a great selection of draught beer/lager and I have come with friends this evening for an outdoor cinema experience, however everyone was told beforehand NOT to bring their own food, but when we got here there was just ONE outlet selling food!
A little bit of forward planning wouldn't go amiss for future events such as this, then perhaps people wouldn't have to resort to going outside of the ground to the local takeaways!
R. B.
As a Tigers supporter I always enjoy coming here, well kept ground and a clean and tidy stadium. True rugby fans friendly and knowledgeable but like Leicester you come across the odd moron. Worth the trip though.
J. B.
For a first time doing an event on fathers dad, it was a really good effort. We parked in the car park at the ground and was met by the mascot, had photo 📸 with him then into a lovely room in the new stand. A lovely bright room, with a fantastic view of the ground. Balloons and a saints Rugby 🏉 ball were waiting for us at the table. We were told they were both ours when we finished our meal. After ordering drinks he had a choice of 3 starters, soup, pate` both meat and fish or a selection of antipasti
P. L.
Probably the greatest rugby place on Earth.
M. M.
Great place to visit staff are incredible the food is amazing and the events they hold are well worth going to
K. Y.
Very well looked after by Franklin's Gardens for our work conference. Faultless service.
C. “. D. E.
Great place. Home of the Saints. We were there watching John Andrews abseil down the Northampton lighthouse. 😁
R. R.
Excellent. Safety and covid checks done with minimum delays to enter.
K. W.
Really friendly staff. Easy to get around. Great atmosphere. The game we saw was England u20 v Scotland u20 for the 6 Nations. Really enjoyable event. We sat in the Carlsberg stand, nice comfy seats with a great view all round. Could see both big screens for TMO decisions. Also had the option to stand in the front section nearer the pitch if we wanted to, which I think is a great option to have to get closer to the match. Fab stadium to be in. Plus it's the home of the Saints so can't get much better than that! 👍🏻😊🏉
t. o.
One of the best kept rugby grounds in the UK.
Great fans and friendly rivalry.
m. p.
My daughters graduation.... Only down side is the car park 14 min walk and when you dressed to impress with heals this can be a disadvantage 😁 be aware of the walk
L. L.
Great rugby ground. 1st visit. 1/2 time Bar service bit slow but Leinster won so went home happy! Ladies loos good - bonus!Looking forward to coming back to this ground soon.
G. R.
Nice venue and a 'Brucie bonus' with an England Roses win over New Zealand 56 - 15.
A. H.
One of the best rugby grounds in the country
k.
Brilliant ground with a cracking atmosphere. The recent addition of the marquee made it even better.
Plenty of bars and places to eat, so it never takes long to get served. The staff are also very friendly.
There are large car parks within 5 mins walk that only cost a fiver. Look for Northampton Saints Parking on Google Maps and it'll take you straight there.
J. W.
A great day out, watching the Saints v Worcester Warriors. The grounds are well appointed with plenty of food and beverage vendors. I highly recommend the Baikeys Hot Chocolate. The pitch is good and we thoroughly enjoyed the game
D. M.
Great atmosphere. Food and drink good quality and not expensive
H. B.
Great atmosphere for Red Roses v Black Ferns! Love Franklin's Gardens as a stadium
j. o.
Perfect and Conducive environment. My graduation memories❤
P. C.
Came here as a birthday present from my son with my wife, she is not a rugby fan to say the least but she loved the atmosphere. We were sat between away supporters and whether saints scored or the wasp's we were laughing and joking with each other. The game itself (in my opinion) had at least a couple of try's that could go into try of the month, and just the whole atmosphere including grounds staff was what you would want it to be. Great day out will be going back again.
S. G.
Attended a Lionel Richie concert here. Very good location. Parking on site was good, but took a while, as expected, to get out. Bar and toilet queues were long. Staff were friendly and helpful. Sound and lighting very good.
N. G.
Great stadium, great atmosphere, great food choices.
A fantastic place to watch the top flight of UK rugby!
To make the evening perfect the Saints beat Harlequins to go through to the Semi-Finals of the Anglo-Welsh cup 😁
B. T.
Home of the saints! Amazing place. My daughter graduated and the ceremony was hosted there. Amazing couldnt ask for any more
T. S.
Attended a conference here. Nice bright modern room but not suitable for a conference. Long and thin, one LCD screen not large enough beyond a few rows. Portable screen partly broken and not large although projector would probably not cope with greater magnification.. No window blinds hence, as the day was sunny, screen difficult to see. Eclectic lunch selection. Plus point, parking was easy. Disappointed.
S. C.
Fantastic game
C. U.
What a fantastic stadium.... .more like a cathedral of rugby. I was supporting the other team saracens who were soundly beaten by a very good saints side. The ground is the best rugby ground iv ever been to and is the envy of every other premiership club. Congratulations.
J.
Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Best rugby pitch in UK.
T. P.
First time here, lovely stadium. Almost on a par with Welford Rs. Saw the England v Scotland U20's. Excellent game. My two daughters first rugby match. Happy days.
d. h.
Good crowd. Saints 2nd best today
S. C.
Great atmosphere at the women's England vs New Zealand Rugby.
A. D. (.
Saints are a good squad but, popularity often results in queues... to get in and out of the stadium, queues to the bar and toilet and queues trying to get out of the car park!
Planning really helps!
Parking will cost you.
A bevvy isn't cheap either
A. K.
Pop Concert Venue- Madness. Great time at a Madness concert. Parking was good in side streets, entry was pretty easy. Plenty of food bars, although Fish and Chips expensive, considering average quality. The only thing that lets the outer areas down is practically NO SEATING available anywhere! Surely that could be improved.
G. W.
Staff helpful and welcoming, especially to my 18 month old grandson! Fish and chips very good and quick service. New surface to walk areas around pitch an improvement.
M. A.
Extremely helpful stewards . Pitch was in perfect condition . Had a great day out .
A. C.
My favourite rugby stadium! A great team of staff who always go the extra mile. Free car parking onsite too.
D. P.
One of the best places to watch rugby in a stadium designated for the sport. I've been coming here for over 20 years and its evolved wonderfully. So much choice for food and drink, more stalls now taking card payments but I'd still recommend bringing cash. Lots of bars around the site but as ever if you go at half time you are going to queue.
Half time toilet situation not bad at all in my view.
Everything is well organised and comfortable As possible.
It can get really cold so I'd recommend wrapping up, particularly the little ones. We take blankets for my daughters now as it can be extremely cold.
COYS
J. R. C.
Stayed in the nice suite with the 3 course meals. The meals were lush and having free drinks brought to you was top notch. Parking for all people at the stadium is a pain resulting in people parking quite far away and trimh to walk in. COME ON YOU SAINTS
G. G.
Great ground great fans great food bars
D. A.
Great ground, awesome food stalls, lovely pitch and awesome home team COYS!!
k. s.
When you beat Exeter at home, FG is like a winter wonderland. Great facilities all over the stadium and good, if expensive food choices. Bar service can be slow but what can you expect with 15k people there.
c. m.
Stewarding. Staff great, need to hire bar staff who know how to pour beer, work a key pad, they charge a lot of money for staff who have no idea what they are doing
D. J.
Lovely stadium and there are loads of burger fans and bars
M. e.
Home of the Northampton Saints, a fantastic venue!
A. P. T.
Great place to walk around the ground I'll recommend Franklin Gardens to anyone
A. B.
Fabulous Rugby Stadium and the envy of many premier rugby clubs.. Fabulous peiple and staff. Fabulous rugby team.. Fabulous facilities. A must visit stadium if your ever in Northampton.. Come on you saints..
L. H.
As a Leicester away fan I was very impressed by the home fans'passion and friendly nature. Excellent range of eateries and drinkeries. Fab real ale outlet. Not too far from town centre either. :)
F. R.
As sports venues go this is good. There's a really good range of food on offer from different vendors and the facilities are generally good. Can't really comment on the team's performance.
V. L.
Great experience friendly atmosphere
j. m.
Easy to park near by.
Great food and cider and helpful staff.
M.
The home of Northampton Saints. An outstanding ground with outstanding facilities for players and supporters from both the home and away team. The new Barwell Stand really smartens the ground up too, and improves the hiring opportunities. Staff are friendly on match nights as well.
B. K.
I was here the other week for a day long event with work. Easy to get to, convenient parking - but the catering was sadly lacking, again. I was asked in advance about dietary requirements, so since I was asked I confirmed that I don't eat meat, eggs or diary. Their provision for me was a dry baked potato, and some beans. Not like Heinz baked beans, just raw beans. There were some small tomato and courgette kebabs on the vegetarian table, but I was advised to go and get some salad... until they remembered there was cheese in it. For the second year running, I ended out getting chips from the shop over the road.
N. P.
Fantastic family friendly experience
K. M.
Nice customer service and place in general, not enough car parks
R. S.
Over priced food but not a bad stadium
s.
Very well organised for first game in 10 months with a reduced crowd. Sadly the team made too many mistakes to lose a game they should have won.
N. P.
Gardens well managed. Game a real lesson for Saints
L. S. l.
Love this place easy parking with only a short walk to the ground .Got TV coverage.while you can eat and have a drink .If you like Rugby this is a great place to go and watch it ....
C. D.
Went here a lot to watch games as a kid and despite being in and around Northampton for around 3 years now I’ve still not made any excuse to catch a game sometime - that’ll change in 2021 🤞🏻🤞🏻
J. B.
Brilliant rugby ground and club .. member of the Saints nation
A. B.
A fantastic purpose built club rugby stadium. As a visiting supporter of another club I was very impressed with the stadium and warm welcome given from all the Northampton Saints staff I encountered (stewards & bar staff etc) and also the Northampton Saints supporters.
C. M.
Great place to see Rigby.
p. l.
Great day out, kid's loved it,plenty of atmosphere, even with covid restrictions
S. H.
Great day, just need to sort queuing for beer by putting more people on pumps
P. W.
A great place to watch top class rugby. A superb family-friendly atmosphere. Plenty of good food and beer to enjoy.
T. P.
Love Franklin Gardens, great Rugby team in Northampton Saints. Plenty of food and drink choice, great parking and super ground all round.
S. M.

P. L.
Always a great place to go and enjoy and afternoon of premiership Rugby
R. J.
Excellent venue, adaptable for most functions. Food and bar services. Premier Corporate Rugby facilities, plenty of parking.
o. r.
Nice place to give blood
m. a.
Enjoyed it. Bix experience
M. A.
A big transformation from the days when male fans had to relieve themselves in a 20ft urinal looking for all the world like a sawn-off drainpipe. A ground fit for a premiership team, but unfortunately not a team fit for the premiership as things stand at the moment.
V. G.
We (The Royal British Legion ) took part in a remembrance ceremony in their grounds and we're treated to a meal in their VIP dining room very nice staff
L. &. T. N.
Great ground to watch rugby (even if my team lost!) Friendly crowd as ever with rugby. Park in Claret car park opposite car park D. Short walk to ground.
T. B.
Went to open air sing along . Well organised and facilities ok

L. C.
Good grounds. Better than expected to see.
L. W.
Home of the Northampton Saints, how could you not give it five stars!
P. J. W.
Despite the Covid restrictions there was an atmosphere on the ground that improved the game no end.
J. B.
Good rugby venue but dont travel by public transport drive and pay to park. Especially if from peterborough area
L. M.
Love this club and love the stadium. I’m proud to be a Northampton saints fan. Great atmosphere at the ground.
C. B.
Local premiership rugby club great club and fantastic stadium
M. D.
Very safe place to watch rugby. Food quite expensive, depending on what you have. Very friendly crowd, no matter who you are supporting.
K. N.
For someone who doesn't know the area, the car parking was badly signposted for the gig. Otherwise fine once inside, although long wait for beer
J. B.
Have season ticket for Saints. Good place to watch rugby but haven't used the conference centre.
R. F.
Madness and the Lightning Seeds at Franklins Garden.
Good sized venue, pretty well organised and the disabled viewing areas are sweet.
A. S.
Great venue. Good facilities: plenty of food outlets; plenty of loos; good parking; and the best rugby.
M. S.
Went for Christmas do.
Meal ok - soup good though.
Music a tad loud (poss my age on that one)
n. s.
Fantastic place great atmosphere and best of all it's home of Northampton saints rugby club
L. M.
Great local venue and nice to have bands playing nearby rather than the usual trek to London or Birmingham
M.
Not a bad little rugby stadium. Could maybe do with a few more food stands on the way in. Convenient parking though
M.

J. M.
A very warm and welcoming place ,the whole staff and workers make the venue very pleasant.
G. A.
Good stadium, parking is a bit far away, food in ground not so good
L. R.

A big transformation from the days when male fans had to relieve themselves in a 20ft urinal looking for all the world like a sawn-off drainpipe. A ground fit for a premiership team, but unfortunately not a team fit for the premiership as things stand at the moment.
