Lovely pool and leisure centre. Great health suite with a sauna. The pool can be awkward to swim properly in as it's an odd shape and oriented for families. But it's warm and great for a gentle swim. It's clean and has good safety precautions in place. Staff in masks except in the pool. Friendly staff.

This was the most futuristic building in the world when I was a kid, but it looks a bit dated now. However, the facilities are fine, but the car park can be crowded if there are special events on.

Great child oriented swimming. We go regularly with our 6 year old niece who loves it. You need to book your time slot but that way you get a fair amount of time in the pool and it doesn't get too crowded. There are both mum and toddler as well as dad and toddler changing rooms on top of the individual changing rooms. Some of the facilities are a little tired but it is 30+ years old

Great for swimming with children. However most of the larger family lockers are broken with no lock. So you have to try to squeeze everything into one locker. There is a mum and tots changing room but with only one baby change in it. It would be great if there were a few larger changing cubicles so families with young children could change together. Parking can also get busy sometimes but I always manage to get a space.

Have joined mainly for the gym. My son who's nearly 13 wanted to join, but needs to have an adult with him until he's 14. Luke initially gave us a tour and Ollie gave us the induction when we joined. Both were very patient with us and made us feel welcomed and relaxed. We have use of other facilities at the gym with our memberships, and look forward to doing so in the near future.

Brilliant pool, friendly staff. Hpwever, some of the changing room areas are dirty, we have witnessed parents letting their kids wee on the floor near the drain in the shower and one of the changing rooms. The drains smell awful too. The life guards often look bored and don'tseem to stop small children who cant swim from going in the deep end. Nice health suit and gym, good equipment.

Go there weekly for my kids swimming lessons. The teachers - brilliant. Reception staff v friendly. The changing rooms... smells like you're changing in the toilets! The few larger changing rooms always 'claimed' with someone's bag! Always frustrating when you have 2 children to sort!

A great fun pool, but not for swimming lengths for fitness. Water slide is good fun. Not all the water play equipment was working today which was a shame.

Good for the kids for an hour for swimming however the place needs to be spruced up. Hasn't been changed or brightened up for 25 years plus. For how busy it gets, there isn't enough showers. The changing area smells quite rank as well.

Why can't you fix the locks on changing room doors, this one has been faulty as long as I have been using the facility which is 3 years now...... Lots of staff who could be more attentive in maintaining better standards rather than swanning around doing god knows what

The pool is fun and has something for everyone. It's very child-friendly as there is a todder area which has a small slide and a cloud that rains. They also do daily swimming lessons, which are good. But, they only go up to a certain stage and you have to go to a different pool in order to complete all the stages, which I am unable to travel to. Also, you can book birthday parties, with so many options like disco party, swimming party, rollerskating party etc. There is also a gym for adults only. You can also play badminton.

First time here, exceptional customer service. The lady on the phone when we called to book was very helpful. When we arrived we were well informed where to go, what to expect etc..pool was not over crowed at all, lots of exciting things to do for the grandkids. Lovely swim and really good value compared to where we travelled from (local pool in crick) we def will be back here x

I go for my grandson, today he brought a friend. We were late because of traffic but the staff was very kind and thoughtful.

My 9-year old likes the Danes Camp swimming pool and has been coming here on and off since he was a baby, but it has often depended on the loudness of the music played for the mostly bored lifeguards. This time it wasn't loud, so game on. It required booking in advance, 45 minutes play/swim, some lockers available so don't forget to bring a £1 for the lock (the reception has no change), changing cubicles still open, no showers, toilets available, water slide open without a life guard sitting next to its entrance, and you have to leave through the visitors' seating area/café. Please don't walk with your shoes on between the changing area and café - it's the reason why dirt is dragged into the swimming pool!

I went today, second time in years; it was amazing, the slide is wonderful and the pool is absolutely fantastic. The changing rooms were fine and I didn't find anything wrong with it. The showers were great too and I really enjoyed my stay, I am glad the have a bus stop right outside as I can visit more often via bus.

Great leisure pool, my 3yo daughter loves coming here and playing in the splash area and shallows. Water is warm enough and clean. Staff generally very helpful and attentive. Don't expect to be able to swim lengths, too many older people swimming widths very casually, but it's not really that kind of pool anyway. Changing and toilet facilities are really poorly looked after. Often soaking wet throughout (as though they don't drain well) and they regularly smell of urine for some reason or another, which obviously makes for an unsavory changing experience.

With social distance measures in place, there's plenty of parking available. Very quick to check in to use the facilities. Currently 45min sessions, pool gym and exercise class which has to be reserved in advance online or phone. Weight lifting equipment and cardio machines seem to be clean. Plenty of hand sanitiser and wipes available.

I came here for a few days to pick up my son from his holiday club classes. There was plenty of parking in the car park at the front of the leisure centre and there is some side street parking too. The staff seemed friendly in the reception area but I didn't need to speak to them as I knew where to go. The sports hall is of a decent size but I didn't check out any other facilities as I didn't need to use them.

out of the 4 trilogy gym's in the area, this by far is my favourite. although when i joined i had to pay £20 to be shown how to use the equipment. i was very disappointed by the 5 minutes taken to show me around. and i still don't know how to use the machines properly, although i have since seen other potential clients shown around with so much more time and attention. i resent that useless 5 minute tour of the equipment. Otherwise the staff are happy to help (when i have the confidence to ask) and the other gym users are always kind and friendly. shame that we now have to use trilogy in Lings forum as it is always packed with rude teenagers who hog the equipment whilst on their phones when there are clear notices up asking you not to use your mobiles while on the machines. very annoying having to use the gym at 9pm to avoid the teens

Really like this leisure centre, but the changing rooms/showers leave a lot to be desired. The family changing room we were in smelt really badly of urine and we actually witnessed a toddler urinating in the shower! Think more could be done to improve on this aspect, especially given the fact that it isn't cheap to take kids swimming there!

Went to play badminton, it was the second time I have been to play here, kids party next to us both times and was very noisy, have my own kids so used to it but others may not appreciate. Worst thing is the lights are that orange colour like some streetlamps, not the best for playing badminton in.

(Translated) Great place for a family. There is a beautiful swimming pool, bench press, a large gym where you can play tennis, basketball and other games. I also saw classes for aerobics. There is also a small sauna. Sauna is good, no cold water pool. The complex is quite clean and nice to be in, but I didn't like that hair dryers are chargeable (£0.20) and there is no shampoo in the showers by the pool. Fix these cons and I will give 5 stars 🤩. (Original) Отличное место для семьи. Имеется красивый плавательный бассейн, жим, большой спортивный зал, где можно поиграть в теннис, баскетбол и другие игры. Также я видел классы для аэробики. А ещё есть небольшая сауна. Сауна хорошая, без бассейна с холодной водой. В комплексе довольно чисто и там приятно находиться, но не понравилось, что фены для сушки волос платные (£0,20) и в душевых у бассейна нет шампуня. Исправьте эти минусы и я поставлю 5 звёзд 🤩.
