As a frequenter here, I can give you my experience. The service is great, the drinks are of good quality, and the main reason I come here, the English pool tables, are well looked after. Same goes for the snooker tables and the American pool tables, dartboards and the table tennis table. I always have a good time here, whether I'm playing pool, watching the sports on the big screen, or taking part in other games here. It's the people that make the place.

It took me at least 10 minutes to discover I am not going to be challenging for the world championship at the crucible any time soon. In fact I am hopeless at snooker but still good fun. They are offering a 3 hours for 2 promotion, unsure if this is always on or a limited time. Good range of draft beers and wide selection of others to suit all. Really friendly staff too so definitely going to be returning soon. Thoroughly enjoyed it and recommend a visit.

Came with a group of mates Friday night and pop in every so often for pool. The lady on the phone, I believe her name was Emma, was more than happy to help with our booking and tell us about offers like P's and Q's (pizza and pool). Fantastic venue!

Venue nice, but darts awful. Needs a real good overhaul boards poor, darts blunt, very dated and generally poor condition. I guess that’s why no one was playing.

Friendly, welcoming staff, decent enough tables. Loses a couple of stars because its in dire need of a refurb. Toilets have been horrendous for years, hand drier usually broken, at least one stall closed off for months on end at times, filthy urinal in gents. Ladies had been out of service since before Christmas. 3.5 stars would be about right

Perfect if you need it. Don't go here if you don't enjoy games like darts, pool, snooker or table tennis. But, if you do, then where else are you going to go in Norwich? Take a group of mates or go alone with your arrows or cues, and have a rack up or a throw, and don't bother whinging, please. We're all in the mire atm thanks to covid decimating everything, so be thankful there are some clean snooker tables, darts boards and pool in your city at all x

Great pool tables and cloths. Good choice of alcohol and many TV screens. Only let down is food which is very expensive for what it is.

Cracking place, although the lights kept on being switched off for some reason 18 of us all buying drinks and couldn't keep lights on. Pizza price is £11 for a frozen pizza shoved in an oven eat elsewhere.

Great Sports Bar. Lovely staff. Extra good for darts and pool players. Many tables and dart boards. Television sets all over for live TV sports lovers. Channels adjusted to customer preferences. In all- awesome💜

Great venue for playing snooker and pool. Tables are clean and well lit. Ideal for watching a major sporting game on their big screen. If darts is your thing, there are a number of boards, too. However, the toilets haven't been fixed for months.

Love this place. Perfect if you love pool like I do. Find problems with prices and staff however. I paid for 3 for 2 hours for £11. Then when I went to pay for another, I was charged nearly £18. Prices per hour are a bit expensive but if you're really bothered about tables, chalk and cues like I am, this is the place to go

I go here to play Snooker and pass the time, staff are fast and are very quick with service, it is a very peaceful club and everyone is so friendly. I am oftenly served by a lovely woman who I think very highly of, I don't really talk to her an awful lot but can clearly see she is a great asset to the team and someone who always has a very beautiful and welcoming smile I will remember to tip her next time I see her at the club she is a diamond. I try to visit as much as possible I hope to go again very soon.

Attend a fantastic corporate event evening at Rileys. The event was hosted very professionally by the Rileys team. The food was very good too which we ordered from the bar menu as required with a good selection to choose from. Highly recommended.

for a Riley's it's actually half-decent. i say only half because the tables aren't in excellent condition - only just noticeable slant on those i've played, but pockets have certainly been known to pop out on a hard pot (or miss when it bounces back out) and ball slides on snooker tables are loose. plus the staff aren't always the most clued up (could do with some actual training), but they're pleasant enough, and the manager's normally around to sort things out. it is, however, huge with big screens. and, weekdays at least, it's not busy, so you can always get a table. and it's reasonably clean. can't comment on food as not eaten here yet, but if you've ever done Riley's food, you'll know it's unlikely to be gourmet obviously, more to fill a drunken hole. p.s. parking in neighbouring paid car park or, if you're really lucky along the road towards the little shops.

What a venue. After living in Norwich for a fair amount of years how have I only just discovered this place, the staff are wonderful. And great place to watch football or any sport.
