Really lovely walk. Took us around 50 mins to do the circular walk. We had our 3 week old son with us in a pushchair, I would say you can get round in a pushchair as long as your child likes to be jiggled around as there are roots and uneven ground to navigate. We have fairly big tires on the back of our pushchair so if yours doesn't it maybe harder.
Cafe, park and toilets all on site.
£4 for an adult and £2 for a child to get in . We paid nothing for our son.
We will definitely come again, the Highland cows were a lovely bonus 😊.

Lovely place offering a halloween trail at the moment, great for children. Cows were enjoying the field, one was having a good old head scratch on the gate so had to wait to let him finish before we could carry on walking! Thank you👍

Really friendly staff, reasonable entry and free parking. I can imagine this place as beautiful in the summer as in the winter.

Very nice walk alongside river, through fields & woodland areas. Shame you're unable to walk around lake area as this has a fence around to keep otters out. Well kept place. Unfortunately not much wildlife about on our walk but expect there could be depending on time of day or year. Annual family ticket very reasonable.
Very friendly gentleman in visitor centre/cafe, who was exceptional helpful & informative.

Had a beautiful walk around here. Sat and watched the birds and highland cattle from the bird hut. A happy place . Would have liked to walk closer to the fishing lake but can understand why not - I think you have to pay extra. I thought it was really good how the wooden slatted paths had wire mesh over so to prevent slipping and help wheelchair users. And everything was clearly signposted. Lots of thought and care had gone into this park.

What a lovely place.
I'm not into fishing but the walks were lovely.
I stayed here as my friends were nearby and I could drive into Norwich Town...just 3miles from here.
Staff were very helpful and the place was lovely and clean...Great find.
The rooms were clean and had everything you needed.
Clean towels and Tea and Coffee were provided.
There was a fully equipped kitchen and clean bathrooms.
I forgot my hairdryer, there wasnt one in the room, but I'm sure if I'd asked they would have got one for me....the staff were very good and happy to help😄

Beautiful location and a lovely wildlife walk. Once the pathway is finished it would be much easier with a pushchair.

This place is lovely to visit when the sun is shining. Picturesque views of the river and surrounding woodland and wetlands. This place is not wheelchair friendly though and direct access to deep fast flowing water. Drinks and snacks are also available.

M. C.
Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Staff are friendly and hard working. The river holds some big fish and just a lovely spot to get away from it all and to ..... switch off.

I visited Taverham Mills last weekend with my three children. The £3.00 entrance fee for adults is very reasonable and if you pack a picnic it is somewhere you could happily spend all day. With a choice of three trails you can opt for a 0.5, 1 or 2 mile walk around the beautiful Taverham Mills. With a play park for the children to enjoy as well as a small shop to purchase trinkets and beverages from it was a lovely day out.
