Good price to rent a squash court (£5 for 40 minutes) and £12 for an annual membership, or pay £1 on the door. Changing rooms and showers well kept and clean

Great facilities for sports and leisure. They run competitions for badminton. They do transmit via Facebook live competitions. They also have martial arts and a personal trainer on site. Wagner in Madrid was here.

Amazing friendly staff, I have been training there for the last 5 years. Not posh but gym facilities have had loads of investment recently. Very family friendly. Give it a go!!

3 squash courts, not sure what availability is like. Always popular for badminton with around 6 courts. We play basketball here twice a week. It can be rather cold in winter and floor is hard concrete which isn't great if you have any joint problems. The rings and backboards have seen better days but perfectly adequate.

Vastly underrated establishment. Doesn't have a swimming pool but there's one nearby. Otherwise it's got everything you'd need from a gym including unusual clubs like pickleball. Staff are excellent and inclusive. Excellent value for money which is hard to beat.

MMA classes are great for fitness, discipline and meeting an understanding bunch of people who will help you both learn and progress. Pop down on a Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6pm and ask for a coach called kenny if your interested.
