B. C.I am a member of a table tennis club that hires the main sports hall on Mon/Wed/Fri,mornings. The staff are invariably helpful and most welcoming. The facilities are kept spotlessly clean. If there is a better facility in the town,I am unaware of it.
S. M.The pool is a bit breathtaking, but get swimming and your fine. Lots of changing cubicles the only thing I don't like are the showers, the water pressure is terrible and the air in and around the changing room and showers feel quite cold to me. And there is no baby pool, if you have kids, mine wouldn't tolerate the cold water, Still it's nearest pool to me and it's good enough for me to go to.
C. M.I only joined Harvey Hadden about a month ago, and only use it for swimming, so can't really comment on other facilities. The pool is fantastic, I would agree with other reviews that say the water is on the cold side, but I actually really like that for training. It's a bit of a shock when you first get in, but you get used to it very quickly. The lifeguards are friendly and always make sure everyone is safe before the floor is dropped or raised.
The showers are BOILING hot and can get very busy if a public swim session and one of the swim club sessions finish at the same time as the capacity of the pool is huge. The changing area is enormous and is cleaned/floors dried all the time throughout the day, which makes a really nice change from other pools I have been to.
The health suite is nice as well, although again, it gets extremely busy when swimming sessions end and I had to wait for 20 mins to use the steam room. You're meant to book it (15 spaces per 1hr booking slot) and collect a wrist band, but there were way more than 15 people in there when I visited.
The only thing I would like is longer slots for swimming - currently the majority are 45mins only and there is a 15 min gap in between one session and the next one - could all the slots not be extended to fill that 15 min gap rather than having all the public swimming lanes empty for 15 mins? Hopefully it's something that is a hangover from COVID and will eventually longer sessions will be available again.

L. D.I love it that the pool depth can be altered to the type of activity taking place, and the design of the building is more in line with the way it flows from area to area. Staff are so polite, willing and Helpful.
E. B.Went to Harvey Hadden to watch the Ultra White Collar Boxing last night. It was a really great night and very well organised. The facilities are really good and really nice and clean.
C.Love the swimming pools at HH. Always clean facilities. The gym is great too. Car park can be very busy in the evenings.

D. G.Today 12th Oct 21. The place is fantastic. Very clean and bright one niggle is that the water is to cold, way lower than most swimming pools, by contrast the showers are to hot for your skin.

N.My kids do swimming and kickboxing at Harvey Hadden Sports Village and thoroughly enjoy it every time. The swimming pool is very high tech with changeable depth settings to suit everyones needs. Also the changing rooms are second to none with heated floors. Hygiene is immaculate and prices are fair.

K. M.The place is quite bigger than others city council leisure centres and at 50m the pool is big. The gym is getting better as other city council gyms close. Has a 1.5km cycle circuit and a running track. Has internal and external changing areas. The lockers take a £1 which is refundable.

D. P.Visited for the first time today with my little one. What an amazing place. Their COVID restrictions are well planned and smartly executed. I can't wait to visit when it is back to normal! The pool is clean and in good shape, and the whole place just looks fantastic.

Large parking with EV chargers and decent commodities, clean and spacious interior.

E. C.Amazing facilities. Great pool to train in as nice and cool. Changing rooms large and clean and both cubical and communal showers. Huge range of activities avaliable but they do need to be booked early. Dropped to 4 stars due to lack of spectators seats for large swim events and very little space for swimmers and their kit around the pool deck (just poor design)
D. S.All felt very safe entering the building and moving around inside. Planty of hand sanitiser and all areas were marked off.
Changing rooms were clean and pool was not overcrowded. Generally 4 people swimming in each lane so social distancing was not a problem.
Only downside, no showers operating. Hard to understand when you are swimming in water.

M. B.Excellent facilities, health suite is nice enough, albeit a little dirty at times. Gym is well equipped too. Pool is great and well maintained. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Cafe is a little pricey but no more than you'd expect from onsite facilities.

S. S.Building large but the gym is so small and compact even the reception area is bigger than the actual gym space. The pool is colder than I was expecting. And as a working woman who can't swim was disappointed to find out it goes really deep in the evening when I have time to use the gym! I am tall my feet wouldn't touch the floor. Otherwise the staff is soo friendly! So helpful, and based on that I give it 3 stars.
A. W.We think that the Harvey Haddon is a good facility for Notts People...however..the swimming pool temperature seems rather cold...for swimmers with heart conditions..this may be problematical...turn the temp up a bit...!!!!!!

G. S.I mainly use the health suit which is good enough. Unfortunately the showers are very bad. They all have about 5 little jets of water that all go to different directions and are on for about 10 secs. The only decent shower is the disabled. Whenever they say "proud to spend whatever millions", they could have had better showers.

R.Great opening times and public swimming pretty much available when you want it although if you're a less confident swimmer, check depth of pool when you want to go as depth varies throughout day. Clean changing areas and plenty if showers and cubicles and free hairdryers. Showers sometimes cool and once completely cold. Health suite relaxing but can get busy. Easier to book table tennis now. Lots of varied classes to choose.

P.Fantastic pool and very nice facilities but for occasional swimmers there’s a lot of fuss when you arrive ‘have you got a card etc...’ and £10.80 for one adult and a 5 year old to swim for an hour is pretty steep. Should be subsidised more by the government no wonder less people swim regularly.

К. С.I've been to the swimming pool only. The pool itself is clean, water in it is clean as well and in good temperature, the 50m lenght is just perfect for swimming on distance, when you want to achive 1500-2000m plus. As a shortages I have to mention the low air temperature in changing area, after I've taken warm shower I felt cold; lockers are toooooo small; shower baths are very dirty, plenty of peoples hair on the floor. So 5 stars for the swimming pool 2 or 3 stats for the rest.

D. S.The lanes for swimming are not adequate for slower swimmers. Felt under pressure to try and swim faster. Love the health suite though, would have been five stars if there was a slow lane in here pool.
C.Some things need addressing at the venue. The let down membership holders face often isn't acceptable, there should be a compensation policy when the number of cancelled classes and facilities rendered unusable hits a certain level. There has been moderate improvements to the customer service provided since the autumn - hopefully it continues to improve.

I.White lodge leisure centre are just on the outskirts of Nottingham good pretty much everything that I believe it's used by Nottingham university as well as they've got a short 60m five lane indoor athletics track ample parking for I'll probably guess up to 100 maybe 150 cars.just be careful when you're driving along a road to before you get to the leisure centre the speed bumps are very effective and if you hear them wrong you will know about it well you can warm or I will know about it
M. T. S.Overpriced for what it is, but it's the most local to us. Used the swimming pool for which the times were wrong but we still got in on the day. Lots of school children stinking up the place with pee and using up stalls when chatting which causes issues, but we only attend every so often so didn't bother us too much
D. T.Went here to use the cycle track, an amazing facility which I can't recommend highly enough. Ruined by idiots allowing their dogs to run all over it without a lead. Very dangerous, I hope the council do something to stop this from happening in future.
I. K.Limited showers with cool water and only 4 private showers but with adjustable water temperature. No bench to put your bag os sit in between the cubicles or lockers. The person who designed it has never used a swimming pool. 30 years ago in any small German town and you'd find much better facilities.
It is a shame that tiles are broken on the staircase to the pool audience area. The floor at the audience area is stained and looks dirty when it is so new. Parking for parents is a joke when there are mutliple classes at the same time. They would need 25 spaces at least instead of 4 or 5!
The pool water doesn't smell of chlorine and there's underfloor heating which is nice. Lessons are great. Teachers are nice.

Only gripe is that where gym is concerned there is only one Barbel which is on the Smith machine, no squats racks etc... Also good range of kettlebells but not dedicated kettlebells Class, which I would love.

P. D.Extremely modern sports Centre, with plenty of facilities. They have a large indoor pool, a cafe, courts for tennis/badminton, and other activities. I've only used the squash courts so far, which were quite expensive, but very well kept. Would definitely return.

S. C.I only go there for swimming, but it's easy to find your way around. The sports halls that I've seen look very clean. The swimming pool is 50m but can be made into a normal 25m 😊

Q. B.The annual bjc we held here this year and the place was great for it, the cafe was sort useful and the facilities were really nice. The pool was great and everyone was really good about having a load of crazy jugglers take over the place for a week

h. w.Not been in here but would like to ask why there isnt a proper footpath as its a council run building with other council workers telling public its safe to walk past the building to get children to school because Google maps say so.
Also the area encourages gangs of teenagers especially those THAT dont like special needs, my son has just been terrorised by some, so end of him going to school.
The new special.needs park is always full of teenagers trying to break it. Area full of hate for special needs

I. -. D. -. G.No wheelchair user comes to this Sports Centre because the gates entrance at Wigman street is very dangerous. Wigman streets is a very busy road and the surface of your entrance there is very steep wheelchair user can tip over and somer-salt.
So therefore, we need a parallel road, a very good surface entrance maybe through your car park to the school or one that leads to the back of the school because that is where many wheelchair user comes from.
G. M.Went to see some boxing here. It's not a purpose built arena so the view wasn't great, but it was set out quite nicely and there was a pretty decent atmosphere going at points.
