Great little ground. Really friendly people. Nice bar and facilities.

What an absolutely fabulous day. We managed to dodge the down pours and had ourselfs as a family get-together to watch and support plympton cricket team. We sat to one side as there was quite a few of us turned up and didn't wish to disturb the regulars and the club house. One of the club members came over to us an invited us to come and join the bye the club hose were we bought ourselves a few beers to be blown away how organised they were, how inexpensive the bar was along with the bbq put on. I highly recommend you pay them a visit and support your local cricket teams. Wr were made to feel so welcome and it was so inexpensive that all agaes most certainly can afford to drink and eat here, we were also give a programme pointing out all the 1st, 2nd and 3rd team fixtures. Thank you plympton cricket ground helped make appromptu decision to meet as a family at the grounds a really good and memorable afternoon. We will be back.

Having played cricket most of my life ☺I started here in 1965 😀 Now a life member and living not far away , it's a great place to visit, in a great setting in the middle of the town, which by the way has a lovely hidden castle and green. The club has one of the area's best youth policies, plus the club house has a bar open to all visitors. Well worth a visit if your at a loose end in the town.

Very well kept lawn, a really nice space to enjoy some outdoors time with little ones. Perfect for learning to ride a bike as so flat and a soft landing!
