Really enjoyed our intro session. All equipment was provided, including wetsuits ( we decided against these as it was a hot day but they had plenty) Everything was explained really well, with demonstrations to make sure you knew what you were doing before you got on the water. The boards etc are good quality. Once we got down to the water we were taken through the basics again and taught how to go from kneeling to standing. Everybody was up within a few minutes - think I was last! We learnt how to move, stop, turn and deal with waves from boats. Then we paddled along a bit before learning some other techniques and then heading back to shore. The instructors were both very relaxed and inspired confidence. Felt that we were looked after. Well worth it if you want to give this a try.

Rented boards from SW SUP at a very reasonable price. Grabbed a coffee and cake from The Shack while we were there. Best flat white I've had for a long time!

Great site right next to the water, with a little coffee and cake shop. The equipment was nice and new. The instructor was relax, but informative and fun. I really enjoyed it with my two mate.

My first Paddleboard lesson today & was very impressed with the instruction and quality of equipment provided. The group of 6 (mixed ages) were put at at ease, creating friendly environment. Although you could go at your own pace we were standing on our boards very quickly. Help at hand when you did fall in too. At the Centre there is space to change, a loo & your belonging are locked away. Great Cafe too. 😀

Couldn’t have asked for a nicer club to join! The club has the latest kit for you to try and will happily teach you new techniques. There’s always a good buzz and paddleboarding really is for everyone! Why not buy a bank of sessions and sign up to club nights on Fridays?

First time trying and had a fun time with great equipment and a terrific instructor. A good setup was very at ease and chilled. Need another few lessons but amazing. I managed to stand up! Good value and fab coffee n cakes too.

Had a great lesson today, even in windy and rainy conditions! Harry and Ben were both warm, friendly and brilliant instructors. Our whole group really enjoyed our day and we can’t wait to come back again Can’t recommend this place highly enough for anyone interested in SUP, from beginners to those with more experience.

A fantastic session out on the paddle boards with an instructor. We are all complete novices and Harry was a brilliant instructor. So much fun and laughs all round!! The fabulous weather probably helped!

Just loved everything about it Staff fantastic Good pre padding lesson They were vigilant in the water to make sure everyone was OK. Time flew! Definitely an excellent opportunity to try out paddle boarding Will take it up at home!

Brilliant. Staff superb. Reasonable price for what you have Safety talk & instructions first. Staff in the sea with you at all times. Highly recommended. Belive it or not, after an hour, you may be able to stand up!! Fantastic
