I took my 14yr old son, he doesn't have alot of interests outside of gaming online so I was hoping this would be something he'd enjoy. He loved it and had a great time 🙂 wants to go again! The guy who showed him how to throw was great with him as Ollie struggles in social situations. I would definitely recommend the Celtic Tossers A++++

Visited as part of a belated work Christmas party and genuinely the most fun I've had in a while. Josh was great at teaching us and and helping us a get the hang of it. A brilliant time of just having some fun and throwing axes and ninja stars! Will definitely be back soon!

Great session, very relaxed and loads of fun. Trainer was patient and lots of techniques and demonstrations provided. If I were to do one thing differently I would have the music a tiny bit louder, but arguably you mainly hear the sound of axes flying into targets! Would recommend.

Nothing was to much trouble they were amazing. Booked for 2, but had to change time and add another person. No problem one call and done. We were greeted on arrival and then given a safety talk. Then they showed us what to do. They watched us all the time and gave us advice and pointers so we got it right. Very enjoyable highly recommended

Been a few times now and it never gets boring! The tuition is spot on and hints and tips are given throughout the whole session. The laughs didn't stop through the whole session. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable and do everything they can to make your session the best it can be. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Great fun at any age. The surroundings were bright and clean. The instructor was very friendly and approachable and the tips he gave meant we all managed to score something and improved during the session. Safety was prioritised, so there was no issue there. Definitely recommend a visit and we shall go again.

Steve was so great at guiding you through it and setting up competitions, and we are particularly grateful to him as we turned up late to our booking through a mix up with the buses (we rang ahead to make them aware) and he still let us have our full time. My family & I had one of our best experiences to date, Axe Throwing at the Plymouth venue. Steve gave us his expert tuition and patience to something we had never tried before. We were all able to achieve some success and the buzz from that success was evident to see on each others faces as well as Steve's. Went on the 23rd April as part of my 40th birthday with my family, the place was amazing and thoroughly enjoyed the hour you get but seems to go so quick your having that much fun. The staff were so friendly and even took extra time out to help my nephew who is only 10. Will def be going back again!!

A great experience! We accidentally went to the wrong venue at first on Derry’s cross, but we were met with a bad vibe and a rude member of staff. So when we got to the correct place it refreshing to see someone who was passionate about the activity/sport, and allowed my party to have a really good time! We will definitely be visiting again!

Came here with my nephew on 4/4/22 who has an obsession with weapons! He had an amazing time and won't stop talking about it. It was great to see that you had your own take on shuriken as well as the axes to throw. One of the owners were on site and at hand to talk to and joke with as well as a lot of knowledge. He really made the effort to talk to my nephew and answer his many questions. We will definitely be back soon! You have made one 9 year old very happy. Oh, and I had a blast too!

Visited The Celtic Tossers Axe Throwing with the family for my mums birthday. Steve was great at teaching us all how to throw the axes and was so patient with my 10yr old niece, spending extra time with her to help her the throw the axes. He would not let her give up and she eventually hit the target 👏🏼 I would definitely recommend going.

On first arriving for our time slot, I was quite worried that it was an empty building. Then we were greeted by Josh with a wave. He made us very welcome and asked which music we wanted on. He first showed us how to throw the three bladed knives, which he proudly told us that he designed, quite right too. Had lots of goes with them and a competition with my partner. The lady did win!! Then came the axes, much heavier and created lots of laughter. Well worth the money, thank you Josh for being a great teacher. Well worth the money and we will return. Hope it all works out for them. Only thing missing was a bar (they working on that for the future) and maybe a choc/ crisp machine.

Visited Celtic axe throwers yesterday the overall experience was fantastic! Only having two of us for the session allowed for an extensive time going over technique to help us get the most from it. Steve was attentive and patient when offering feedback for myself and my girlfriend. The variety of axes gives it a new challenge along with the variations of throwing styles to create a fun atmosphere. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Visited for the first time on the weekend and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Was really impressed with how attentive the guy was as he continually helped with our technique and showed us different throws which really helped. After several delays to a work outting we finally made it. Josh was extremely helpful and patient during the booking process as we had several cancellations. The guys completely looked after us when we were there and they create a fun and relaxed environment. If you have any concerns about safety you shouldn't, the guys kept an eye on everyone and gave plenty of advice and tips throughout. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend it.
