Went for a date night with the other half recently .. staff were friendly and helpful, unfortunately the bowling and Lazer tag was busy but we managed to get a game of crazy golf. Loved the course it had some very trying holes, had some food while we were there .. just some starters but what we had was very tasty and came out nice and warm. Would recommend this place and will be going back

Had an wicked time the burgers are on fire kids will love it bowling and crazy golf which after a couple of drinks is fun . Great for people with disabilities and wheel chair ramps well thought out comfortable and homely watched grand prix on a huge screen sat on a big comfy sofa . Five stars all day . Bit slow on the service had to ask to get served as they were all stood chatting but apart from that excellent day many thanks . Went here for the first time today, we played laser tag, had so much fun, definitely will be going again. Lots to do, crazy golf, laser tag, bowling, lots of machines to play on, such a good place to take the family or a group of mates, an the kids love it.

Second visit and what a Brilliant day all round. Called this morning and booked a lane for my husband and kids - had a fantastic deal on the Bowling which I wasn’t aware of so was a bonus upon arrival. Kids had a lovely time so I enquired about the Laser Tag - approached the maintenance man (lovely guy) who then kindly got the Manager for me. He was extremely helpful and such a nice guy, sorted us out with a slot and great price. It was worth every penny - my girls have not stopped going on about it even my husband said it was fantastic. Already planning our next visit. Great facilities and very friendly helpful staff. Highly recommend 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Booked both bowling and crazy golf here. Really well managed, Staff were good albeit management seemed a little distracted or uninterested. Ate food that was prepared by "don't give a fork" and it was enjoyed by all. Definitely recommend.

Pretty average entertainment centre, prices for golf seem expensive £7 per person for 12 holes, drinks were reasonably priced. Definitely need extra security to see out the people who had no intention of buying anything just causing mayhem. And them loitering outside the entrance. It was so warm inside, there was no Aircon, it was a bit too toasty for us to stay.

The catering recently changed hands, and is nowhere near the quality it used to be. I ordered a hot dog with cheese, the cheese was barely melted and the bun was somewhat stale. Not really what it used to be and very disappointing

Had my sons 7th birthday at level last Sunday and it was absolutely brilliant! The boys did laser quest and mini golf and due to some guests arriving late Millie our party planner was amazingly accommodating and moved things round so everyone got to enjoy the activities! Couldn’t have been more attentive and helpful she was fantastic! Would defo recommend and we’ll be back soon for more laser quest!!

Only went for the bowling so can't comment on other areas, but staff were very friendly and helpful. Pretty much situated right in the middle of the town centre, next to the bus station. Full of one way systems around too. Park in the multi storey bus station car park, then it's literally a 2 min walk from there. Place was clean and tidy, and wiped down by staff after very use by customers. Would go back (now we know where it is..😊)

Do your due diligence before booking I rang up blind to book 2 activities (2 games of bowling & 1 round of crazy golf) for 2 adults & 1 child. It came to £63 I checked the website and there was a may offer on of 2 activities for £12 per person. By knocking 1 game of bowling off the price came down from £63 > to > £36, saving me (£27) [essentially it worked out at £27 for 1 extra game of bowling?!] From a customer service point, the staff member on reception should of advised me of the offer upfront. Makes you wonder do they promote or upsell any of the promotions or offers that they have on & are they even aware? The member of staff seemed perplexed asif I made up the offer out of thin air off my own back. It's quite worrying, maybe sales knowledge, and promoting offers on the front end is somthing to be worked on, seems as if training is needed

Great place to go as a family and as adult's going for a laugh, great selection of activities for all ages. Only downfall is me and my partner went for the darts and they had none and are pending a delivery. Great booze and atmosphere, yet to try the food, so will update once I do.

Been extremely impressed with this over the last few months. I initially bought it to prove a point to the kitchen fitters of my new kitchen who installed my entire kitchen on the piste and i made them redo the entire thing, to say they were livid is an understatement, they should have done their job properly in the 1st place. I had to take them to court in the end and it turned out the kitchen fitters spirit level was 30 years old, and had never been measured since, and both mine and his had to be independently tested to solve the argument over who was right, turns out i was, 99.98% accurate. His was 83.27%. So this little spirit level that cost me 6 quid actually saved me over ten grand in legal fees and the cost of the kitchen refit. I recently just used it to put up rows of book shelves, i wanted to do the entire wall, so it ended up being 6 lots of 600mm shelves and its really difficult to get them 100% level because my walls are not level, but i was pretty close. My Son used this venue for Laser Tag. He thoroughly enjoyed it. On previous visits I found this venue a bit grubby but have to say it was really clean, tidy and welcoming. However not that keen on location of venue, especially at night! However are parking around the corner.

The food tonight was absolutely amazing! What a brilliant idea to merge with 'We don't give a fork'. The food alone deserves a 5 star rating but tonights whole experience was faultless..really enjoyed the bowling and atmosphere but the main reason for me wanting to leave this review is to give props to the staff! On this occasion we visited level for our son's birthday party we had 11 children with us on arrival we parked at the Preston bus station and with had issue with the parking machine which delayed me I then received a phone call from one of the parents of a child at the party saying that my party have been cancelled this was not the case. There was much confusion as I arrived at the bowling counter and asked why was that my party had been cancelled apparently I had called earlier that day to say that most of the party had come down with a sickness and diarrhoea bug. I explained that this was definitely not me who had cold and it was definitely not at all party I at this point has 11 children who were all over the place and we were trying to reorganize the party and get it back on the system there was at this point no apology or even accept it and acknowledgement that this was their error and not mine the party was put back on to the system by this point we had lost 20 minutes of the party and we were trying to maintain and contain the 11 children that were actually at the party and not lose any of them are Party Planner was extremely helpful and very apologetic about the misunderstanding she took us down to play Mini Golf and showed us the party room which have not been set-up due to the misunderstanding she confirmed our food order we went round the mini golf course and that lasted about 45 minutes. we went into the food room the party room and use the karaoke machine which the children really enjoyed singing Their Hearts out to the greatest showman etc. the food is absolutely exceptional really good value for money the pizza in chips that each child received was extremely good value for money plenty of food and a constant supply of cordial kept all of them nice and hydrated. we were then taken upstairs to the bowling alley by this point we had obviously already missed 20 minutes of our party and we only actually had 20 more minutes until parents started to arrive to collect their children, when we got upstairs it became apparent that actually the bowling alley wasn't ready for as a tool by this point I started to express how disappointed I was the fact that when I derived my stress levels were increased by the fact that my party had been cancelled off the system when it wasn't my party that have been cancelled at all I wanted a little bit more explanation on this and why it was at the bowling alley wasn't very for us by this point parents were collecting their children and we haven't even started bowling the Party Planner wanted to go and find out a bit more information about what had gone on and it turned out that when the party had been put back on to the system he has also been put back onto the system with a 30 minute delay so the 20 minutes we've lost with the confusion at the start and the 30 minutes delay on system ment we were almost an hour behind, had this been communicated to me at the beginning of the party I could have got in touch with children's parents so that they could collect the children at a later time or we could have arranged a car share for the children to get home. In the end the manager of the shift that day came over and explained what had happened they offered me a refund on all of the bowling which was fine as we didn't really have half of the party there anymore and we only opened one lane, they assured me that this was only a one-off situation and normally things run much smoother I did give some feedback on how things like a party cancellations due to same surnames don't happen and that would be a simple thing as to downloading a form and your party actually having a party number as opposed to being under a party name. I hope they took my feedback constructively and in the end Kai did have a really good birthday party. Level is a really brilliant space, excellent for when it's wet outside lots to do with children just need some fine tuning on making party events more streamlined and more efficient.

Was easy to call and book. However experience at the place is a bit mixed. I had arranged the laser tag for by daughter's birthday. I booked by telephone and was told that I could pay on the day. I went to the lower level counter and was waiting for a while before somebody could confirm. I paid and informed them that the girls would be arriving soon. However when they arrived they had already allowed some other people to go in and were then pulling them out ....later I was informed that the whole group felt quite hurried and they had to share the game with the same group who were allowed in without booking. This was supposed to be an experience for the girls instead they were in some others whom they didnt know....kind of spoils the whole atmosphere and the whole thing looks quite mismanaged.

I've played crazy golf & bowling; but crazy golf is my favourite! So many obstacles to complete & I love how it gets harder every time you move onto to complete another. The bowling is also good but I think it is a bit expensive for what it is as well as the amount of games. When me and my friend played bowling we payed for 2 games but the woman over the counter wasn't very pleasant towards us and didn't even show us how to work the bowling points tracker thing as well as how to put the barriers up!

I've been here multiple times as they offer so many activities, mini golf and bowling are both good here. They offer a really good student discount and even with the discount, the prices are incredibly cheap, you certainly won't find a cheaper place for mini golf or bowling elsewhere. The service is also very good, everyone is super helpful. This is a really good entertainment centre that Preston desperately needed.

We took the children here to play crazy gold. It cost £4 per child and £5 for an adult. If people recall the place is at the back of the guildhall downstairs where Morrison’s dry foods used to be. The place looks totally differently. There are large tables and benches for you to sit at for drinks and food. It was very noisy being open. At one size if the room was the laser tag. Only one member of staff on serving and trying to cover the activities. Prices of non alcohol drinks were pricey. £3.50 for a large coke and £2.50 for a small one. Children’s parties were taking place and pizzas were delivered for their food. After looking at the pizzas they looked very pale not fully cooked. But the children didn’t seem to mind as they were all excited. Crazy good was slow and at times people were queuing for the next hike. I’d say more staff were needed and the place could do with a clean up as there were food on the floor, tables a mess which needed cleaning. For the price you can’t grumble as it gives the kiddies something to do for an hour.

Absolutely lush day out with the family. Great for all ages. Staff were brilliant. We did the laser tag which was fantastic, and the Daredevil assault course. Couple of things - daredevil says it's okay for kids but I'm 5ft 7 and couldn't reach half the course (ceiling rings etc). Also the food is pretty poor so I'd head elsewhere for lunch/dinner.

This place is absolutely brilliant. I went bowling and tried the mini golf. The bowling alley was quite high tech. You can take pictures of yourself and it plays little videos after your turn. The barriers come up only for players who need them. Plus it tells you how fast you bowled. Plus the lighting and the noise was subdued. As am Autistic, this is brilliant for my sensory issues. The mini golf was good too. Again subdued lighting and music. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommend going.

I'd go every few weeks instead of once every 2 years if it was cheaper. £8 per head per game for bowling is ridiculous, would be good if you paid a set price to play and then it was a little extra for each player and for each game. And drinks prices are inflated too. I went on a Saturday night and it was dead.

Bowling was excellent, all modern with selfie pictures for every single player. The crazy golf was very crazy but not in a good way. It was a bit of a free for all, with long waits between holes and abit compact space. Also not very good for younger children I found. On the mini golf level at one point there was 1 member of staff to do mini golf serve the drinks and laser tag meaning that you waited for 30 mins to just get a drink with it being bank holiday you would of thought there would be more staff on!!!

Excellent hub of entertainment. Walking in to level I was amazed with the amount of things going on, bowling and the sport bar really caught my eye, but I was here to specifically give "Daredevil" a try. First impression of the course was "wow this looks like fun". I was correct it was fun, but it definitely isn't easy! Most of the obstacles are an absolute work out! The staff were great and there was even a great little spot for little ones too. We had a great time and i highly recommend Daredevil and the whole of Level looks well worth an afternoon out in Preston!

It also has a sports bar showing all the latest worldwide sports. Drink prices could be a bit cheaper bu5 highly recommend getting your 2 pint steins of beet. Went with son and some of his frienda for a non official birthday party (ie we booked bowling, food and Lazer tag but not as part of any sort of official birthday package). Staff are all really friendly and helpful. Offers a variety of activities and to be honest is helped by being one of the few family friendly locations in the so called city of Preston. That said even if there were more options of things to do in the 'city' I still feel it would hold up to the competition. I should point out we went on a random school inset day when it was probably quieter than normal so this may have helped but both son and his friends all had a good couple of hours so can't complain.

Levels is very enjoyable place to be visited with your friends. There are many ideal activities that you can do with your friends and family. Prices are avarage, meaning they not too cheap or too expensive, allowing you to enjoy a good day out. There are many activities you can do: laser tag, crazy golf (mini golf), bowling (please book in advance via telephone), assault course (fun and challenging), many more smaller activities. Additional, I was impressed that they showed live boxing, meaning, you and your friends or family can enjoy live sports for free at this place. Everything is ideal in this place but food, thus, I only have 4 stars. As a group we had to wait very long time to get our food and portions are small for the price you have to pay. Thus, enjoy activities, have some drink it will make a good, fun day out and simply head elsewhere for some food.

Level is an brand new entertainment complex in Preston. A lot of work has gone into getting this venue up and running, and some tired old disused space at the back of the Guild Hall has been totally transformed. There's plenty to keep the family busy including ten pin bowling, laser tag, mini golf, big screen sports bar etc. Spent some time playing shuffleboard on Level 2, which was pretty decent. An interesting game but the table in the corner of the room has a slight slant to it which makes things a little tricky, pretty sure its supposed to be dead straight like a bowling lane. Some of the arcade machines on Level 1 are 20 years old, if the aim was a retro feel then job done. Most of the staff we dealt with were very professional, others need hospitality training. All in all, Level has good potential, but the biggest let down was the food service. Took an hour and a half to finally receive our food, despite complaining 3 times! We're not talking gourmet cuisine, so hard to see what caused the delay. Also, no warning about the food delays when we ordered, so pretty poor.

Me, my boyfriend and my best friend went to level yesterday for bowling and for the karaoke room. Me and my best friend did some karaoke in one of the karaoke rooms which was really fun. It was worth every penny . We decided to go for another round of karaoke for an hour but 10mins in the both microphone batterys died, so I went to tell the the dude that was looking after us. He was the really helpful and lovely. All staff are nice in level but he was the nicest. Bubbly and really nice to talk too :). He tried to sort the problem but he couldn't so he asked us if we wanted a refund for me and my best friend or you three can play on the mini golf (which ment my boyfriend could get to play mini golf too) so we decided to play on the mini golf. He deserves a promotion, he was awesome :D. Bowling was really fun too but what made the night was the karaoke I would definitely recommend to everyone. Thank you!!!

Went a few days ago around 8pm, big group played crazy gold which was great while having some beverages. Defo feel a more party atmosphere that a family afternoon out but maybe because it was a Saturday night? If you're 16-50 and what to spend an evening having a laugh I'd defo recommend as Preston needs more stuff like this. We're going to try bowling next time!
