From my first day at Red Alert I loved it, absolutely great site, with a large area and varied game modes. The staff are friendly, helpful and engaged in the games, keeping an eye out for cheating and ensuring everyone stays safe and most importantly has fun. Well worth a visit if you're considering it.

Amazing day (9-4:30) paintballing at Red Alert! There was only our 4 man group for most of the day so the team set out a varied selection of tactical game modes to compensate until more players arrived. Fantastic team, who were very welcoming and friendly. Will definitely visit again and may try airsoft next time.

Great weekend away while hubby and sons played paintball. Large spacious carpark. All in amongst woodlands. 2 male and 2 female Portaloos. (Very clean) Local spar shop 15 min walk away. Good phone signal. All in all great weekend.

I like Red Alert for the site is perfectly sized for the number of players. Staff and organisation are great and variety of food served for lunch will suit everyone. Anyone in need of advice will not be left alone. There is also a shop selling all the things you might need at the last minute.

Fantastic site, great environment, marshal’s are present but only get involved if needed, shop is well stocked And has a onsite extra shop (stack up) ran by Graham who has a amazing knowledge of the items sold there, and an amazing range of new potential toys. First site that also has a meal included in the entry price that isnt just a cheep Hotdog. It dose vary game to game but we had the chilli ((and it was delicious) other options wer available upon request) Such a great site me and my group signed up as members

Me and my husband have been wanting to start going to Airsoft events for a long time. We didn’t know the best sites to visit, so we decided to visit Red Alert first based on the countless positive reviews. I have to admit we were a bit nervous at first in case we had a terrible first experience. We have not visited many sites since being at Red Alert, but all I can say is positive things about the site. Firstly, Barny is so welcoming, very friendly and approachable. He is very knowledgable and he answered all of our questions. If you have any issues, he wastes no time to fix them. All the Marshalls are lovely and hilarious. They really make the experience that much better. The day is well planned, the games are so fun, the hot food is delicious and we feel very lucky to be able to have hot food served to us. The games are always varied, which is a bonus. I feel like everyone plays fair at the site - instructions and expectations of the players are made clear from the beginning of the day. Overall I’d absolutely recommend Red Alert. Whether you’re a newbie like me, or a novice, this site is amazing to play at and everyone should definitely give it a visit. P.S. I love it when the Marshalls get involved in the games. :) I look forward to many more games at Red Alert.

Fantastic site with friendly and engaging marshals. The site is well appointed with a shop selling a small selection of new airsoft guns, essential kit (eye and face protection), consumables (bb's and grenades) and snacks. Tea and coffee is available all day along with a hot food served at lunch time at no extra charge. They also have a shop selling used clothing and equipment at very reasonable prices. The site is HUGE, with a good mix of open woodland and close quarter battle in the mock town, fort and embassy buildings. With a good variety of game modes to enjoy. The real surprise was how friendly the other players are. People are happy to chat in the safe zone making it a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. If you're thinking of trying airsoft or paintball take the plunge and book now, you won't regret it!

A truly outstanding site for airsoft. It's run with efficiency and care by a diligent and passionate team that very clearly love the sport and are dedicated to ensuring their games are an excellent experience for all involved. Safety and fairness are taken very seriously - you'd be hard pressed to find a player with a hot gun. The site itself is (to my knowledge) 35 acres of woodland filled with plenty of structures and barricades to build games around. The games are interesting and highly varied, with everything from infected to attack/defend and VIP escort type scenarios. Furthermore, the prices are competitive - £25 for a walk-on and £50 for rental. Games run from about 10am to 4:30pm, and all prices include lunch, free tea and coffee and other amenities. The on-site shops sell everything you'd need in terms of equipment, from BBs to grenades and more. The staff are also very knowledgeable about all kinds of airsoft weapons, and are happy to help if something goes wrong. Overall, I can't fault it. If you're looking to play airsoft in Berkshire, look no further.

Could not fault this site or it’s Marshalls! They’re all so friendly and run the site so so well, their no1 priority is to make sure we all have a good time and they definitely enforce that! Great site with lots of options of how you want to play, if you like cqb , sniping , DMR , basically any type of play you can do at this site and it suits everyone ! I think a lot about a good game day is the Marshalls and how it’s all run and they do a brilliant job with new games, switching out teams and of course a bit of banter. 100% recommend this site to anyone whether you’re just starting out or you have been playing for years. Makes a great day either way.

Absolutely loved it! One of the best experiences I've ever had, 100% going there again. Very friendly site team, happy to help out and keep the game fair. I had a few mechanical issues with the rental I was given however as soon as I reported it they immediately sorted me out with another one at no extra cost. Would 100% recommend going here for all you adrenaline junkies!!

First visit to this site, only my second time playing. All staff members were friendly and happy to help. Great value day out with lunch included. On site shops with surprisingly low pricing too which was surprising. The games were all enjoyable and it's clear that a lot of time and effort had been put into getting the site in shape. Attended this site for the first time in May and have been back twice since and signed up for site membership. All three days have been fantastic, using the majority of the site for the game scenarios which have been varied each time. The guys running things have clearly invested a lot of time into the site, with seemingly new additions each time I go. Structures are all well maintained and used throughout the day. I know hit taking can be a contentious issue in Airsoft and something which can put players off attending a new site. In all three games I have attended, the marshalls have been excellent and kept the games going fairly with no cheating. Everyone very friendly (regulars and rentals) and have no doubt I'll be attending with friends many more times this year. Fantastic site with great food at lunch and plenty of vendors selling various items which you may be interested in. Well recommended.

I've been going for a few years among other places site is pretty well equipped, shop, toilets safe zone even a second hand surplus store with great bargains my only floors the entrance is rather a rough road and games are a little tricky for new players but facilities, management and game space are better than so many other sites I would highly recommend and please obey safety and site rules.

I've played here frequently for just over a year and have not had a single problem with the site. The staff are kind and the site is well ran. The terrain is rough and theres a diverse range of game modes throughout the day. Recently the staff have reworked much of the site during lockdown and it's even better than before.

Always a pleasure attending this site. Staff are some the best people I have had the pleasure of meeting and are always willing to help. Editing my original review - So its been 2 years since I posted this and alot has changed at the site. For the better! This site is still fully deserving of the 5 stars and more if I could. Site is a good mixture of woodland and structures - bare in mind though, these are temporary structures built by the staff, they're arent houses but well put together mock ups of things. More staff compared to two years ago as well, all of them great! No one is shown any favouritism that is seen on some sites, doesnt matter if you're a site "Regular" or New, the rules are enforced. Keep up the great work guys!

I’ve been airsoft playing here for about 2 years now and I can’t fault it. The marshals are friendly and care about safety, you can walk in on your first day not knowing anyone and leave with a load of new friends. Everyone is accommodating and they’ve really built up a wonderful community. Cheaters and foul play are not tolerated and solved immediately. If you’re looking to start airsoft, this is the site for you! You will love your experience here. PS. Wear a good set of walking boots. The terrain is very varied and you wanna protect yourself when running through their huge woodland.

Fantastic place for Airsoft and Paintball. Unlimited ammo, really kind staff and great place for a party. Toilets are here, water station so you can get a drink when your thirst after the games and the playing areas are fantastic. Buildings, metal barrels and etc. What else can you ask for ? Deceptively large site, with numerous scenarios and missions to ensure everyone has fun. On-site workshop just-in-case ‘Battlefield Repairs’ are required. Attended an Airsoft walk on day for the first time as I have been interested but never done it. I also just moved the area and wanted to start something new. I first contacted Red Alert (Barnaby) through Facebook and I asked if this was a good way of getting into the hobby and was swarmed with positive and helpful advice from both the owners and their community. Once I arrived I was greeted by Pete and Rozy who were extremely welcoming and I soon got talking the other players. They helped me understand the guns and different game modes and after a couple of games I already felt apart of the group (or even family). Had one of the best days out I've had out in a long time, and will definitely be attending every Airsoft event I can in the future! - Keep it up guys, looking forward to see the changes to the game areas in the coming years.

Love Red Alert. It's best feature is it's wide range of cooling beverages, in particular Mountain Dew.
