My 6 year old absolutely loved it here, lots of exciting things for them to do! The air bag jumping was probably his favourite, and of course the foam pit.
Lovely friendly staff, all seemed very approachable.
Easy enough to order food and drink and brought to the table by a member of staff. Limited food options, but it is a small cafe so not too much expected.
Toilets clean and clearly visible.
Very impressed to get the slushie as part of the price as normally 3pounds.
Downside is it is very expensive, and I wasn't impressed I had to buy a pair of their own socks to walk around the side of the trampolines because my son didn't want to not be without me, I didn't bounce.
Also a massive shame under 2s can't join in with adult supervision or at least a little area they could play in whilst older ones bounced like at other red kangaroos.

I love this place. It's the perfect place to let the kids drain out their energy. I'm thinking of making it an ever weekend kind of activity. My daughter loved this place so much that she didn't want to leave.

Decent trampoline park, there's a very large trampoline area, with small, large, and curved trampolines. There's also a wipeout style machine, 2 basketball rings, dodgeball area, slide, giant air bag, and foam area. Staff are well trained in that they will enforce the rules to ensure that everyone is safely using the facilities. There's also a cafe, with a few amusements, and plenty of seating at ground and first floor. There's also plenty of free lockers for storing your stuff, and a car park that wraps around the building which should be enough. My only gripe is the extortionate price for the socks which they insist you must be buy if you don't already own, they cost £2.50 which is a rip off. Otherwise its worth bringing the kids to let off some steam

This is the second time I’ve been to this trampoline park. Unfortunately the day started on a bad note when we were told we couldn’t have our socks refunded after we found out our tickets included the socks in the prepaid price already. There were lots of young children around but I was told it was a relatively quiet today compared to other days so we were able to do all the activities we wanted to without having to wait. There are several different activities to do on trampolines other than just standard trampolines like the wipeout revolving arms and jumping into foam pits etc. you probably won’t need more than one hour if you’re jumping the whole time as it gets quite tiring! Plenty of parking around the back (although it was quite full when we left). Something nice to do especially if you haven’t done it before.

An hour is more than enough. Excellent to wear out the kids. Prob need more staff to control those that don't wish to abide by the rules. A very tired 53 year old!!!
G. F.
Lots of variety of activities, a safe area for all ages (1 year olds to big children like myself!) and well staffed.
They hold sessions for younger year groups to help keep little children separate if it was to get very busy for example.
Facilities seem clean and maintained with staff visible for assistance almost every direction you could look. Lockers are available and free, plus enough space to leave prams. Food and drinks are also available.
Speaking of staff; polite customer service at the front desk. Very patient and welcoming from all 3 times I've been.

Took my 1 1/2 year old to the under 5 tots session and she absolutely loved it. Was great fun for mums and dad's who attended. Cafe and seating area was open and good doing pizzas and hot dogs. Just a great place for kids to burn out energy. My daughter fell asleep as soon as she was in the car! Defo coming back
C. M.
Never been before but my Son loves to play on his trampoline and this place was his heaven. Went to Tots morning for 2 hours and he had the greatest time. Will definitely go back again and can't recommend it enough!

I visted this place with my 2 children one of which has learning difficulties. I cannot fault this place. All staff were excellent and very professional. Their attitudes were amazing and having a child with learning difficulties this aspect is very important to me. I'll will come back again.
Special mentions to Ant (Manger) who was brilliant and very welcoming, also to Jack on the main desk who explained things perfectly and Toby on the canteen for outstanding customer service. Thank you.

It’s handy having a trampoline park that’s fairly central to Reading and with good transport links. I went with a group but I booked separately on the website, which was reasonably straight forward. I paid £12.95 online for a one hour bounce session and £2.50 on arrival for some pricy mandatory socks. You need to sign a waiver and then watch a safety briefing before entering the trampoline park. A group booking is far better value than an individual one. Despite the total cost of £15.45, it was an afternoon well spent burning some calories and having some fun (even adults can get in on the action!).

Red Kangaroo in Reading is a great place for kids to play. It’s fairly expensive for just an hour and the food has a bit to be desired. But, the staff are polite and friendly and the place is always clean.

My son had a birthday party here and the staff were amazing. It was so well organised and great to know everything was taken care of. The children loved it and the food was delicious. Brilliant.

It was an excellent experience.Everything was pleasing. The lady assisting us was well behaved and very cooperative.

Second visit for a birthday party. The place was less busy than usual. Some staff members were more helpful than others (probably not as bored).
The place was clean and well maintained. The party room was sufficient.
All in all a overall positive impression.
K. Z.
Had my 6 year old's party here 2 months ago and my child has been looking forward to his 7th party ever since -which he's so sure will be happening here.
He and his friends had such a lovely time.
The team were also super helpful in setting up the room, collecting the presents, doing the run around and generally looking after us.
It made organising a party for 35 children seem like a piece of cake :-)
P. N.
We went in the family time slot and it was enjoyed by the kids and adults alike. No separate ticket required for an adult if you accompany a 2-4 year child.
S. T.
friendly staff and brilliant place for kids and Adults alike. The only thing I can suggest is a little bit more on the parking though business has done whatever they can to support
R. S.
Good features including foam pit and air bag. Well presented and clean. The thing you sign about risk is reasonable, unlike most. Exhausting.
J. P.
Didn't take part just watched my daughter and grandson. Next time going on. It has a variety of trampolines and things to do. Plus a lovely cafe.
G.
Second visit today and I'm still confused on what's going on. You can barely hear the staff at reception, not sure if that's due to masks and screens blocking the sound or kids in the background so we could never hear the instructions on what to do and just end up following a party in front of us. Once you get pass the chaos of entering, the trampolines are actually great fun and most of the staff seem to be scattered about monitoring the kids and implementing the safety rules. One thing I'm just so confused about is that you can only order food or drinks if your sitting down as it's table service only due to covid but the fact that most people in that place are walking or jumping about within close proximity to each other without masks and touching the same things etc makes that rule a bit pointless! Not everyone wants to sit down away from watching their kids and not always a free table. The kids love it here but it just seems so disorganised.
E. M.
Easy to book online. Kids had a great time. Very clean and spacious with free lockers! We will definitely be back!

Great place overall. Massive floor space, good sized cafe (could do with slightly more seating). Lots of fun for all the participants. The only issue is the massive lack of parking for such a large capacity. It really is very disproportional. Attending a party I was not the only one who had to drive in and then out on to the main road and then a long way around to get back in to repeat. Allow EXTRA time or don't drive. The party was very good with a nice little area and good food provided. However. As with many of these places they just don't allow enough time for sitting and eating. It could have done with at least an extra 15 minutes rather than cleaning up whilst the children are still seated (and eating). They started setting up including cups and plates whilst we still occupied the room. I wonder if they did the same for us!
All in all though a great place. Just needs a bit more thought about the integration of everything.
S. T.
friendly staff and brilliant place for kids and Adults alike. The only thing I can suggest is a little bit more on the parking though business has done whatever they can to support

Great for kids. Also well set with an upstairs balcony so parents can see their kids easily

Great park, we really enjoyed our visit.
All clean and colours stand out. Wipeout is great fun, so many other elements make this park one of the best.
D. L.
Had a fun hour here today. Easy to find and loads of on site parking.
We were initially nervous as what to expect but the place is well laid out and you soon get into the flow. Some nice open spaces for jumping around and getting the hang of it, along with foam pits and an air bag for trying new things. They’ve got a wipeout style game and an obstacle course too.
A couple of things weren’t working or open, and it was really warm today, perhaps could do with some air con. But otherwise clean and tidy.
We will definitely be back.
M. E.
The organizatiom and atención of the parte host ( Lauren) was great. Our son & friends had a great time! Thanks
i. l.
Great for kids staff good but some seem they would rather be somewhere else also never phone them as phone manners a lot to be desired sometimes first impressions last
S. D.
Great for kids. Also well set with an upstairs balcony so parents can see their kids easily
V. P.
Great place for kids, perfect place for kids birthday parties... well maintained, good staff that overlooks kids when they are bouncing...
L. S.
Great fun. One of the better trampoline parks I’ve been too.
N. B.
Had a brilliant time here for a children's party! So much fun my daughter loved all the bouncing. She also loved the foam pit but it was quite dusty, i suppose where the foam is beginning to disintegrate, so everytime she jumped in she got something in her eyes! Toilet facilities were clean and the on site cafe served the most amazing pizza! My daughter didn't like pizza but managed 2 slices here! We are looking forward to going back!
B. G.
The place was such a blast to go and jump around and just have such fun. I felt that information where we had to sign up on was more easy or access as it took time doing that. The price was quite abit and just like an hour jump plus having to pay for socks once its a person first time. I felt the safety video was a good idea to insure every one knows what to do and what not to do. All jumping areas are all fun and different obstacle makes it for fun to jump around.
D. M.
Loved it!!! My kids didn't want to leave. Great staff, just a bit too high price for a ticket, but I guess it is worth paying for.
C. A.
Excellent hangout for Kids and accompanying Parents!! Nice place to be there for a couple of hours!! Nice Trampoline Park with lot of activities to play around, and an adjoining Cafe for Snacks and Sit out.. Would recommend for anyone looking for Birthday parties aswell.. Cheers.
S. M.
Loads of fun for kids. Place looked clean enough with Covid guidelines moderately followed. The food was okay. The only downside for which it dropped a star was from one session to the next the used tables weren't cleared and cleaned away promptly enough. We were waiting for a little over 15 minutes before trying to summon someone to clear a table for us. Children love it and had loads of fun and were very tired towards the end. There are some lockers to keep your things while you have fun. Certainly a plus.
N. P.
Fun for adults too. I went with a mixed group. Age ranged from 8 to 45. It was not too crowded. Great health and safety video at the start as it was my first time. Changing facility is there and a lockers too. I think an hour session is sufficient. Mini workout really!
C. A.
Great place for kids to burn off some energy but... not cheap for 1 hour of bouncing..
R. P.
Good value. Lots of trampolines. Clean and well maintained. Good safety. Plenty of staff to keep an eye. Plenty of table seating. Okay cafe with decent enough coffee and syrups but limited food. Timed sessions in peak times. Must have RK trampoline socks at £2 a pop (apparently no other Trampoline socks will do!). Limited own free parking, therefore free parking on nearby street when busy and available.
K. R.
Good place for kids to have fun and get exercise at the same time.
C. N.
Well organised and at reduced capacity it felt safe. Had a lovely time with my daughter :) fun workout!
S. B.
Staff were friendly. Place was generally clean.
Trampoline equipment was good and safe, with some nice variety. Table service requires you to create an account with them online, and food was OK.
Good place to take your child for 50 minutes.
G. C.
Came here for toddler session and it was simply fantastic, everyone had a great time. Great price, parking etc. Very well maintained, felt safe. Good fun.
One year later and ita still awesome, totally recommend.
R. D.
Nearly £12/ child for one hour is very expensive (in my opinion). The place is clean, staff are really nice and my child had a great time, but was disappointed when the session finished. For the money, 2 hours would seem more reasonable to me.
Whilst Red Kangaroo is pretty good, I honestly can't recommend it in terms of value for money.
R. K.
Amazing place to distract your kids for a few hours.
Amazing facility knocked a star for the danger element on trampolines.
As my gran would say 'theres no flavour if there is no danger"
T. M.
Really nice place a few different activities.. My grandson loved it!
H. U.
Great place . Very friendly staff and so much fun for kids

Amazing Bouncing Fun! I Had a Lot Of Fun And Enjoyment With My Friends! There Are Also Lots Of Different Fun Areas!

NOTE ALL IS REFERENCE TO TODDLER SESSION ONLY as we have not been to others.
Attended the toddler session with my 2 year old yesterday. Firstly I would recommend booking as they are restricted by numbers but that said other would of been able to attend. The toddler age group is 2 to 5 years old.
Note if booking online, non bouncers that are going in with their little one still need to purchase bouncing socks, its a one time buy at £2 a pair.
The toddler session is the first of the day (Monday to Friday 10:00-11:00, and I think earlier at weekends).
The reception staff were very helpful, explained about the socks, safety briefing and answered any questions we asked as it was our first visit.
There is plenty of room for buggies and free of charge lockers.
Safe rules meant that the maximum 1 person per tramperoline and it works well, there plenty of opportunity to use almost every thing on site. We also spent alot of time in the foam pit.
The only things I was out of action was the air bag, the climbing wall and the wipe out activity as they have a safety rule of 4ft for this which the toddler group is not.
Staff were friendly and very helpful, did a good job of keeping the little ones safe. I would happily recommend happily to anyone.
Small ball pits were placed around the room for the younger children.
Also on site is a cafe with seating above the bounce area so you can come in and watch. And even more sitting below.
Cafe staff were nice and a good selection of general food: crisps, chocolate, hot dogs, pizza etc. Drink wise there was a your usual tea and coffee options as well as fruit drinks, fizzy drinks and slash puppy type drinks. Prices aren't cheap but fairly standard of a cafe in a activity centre.
Would recommend to all and will definitely be going again and have already booked.

Very busy on a Saturday as expected but staff were helpful and no problems at all
R. J.
Does what you think. See the web site. It's a large shed well fitted out with stuff to bounce on. We were a party of 10 - 7 years olds and they loved it. Small cafe for the parents.

My son loves it at the toddler session. Such fun. A great place to head 👍 thank you!

We had our sons 7th birthday party here this morning, as well as the chikdren having a great time the host was fantastic. So much energy, enthusiam and couldnt have done any more for us. Highly recommend!
M. A.
Great place, really well set out in these fun times! The Saturday morning young kids sessions are really good fun and closely monitored in case of inappropriate behaviour by some families. Safe place, good cleaning regime and plenty to do for young kids at this session
D. W.
Good and fun but not everything working and it took us 15 mins to get a gate unlocked
V. C.
Great we love it here and attend regularly. Only thing is they could do with a bit more staff as we can be never seem to find anyone nearby when we need them.
k. 9.
Good fun for the kids. Was around £24 for the two of us with socks.
Definitely a place to visit during half terms especially when they do happy hour which is 3 hours of fun from 4pm.
T. R.
Awesome place to take the kids; loads of space to play
D. C.
Great fun, usually very busy especially at weekends so prepare to get very hot while bouncing. the café isn't great which lets it down a bit but the kids don't care, they will enjoy
R. T.
we just gone here as a walking customer for first time to find out how it looks and like to try first time, we are impressed with Front desk staffs Jack Saynor And Izzy purser-wood they been very helpful it was our first Impression so thank you for them. After we been inside we found bit confuse where to go what to do but we manage to ask some one who is helpful too. Just my little concern is if someone new please explain everything and follow the customer all round how it works so they feel more comfortable, saves bothside time. Place is nice and clean. I definetly try again as I live loal.
My last concern is When we book online I can't find discount area as I have max card. iIf someone suggest me will be great. In over all thT place is great stsff are very helpful. Thank you All🙏
I. J.
Great entertainment for kids. Lovely but a bit expensive birthday venue.
R. E.
It was quite full on this Sunday morning, it's not easy for the kids to find free trampolines. But it's still quite nice end it got better after a few minutes so no bother.
T. B.
Great value and really helpful when helping with first aid for my daughter aswell as giving us concession on our food order
A. H.
Great place, only thing that could be improved is the entrance, very hectic with people everywhere, staff are really lovely though and kids much preferred it compared to others around the area!
F. B.
One of the best places in Reading, if you have kids believe me this is fun for u and the kids as well, nice atmosphere and staff are soooooo friendly, the restaurant is so nice and clean, the lady the she served us was super nice, definitely we will be back again and again, if I could rate this place 10 start I wouldn't think twice.... thank you guys
M. G.
I'll give 6 if I could, staff more than just a friendly. We had really good time with kids. Reception helpful, greeted us with smile. Just perfect morning. Cant wait to visit again(not only me but my chidlren to;)
Thank You very much. Its been super cool time for us. And this Funny sox 5 stars for that how clean and safe. Please keep same standards. Awesome! You made my and my daughter day.
J. C.
Great place even for little ones (1+ years), just check which session you are going to as I would probably avoid general sessions with small children. Bounce within your limits and it will be great and exhausting fun!
P. S.
Great place for the kids. Plenty to do and a nice seating viewing area for adults, loved the quiet room. Very professionally run.
M. F.
Fun place to be, but condition deteriorates and not enough care is put to keep this smooth and safe. Food options are rather poor.
M. P.
Amazing place, few maintenance to do, couldn’t pay for food as the online payment method is not appropriate.
B. C.
Very good & well worth going. Kids have lots of fun here. Very safe & well supervised.
Plenty of parking and space for the adults to grab a coffee & sit down.
l. m.
Very nice and polite middle age man helped me and my daughter.
M. V.
Great for kids to expend some energy! Not too busy and lots of staff around to make sure the kids are safe.
J. d.
Nice place the insistence on using red kangaroo socks alone is a money making scheme. The car parking makes it difficult but child loves there.
J. D.
we had a really good time here.. quite expensive but worth the money for the smiles that it brought..👍
M. A. g.
Just wish they had more staff to control in and out exit as people were coming in as they pleased
Z. W.
Kids love it here! Bounced till they could bounce no more 😊
V. W.
Very organised and clean. Kids love it. We wish you got longer for your money. Not giving 5 stars as the toilets were messy.
W. S.
Went for the kids class on a Saturday morning from 9-10 and it was great fun. Busy but not too busy that kids are always running into each other. The place was clean and staff were friendly. Would definitely return but remember.... No double bouncing!
D. C.
This place is so much fun. Been a few times and staff have always been friendly and helpful consistently. The equipment and trampoline areas are in excellent condition and they have a cafe bar area that has some decent drinks and snacks. The price is very reasonable and it's a super fun time for the kids too. They have different recommended times for different ages, which helps. Go and have some fun and get a bit of a core workout at the same time.
M. A.
This is the ultimate trampolining fun kids can have (and adults). A few areas were closed off due to Covid 19 restrictions & that is understandable. The staff were courteous, friendly & professional. We dropped the kids & went upstairs to the tabled area that also doubles up as a platform for viewing the kids play. All tables had QR codes on them that took us straight to their ordering service. Once the order was processed the coffee and hot chocolate arrived within 10 minutes. The kids loved it and Covid 19 planning was also well thought out, providing good assurance of safety. We will definitely be visiting again.
C. W.
We had a great time!!!! You have to book onto a time slot, we pre-booked as it saved us some money. I initially thought that an hour slot wouldn’t be long enough, but my gosh we were exhausted in 20 minutes (well my brother and I were, my niece seems to have a never ending supply of energy from somewhere). We’ve been on both a busy Saturday and an extremely quiet Tuesday. The Saturday was very busy but no problem bouncing at all. The Tuesday we were the only people there and had the whole place to ourselves! We took my 2yr old niece and she loved it both times. The food and drink is a bit expensive but it normally is at these sorts of places. Staff all very polite and friendly.
J. P.
Had my daughters 8th birthday party there and the girls absolutely loved it. The host was also lovely and very helpful.
S. K.
It's good place for kids ☺️
N. F.
Other than the very loud entrance/waiting area (a rectangular box with lots of noisy people in it and nothing to deaden the sound), this is a great place for an hour's bouncing with the family, or for kids' parties. Sensible rules without being boring, lots of different types of trampoline and activities, and although it's often busy, only a few of the one-at-a-time activities sometimes have a short queue. Nice little café area down one end for those who are less enthusiastic about jumping.
N. P.
Went on re-open after Covid. Very impressed all round. Super clean and every staff member was very friendly. They manage the childrens bouncing well. A little pricey for 1 hour. I think 1.5 hours would be more reasonable
A. P.
Fantastic staff. Kris in particular is amazing. Always interacting with customers and showing them the correct way to use equipment. Facilities are different to any other trampoline park locally. The airbag, and ninja warrior are good fun. Had a great time will be back for sure
B. C.
Kids love it here, they can bounce for an hour or two. The centre is clean but loud (as you would expect). You can get food and drinks.
The kids like there are so many different trampolines to go on. The safety is very good with lots of staff looking out for the kids.
You need to wear socks which you can buy or order on line - it is recommend to book on line to ensure you get the time you want.
S. S.
Kids loved it
plenty of equipment for them to enjoy
Cafe good
Some staff really good
Some less than diligent when it comes to kids safety
Very helpful informative man who explained everything and front desk good and friendly.
Some members of staff watching kids were chatting and generally not doing their job
Some were great
M. U.
A little over crowded and parking is limited. Price is reasonable but can be a bit chaotic with numbers inside. Staff levels are okay but most are teenagers that are not very observant or helpful. Viewing area is distant and difficult to keep an eye on your children..
J. C.
Excellent place for kids and adults, was quite busy as it was summer hols but great fun non the less
D. M. g.
Picked a really quiet day to visit!!! We all had a blast!!! Smooth system booking in and getting into the park. I do think it's quite an expensive activity but for a treat it's fine. Friendly staff which is a bonus.
J. E.
I could not reccomend this place highly enough. Had my sons birthday party there and they were amazing. Katy the party host was fantastic with the kids, the whole thing was superbly organised and the kids had the best time. The manager Anthony let the kids have a bit of extra bounce time because I ballsed up the timings! Fantastic staff.
M. S.
Time I went there were mostly 7-8 year olds. Trampolines are okay, although the different activities are exhausted pretty quickly. Should only take half an hour to an hour to explore all activities. I found the slam dunk section the most interesting.
J. L.
Early days but doing well. Only been during quiet periods but the staff are amazing and there's so much to do - more than other trampoline parks nearby. Cleanest bathrooms I've ever used, coffee shop has good selection of hot and cold drinks plus snacks. Also free plastic cups and drinking water fountain. My son's favourite place to go now!
U. S.
I found this really strenuous as an adult! And I'm pretty active. My kids really loved it. 6,9 & 13. They got very hot and sweaty quickly. Take water! Shame the swing around wasn't working. But really enjoyed the airbag drop. The basketball hoops, the dance Jump game.. and the knock off the bridge. Plenty of trampolines to try ilout tricks too. The slide was a bit tricky.. couldn't get across as an adult! But my partner managed it. My 6 Yr old didn't. Good value for money.
A. F.
The one in Reading is a very good one to go jumping and the staff are friendly and helpful.
However, I don't think I shall be booking another birthday party there as their head office who "looks after" phone calls is really unhelpful apart from difficult to get through to.
We had a conversation with a lady from their main office with regards to what to do with toddlers (unless it is a family jump, one has to keep the toddlers "restrained"😂), which she didn't know anything about but promised to find out and email me. Then I had a question about dietary, as my kids are allergic to lots of things and can't have their offer of party food which is pizza, so she said they could swap that for hot dogs for just my kids (???) and she would email me about that too. Never happened. She might well have organised all that but never got back to me.
Then I needed to pay for extra five people... Well, the party is tomorrow and I am still trying to get through to the office. I did leave them a message that I have more attendees, they phoned me back as I was doing the school run and couldn't talk so I asked if they could ring back again thirty minutes later. They obviously don't want my money.
I also thought the party bags they have were too expensive so I did my own.
I think it is too much unnecessary hassle for what should be a well established process.
Just go there for a jump, that was nice and everybody enjoyed it.
An update: just got off the phone with them. They are now telling me they don't cater for people with allergies and we either have to buy hot dogs from their cafe or bring our own food. Definitely going back to Kids in action next year!
J. “. A.
Nice place for kids and adults. Very large and spacious. Polite staff at reception but the staffs inside the trampoline park are bored and are not energetic. Therefore the parents have to take care of their children on their own for safety reasons.
R. L.
I have attended a few parties here and the children love the park. The party service isn't quite as good as other soft play places in the area; the staff seem too stretched and lack the energy that you need to make the birthday feel special.
S. W.
Good park with lots of trampolines, very strict rules on trampoline use and a nice cafe for parents to sit in that can overlook the trampolines (or not!) my children aged 4, 10 and 12 all very much enjoyed themselves. Be aware you will have to buy socks with grippy dots on (£2 each) and if you have a young child you want to supervise you will need a pair for one of the adults in your group. We went on a Sunday and it was mostly children aged about 8 - 12 in the park, a few teenagers and a few tots. There are party rooms available here too though we haven't been inside. You can buy an unlimited slushie which is perfect for hot kids that have jumped themselves half to death. Only drawback for me was price, as a family of 6 (myself and the baby did not go in the park but stayed in the cafe) we paid £45 for entry and socks, quite steep for an hour of play.
C. P.
Visited here for the first time on Saturday with my 4 year old and his 5 year old friend. Wow what a great place, friendly staff, clean, affordable, free parking, easy to get to, cafe, free lockers and to supervise our children we didn't have to pay for ourselves just buy socks! A hidden gem I didn't even know existed, kids cant wait to go again !!
A. F.
Everyone's very friendly. A nice young buzz about the place. Izzy was particularly helpful when recently visiting. Thanks
T. J.
My kids 3 &6 had great fun bouncing here yesterday. I love that the family prices were a bit more affordable and that they have a cafe if you need a drink or snack. My only niggle was that there is an air mattress that probably needs repumping depending on use. We went for the 11am slot and when my son jumped, he jumped into one of those spots between the air pockets and not only wasn't there a bounce, the landing was painful. On the whole, it was a good first experience though.
S. A.
A very nice place, spacious and well-equipped. Kids enjoy the bouncing around and mums can sit and watch them from the cafe. The price is much much better than Rush in High Wycombe. My only gripe is how strict they are about asking the kids to leave when their hour is up, even when its not busy at all and there is barely anyone coming in after them. They need to show a more lenient attitude under such circumstances, as do the staff at Mad House.
A. S. G. S.
This is my first trampoline experience and it was good.. jumping was amazing and wanted to reach the roof. The one hour went too quick but had time to spend all the rides that were open.. the slides was closed and we need to ask for the ninja warrior.. Ninja warrior is a must do thing remember to have your shoes for this one. Overall the trampoline park is adventurous, fun and a good exercise. I recommend it and will definitely go again.
V. H.
My 13 yr old son and 14yr old friend had a blast at Red Kangaroo Reading on Sunday. They are both big basket ball players and loved finally being able to jump high enough to practice the many different ways to slam dunk the basket ball on the trampolines.
The Magherita Pizza was delicious. The vegetarian pizza was undercooked and the vegetables on it were cold but they are it anyway! Free lockers too! Very helpful when dropping kids off for them to store their phones and shoes. Staff were lovely. A great visit. We will be back.
M. C.
Just brilliant, from the service at reception, right through to the helpers in the park that were willing to play basketball with my son and me.
W.
Noisy, limited food selection.
Kids love it.
K. W.
Good fun, bounce like you are a kid again. As covid safe as a place can be in current climate, knackered by the end of the hour, kids loved it. Shame foam put closed but understand reason behind that.
S. S.
It was my first time going there with my kids, also we had this 50% off voucher, which we received through attending a birthday party there earlier, but I would suggest to all parents out there if they ever get to avail such voucher to please book on the phone number given in advance to avoid wastage of time n energy as we tried to book on the same day and they were not responding and when they finally picked the call, they told us we have to wait as they need to get it verified by calling some other ppl in the system, which is in itself quite annoying as a voucher received by them beati G names of the kids should not need to be verified in the first place, so it took us time to get their call back n so but to avoid all this kindly call and book the session through a voucher few days earlier plz as we realised though they don't mention any days or time for prior booking on the vouchers, other than that the staff were very supportive and friendly and guided us very well.,my kids did enjoy their session very much.
But I just wonder as a parent that why they keep increasing the prices and the price for an hour session us 13 pounds which is a bit on the higher side so hopefully we don't see any more increment but on the whole it is a good place to let the kids have some good physical activity.
T. M.
The service was speedy as I checked in online, the only terrible thing was that I and other people I was with, saw the same large puddle of water that was on the floor, it was there when we first arrived and one hour later as well.
D. B.
Fab place, started taking our grandaughter from 3 years old..great fun and very friendly staff. They play great dance which our grandaughter loves! Good fun and great way to keep fit!
S. H. R.
Its a good nice place for kids to have fun. Its open now after covid lockdown time.
V. I.
A wonderful place for both adults and children to have fun. Check-in is a bit complicated and time-consuming but ... it's worth it
G. D.
The girls really enjoyed it and got stuck in with the great range of activities. They are both fit and sporty and they found it a good challenge. They said the staff were really nice. But it was really busy and there was a group of teenagers 15 + yrs old who were waiting until the staff weren't looking and then intimidating other users. They would barge into people mid jump on equipment, crowd round people until they got off and use bad language to other users etc. There was a group of gymnasts who were targeted. As 10 yr olds they were scared but nervous about speaking up to a staff member. There will always be some who behave like that, but please keep an eye out. Apart from that, they loved it and definitely want to go back.
L. H.
Really great place for a rainy day. We go to the toddler session. Good value for money. Sometimes needs a bit of a clean and a shame some adults bounce around the small ones sometimes which can cause injury.
M. B.
Kids love this place, good fun. Alot to enjoy for kids. Overall good experience.
R. M.
I liked the diversity of places to play to, as there were various activities in function of age. I didn't like it though that I was told to wear their branded socks and not other jumping park branded socks. I thought you had to be safe, so I think it's not supposed to count which brand you have your special socks from.
S.
A good way to exercise with families and friends. Cafe has limited options and the food is good. Does require better arrangements for disabled people not just parking and ramp access to get in. Staff are ok but need to work on the language they use in front of the customers.
M. M.
Those kids working there are not friendly and when parents are not looking they are mean to our children, I caught one being rude to my kids and not helping either answering them professionally
T. J.
This is a reasonably well-kept trampoline park. Highly recommend the hour reserved for the under 12 set if you have younger ones. They pull off an OK birthday party, too, particularly in the area of attentive personal service. The party rooms, though, can be resoundingly boring once everyone's worn out and sweaty.
A. D.
Kids loved it...check that yr bouncing or watching as they will charge u to bounce...also...you have to buy there socks...£2 a pop...each person!!...only an hour bounce tho for £10???...really 🤔
F. E.
Great place, kids loved it… parking is an issue, otherwise fantastic
L. S.
Red Kangaroo is great. My grandson had a lovely party there. You really need to put some lighting in your car park though. It's pitch black and treacherous.
S. B.
Kids love this place. Amazing trampolines and activities for all ages. My 7 year old went crazy. Only reason for 4 stars is when sitting upstairs in the viewing area there is a bar obscuring the entire view! Seems silly.
P. C.
nervous of these places, i was pleasantly surprised. Lots of space, no cramped apparatus, staff on duty to monitor usage and lots of space. Rooms dedicated to baby changing, with feeding chairs in quiet rooms and a 'quiet room' for chilling out if children get over excited or young ones need a break.
Loses a star for being ridiculously hot on the day we visited and the air con didn't have any impact. My son is desperate to return
A.
Such a fun place!! The people that work there are lovely as well & as other people said in their reviews, it is well organised. Come in suitable clothing as you will definitely get HOT very quickly!
P. M.
Quite a lot of variety compared to other trampoline parks I have taken my kids to. Thumbs up from the kids who said they really enjoyed it.
We did have to wait for some areas to be opened up, had to ask staff. Some things a bit too tough for little ones to do.
M. A.
It’s decent size and parking availability is good. Bit pricey for a trampoline park however kids do enjoy and have fun. Cafe inside is of decent standard as well.
R. G.
Great facilities, trampolines are great. Really disappointed to see refreshments are predominantly cake, fizzy drinks and other rubbish. Asked the staff for a straw so my 20 month old could drink the water we purchased and was told they were only for the slush puppies. Such a shame, could be so much better.
M. M.
Lots of jump space and different themes, very parent/ baby friendly in terms of toilet facilities. Cafe on-site. Great that you get a good view of the children playing and jumping.
A. B.
This place is awesome and my daughter enjoyed it a lot.
A. C.
It was a good place to go for a party but way to many children in it and really clashed with my phobia of children.
N. '. B.
They have a weekly #autism session Sunday evening, which is great for anyone with autism. The staff are great and really understanding, and go out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable. The venue itself is so nice, I would recommend this place to anyone
D. M.
My daughter was invited to a birthday party here. Despite the chaos of little ones running around everywhere, the staff seemed very organised and the place was very clean. Next time, I'll have to have a go on the trampolines.
K. H.
Lots of fun and the place isn't over booked so there is always somewhere to bounce around without waiting. I would give it 5 stars but the eating area and toilets could have been cleaner.
G. M.
If they start serving better coffee (get Oatly instead of milk and make the drip coffee stronger) then it’d be 5 stars :)
My kid and I love spending an hour a day on weekends at Red Kangaroo. They’re great
A. W.
Great place to visit. As a heavier person though I'd avoid the foam pit in future. I got stuck, nearly lost a sock and my friend had to help me out of it which coloured the rest of the visit. Would definitely go again though
J. W.
Great trampoline Park, air conditioned and a small café area too. Helpful assistants. Great fun for kids and adults alike! Large variety of trampolines and obstacles and a few games to make it more interesting than just bouncing in one spot.
H. P.
Love this place! My kids really enjoy it here and the staff are really nice and helpful
H. L.
A great place that let my autistic son and his friend have fun together and burn off lots of energy. Very well priced and a decent little cafe . Happy children = happy parents.
J. B.
Great time, felt like a kid again. Possibly enjoyed it as much as my 5 year old. Staff were lovely. Drinks overpriced
L. M. (.
Great place even if the area where it s located itself isn't great
We booked a party room for a joint birthday party
The kids loved it (3 year olds) and so did the parents !
Staff was very friendly and very good at remembering all the kids names
The place was clean and has free lockers to leave coats and bags and feels safe
All the trampolines looked new and well loomed after
Great place to keep the little ones entertained and burn off some calories at the same time
S. L. A.
Spacious and clean. Ample parking. Great place for the kiddos and adults alike to get some exercise and loads of fun. Best time to visit is after 4 and in weekdays.
J. B.
The children loved their time at Red Kangaroo today. All the staff were so helpful, friendly and really patient with the children. The trampolines were really well kept with lots of different areas to keep the children entertained.
P. A.
Great place to let of some steam for both kids and adults. Plenty of sugar needed before hand. Restaurant food is not that great, very cheap and cheerful food that is convenient.
P. A.
A nice surprise, location isn't very glam but inside what was an old showroom / warehouse has been transformed into a bright and airy trampoline park with lots of variety, very good staffing levels and a nice cafe / seating area for those not bouncing. Highly recommended.
A. D.
Brilliant trampoline place. My 11 year old son and his friend absolutely loved it there. They had so much more than just trampolines there too which made it that little bit more exciting and fun for the boys. Great staff too 😊
M. R.
Excellent fun, huge venue so you don't feel like you're in anyone's way, everyone's happy, friendly staff, more than enough to keep little ones and their parents occupied
T. T.
It was fun apart from the fact that you have to ask for them to open a mini attraction. When you did ask it would take them a while to call for somebody to open it
A. R.
A nice place to take the kids. Price are too high. There is a £2 difference between buying online and on the door. Prices hiked up during school holidays. More ppl would come if prices remained at the off peak prices
J. S.
An amazing place.
Attended our granddaughters birthday bounce. Great viewing area.
Nice coffee and cake in the cafe area.
So much fun and the time went soo quickly
V. W.
The venue itself is nicely laid out and is very clean. The downside is some of the staff look a less interested in being there and not monitoring the kids
J. S.
An incredibly fun activity for most ages
C. S.
My children aged 6 and 12 loved it here. Very friendly staff
E. B.
Good
M. N.
Good place for kids and entertainment..
P. J.
Good place for the kids to use up some energy. Staff seemed friendly. Car park gets very busy at times but they do have overflow arrangements with a neighbouring business at the back.
A. M.
The children absolutely loved it here. Nice cafe and quite a big space upstairs to sit and watch if you're not bouncing.
L. H.
Lovely trampoline park. Gets busy in peak times. If there r no parking spaces available, then u can park in the Ibis hotel carpark. U just have to enter your number plate on the machine in the Ibis hotel reception.
S. W.
Good place to visit if you like trampoline activities - excellent and popular with kids particularly parties. Staff generally very good and look after you well especially if you are in an organised party. Food is mainly pizza but the cafe has premade sandwiches, hotdogs and burgers - the coffee is ok.
J. S.
Not too busy which is good, but at times when there are rowdy large groups of kids, the park marshalls need to be a bit firmer because some kids take the pee. Always clean throughout. If you are watching your child, take a cushion because the chairs are really hard and uncomfortable. Booking in advance is a must!
A. P.
Always fun, always exhaustive. Many activities to choose from, good deals and promotions during the school week. Horrible food, so enjoy your tea.
D. “. N.
Really great place to take toddlers. My daughter loves it here, plenty to do and take part in for all ages too. I find myself getting involved too.
J. S.
Not the biggest of trampoline parks, but plenty of fun activities. From dodgeball and basketball hoops, to a spinner and foam pits. Good facilities, but if busy I can imagine there would be a lot of queueing.
'Ninja warrior' part pretty lackluster and disappointing, and all but one member of staff disinterested and not hiding the fact that they don't want to be there.
Shoutouts to new staff member Matt.
z. m.
Shame some things are still closed but we had a great time. Staff were friendly and helpful and the kit all seemed in good condition.
T. M.
Utter chaos. Deceptively warm inside, sportswear is a must. Wouldn't want to rip the ol' jeans. Great fun with the boys
R. Q.
The 9am to 10am slot for 12mths to 5 was quite empty. The majority of the games are available. Children had a great time and they tired out just as the hour was up!
J. P.
Amazing fun for everyone! The best indoors place to take your children. Clean, organised and safe. A good workout too
A. A.
Kris was very helpful and interacts with everyone. I was very scared about jumping onto the airbag from the higher platform but he stayed there until I did it. Credits to Hannah as well.
T. L.
Lovely place and well organized, affordable prices and great access.
It's a exelent family time were even adults can have as much fun as the kids 😁
K. C.
Great place for the kids!
S. S. 7.
A massive shout out to our party host Taylor Claxton! Taylor hosted my son’s 4th birthday party on Saturday morning! Taylor was Amazing with the kids and held their attention which is a job in itself!!!! Taylor was full of confidence and his positive happy attitude made my son’s party a huge success and run very smoothly! Thanks Taylor!
M. O.
Recreation : seems great. (As an aside) food: i don't know about their pizza or anything else, but i can tell you from experience the ham & cheese toastie is a complete waste of money.
S. P.
Kids loved it although they were 16. This dad (53) found it fun even though all other adults sat and drunk tea.
A. D.
Amazing place and loads of fun. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. We had a great time!
M. B.
Seemed a lot of fun here for the kids and fairly ample seating for adults waiting but it was a quiet ish time so maybe not so good then
L. R.
Place was fun food expensive and the pizza wasn't very nice. Kids did have a great time though.
D. G.
Kids love it , feels clean and the staff are pleasant . Burns their energy off on a Sunday afternoon .
c. l.
Excellent Time at the kids after school session 4-6pm only £7 with free slush, kids came home and went straight to bed. Perfect result 😂😂
K. A.
My Teen Daughter Loved It She went with Group of Friends they had a Fantastic Time Bouncing Around on Trampolines
Cafe is Great too A Place Parents can Sit whilst the kids are Playing.
K. P.
Very fun. 12-13 year olds can still enjoy it. Only problem is they got bored about hade way in (30 mins) 8/10
A. L.
Brilliant place to wear kids down! Just a bit of a warning - Embrace yourself with perfumed handkerchief as the BO odour is just hitting you
N. “. S.
Had the Yoot's Birthday there and was proper impressed with everything! Would recommend it everytime! Food was not only reasonably priced it was reasonably good too!
A. S.
Great for the kids. Could do with more staff.
C. M.
The perfect place to spend couple of hours with my 9 yo kid. Huge place designed to consume kids energy. I will visit again for sure.
T. N.
Finally we don't have to travel to the JOKE facility which is GRAVITY FORCE in Camberley any longer. The Red Kangaroo difference? Better staff. Better facility (Ninja Warrior or Total Wipeout anyone?). Safer. Welcoming. And way more fun!
M. V.
Lots of fun! As a mature adult I loved the birthday party where my daughter was the invitee!
N. J.
Slow service but so funnnnn
A. B.
Really nice place for a family day out to have some fun!! 5 stars nothing else to say!!
A. H.
Very good size park with lots of different trampolines and equipment ! Good value and not too busy in the evenings when the big kids want to play ! Staff are friendly
M. ..
Great fun with the kids and was very covid secure. Plenty of parking.
D. B.
Great place for kids and adults alike
S. l.
Large area, staff good with young people, lots of extras like jumping walls, children loved it.
A.
Great for kids to let off steam, it's a treat though as you only get an hour x
P. K.
Warning! Just found out you have to wear Red Kangeroo socks to trampoline there. You can not wear a pair from another centre, like Atom. You will be asked to leave trampoline area. James and his friend both own a pair from RK, but his friend forgot his. He borrowed a pair from Flying Squirrel that James has. He was asked to leave the mat. Fortunately l spoke to a very reasonable employee and he gave me a pair, a little on the small side, but did the job.
N. T.
Friendly staff, clean, safe. A little pricey.
R. o.
Amazing fun trampoline park
S. J.
Full fun for kids
C. M.
Great place to get some energy out andwith many trampolines. Went there twice and would definitely like to go again.
N. C.
Really fun place. Lots of jumping activities, not just plain old trampolining. Kids absolutely love it.
a. h.
Son loved the toddler bounce sessions.
M. C.
Very good facilities. You need to purchase special socks though. They are 2 pounds per person
S. C.
Large trampoline park in a huge warehouse. Kids enjoy it alot. Parking a bit tight but ok. Roads around the area can get very busy.
S. P.
Good place for kids to burn off some energy. Large and we'll supervised. Coffee is ok too.
A. J.
Great fun inside
K. B.
Kids love it here. I feel a little annoyed that the price is so different for a family bounce, why should it be cheaper? It's expensive enough as it is!
N. A.
Fun place. Good time for reasonable price. Sadly, I had ankle sprain. But in general everything was great.
Z. T.
Great fun. Only downside is the price. It's a set price for 1 hour. After your hour you have to leave or pay for another hour.
J. S.
I loved it very fun however a staff member farted next to my son. Loved it though
S. S.
The kids loved it wore themselves out, very busy lucky we booked and carparking was full up
S. T.
Great fun. Expensive food and drinks and entry but the kids loved it.
C. D.
Great fun for the kids, decent food and drink. A bit expensive hourly charges hence 4 stars.
S. J.
A fun place to come for a children's party reasonable value for money.Booking in and party hosts were very good only let down was the cold party food.
T. B.
We loved this trampoline park. There's a good variety of bouncing and jumping activities to do. Definately one of the better trampoline centres in the area.
M. A.
Loved it went as a group of adults and it was great fun. You can let your inner child be set free
j. d.

J. W.
Always great fun for us and our young kids. Kanga Tots doesn't ever seen to be busy
K. C.
Kids love this place. There is ample space. And different activities for them to do.
A. M.
Kid had fun. Party was good. Thought safety presentation was too rushed and garbled for younger kids to grasp.
B. K.
Great fun for the family.... worth a visit in poor weather. New trampoline park, so clean and tidy
R. S.
Good friendly environment, staff was really helpful, fun place for all age kids.
N. M.

S. H.
Fantastic -your children will have a great time. Nice coffee too!

My kids love it. Quite expensive but special offers make it reasonable
