Reviews of Select Car Leasing Stadium

First time back in 20 years and still one of the best stadiums in the country. Everything from staff, to food and drink were great and seating is great with a clear view from wherever you sit. Only down side was the result on the day. URRRZZZZ!
I. M.
Have to say this is one of best and cleanest stadiums I've visited. Visiting fans can park in the red zone opposite entrance to the hotel and purchase parking tickets on the day but it isn't cheap, £15! You'll need your Covid pass to enter as well as your match day ticket. Literally sits about 500 yards away from the old Smallmead Speedway track (now demolished) where I used to spend many happy Monday nights watching The Racers!
H. P.
Decent stadium to go to. Down at Reading gate you can get McDonald's and there are more expensive food trucks just outside the stadium. Food inside the stadium is very lackluster and very overpriced so always bring your own.
T. M.
It's ok but it lacks a soul!.The stands look all the same!. An ok ground but a typical new build!.
M. J.
Location of the ground was interesting and fine for most people except disabled as the access to the away end was on a slope. Stewards were mostly ok but some were disinterested and not fully helpful sadly for the club. Interesting decision to allow little space between home and away fans in stadium and a divider of just a pair of shutters and a door on the concourse but allowing home fans to throw beer through the space above which wound up the away following
K.
Nice football stadium that used to be host to both Reading FC and London Irish rugby club. Unfortunately London Irish have moved to Brentford fcs new stadium but this is still the offical home of Reading FC!
It seats around 23,000 people and on match days has lots in the way of food and drink in the stadium and surrounding areas. I have used this more to watch London Irish Rugby Club so that's why my pictures are of that.

Reading stadium is situated just off the M4 via Junction 11. It’s had a few different names over the years. Location wise it’s behind and above Reading Gateway retail park and above of and in front of Green Park business park. Prime location. It’s kind of stealthy in it’s location and presence. Once you get up on the hill it opens up and you get an idea of the estate. It’s a modern and well thought out stadium. It’s clean and fresh even though it’s been there a while. I’ve been here for football, rugby, music events and also to cross the finish line for the Reading half marathon. Kinda wish the football team was a Premier League challenger but hey - that’s football and life eh? The hotel and team shop are pretty cool. The covered pitches out the back are great for local kids footie schools during school holidays. It’s a lovely venue and place with a great energy. True gem in a Royal crown.
M. B.
Nice location and nice staff. Rooms a good size
D. T.
Beer selection is not good plus over priced but the stadium is very nice and decent range of food available! The area outside where the big screen is and the Real Ale bar is very busy but not surprising on Match Days! Wish they had real ale inside the stadium
R. S.
Had the pleasure of being a guest in one of the boxies with an amazing view over the whole stadium ot was a top day.
All the staff were top class very pleasant abd treated you with uttermost respect.
m. b.
Had the best evening here with a big thanks to my Company (ITS Construction Ltd)who organised a private event, venue was pristeen, staff were very friendly, food was delicious !
J. N.
Great stadium with good facilities, great selection of food and drinks avaliable.
Great view of the pitch from all seats.
A. F.
Very good modern stadium full of facilities, clean and well organised match days, seats are standard and not massively comfortable and cramped in a bit but overall good experience and a good team
J. M.
Friendly, helpful staff and decent facilities. Shame Fulham won 0-7
C. r.
Nice enough ground, I worked in one of the function rooms and when we finished, I seen them wasting hundreds of £'s worth of food in the bin. Surely theres a way that they could of been more environmentally friendly?
W. W.
A great stadium for a great (rugby and football) team. Easy access from the motorway or from Reading itself. If driving in, get there early as on-site parking fills up quickly, but there is also parking 500 meters away. There are also frequent bus services from town and outlying areas which tend to have priority when leaving the stadium.
There are good burger and fast food fans on site during match days and are relatively good very for money, better than inside the stadium itself.
Gift shop is very busy but queues are short with very efficient staff.
The stadium gates are clearly marked and easy to access with helpful stewards throughout.
Inside, the seats are comfortable if a little cramped up in the higher rows. Even in the top rows the action is visible on the pitch.
T. W.
Good stadium always clean. I usually walk so luckily don't have to pay for the parking. Usually a great atmosphere staff are friendly
T. L.
Nice ground foods expensive though
Home of Reading FC good to see my local club
M. L.
Good, clean stadium and a fair amount of parking space for cars. However, the parking was very confusing and needed more staff to direct the traffic. Also, you may as well find something to do for an hour or so after the game as its a headache trying to get out, again needing more stewardship to assist the traffic
M. C.
Perfect place to go and see the match. Sittings are properly arranged with enough leg space also I should say that it is one of the cleanest stadium.
J. R.
Very nice stadium, as the away team supporter I found the staff helpful and friendly an all-round pleasurable day especially as my team won. Can't say I found the stadium name very inspiring though.
K. J.
Great space for our conference, food was lovely, we had 1 member of staff doing most of the jobs, he was great, always chirpy and ready to help.
W. M.
Had a fab time here, Wheelchair parking right outside the away gate which was very handy. Car park attendants were wonderfully helpful as all the attendants were, well done. Lovely stadium and great night of football, Well done Baggies. As a care the only criticism I have is that the wheelchair user was behind my seat with a barrier between us not ideal but in general very much accessibility for wheelchair users and a fab view of the pitch.
A.
Watched Reading vs Cardiff. Family seating all good. Bit of a wait on exit parking but all good
S. P.
Decent football ground. Outside catering around the stadium a bit pricey. Inside always seems to run out of hot chocolate drinks.
D. P.
Decent stadium with great views for away fans. Quick to get out of the stadium but traffic is a nightmare near the ground.
T. H.
Company roadshow held at venue staff were attentive and extremely professional throughout, Thank you.
P. U.
I come here and have been since London Irish first started playing here, although close to my home 45 mile I’ll be glad to leave, price of a pint of Guiness does fluctuate dependant on who serves you but always £5 plus, don’t get the early bird meal deal, the staff that serve it don’t quite understand that curry does get served with rice and we do use cutlery to get the food plate to mouth.
Inside the ground the staff are still poor and still after all these years do not get the concept that us Rugby supporters like a Guiness or 5 and therefore come half time might be an idea to pre-pour a few!!
However...on the upside the pies are nice!!
Can’t wait to get to Brentford.
Z. W.
My husband and children go to watch Reading regularly and love the atmosphere. Food is too expensive though.
A. O.
Good match day facilities. Below average atmosphere. Seats are fading.
n.
What a amazing stadium, celebrating 150 years of reading fc,great day for everyone
Urrrŕrrr
L. r.
Home of our team
Let's hope for better results..
Women's game is my go to
Good vibe
R. K.
Average football
Average beer
And no hot chocolate - how can there be no hot chocolate for kids in winter
Positives
Lovely staff
Lovely stadium
No hassle in or out
Average football but maybe could be better someday
As my gran would say “football is a game of two halves. The haves in the boxes and the have nots in the stands. One looking at the football the other themselves”
D. B.
Great stadium experience, shame about the scoreline. Definitely one of the better stadia going. Helpful, cheery security staff. A real credit to the club. As family football should be.
N. I.
Great venue rooms are all large and more or less all have the stadium and pitch view great facilities and all clean
D. S.
I'm a football traditionalist so not a fan of new stadiums. However, this is a decent stadium and fit for purpose.
J. L.
Amazing stadium n facilities..top notch👌❤
A. F.
Polite and friendly staff willing to help at the reception and check in desks. The entrance is well lit and clean and presentable. The rooms are clean and welcoming with your details on screen as you walk into the room.
P. S.
Fantastic stadium very good support for what the fans had had endure watching a bad team
N. M.
Nice place and I don't even like football :)
S. W.
Parking very convenient, facilities good as well. Plenty of empty seats
S. B.
Can't comment on the stadium's function as a sports venue.
As a vaccine centre though, it's really fantastic. Friendly staff signposting everyone along, offering water, etc.
Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Looking forward to repeating it.
I do hope they repave their carparks though. Surprise bumps are never fun!
G. J.
Went there yesterday as an away supporter.
Nice ground but if you go and your legs are not 100% make sure you are in single letter rows not double one's i.e.AA as the steps are steep and unguarded.
Was a little hungry so had a burger it was ok but at £5.50 overpriced. Didn't have the chips as they didn't look great and at £3.50 for a small tray again expensive.
Security staff were friendly and welcoming.
A. 7.
Pretty good ground with good food and decent prices.
However I don't like how they changed the name for the sake of advertising. Mr Madejski is the one who basically built the stadium so in my opinion it should have been kept as named after him
K. S.
Fantastic built stadium and the boardroom food was a great variety and quality too.
Y.
It was my first visit and I really enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and the place looked clean and modern.
c. n.
The hotel for a meeting was good, service was well timed, room clean and tidy and lunch was nice too. Parking was simple and roads generally light traffic so good location off of M4. All good for a work meeting venue.
M. F.
Excellent location if Reading is a convenient place for a meeting. Go left at reception and keep going... No... Not there... Keep going...! And there you are... A lovely spacious area for meetings with excellent coffee... Who could ask for anything more...!
A. B.
As an away fan: pretty nice ground, fairly cosy but not the most soulful. Good view though and home fans were friendly.
O. F.
World class stadium. Easily accessible.
V. P.
As its May of 2021 my first and so far only visit to Madejski was for vaccination. So Madejski as vaccination center is well organised and safe. Very efficient. Well done to all medical staff and volunteers. From football point of view... VIP lounges look great 👍
S. J.
Had a friend go to the Xpress witnessed COVID tests or what have you, it was very quiet and they were in and out lickedy split
B. N.
Great fun for all ages in the family stand. Good to support the local team.
C. B.
A good place for a seminar. The food was fairly bland though
L. P.
Well organized and constructed. Not sure about coppell corner 🤣
N. P.
Went for my first vaccination, really well organised. Very helpful staff throughout the building. All were helpful, kind and accommodating. It's also a great stadium when we are allowed to visit to see the football.
S. B.
Excellent food, and business standards for meetings. Plenty of parking.
M. F.
Lovely stadium, parking easy. Great result too.
M. K.
Convenient in every aspect: catering, parking, walking, cycling... If only Royals start to win this season...
S. L.
Visited the VIP section. Half time food and drinks during the games.. So nice ✌️
Little beautiful stadium.
J. D.
Great stadium with ability to buy parking on site. Choice of good quality food providers outside the ground. Only disappointment, appeared unable to buy a hot drink inside.
S. M.
Amazing stadium. Local people are quite different and nothing which I've experienced before.
T. Y.
Small but good atmosphere. Big screen outside before games and can watch PL action.
N. C.
Went to the madjeski for a Rugby match recently. Staff were very polite and helpful. Prices are about a average for football / rugby grounds.
C. F.
Very nice Facilities for Football match and other events, Only giving 4 Stars as a 3 nil defeat dampened the mood
A. R.
Went here for my first and second covid jab. The staff on both occasions were polite and very efficient. The whole operation went like a well oiled machine. Well done guys, great job!
M. D.
Absolutely amazing place great atmosphere even though we loose most of our games
A. G.
Went not for football but for my Covid Vaccination.
As this is right now one of the biggest Reading's vaccination centers, I can say the things were going smoothly. Lots of car park space. Lots of volunteers to help inside. There were separate rooms for dose 1 & 2. There were well cleaned toilets, seating area if you required to sit later on. Only thing is bus stop Is 10 mins walk. But that's not too bad as well. Good luck to those who are getting vaccinated.
W. S.
Been here for conferences and for vaccination neither time actually in the seating of the stadium but as a conference venue the rooms are spacious and the food served was decent. For vaccination, it was well run and organised.
M. A.
I’ve visited here many times over the years to see London Irish. Today was for my covid jab! Very well organised, from the parking all the way through the stadium and to ‘jab zone’ as I call it. Well signed and lovely people. Hope to visit again under different circumstances in the future
M. M.
I've been visiting the Madejski regularly for the past year and have to compliment the stadium on the friendly fans, convivial atmosphere and relatively spacious seating!
S. T.
Went here for the vaccine. Notes that may be helpful: use the second entrance on the A33, the one past Reading Gate retail (i.e. first left after the B&Q), follow the road to the stadium car park then there are signs for vaccination and testing. Was relatively quick and hassle free.
D. G.
Great stadium home to the Royals Reading fc
M. C.
Went for the vaccination shots. Very organized and helpful staff, no crowds, short wait times and I was out in 30 minutes (including the 15 minutes of mandatory waiting after the shot). I see a number of news articles scare mongering saying it's very crowded and the parking is full, don't believe them...book your slot and get your shots done ASAP.

10/10
Brilliant stay at this hotel stayed New Years Eve -
With my family: husband, daughter , son in law and 2 Grandaughters.
Lovely bright comfortable rooms. Spotlessly clean. The bed was huge with many bouncy pillows and soft mattress topper. Slept so well. Great bathroom shower with everything you need.
Were had evening meal in the restaurant. The lovely staff were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was the best I've had so far , in a hotel with a great selection and eat as much a you need. Great hotel, food , staff and comfort 😊😊
M. M.
I have been twice for my jabs and it's so organised and everyone is polite and helpful. I also saw the pitch on my way out in the sunshine (walking along the exit corridor ) it looked lovely x
P. T. P.
What an afternoon! Well looked after, Guinness was great and watching London Irish win even better!
p. m.
Good stadia friendly match day staff
E. W.
Reading half marathon
Great event
Well organised
J. G.
Its a okay stadium but it doesn't look that great on the outside
A. O.
Little gutted i never got to see the actual Stadium.. ;-(.. Would have enjoyed seeing it.. Never been myself,. The staff on site, fair play to them, very patient, one guy i saw and spoke to, was fantastic, what a trooper.. He showed me where i could leave the van, had a laugh etc, He calmed me down a bit, was a little nervous, was there for my injection.. Glad its over and done with for the time being, , no rush for the next one.. 😁😁. Thanks again.. #key workers, #Madejski Stadium, #Hard workers.. 😁😁👍👍
A. W.
Went to Madejski Stadium for my 1st covid vaccine. Easy parking & one way routing.
Booked via the NHS site, needing disabled parking; pity that there was no warning of having to use stairs, considering I'd asked for disabled parking.
P. L.
Nice stadium if you're going to the football, traffic gets a bit heavy near the stadium - which I guess you'd expect on match days...
W. O.
Went for my Day Two - Test and Trace. Staff were warm and professional, given that the computerised systems between government and Test and Trace centres are not seem less, we all benefitted from their caring attitude.
J. R. -. T. V. T.
Here for regular weekly networking meeting with BNI Reading Titans. The Board Room is a great venue, and the coffee is 👌🏼 Recommended as a business venue
C. G.
Great place to watch football.
L. T.
Great behind scenes look at the stadium
R. G.
Very impressive stadium. Lovely football stadium. There for covid jab, well organised, easy in and out. Been there for football match. Would be great if they could make the Premiership
S. K.
My favourite football club (Reading FC) play there. It has a very good hotel and very kind people. It also is very good for the family.
R.
Very well organised for the Covid jabs, from parking the motorbike, to socially distances queuing and the jab itself. Whilst leaving the jab area, you get a very good view of the pitch and stadium. That itself made the trip worth it as I’d never been.
R. S.
Huge stadium, they are now using the car park as a drive-thru for coronavirus testing. I have been tested there with a company called Express Test. They gave me the result the very next day, and they also release a Fit To Fly certificate.
A. K.
Good stand for families... Decent coffee
D.
I was here for an event recently. What a great venue of you looking to hold a large scale event. The staff all very friendly and loads and loads of parking. Well connected roads made it an ideal place. Highly recommended if your looking to host an event. 5 star.
P. K.
WSL good setup, pre-book tickets and parking. Note no bovril....
J. H.
I attended the stadium for my covid jab, not football. But I can say the stadium complex is amazing. Extremely well organised with many amenities. Its beautifully constructed with plenty of parking. Very impressed. 😊
B. B.
Great Stadium. I saw my team Bristol City play here tonight. Me and my Dad got chatting to a friendly steward. He was made honourable City fan by our group. Pies are ok. Coffee wasn't that great unfortunately. Reading are a good side. Good luck for the rest of the season guys.
L. L.
A huge thank you to everyone involved. It's so easy to criticize people these days but they deserve 10/10. Boris and his staff should also be given credit for a job well done.
D. o.
Took my son for his first ever professional football game here today. Easy to get to with coaches from train station to stadium costing only £2 return. Lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff and supporters. Also helped that Reading beat Cardiff city 3 -0. Great stadium, Reasonably priced fan shop, and nice hot food and drinks on offer.
m. w.
Great park and ride. £4.50 return. Fast food restaurants close to the ground. Only thing let it down was a couple of the stewards but that was small beer in the scheme of things. The young lady on one of the pass only doors was wonderful and helpful. Nice ground, great view . Will be going back
K. N.
Went to the conference center.got a bit lost and ended up in the shop. The staff were really helpful. The food served intheci conference was really really good! They cater for allergies. There was plenty of rooms to use. Again, the staff within were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of toilets. Have been to a few conferences and sometimes not enough toilets which is a real pain! Would highly recommend using this place. Plus it too far from motor way.
C. A.
Good parking next to Park and ride to Reading Town centre. Also Aspire Clinic that provides beauty and skin condition treatments is located in the main building there.
N. P.
I was staying at the voco hotel, Amazing comfortable rooms, Food is really nice, Plenty of parking.👌
C. S.
Well organised. Vaccine administered in under 20 minutes with no side effects and no pain. That was a week ago and I can feel the antibodies surging already. For all you sceptics, get it done. It won't do any harm to you and it certainly won't kill your mum and dad, Grandma and grandad, which is what will happen if you don't have the jab. Poorly educated neices , you know who you are....
T. K.
I've only been here for meetings and the venue is top class however the luch they serve in the conference rooms are nothing more than oven warmed foods.
They provide a nice selection of teas and snacks and the place is always well maintained and staff are friendly.
Plenty of parking and convenient location to get to. Overall it's a high class location!!
I. H.
Great little stadium. I help build. Great atmosphere. Easy to get to. Easy to park. Reading FC Are a great family club.
A. G.
Went to the club shop to get a kids kit.
G. B.
A nice stadium with unobstructive views of the pitch. Plus plenty of places to eat.
G.
Attended the Mass vaccination centre at the MadStad. Very well organised in and out in 10 minutes and a chance to see the Executive Box level with loads of commemorative Royals jerseys on the way out. Ample parking a short walk from check in and a first rate volunteer team to make sure everyone knows what to do.
R. W.
Reading football stadium 🏟️ also known as Madejski stadium.
I. H.
Attended training here at the conference centre. Staff were friendly and helpful and the food was the best ever at this sort of event. Choice of hot food without a curly sandwich in sight. Brownies to die for and plenty of coffee. Hope to do it all again sometime. Our room had a view of the pitch too!
N. O.
This is not a review of the Madejski Stadium but a visit to its car park to have a Covid-19 Fit for travel test, which provided results same day. Unfortunately the testing site cannot guarantee same day results.
S. K.
Everything was great as well as the result of the game.
E. F.
Absolutely amazing experience! Great stadium, great view of the match and pitch and great atmosphere, I loved the experience and will be going many times more in the future! Something to remember and treasure 😁 and I even got my photo took with Queensley the lion!
R. B.
Visited for the covid vaccine. Really nice clean venue. Plenty of parking. Kept very clean and one way to avoid risk of spread of the virus
J. C.
Went here for my covidjab
Great was very easy to park for free and well signed as to where to go . Everyone's very friendly and helpful. So go get your jab and ask not what the country can do for you but what you can do for your country ,your friends your neighbours
M. H.
My local team the biscuits men to me others the royals.have been a fan at reading all my.life managed to see reading play in the Simod cup final at the old Wembley stadium 1988.against Luton Town.
L. B.
I had my vaccination yesterday at Madejski stadium it was very well organised outside and inside looking forward to get back again for my second visit.
B. L.
Ok well organised plenty of marshalls but be aware if you arrive before twenty minutes before your appointment you be asked to leave and come back closer to you appointment time understandable but be aware of this.
R. W.
Visiting for my AstraZenica Covid-19 vaccination. So many wonderful volunteers helping, reminds me of the 2012 Games Makers. Thanks to Sir John M and Reading FC for making the stadium facilities available for vaccinations
a. i.
The hotelroom was very nice and clean. The bed was great. Staff was polite, friendly and helpful. I would stay again. Rates for breakfast are really massively too high. A big disappointment was the gym and pool. They were extremely dirty
J. H.
Great facility. Loads of rooms for conference type events (I was here on a Xmas party). The hotel itself is very nicely done, decent carpet, for once, good TV and modern decor. Only downside is I found my room was overlooking the restaurant/ bar area so everyone could see when I opened and closed the curtains.
A. J. M.
This place is used as the finish of the Reading mini marathon. As a runner the last few hundred yards are more demanding but exhilarating as the crowd shout and cheer. Facilities are adequate, typical fast food fit for such venues available. Plastic seats and area open yo the elements. Go prepared for all sorts. Enjoy.
d. B.
Great place.
Bit tired and run down, could be cleaner.
Seems a strange mix of corporate hotel and domestic tourism.
Handy place and if you book ahead of time you can get a much better rate.
I nearly added a 2nd night but it was another £90 to do so. For the same room just isn't worth it. Strange algorithm for online booking.
Would def stay again. Other options locally so would be a price based decision 👍
I. I.
Decent stadium. Reading has no football hooligans which is a good thing, there is some wannabees but they are nothing compared to some other clubs.
S. B.
Nice stadium in the suburbs of Reading city. It is a treat for the football fans. There are many places to eat as well. Bars are available for the ones looking for a nice drink during the game. Multiple clean toilets are available in each floor. The stadium is well connected to Reading city centre via Bus. All in all, an well equipped stadium to have an enjoyable game day for everyone.
D. R.
Nice football stadium. Entertaining games and fun atmosphere. A staple of Reading.
o. p.
Nice, comfortable football stadium, but terrible logistics, especially if you arrived by car ... It takes about an hour to wait to get out of there ...
K. K.
My team's stadium, and we still call it the Mad Stad, and will continue to do so despite the recent and ludicrous renaming by the the current owners. Not much more to say, what else would you expect ?
K. B.
Went here for vaccination, it was very well organised, very clear, kind helpful staff both inside the stadium and outside in the car park. Very quick and effective.
D. N.
Never been before, went for the finish of the Reading Half Marathon, very impressed, lovely stadium.
J. R.
This is quite a large stadium and it can generate quite a nice atmosphere, although the food and drink services are not brilliant. In all except one of the service areas on each block of kiosks, the payment is card only. This is not ideal for many people that only bring cash with them. Alongside this, the one service area that takes cash always had an exceptionally long queue. When you enter the arena itself, the stands are covered with a roof although the stairs up to the seats have no handrail, which can make them rather disconcerting at times. On top of all of this, depending on whay stand you're in there can be a rather long walk to the gate due to the fact that you cannot walk around the entirety of the stadium. Overall, it is a good stadium though there are flaws such as the lack of service for people paying with cash and a rather dangerous staircase up to the stands.
N. W.
The stadium is great and staff very welcoming especially security, as we have 2 have our bags checked before every home rugby game!! The facilities are very good for a stadium with plenty of loos and food and drink places are well looked after!!
P. B.
Bring on the 2019/20 season. Improved atmosphere, decent singings, great manager. Urrrzzzz!
G. K.
ENJOYED EXPERIANCE POOR OFFICIALS COST US POINTS
P. J.
Lovely hotel, very clean all-round, polite staff and helpful, will definitely return...
S. S.
Went to support Gloucester Rugby against London Irish. Good rugby venue unlike most football grounds. Close to the play and good visibility all round. Good amenities at reasonable prices. Only down side was trying to get out of the car parks.
A.
Nice enough stadium. Poor atmosphere though.
B. W.
Good catering and toilet facilities all around the stadium, excellent on and off site parking although costing £15 per game, very expensive!! match day bus connection to the rail network. comfortable seating, superb view.
A.
Nice open venue with good views of the pitch - We visit here regularly for the London Irish - nice stadium but poorly lacking on the bar front, you could miss half a game if you queue on a busy day. Atmosphere good with larger crowds.
J. S.
In and out for 2nd jab, even more respect the organisation behind all this. GratZ to NHS , doing it in the Heineken VIP lounge made me chuckle being Dutch
C. H.
Great views from all areas of the stadium, even the restricted view seats are pretty good. Hot chocolate is not bad, especially on a cold evening. Level of football is mixed, hopefully we will have a better season this year!
R. R.
Good ground, easy to park, foods a bit expensive though
P. H.
Good atmosphere before the game, plenty of stalls for food and drinks. Activities for children and a big screen to watch the earlier games. Good to see the club continue their efforts to enhay the match day experience.
S. W.
Great stadium with lots going on during events - good choice of food and drink outside the stadium on match days. Plenty of toilets inside and the seating offers just the best view - The only issue is the football itself which needs lots of improvement!
D. F.
Great place to have meetings. Service staff are always so helpful, so 5*s for them!) Board room is a little dark and could use a bigger screen or a projector as current screen is too small to read presentations.
L. M.
Lots of parking spaces and organised busses to the stadium! For my first visit I thought it was very well organised getting so many people in and out safely. There is also a variety of food stalls, though you cannot take the food to the seating area.
P. M.
Always a good experience at the stadium, the leg room in the away end is one of the best in the league. The location though is annoying being outside the city, the football buses from the train station are great going. But coming back after unless you leave 5 mins early they are delayed for about 45 mins after the final whistle
S. G.
A good ground to visit, but they have a good fan base
R. O.
Traveling fan took my 12 year old to a match here, Reading were awful ! not surprised as the fans spent most of the match booing and swearing at the players when they passed the ball backwards. Generally a good clean stadium that seems a bit lacking in atmosphere until the booing starts. Stadium does have a family area but it was sold out.
F.
Great place but I must say the view is not so great. You should only visit this place for the experience not the game itself. You can't see much unless if your in front view because all the football fans are jumping and screaming. Also they take all your bottles lids off even if you order a drink for safety reasons so bring a bottle if your a drink person. But not bad.
J. V.
Madejski is a first class stadium which makes me sad when I go watch the rugby there. It’s almost always half empty. But the atmosphere is fun and also non-aggressive, it’s exciting and there’s always some good food and drink to be got! The place is clean and the staff are generally friendly. We went on a freezing cold day but the stadium was well protected. Overall a good day out!
K. S.
Staff are friendly!! Big rooms and comfort beds. Lovely breakfast.
J. D.
One of my favourite stadiums for taking my nephew to. Its always a good family atmosphere, theres very little swearing etc. Its rarely full though and the atmosphere isnt as banging as other grounds. I call it a middle class football watching experience, but fantastic for young familys
M. H.
Reception great very clear instructions. Went for a fit to fly test so not fair to associate any more with the stadium
J. M.
Attempted the vaccine centre. Superbly organised. Friendly staff. Reached very early and yet they accepted us and got out before arrival time too!
p. a.
I've been here a few times with Sheffield United a ground we do well at it's fine stadium but lacks atmosphere when it's only half full. the nearest train station is miles away but there is a good bus service to and from the ground there are plenty of eateries near by but no pub's so drink in reading if want a few beers
S. W. (.
Well organised, I don't care much for sports, so it's always a bit of a glimpse into a world I don't engage with much going to a venue like this.
R. I.
Great venue for football or rugby, though crowd at rugby can be a bit small to get a good atmosphere going. As per most stadia, drinks and snacks are not cheep. Some parking on site but most park in nearby businesses who charge a fee of £5-£10.
A. B.
The stadium is 20years old now, and starting to show it. It's OK, nothing massively over or underwhelming. Limited access to food or drink, one kiosk open for 2k people. Limited parking, for away fans, expect a 20-30min walk.
M. H.
Good clean modern ground with reasonably priced refreshments served from plenty of counters. Seats well spaced with excellent views. One issue PA system was too loud so you couldn't talk to each other.
E. L.
Great atmosphere in the Fan Zone.
R. T.
Part of the stadium, and has good conference rooms, restaurants, and the bedrooms are well kept and modern. Really good breakfast buffet that starts from 06:30am There is plenty of free parking right next to the hotel.
R. P.
Lovely hotel staff were friendly the only downside was the restaurant shutting at nine thirty.
I. D.
Great stadium pitiful team embarrassing to watch.
S. L.
We had great time. We scored 7
T. G.
Decent away ground with reasonable ticket prices. 2 tickets for me and my lad were less than £30. Fair play Reading FC. Kiosks in concourse sell food and drink all game, unlike other grounds. Decent ground
S.
Very good stadium. Facilities adequate. Seating view from any area excellent, no posts or structures in view of the pitch. Football etiquette and away fans respectful. Shuttle bus from Mereoak excellent service.
G. B.
Covid vaccination centre. Well organised. Bus 50 or 600 will get you here from the centre of Reading.
Walking distance to retail
S. O. R.
Madejski Stadium is the home ground Of Reading FC. (The Royals). And Home also to London Irish Rugby club. State of the Art stadium day and night games here as well lite up by flood lights. Fabulous and well kept place. Busy around Match time. Access to here by Buses from Reading centre to Stadium. Not badly priced typical English bar in club bars.
S. P.
Very spacious for a COVID vaccine centre, very well organized with a lot of people helping and guiding
N. G.
Vaccination centre runs as smooth as I could imagine, very helpful friendly people to show you where to go.
C. P.
Brilliant day out, kid's really enjoyed it
A. B.
Visited here to meet a relative at the end of the Reading half marathon. Concessions are about what you'd expect, although the quality was much better than expected.
I can't comment on much else as it wasn't a match day, and we used the shuttle bus to get there.
H. B.
A great family fun day out
L. M. (.
Its fine as far as stadiums are concerned
Facilities are good and kept clean
The staff is very friendly
We went there for Reading - QPR and the raim was horrible. The staff outside the stadium were really friendly and helpful
Most places inside only take cash with one queue for cash and cards
There is one cash point inside that didn't work and another one nearby that was out of service too so best to bring cash in advance
I don't recommend the white wine which tastes like vinegar. The beer is very average and the cider was ok.
Havent tried the food.
J. R.
Good stadium highly equipped with easy to navigate rows to get to your seat. Games are often filmed and Reading may go into the premier league so you'll have a premier league team near by which would generate lots of attention
T.
A nice stadium, visited a couple of seasons ago for the London Irish v Cornish Pirates game on St Patrick's day. Despite there being 11,000 people in attendance it still felt like a soulless bowl. LI could do with moving to a smaller ground. There's more atmosphere on the moon than at a London Irish game.
A. M.
Have visited this stadium on many occasions to follow my team Swansea when playing reading. There are not many amenities close by as it is quite a way from town, but the food and drink on offer inside are good and friendly staff, there are good views from anywhere in the ground, a very pleasant visit again!!
R. B.
Good friendly atmosphere, particularly in the family area in the North Stand.
M. H.
Ive not been to the football here but have attended the rugby matches, and the facilities along with the stuff they put on for kids is great. Prices are your standard stadium prices for food along with the beer. We went into the jazz club upstairs pre game which was ok for a pre match pint.
L. D.
Went for the covid vaccine. Very good well laid out stadium with hotel on site. Excellent hospitality behind the actually stadium.
m. w.
A good stadium with cheap parking within a short walking distance. Food available inside and outside the stadium
G. R.
I went for vacation and the stadium is very spacious and taking good care of public during their visit by following all covid rules.
N. M.
Went to the Madjeski for a London Irish match in a hospitality box. The facilities were excellent and the food was delicious. We enjoyed the game and the attentiveness of the staff and players who visited afterwards was very good.
J. W.
Good facilities, easy to find your way around, decent public transport options, and most importantly... home of the greatest football team the M4 corridor had ever seen!
S. W.
Went to the vaccination centre here today, absolutely brilliant, efficient, friendly, a great positive atmosphere ... well done to all !!
A. I.
Work Bi-Annual information sharing session by senior staff to project team members. Organised the use of their Premier Suite, very nice large space which had a panoramic viewnof the football stadium. Air conditioning and good room setup of cabaret style tables focused on an overhead projector at the centre of the room. Entry to room had a food area where breakfast pastires and tea and coffee could be placed for arriving guests. Food supply was good, had a organiser in place to talk about any issues with. Food provided was good quality, portions should have been slightly more generous. Very nice facility which would be good to use again
A. B.
Covid 19 2nd vaccine all so quick and all the process straight forward all volunteers and organising brilliant well done all keeping us safe
d. s.
Bit of a trek from the town centre, there are buses if needed. Stadium sits out of town pretty much by itself. Good place to watch football, helped by the fact my team usually gets a good result here.
M. M.
Good business hotel. Comfortable rooms, good service and food.
A. N.
Fantastic club. The staff and Sir John made pulled all the stops out to make our friends day very special and for all of us. They couldnt do enough for us. We really appreciated everything. Thank you so much xxxx
Y. T.
Great place, also they are using it as a well designed and planned vaccination centre.
D. M.
Had my first covid jab there and so well organised. Managed a quick peek at the ground too.
J. B.
Good place for a conference. Space was great and the lunch provided was far better than expected. Bit of a pain to get to if you don't drive though
J. K.
Great day out sorry we lost
P. A. P.
Went to the Jazz Cafe. Nice place.the layout is long rectangular and not the classic squayish which makes it difficult to entertain a big group in an engaging way. For called parties, it's decent with a nice feel up it.
D. P.
Great stadium and ample parking, went there for covid Jab too, and was easy and efficient
P.
Great stadium. It have everything what would you expect from stadium. From parking trough hot drinks, cold drinks and food court, it have everything. Stadium is in very good shape and can be seen that people are taking care of it. Very good experience.
D. R.
A modern sports stadium with a large car park, although there is a charge, the amount varies depending on the event. Adequate stewards for visitors safety. Five minutes away is a large retail park that includes a macdonalds. Also bus stops are nearby.
I. H.
Nice ground , easily accessible.
B. O.
Away end review: Wide concourse; plenty of space in the toilets for a quickie (!); food concessions has lots of friendly staff, so very quick service; draught Guinness is £5.00 pint (2018/19 season). The concession staff used to wear away t-shirts but no longer do - they certainly weren't against Brentford.
4,000 seats in the away end. Lots of legroom and great sightlines. Reasonably friendly stewards.
Stadium is 3 miles from the station. A shuttle bus from the station is £4.50 return season 2018/19), but if you are able to then cycling to the stadium from the station is the best option. It's roughly 20 minutes and, by doing so, it could save you up to an hour against queuing for the special buses.
There's masses of cycle parking at the ground situated in the first car park on your right once you get to the ground.
P. B. J.
I went here for Vaccination. Place was very clean and nice. Full of greenery and we'll maintained.
J. M.
Quickly glancing at the other reviews, I can only assume that they were posted by London Irish fans, or perhaps on of their visitors...
Judging this place as a football ground, rather than somewhere that egg chasing occurs, and occasionally the ball pops out, and then someone kicks it between the posts, and everyone goes and gets more beer... Just remember that we live under different rules at football, and this place the epitome of depressing new builds.
Rising majestically, from behind Tesco's distribution centre, it's easy to miss. And, before long, you realise that you're in the middle of a retail estate, with no soul, or character. Look right, and you'll see an interminable industrial estate... Trust the SatNav, you are there.
Don't obey their signs, and park at the stadium... It's not free, and you'll wait hours to appreciate its proximity to the M4.
Keep driving, park in Reading, go to a pub, and experience a new place, rather than the photofit experience offered inside...
It's so anodyne, that I had to physically kidnap my youngest, and force him to go. He still resents it four years on, possibly because we lost, possibly not?..
Won last season, but still hasn't changed my mind, and not looking forward to the start of the season.
S. K.
Really well organised vaccination centre and you get a little stroll through the hospitality areas after!
E. B.
A great conference venue. I was there to present a session at a one day conference. the venue was efficient. The IT worked effortlessly and the food was a cut above the usual bland conference fare. Recommended.
D. B.
The vaccine centre is so well organised. Quick and efficient and helpers really friendly.
O. E.
Good parking facilities and the stewards dis a fantastic job
M. M.
Wife had second Jab here and car park is laid out well with Plenty of Guides directing you
S. P.
Excellent view of pitch, good space per seat too. Been to a lot of championship games around the country and the atmosphere was decent, better than birmingham, fulham, charlton to name just three.
P. G.
Great, got my second vaccination, many thanks to all the volunteers and medical staff. We're getting there!
S. K.
A really nice hotel with plenty of parking. Friendly staff, clean, comfortable and pleasant. Have stayed here three times so far since September. Will be going again in two weeks.
A. R.
Fantastic stadium. Great views nice staff.
K. C.
Friendly stadium, feel safe at Madejeski unlike some stadiums I've been to. Still the coldest one I've been to though, wrap up warm if you have seats in the west stand.
M. M.
Nice, easy to get too, close to m4
O.
Best stadium on the country . Nice staff and atmosphere especially in the south stand. Made the game very enjoyable with also very good pies. Yum.
m. g.
I can't say anything about the sports events here but as a vaccination centre it was great, very organised and friendly.
J. S.
Pleasantly surprised at really good atmosphere despite the small numbers allowed in the stadium (2000). Well organised.
Z. A.
I like it .. parking is very well managed and its a pretty big stadium for a town like Reading
N. P.
I was working at the stadium during a rugby game. All staff are friendly and approachable. There are lots of bathrooms located all around the stadium. The whkle place is tidy, well kept and clean.
S. H.
Excellent London Irish venue. Huge car park. You can go outside at halftime to get a drink at the hotel as an alternative to the bar and concession stands.
D. G.
Home of the Royals ,great modern stadium
V. H.
Really great experience getting my vaccine. Friendly people. Very organised
M. A.
Easy to get to, plenty of parking, staff very friendly and helpful, food and drink a little expensive but of good quality. Ii would advise not to use stadium car park on match days as they let all pedestrian and buses leave first which takes ages
S. H.
Lovely stadium, nice design and kept clean, lots of food options. However it loses one star as the changing room/ disabled toilet is bladdy freezing like stone cold.
G. B.
Went for second jab very good well run no fuss in and out could not ask for more.
m. p.
Nice street food stalls outside, friendly staff, both sets of fans sat together,no problems,1 of the nicest stadiums I've been too,I would go again.
S. L.
Come on you Royals let's get this brilliant stadium in the Premier league
K. W.
Went to the stadium for my covid jabs. Very well organised and no complaints at all.
J. B.
Good, modern stadium. Good view from every seat, good facilities in and around the stadium. However, there is a total lack of atmosphere when compared to other grounds
D. S.
Nice and easy to get to from motorway. Plenty of places to eat around the ground not so much pubs. Home Support was pretty poor.
S. F.
Very good, well organised but needed more signs for vaccination centre.
B. B.
The stadium is incredible with good facilities. When we was in one of the box suites the food was amazing and the bar was filled with red wine and plently of beer. Would visit again, a great experience
S. “. F. W.
Visited the stadium for my husband's covid jab. All very well organised. In and out in 20 minutes.
D. Q.
Visited on a Sunday for the Rugby. Good view of the pitch from most seats, food options looked OK. Comfortable seat and decent atmosphere..
S. W.
Super efficient vaccine centre. Carparking, directions, signage, friendly volunteers and staff.
R. o. R.
Built by the people for the people, simply Madejski.
V. P.
Great football stadium, loads of onside parking
G. I.
Went to check out the stadium from outside for a walk around after a meal locally. Stadium is pobably the biggest regionally snd has some great touches with tribute sections in the walls.
A. M. H.
Clean environment with helpful staff. Plenty of parking with lots of signs, so no worries about getting lost
C. H.
Great ground, good family club, prices should be lower for all aspects of the ground, from tickets to food and drink, if they want more fans they need to lower prices, which will then bring in more revenue, simple business sense. Football perspective
W. W.
Park and ride good value. 5 minute bus journey to ground , nearest place for a drink holiday Inn 10/15 minute walk from ground parking available£10 for 6 hours.
L. S.
Visited this place for my vaccine. Brilliant place nice and spacious and well set out.
J. F.
We went there to get vaccine. Everything organized so good 👍! Everyone is friendly and helpful.
d. h.
I went for Covid-19 vaccination. The whole setup was very professional and very friendly. Good experience all round.
G. P.
I went to the stadium for Covid vaccination. All good except for a patch of the road which needs repair urgently.
D. H.
Went to Stadium for Covid vaccination. Very impressive set up. Well done NHS
R. P.
Great place for covid 19
Vaccination easy to park great help staff and security
N. P.
Great stadium but incredibly cold make sure you wrap up warm if going there, otherwise you will miss half the event going back and fourth for a Nescafé
A. B.
It's a lovely stadium but less than half full for a rugby match which has a negative effect on the atmosphere. Queuing times for the bar are ridiculously long.
K. U.
Great stadium, good relaible bus service from Reading train station. Or if you arrived early you ate able to park within the white car park at stadium.
N. C.
The Stadium its self is great easy to get in & out of but would recommend using public transport. If your going to watch the football i would give it a miss at the moment.
E. J. S.
Nice roof to cover from rain. Good view from away stand. Away area showed previous Birmingham goals which was a really nice touch.
N. J.
My only criticism is that, at half time, there were only two members of Staff serving drinks for the away supporters. Most of us didn’t get the chance to buy a drink before the game resumed. They missed out on sales and we were left thirsty.
Z. S.
Great stadium,zero atmosphere
P. B.
Pitch looks amazing and thanks to Reading fc and the NHS for my covid jab
i. b.
Regimented away ground for football fans. Although all stewards were polite I felt there was an underlying tension.
Concession staff were Friendly and polite
D. S.
Had vaccine here, all well if a little busy.
G. L.
Went for my covid jab. Very organized & run. Lots if parking. Quickly in and out
G. D.
No handrail up the middle of the stairs to help those with poor legs, knees, hips and those elder supporters get to their seats. These steps are very steep and not very deep - footlength wise.
A. F.
Only been here for vaccine reasons. Very efficient and the place itself looks interesting.
A. R.
Had my covid jab here yesterday, very well set up straight in and out , no messing 👏👏👏😊
M. G.
It was good there and the game score was 1 1
J. S.
State-of-the-art stadium with great facilities and top notch security. Expect to have an awesome time while you're here. 4/5 for me.
M. L.
Great stadium, parking is tricky on match days but check the website there are options, and park and ride buses and just buses from all over the Reading area.
M. F.
Great place to get a Covid jab. Footy isn't too bad either apparently.
R. M.
I had my Covid vaccine done here, hardly any waiting. Quick & painless!
S. M.
Huge rooms with an amazing view and great service. Just make sure you keep an eye on your bank account as they may charge you several times for the same stay.
R. P.
Great day in hospitality! Looked after well!
M. K.
I only can say I been there to get my covid injection it was well organized and excellent service .
J. d.
Not as good as Carrow Road, NCFC!
S. J.
Good modern stadium.Excellent views from every seat, with good facilities in and around the ground.Transport links are good from Reading town centre ,and surrounding area.
A. M.
This is a great stadium with fairly Medicare team unfortunately they lost against Charlton 2-0 which took the shine of the day
j. w.
This is the home of Reading football club and London Irish ruby football club. The venue is also used for private events like music concerts, an all seater stadium and very modern with disabled facilities.
C. W.
Nice here bit hard to get to if you don't drive 🙂
R. G.
Good facilities for a conference. Well staffed, never short of refreshments. Food was very nice if slightly small portions!!
S. C.
As a nature lover I really liked surroundings of this area. Mainly you can enjoy watching the birds ofcourse in specific seasons only.
One can enjoy this place.
D. R.
A great atmosphere and lovely stadium not just for footie but also a great finishing spot for the Reading half marathon.
F. O.
Had a great day watching Irish beat Ealing. Queues for drink and food were a bit long to start but eased as the game went on.
m. r.
A home of Reading football club. Great stadium, incorporating Madejski Hotel, and conference centre. Ample parking. Park and ride buses also operate from here.
C. R.
Great spot gor football match.
S. D.
Need to bring the coffee concession back on match days. Food and drink inside the stadium is overpriced and generally poor. Appears that no training is given on how to serve customers.
K. B.
Nice staff throughout, wasn't too busy so easy to get around when we went and still a fun atmosphere. Plenty of parking nearby too
S. J.
It a really good place to work and meet the Reading fans
C. L.
Lovely stadium but did take us 10 minutes to get out our row bare in mind we did fill our allocated seating area
P. Y.
Too expensive on concourse, far too much security in evidence which can leave you with an overbearing feeling. Customers are cattle apart from that not too bad as these place' s go.
D. R.
Nice place to be in, liked it
A. W.
Had a great day out with grand son watching rugby and there is very good access for disabled people
M. T.
Neat and tidy. Plenty of bar options whether that be in the Irish themed chambers or hotel bar, it's good for a pre game drink.
S. G. K.
Received my NHS Covid Jab here - brilliantly organised - thank you!
A. T.
Excellent facility and organisation for covid-19 vaccine 1 & 2 🙂
L. M.
Nice enough stadium, but a touch soulless. Maybe it's because I'm not a Reading or London Irish fan. Been here a few times, though, and it's a great venue in Reading.
M. D.
Great stadium, plenty of refreshments & toilets for everyone. Parking prices have rocketed though, so I recommend the walk along the canal from town.
S. J.
Very friendly people. Helpfull all the way through. Nice to see so many happy faces.
E. B.
Lovely hotel. Easy to get to from M4 motorway. Room very comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my 2 night stay.
G. H.
Modern style stadium . Concourses and refreshment area very conjested when large away support turns up . Stewards and police fine .
A. T.
A good stadium, love Reading Fc but does everything have to be so expensive!! Pies, beers, tickets? Come on let’s pack the place out once in a while
D. P.
Not the most atmospheric of football stadiums but surely the best hot dogs you will ever experience.
c. m.
Away end visiting for football match. Very friendly, welcoming ticket office staff and security. Easy parking nearby.
J.
Great facilities, great awayday Reading fans are top class
A. T.
Super hotel with classic food and drink options. We stopped and didn't need to go out into reading! Everything on site for a great relaxing stop.
B. B.
I used to work there under catering company called Blue Arrow. It was my first experience of watching a Barclays EPL game (Man Utd vs Reading circa 2007/8) so I enjoyed the atmosphere and the passion of the fans.
C. F.
Went for vacation, plenty of room and helpful staff, a well organised and efficient system
J. H.
Went for covid vaccine, very well organised, will done all involved!
P. M.
Good location for the COVID test. Express test was really comfortable and helpful.
P. V.
Went to the conference centre at midday. Facilities were good. Good amount of parking on site and easy to get to from the M4 motorway.
M. K.
We go there to support London Irish rugby club. Nice layout plenty of facilities near to wherever you are sitting.
D. S.
A typically soulless modern Stadium. A long way from the town centre and train station with limited and very expensive car parking. No pubs and a long walk to anywhere always dodging busy traffic.
C. W.
Excellent stsdium but to me well always be the' Mad Stad'
F. L.
Really nice stadium. There is parking available onsite for £5 for the day. Well signposted and just off the m4.
P. B.
Nice parking, good access also really nice view point
j.
Didn't get a chance to walk around but it seems like a good day out for football fans.
T. T.
This was my second visit and it nice to see friendly staff. The stadium was clean and the game was better than the 1st game. BLUE ARMY
A. M.
Beautiful place, Been there for my vaccination well organised
B. C.
very good night only problem we couldn't find a pub to get a drink after the long drive
N. M.
Just had 1st covid vaccine
Thank you all involved
Very well organised
A. L.
It is a great stadium but at the present time the football ⚽ is not very entertaining. Two disappointed long serving Season Ticket holders. ⚽
😱😟
r. g.
Here for the pride of reading awards with all our front line heroes
T. M.
Stunning. Nothing more needs to be said
L. L.
Excellent service, kind and very organised helpful people no stress throughout thankyou to you all x
J. S.
Good coordination for vaccine and Covid test. Set to close by July
I. A.
Covid vacanation very well run, a big thank to all the staff you are doing an excellent job 😊
G. H.
Nice modern stadium . Away from the town centre but more than adequate bus service before and after the match at a fair price. Shame about the result .
S. S.
Went there for my covid jab it was very well organised 👍no problems easy to get there and park
P. T.
Best place in almost anywhere. As long as the Royals are winning.
J. R.
Attended an all hands event here last week with around 200 colleagues. The facilities and food were fantastic.
M. R.
This visit for covid 19 vaccination. The arrangements and service were excellent.
R. J.
hoped its beautiful inside unfortunately i haven't been in side still ok
K. B.
Shame the rugby moved on. But great venue
A. T.
I'm a Reading fan. The stadium has bars cashpoint shop food snacks and of course the mighty Royals ( not forgetting London Irish for the 🏉)
S. V.
Well worth our visit to see London Irish play. Good organisation, friendly stewards and good Guinness.
F. C. o. R.
Walk pass this landmark near Green Park daily, nice open Car park, lovely indoor astro turf pitch for public use and obvious the big stadium itself
D. F.
The Madjeski stadium has very good food and facilities. The last match I saw was Reading VS Norwich city. The score was 0 0. I also watched Reading VS Fulham and the score was 3 3.
c. c.
My garden shed is bigger than this.
Select car leasing stadium
D. C.
Fab place; was a bit noisy in the Atrium bar today s there was a conference.
Have their Millenium Super food salad - fantastic...
G. B.
A reasonable place to have your Covid vaccination. Plenty of space.
I. C.
One small complaint, guy in food kiosk couldn't understand English. Got Cider instead of bitter, chicken balti instead of steak & ale and Chocolate instead of coffee - Confusion added to queue
B. B.
If having a Covid vacation and you are a Reading fan have it there because it is done upstairs in the executive area.
A. F.
Went for covid vaccination...so well organised and brilliantly staffed
I. B.
Took wife there for covid jab. Very well run and plenty of parking
C. L. L.
Very well organised, easy to reach and excellent parking
j. b.
Went there for my vaccine all very nice ,run very professionally
J. D.
One of the newer football stadiums that's been built next to a shopping centre. Good views and facilities. Short drive off the M4.
T. J.
Great stadium but located too far out of town, there is nothing near to it
S. M.
it was very good went there to have my jab it was so easy to get to
A. F.
Good stadium modern facilities mostly family friendly apart from Reading FC matches against teams with rosier fans
R. H.
Great venue for events
P. S.
Went there for vaccination. Not very well signposted but once in was very well organised
D. M.
Great atmos with the London Irish taking in another win, look forward to seeing them back up the ranks in time to come. COME ON
S. B.
This stadium is the most Madejski-ish stadium I have ever been in. Very clean.
R. C.
Great hotel. All the staff willing to help. Nothing's to much trouble. Would advise any to stay there. The best hotel ive stayed at. Thanks to all the staff.
C. C.
Went for my 2nd covid jab today very quick and very polite
M. P.
Went as a family, had good activities laid on for children pre match, and ticket office staff were very helpful.
m. n.
Was there for the covid vaccination. Superb organisation, in and out in 20 minutes.
A. L. (.
Contemporary conference room and nice atmosphere! The event was very interesting and people were friendly!
L. H.
Very bland corporate feel. Went for a Christmas party, the theme was a bit naff, the decoration minimal and the food average
J. C.
An awesome Stadium, and John Madejski is a dude!
B. A.
Went to the jazz Cafe there.
Easy to find from the motorway networks.
Ample car parking.I would go back
A. R.
Works Christmas do, lots of function rooms. Food was well presented and good quality.
D. H.
Pictures on the website are much better than the reality. Very dated. Also hate the curved aspect of the glazing being faceted. If you're goung to do a curve make it curved 😦
R. R.
2nd jab. Straight in and out. Lots of friendly volunteers, nice and easy
J. i.
Amazing Academy, great facilities, future talent, coaches really friendly, food is delicious and classy. Stadium very nice amazing atmosphere .
D. H.
Great atmosphere ,good food good drinks
A. K.
Home games played here by the best rugby union team in Reading! Also in 2017-18 season, the most frustrating team in the Premiership!!
K. S.
Brilliant vaccinating hub. Lovely people so well run.
A. G.
Nice place to pick up, an easy 3 points.
P. M.
A good container for a large group of people. Good for your common or garden gatherings or the occasional sporting event.
J. M.
Easy to get to ,Had my covid injection ,all the helpers so friendly .
T. C.
Did a Training course there, lovely and well kept. A place to be proud of.
G. B.
The stadium made a decent covid vaccine center!
P. A.
A team that's starting to play at last, and great street food. Good unrestricted view of the game wherever you sit.
I. S.
Quite good for a newish stadium. However, suffers from same problems of most new stadiums - few local pubs etc, minimal and expensive parking......
a. h.
One of the better newer grounds and the outside bar with live football on is a bonus, just a shame its so far out of town
M. E.
Some folk seek to degenerate the home of the Royals because of its limited size, but I have to say that what it lacks in size it more than makes up for in atmosphere. Fantastic!!
S. N.
Went to watch London Irish vs Jersey Reds, shame to see London irish lose but a good game all the same, parking can be a little far on busy match days
U. F.
First FA cup match in my life, you never bock alone, Aleeeeez FC ( Reading vs Cardiff )
R. G.
Home of Reading Football Club and London Irish. Very similar to many stadia but plus side is view from all seats are good.
