It fun to watch the game of Saints and cheer for them. It is easy to find your seat no matter when you are there. They provide snacks and drinks corner.

Do I have to do this review? Went there for the Southampton vs ARSENAL. of course the away team lost, which is my team so a bit bitter. But, St Mary's is a lovely place, cozy as a stadium. Nothing compared to the Emirates. But lovely atmosphere, especially in block 3 near the away fans. Loads of noise. Will be back to watch a Southampton game, hopefully not against Arsenal.

Always good to watch the Saints. Frustrating trying to get in ground, as ushered to the wrong areas twice. Some decent signage would have saved that.

Love going here on match days everything is so clean and tidy and the staff are always really friendly. My only gripe about the place is not being able to have an alcoholic beverage in the stands but you can have a coffee?? I mean if we're talking about the dangers of throwing drinks they've clearly got this wrong. Would also love to see more of a selection of alcohol. Don't like any at the moment

We attended as neutrals to take visit the ground and watch a under 23 match between Southampton and Middlesbrough. We were given flags which enhanced our participation in the game. The club offered free admission to this fixture only needing to pay for refreshments. Staff and supporters very friendly

Decent stadium with reasonable access via public transport. Car parking is limited. Supporting "The Saints" can be hard work though, with only one major trophy (The FA Cup) in my lifetime. If there was a trophy for inconsistency, Southampton FC would be contenders most years...

Stadium staff are polite and kind, food and drink are average and typical of stadium fayre unless you spring for the hospitality In which the standard goes up dramatically. Thankfully I don't need to review what happens on the pitch so I can give this hallowed ground the 5 star treatment!

Well don't Southampton FC. Excellent ground. My first visit, and will return. Not a bad seat in the ground. I didn't take up this option but they have a ticket exchange which allows season ticket holders to return a ticket if they can't get to tne ga e and these are then sold not heard of this before, but very good. Cashless stadium. Friendly helpful staff. Good deal on the ticket price. Parking is in the city centre about 15 mins walk away.

Southampton FC is an excellent family friendly football club. My son and I are often there for the home games. Great atmosphere when the away fans sing, great to hear there are other songs other than “The Saints go stumbling in”. Great for kids as the home fans only sing one or two songs the whole 90mins and not a single swear word. Great ground and even in the highest seats you get a fantastic view of the action. Not sure how many more games I’ll be able to keep sitting down tho as Chelsea are due soon. Seeing as they tend to score 2 or more usually I’ll have to practice sitting on my hands for a different reason this time! (Search The Tearaway Podcast to hear the latest episode.)

The best football club on the south coast. I've visited them all and trust me this one is the best truly superb. It's pretty obvious when you think about it really as they are in the Premier League, England's top division and the next closest "football club" is in League One (is that even a league) and their stadium spelt backwards is nott arf krap. I think someone mentioned Bournemouth where in the same division so I visited but they only had about 12 supporters in a tiny "stadium" so I guessed someone made a mistake. So if you want to visit the best football club in the south then this really is your only option. Highly recommended

Went to see the Saints v Palace game. To be able to see Premiership football twenty five minutes from home is excellent and always have a good experience at St Mary's. Easy access and generally family friendly. No comment on the result.

Best football team I've ever seen. The stadium is great there are no bad seats apart from the away ones even they have a good view just dodgy people. Loads of food and drink outside and inside. The club shop is great too although busy on match days. Always a legend or 2 outsidecif you get there early. Look out for the godly Guernseyman if you really wanna have your day made red hundreds.

Sad to say that a great day, ( the right result in a pretty poor game.) was spoilt by just trying to get into St Mary's stadium. We asked five members of staff and the bloody mascot where the Gasworks Bar was in the stadium and no-one knew and unfortunately two of them guessed. (More bloody walking for nothing). Thankfully we found a gentleman who knew and he took us to the right place. If your club is going to sell hospitality packages it would probably help if the clients could find the venues they paid for. Still, a very enjoyable time and a good result. Howay my bonny lads!!!

Magical when they win, sadly....next to no atmosphere due to (in my opinion ) the away supporters having too much of an area behind the 'so-called-home' end. Any well supported team out-sings the home side. Were there a decision made whereby the away support were positioned round the corner, directly under control centre, and into the Itchen it would allow the home team around 3500 SFC supporters to gradually find their singing voices!

Blasted out compulsory fun before the game to try and get the crowd going. Massive queues for your half time beer, leaves you with 5 minutes to drink it. L saints lost their 2 goal lead in the last minute of the game leaving the Brighton fans euphoric. Then they opened the gates and let everyone one out at the same time!? Then there was a fight between the jeering Brighton fans and the hacked off saints fans. Not really a suprise. Strange policing not to hold back the away fans?
