Reviews of Bet365 Stadium
D. M.
Nice ground. Love 3 sides of it but not sure about the 4th. Been here twice and had a good time with 6 points. Inside the ground said "No alcohol will be served at half time" however, in both cases it was served. Good awayday for any football fan.
b.
Came to watch the u23 semi final. Had a great day out, met lots of friendly Stoke fans, and had football chats.
Average cost for food and drinks, lots of outlets, no queuing, clean large toilets, great view from the seats, lovely stewards, and a lot of parking outside the ground.
We enjoyed the game, sadly we lost, maybe next time. Up the Forest
N. K.
Absolutely beautiful stadium, very well maintained.
Watched Stoke get beat at home to Watford 4-0 but was a great experience.
P. B.
Well another away day win for the mighty Sky Blues. Whatever you do don't park near the stadium it takes forever to get away after the game. I park near last season, never again. Found another place this time, easy home in no time.
A. C.
Great atmosphere, lots of food bars and drinks available
m. f.
The place has a great accessibility for all types of people. But the only thing I found is that there are only few food catering services in the stadium and the toilets are not properly cleaned. But the vibe in the stadium is an absolute extraordinary experience. You should attend here for most celebrated team matches.
S.
Went as part of a corporate day with colleagues for a stadium tour and then to watch the match. The hospitality team were absolutely fabulous, it was an interesting tour, and then Stoke won, which made a lot of people very happy.
They go all out before the match and at half time putting on entertainment for the kids.
Obviously, being at a corporate event, I didn't actually pay for myself on the day, but looking at normal ticket prices, they are very reasonable, and the ladies play at the same stadium.
O. H.
Great stadium. Turnt into a typical cold rainy night in Stoke 😂
P. S.
My first lady's match wow really enjoyed watching England play. Nice clean stands lovely friendly staff great atmosphere with no trouble. I had a fantastic experience 👍
D. L.
Excellent stadium, pity about the team.
No pies left at halftime. Poor.
L. r.
Booked a conference suite with lunch for our first face 2 face team meeting in 2.5 years. Excellent service and food, highly recommended. Thanks everyone at Bet365 Stadium
j. h.
I was there today (04/12/22) for the Star Bikers Charity Toy Run start point, catering staff worked hard providing bacon baps & hot drinks.
C. H.
Great days out with my dad who had taken me to watch Stoke City since I was 8 yr old. Now I'm nearly 60 and still a Stoke fan
D. B.
1st class experience, we went to a charity boxing event here and it's lovely, clean and the staff were on point
M. M. R. A.
Being local we knew where to park but for visitors it's a different matter. Parking needs to be sorted out and also getting away from the ground needs sorting between the club and police. Visit Birmingham arena and see how they do it by coning access roads off to concert traffic. It works a treat. Otherwise the views from the stands were brilliant.
B. D.
Lovely stadium and was a great game (Denmark England) the only down side was from my seat unless I moved I couldn't see the right goal as there was a pilar in the way. But it was a great atmosphere and cheap considering a practice world cup game
K.
Decent stadium but for us, a 2 mile walk along a canal path to get there which was barely lit on the way back to hotel. Could do with much safer pedestrian access.
P. M.
A fair football stadium with a good atmosphere. It is some distance from Stoke railway station and a bus journey is required to ferry between the two. The toilets are ok, on a par with other football stadiums. The bars get very, very busy before the match and at half time.
After the match if you do not catch the first batch of buses you may well miss your booked train.
D. G.
Review for the funfair taking place at Stoke Stadium at the moment..really well organized, hand sanitizers at every ride, staff helpful .really really enjoyed it.suitable for all ages
d.
Went to watch the England women here and it was a great game, got to say it was ultimate kaos to get to the stadium just pure traffic jam horns going off people getting out of cars, looking at inside the stadium I can imagine a lot missed the first 15 mins, having said that the stadium is great pitch looked great,
K. Y. K. W.
First time for Premier Match. Stokes City vs Manchester United. Seated at local fans area. They were just amazing. I enjoyed the match a lot.
R. M.
This is a fantastic stadium! Great to see the Lionesses live tonight after their championship win! 24,172 in attendance!
E. C.
Decent stadium & good selection of drink & food for a football stadium. Went to see England lionesses had a great evening.
R. M.
Great stadium and facilities, unfortunately service was slightly lacking on the day, which didn't go unnoticed at a corporate event, hence the 4 star review.
Otherwise really nice facility steeped with the clubs history, with a nice food selection. Ideal for Weddings, Christmas Parties or Corporate Events. As per pictures, great view of an extremely well maintained pitch from the VIP suite as a backdrop to any event.
P. G.
A lovely and well designed stadium. Unfortunately for me, the wrong team won but it was really special to see live football in front of a large crowd.
A. L.
ESPA Finals U14.
It's just a shame the standard of the referee didn't match the standard of football on the pitch. Still too many old white men in the women's game.
S. 2.
Good stadium although home fans let their side down by being so quiet
D. B.
I go to all home games with my grandson and his dad the stewards and all the stadium staff make you so welcome One criticism the drinks at the bar are over priced
P. B.
Great place to go with the kids and family the atmosphere was electric you will never know until you go and try it if your a big football fan then it's a must. My wife and kids loved it and want to go again already
J. B.
Family friendly football club but I would say that being a supporter since the early 60s
K. B.
This place has had me on cloud nine many times also broken my heart. Lest me joyous and frustrated, but i wouldnt be anywhere else behind my team
S. C.
Great place to come and collect 3 points then head straight home again 👍
S. S.
Great stadium, great atmosphere.
D. H.
Haven't been to the game today so l watched it on the box, how unfit are some of the stoke players or is it just laziness cant believe stoke supporters go work all week earn what some of these guys get an hour then go watch a lackluster game away at reading and why is Campbell on the bus never mind the pitch his ball control is shocking, doesn't know where it is most of the time if hes a our main striker see you in league one next season, shocking
D. R.
Not a bad away end, had a good day winning here few days back.
G. V.
No programs for this game. No places around the ground if you won't pre game food
R. R.
I'm a Stoke fan so how else am I going to rank it...although...the traffic around here on match days can be a nightmare
J. C.
Was a brilliant day out and the view we had was excellent
K. M.
I came here for a corporate fun day and had a great time. Lovely clean stadium and clean loos.
A. M.
Great day with Ken an Diane Newborn even though Stoke city lost they didn't deserve it played really well
P. H.
Food and drinks available ģood experience little bit expensive food and drink but not that bad....parking OK but difficult leaving after a game but give yourself plenty of time...it will be fine.
P. H.
Love the place although the football being played in it is not the best at the moment
l. m.
Nice stadium pretty bad atmosphere from home fans
T. P.
Hadn't been before until the other day bit very nice dinning experience.
K. E.
Really great staff around the ground, especially the programme sellers, Really helpful.
A. R.
Easy access stadium for public transport and car use. Club shop. Ticket office. Match day there are burger vans outside and inside you can pick up pies etc and both soft and alcohol drinks. I may be bias as a fan but this is one if the best stadiums in England. The atmosphere is amazing and stoke have the best fans in the world.
L. D.
I didn't come to the stadium to see a match, I came for a meeting. The facilities, hospitality and staff were all amazing. The staff can't do enough for you - that's the impression I got anyway. The people there clearly value the history of the club and town, as the building proudly displays it everywhere. The 'vale have got some stuff competition. 😉
J. T.
Had the best time here ever. Great host, great atmosphere.
L. W.
Went here for a meeting it was great the room was huge and had a bar. Overlooking rhe pitch quite a view.
C. W.
A fantastic night watching the lionesses at Bet 365, not such a good end to the evening trying to get off the carpark!
P. W.
Ok stadium. Alright facilities. Quite empty when we went. Away end is average. It's very Stoke in Stoke.
D. M.
Wonderful last match of the 2018/19 season, 2-2 draw, happy with that score. Roll on August 2019.
M. B.
Had a good time stadium nice staff friendly
p. s.
Easy to find from the station via the canal. I highly recommend the boaty cakes found on a long boat just before leaving the canal. The stadium itself was clean, the toilets even had loo roll! Plenty of leg room and a good view. Some very funny supporters and the pie was full to the top. Found the Stanley Matthews statue easily, John Richie was a little more difficult but Gordon Banks took a walk all round the stadium!
I imagine it could be really cold in the wrong weather but I was very impressed.
C. K.
Pies were incredible best I've had at a football stadium. Reasonably priced 🥧
D. W.
If all things Stoke FC, float your boat then this shop is the place to come. Quite impressed with the customer service and that the prices were not too expensive. I was amazed at the range of stuff to do with stoke city!
M. R.
Had the opportunity to walk the pitch and have a mini tour of the changing rooms and gym as part of the EFL Fit Fan program.
Fit potters has helped me lose weight and the staff running it are a credit to Stoke City FC.
The club was clean and inviting
A. R.
A good experience for us Blackburn Rovers fans. Parking readily available just a mile away for £5. Good atmosphere in the ground. Stewards and police friendly. No issues with the Stoke fans. Concourse a little small with restricted access to facilities
w.
First time I've been to a football match, was a decent day out. The stadium is pretty good even though the seats are tiny.
O. p.
Great stadium just a shame about the team and manager be lucky to not get relegated
Next season. the management need to get on there hands and knees and get Tony pulis to come back give him what ever he needs.
g. h.
Love stoke city brilliant stadium staff and atmosphere were so friendly.
Come on Stoke get back to the premier league were you belong we will support you all the way..
S. T.
Brilliant ground and good facilities only problem is the stewards throwing there weight about. Great link up play between yates and bowler. He's electric. Up the pool
N. s.
Nice little stadium, shame about the inadequate parking x
P. E.
Great attraction for the city with a popular football team to go with it. On site shop car parks are very busy so best walk if you can. Photo from when the circus was in town
R. H.
Great stadium with great fans. Food and drink is costly but its costly at most stadiums. Enjoy!
D. K.
The stewards were 1st rate 2nd rate stewards and ignorant of disability needs
A. J.
Great night watching the England womens team even though it was a very one sided game 😀
S. B.
Great atmosphere, easy ticket collection, many toilets and places to purchase food & drink throughout the stadium. On the day tickets can be expensive but expected for the championship level. Parking can be confusing to navigate and also limited depending on how busy the area and match is.
P. T.
Stoke City 2 Middlesbrough 2
P. V.
Access was easier than I expected, though stairs in stand are steep for some. I'd recommend using public transport to get there.
P. C.
Took a work colleague for his 1st visit for the Cardiff game great win good atmosphere he will go again .
L. S.
It's not the Vic, but life moves on, no Smith, Hudson & Greenhoff , but at least it's a better view of of the misplaced pass, sky'd shot over the bar & dodgy defending we're currently seeing!
K.
Very hospitable, great atmosphere! We won 3-0 so no complaints
A. R.
The atmosphere inside can be quite intimidating for any team.
R. R.
Efficient and safe experience through the turnstiles. However I sat with my 12 year old grandson in the Boothen End and behind us sat a guy with his son/ grandson and he was obviously drunk and had taken drink to his seat .WHY DID IT TAKE TILL HALF TIME TO REMOVE HIM BY THE SECURITY. Other than that , and the result, it was a good experience
T. W.
Up the mighty potters !!! Great place.
M. T.
We had my wife's graduation here to say it was cold was a understatement can't blame the bad weather on the venue I know but it was just as cold inside maybe not the best place for a event like this
The staff were brilliant not sure if they were staff from the university or from the venue but they were fantastic
Would I book a event to this venue?
Probably not unless you have enough money to book the box stand which was warm
M. S.
Best Atmosphere and Fans by Far!
Proud to be a Stokie
J. H.
Ofcourse its great, its my club, however they use to serve hot cheesy oatcakes! I come all the way from Wales to have a taste of my home towns cuisine, but no oatcakes to be had this season 😪😪😪 very disappointed
S. P.
Great place to see the local team if they are actually winning lol
M. S.
Good stadium with excellent sight lines.
S. C.
Bet 365 has to be one of the smartest smaller stadiums in the country. I have been to many, some of which are a very poor experience where away fans are not respected. Although biased as a Stoke fan I believe facilities for away fans are good.
A.
Amazing Stadium, was in disbelief and amazed I was there. I felt amazing watching Stoke play that night!! The vibes were unreal!!!❤️🔥💯, The UK is amazing can’t wait to be back❤️
Z. G.
The venue for my Sons Graduation. Was a good venue but could of had additional heaters in November. The team at the refreshment stalls were lovely.
S. R.
It gets a 5 star especially the stewards and bar staff etc. They let the tics fans out for a vape or smoke and to goto their burger van at half time. Belting burgers
A. C.
Great stadium
N. C.
Wonderful experience being back at the Bet365. Felt safe enough!
m. m.
Enjoyed the experience, sadly Stoke lost.
W. B.
The stadium was lovely although did ask can I use the lift.. I didn't mention I had a disability and was told if I had a suit case I could use the lift! I did ask do you not have facilities for disabled? Then I was told by the person on reception he didn't know I was disabled... Never judge! Just because I have my limbs and not in a wheelchair or have have a stick, don't assume! so a little disappointed as he never even asked me why I needed the lift... Our visit was to be filmed at an auction so we had bought drinks and during the filming we put them on the bar and I said out loud, I hope these drinks don't get taken away! They did! Again disappointed but the whole experience of the house auction was brilliant.... Very professional... However, a little more awareness could be had form the barman and pleasant attitude regarding receptionist.. Maybe it was one of his off days?
j. p.
I was surprise at how nice this stadium is. Easy to get to and a stunning pitch
r. b.
Excellent place to get 3 points.
P. M.
Very good, modern football stadium. Raucous atmosphere on match days. Famous for it. Wrap up warm, it's on an exposed hill. The wind whistles round the stadium. The half time pies are very good but the service is slow. As a conference venue it is superb. The staff are very competent and friendly. Access to the stands makes it unusual. We had a hot buffet which was thoroughly enjoyable. Plates were piled high. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. Very good indeed.
G. J.
Very clean and tidy premises, was expect the graduate after party to be in a suite. But I liked the inventive way of using the entrance lobby.
P. O.
Brilliant game , saved penalty 👏 👍 👌
p. m.
Excellent food and service in a box.
T. L.
Great stadium. Just a pity that the last couple of seasons don't go it justice.
G. T.
Always better when we get a win
M. P.
Saw Jeremy Corbyn here in September 2018. Fantastic. For The Many Not The Few.
L. B.
Not the worst stadium I’ve been to on an away day.
Getting to the stadium is easy and access was fine. Seats are ok and the view was unobstructed.
Food & drink was expensive as it is at most stadiums unfortunately.
The home fans were in good voice without being to offensive or intimidating.
B. S.
Some of my most fond memories here. My boyfriend is a season ticket holder, I wasn't much before for football before I met him... but now most Saturdays I'm off work I will go and support SCFC. Loving atmosphere. Friendly staff. Great place to be a part of!
S.
Excellent facilities. Feels a bit exposed though, atmosphere during matches very lacking
R. P.
Went for a works meeting. Lovely conference rooms and great food sent to us for lunch.
p. m.
Excellent stadium unobstructed views, good stewarding, pleasurable visit highly recommend
C. W.
Loved the match last night however did not enjoy the Refs decisions .The 365 is always a safe place to be and the toilets are always clean .
J. K.
I good stadium for a championship side. Great facilities and always worth a trip if you have never been. Reasonable price as well!
G. B.
obviously the best stadium in Stoke, not much more to say, it was a great day out with the kids to watch Stoke smash Hull and easy enough to walk to from the car park
K. B.
Nice stadium. Nice staff.
D. G.
Lovely stadium with lots of friendly people easy access from the train station. Just hop on the bus which is £3 return for an adult and £2 return for a child easy to navigate around the stadium with plenty of signs and staff to help you. The shop when we went was very busy so have this in mind if you wish to buy something before the match.
D. M.
Went here for a PCR test. The team there were superb. Much better than the one that plays football there 😜.
L. F.
Good stadium for the away support. Only downside was that you could only pay in cash at the ground.
G. M.
Because I am a big stoke fan an the bet 365 is our home
J. R.
Thankfully this was a non-football related event and so I didn't have to suffer the turgid dross of another match featuring Stoke-on-Trent City. All good.
A. B.
I've never been with my club Bradford City, but one of my best mates is a Stoke supporter and asked me if I fancied catching a game. Decent stadium, decent fans and a decent atmosphere. This is one stadium I am glad I have visited.
J. B.
Went to stadium to take part in Dougie Mac Midnight to Sunrise Walk.
C. a. P.
Parking and stewards needs sorting out
J. M.
Wonderful sports stadium and all round venue for every event. Great staff, and plenty about on match days to assist you. Very clean facilities in all areas and great parking, though get there early to park on match days.
M. B.
nice pitch with really really loud fans...
R. B.
Not a bad ground at all. Open at the corners so the wind really comes in.
N. P.
Went to see stoke vs man city. Brilliant game, good atmosphere. Had a bad experience last time when they played Manchester United and a steward stopped me for no reason, I showed him my ticket and still didn’t believe that I genuinely bought the ticket.
R. L.
Modern stadium with excellent facilities.
B. H.
Nice stadium thoroughly enjoyed my visit especially because we won
K. A.
This is a well designed Stadium which allows for quick entry and exit of large numbers of people. The pricing at the in house vendors is very expensive in comparison to a local supermarket, it emulates the pricing you could expect at motorway service stations or airports. During my time I noticed that the drainage systems were quite poor in the east stand and I found myself getting gradually wetter during to an illfitting price if guttering.
Overall a pleasant experience.
S. L.
Nice football stadium set away from the city center. Not one of the largest in the Premiership but always has a very good atmosphere. Busses run on a regular basis to and from the stadium making it very accessible.
D. M.
Food and 🍺 is very over priced still tye same
W. W.
Nice ground, legroom in ground poor, £6 car parking, nightmare getting out to motorway.
c. d.
As a season ticket holder ! A good stadium !
Good views off pitch
The area inside turnstiles is a little small should have been built larger as gets congested with people before match !
Food is expensive inside ! Always good to go in a bit early before half time ! for a drink or a you will be waiting a long time ! Great experience if you have never been to a football match !
K. M.
Been there for my graduation ceremony with my family and the stadium is a fantastic venue to visit, inside and outside.
S. J.
Really good at English schools finals
j. m.
I'm in love with the club and the ground itself! What else are you going to do on a Saturday?
C.
solid atmosphere with nice food at a reasonable price. staff are always willing to help with asny issue you may have. the stadium itself is not in the middle of town however is well connected by road, and has lots of car parking spaces for all visitors. highly reccomend
k. h.
Nice venue.relatively competitive prices for championship football.food and drink I the concourse expensive as of most football venues
G. P.
Great place sh*t result
S. K.
Great place great hospitality very clean very professionally run had a great day there
E.
Only based on atmosphere as it to big for the home attendance. However the staff are brilliant
T. C.
My first Stoke home game for a number of years and really enjoyed it. My nephew had won the tickets, we sat in the upper main stand and the view was great. Go on Stoke!
A. C.
Stoke City 2 Nottingham Forest 3...hard fought win for the Tricky Trees. Stoke fans deserve some success though, all very helpful and welcoming with a little bit of banter thrown in too...proper footy fans compared to other places I won't mention 🤐
U. S. T. H.
Bet365 stadium is a medium size stadium, as far i can see, the area is kept very clean and is a tidy medium stadium.
Its easy to find and it has a easy junction to get to the stadium.
M. E.
We attended graduation, very well organised and credit to all staff. We were made to be very welcomed.
P. B.
Great and went home with 3 points #lufc
R. W.
Basic facilities, but excellent access and easy to get to our seats. Good views from the stand we were in. Haven't seen the Stoke lose so that's a bonus! 😉
C. F.
Home of the might potters and on its day there is no stadium in the country like this one. Atmosphere is electric and ear shattering at its peak. Love the team stadium and people. An absolute must for any real football fan. Forget Old Trafford and so on The Brit is the home of the gods.
R. L.
Apart from the spanking handed out by Stoke City I enjoyed the game. Great atmosphere. Delilah will love long on the memory. Best of luck to the team for the rest of the season
l. a.
Really nice modern stadium concourse was huge
J. P.
Up the potters.. Excellent facilities.⚽👍
R. K.
I love the venue and the interior decoration is better now than it was when it was called the Britannia Stadium. The food is excellent (I attended a conference recently and their catering was top notch) and the staff are polite and efficient.
D. W.
I used to go to the old Victoria ground many years ago, however, the Britannia Stadium is much more brighter and comfortable.
Parking is an issue.
( a little niggle, I bought a meat and potato wrighs pie, of which I have had many over the years, however when I came to eat it, it virtually inedible, you could snap the pastry it was so hard and the filling was burnt,I tried to return it at half time but the quew was so long that I gave up. It cost £3.30.)
A. T.
Largish (30,000 capacity) club football stadium, recently improved and enlarged by filling in two of the corners between the stands with seating. Away concourse cramped with poor facilities for fans considering it's quite a new ground. However, view of the action is good. Adequate road access but 2 miles from the railway station; shuttle bus service (£4) is slow and insufficient to meet demand.
s. m. b.
My experiemce is tbe ,Bet365 is and always has been great. Given our current situation with covid it was well organised first class
C. H.
Nice ground with great friendly staff just a shame about the main show...
F. K.
Did not see inside of Stadium as only there for a function that only used the concourse as a reception area.
S.
Stoke turned up in second half against Norwich. Promising for the future.
M. R. F.
Great ground
Friendly people
J. W.
Fantastic afternoon at the bet365 stadium, I am disabled and the staff there could not have been better, asked for directions and was taken to my seat, the chap with the lift helped carry drinks and snacks to my grandchildren, they were great and just to top off the afternoon, stoke won .
J. B.
Brilliant loved goin to see stoke play. They played brilliant 🙂
m. s.
The electricity went down so we couldn't get into the stadium for a while, there wasn't enough to do near the stadium so we just walked around freezing. Nice atmosphere once we finally got in though.
R. O.
Went to spread my father's ashes. We were met by an extremely helpful official who helped us out and then even gave us a tour of the stadium. A very fulfilling experience.... 😊
D. K.
The staff were very polite and ensured that, as they were unable to accommodate us in the suite to listen to Mr Corbyn, we were comfortable while listening to his address in the foyer.
A. M. (.
Great win over blackpool
N. S.
The players were extremely nice and took great time to chat and take pictures with everybody! Well done to Stoke! Great day out!
N. E.
Massive place for bike eggs run when went price of coffee and drinks very expensive when was for charity
P. B.
Best disabled facilities I've seen at a football stadium
J. C. T.
Views of the pitch are good, catering is average and service very slow! Local knowledge essential if you want to to avoid the q's after the match!
P. T.
Always a good place to go when your team win! Diappointed though that my partner (who is in a wheelchair) and 3 other wheelchair users had to sit in the rain when the disabled pods were not used!!!
P. T.
Clean welcoming hospitality area, good view of the pitch, friendly staff
E.
Good ground for visiting fans , but unbelievable how many seats was empty in the home team areas. Come on Stoke fans get behind you're team.
W. C.
Well run stadium. Loads of parking and special parking for disabled away fans very close to the ground.
N. B.
Tidy ground - even for away fans. Allowed to stand for the whole game by really good stewards. Unusually bright, therefore distracting, perimeter advertising. Mostly Bet365 and Gamble Responsibly of course!
P. M.
Home of Stoke City FC , been recently extended and looks like its always been done !! You are always guaranteed a " warm " welcome by the club and its fans !! Stewards and Club staff outstanding in costumer service !!
S. P.
First class club shop ... The staff are fantastic ... Always a warm welcome ... Especially the guy on the door ... Always wishes you well away or a home fan ... And says enjoy the game .... Top of the league for me ....
N. P. (. B.
Good ground . Good beer choice plenty of stewards about plenty of toilets . Just spoils it if away fans play up then they woh serve beer at half time . Good food choice aswell
t.
1st time at stadium. Love the place, staff/stewards all friendly to us away fans
M. N.
Bit biased as i am season ticket holder parking not to bad if approaching from canal side you have got to visit the award winning oatcake barge and grab a pint at the bargin booze anchord next door
M. H.
This place is proper new ground. Clean and tidy. Along the same lines as so many new constructions. Plenty of parking just off the motorway.
J. J.
Worked there today for a football match and it was a decent stadium staff was sound aswell
m. m.
Clean, well organised
T. H.
Very friendly helpful Stewarts. Although if you haven't been in your coach take it steady close to the ground as the coach park isn't sign posted
J. S.
Excellent, beat the Potters 2-0
s. i.
Not a bad stadium could do with more gents toilets in the away end. Beer better than most other grounds stewards helpful as well
I. T.
Clean and secure, great family feel to the stadium. The experience was really enjoyable even though the result on the pitch wasn't.
M. M.
I went into one of the boxes to watch stoke vs millwall.i was invited by my son's friends. We had a lovely meal and watched the match
R. s.
The best place to enjoy your football team play

Depending where you sit, it can be slow to exit the stadium. Parking at the stadium is not practical, so a long walk up from London Road and back with pedestrian bottle necks on the footbridge over the canal. I'm a Nottingham Forest fan and from my seat at the City Ground to my front door takes about the same time as getting back from the Bet365.
J. S.
Took an age to get out of the ground and out of the car park. Very poorly organised
N. B.
But can you do it on a cold and windy day at Stoke?
Top notch atmosphere at a nice mid-large stadium, looking forward to getting back in the Prem
M. W.
Loved every minute of the visit in hospitality. Including the result
J. P.
my visit was as an exhibitor to DeafVibe event. The facilities were good but on hottest day of the year working air conditioning would have been good.
S. H.
Nice stadium shame the teams is no good
B. R.
Affordable Premier League experience in a modern stadium, close to the pitch. Burger shops around the stadium are delicious as well. Go Potters !
A. S.
Great day out if your a big stoke fan always good views of the pitch and at half time a piping hot pie with a pint for a good price.
C. S.
Hospitality in the 1863 is very good, stadium is very good, not quite got the atmosphere of the old stadium, allow plenty of time after the game if you have parked in the main car parks..it is slow getting out.
D. H.
Fantastic for home and away support, clean toilets and the beer isn't extortionate and the oatcakes gorgeous
J. A.
Home to the best football team in the country. Stoke City
P. M.
Great game was a present for Christmas of my girlfriend thanks for a good deserved win come on the potter's back up to premiership
W. B.
Great place to see goals when Hull City are visiting. Nice modern ground, and not bad to get to by road.
P. D.
Been going since it opened in 1997. Previously went to the Victoria Ground from 1956. DONT ASK ME AGAIN!!🤪🤪
J. “. B.
The home of football. Outstanding atmosphere, the best in the Premier League. Have a nice Wrights Pie and pop down to the Oatcake Boat on the canal for an Oatcake.
A. W.
Family area within the stadium and designated areas for wheelchairs with access by lift.
R. A.
Some of the most wonderful football that any living entity could hope to see.
O. B.
I went here as part of a school trip so i can't say much about the grounds but the private areas were great and i enjoyed it

M. C. H.
My hubby and I bought seasons tickets and we enjoyed watching Stoke City's football matches here.
R. S.
Great ground and owned by the mighty Potters. On its day the atmosphere is electric (especially when you are smashing Liverpool 6-1).
K. T.
Good football stadium but in the middle of an industrial estate! Nothing else there, prices on concourse were Ok, friendly stewards.
G. P.
Having not been to a football match and probably 30 years this is my first time at the 365 Stadium and was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and the facilities

R. S.
I enjoy my visits to this stadium. I have only ever been for an event and not a football match, but the conferencing and events facilities are very nice.

The so called marshalls who are supposed to sort out the traffic after the game are a waste of time what they get paid for is a joke there will be an accident one of these times and all because they are not doing there job
M. B.
I was working for the event people It was on apart from when we had to get the cars out the car park but then got told by 2 Stoke stewards we wasn't doing it probably so we moved and watch them mess up with letting too many cars out at the same time
