Good value family activity. The rapids, hot tub and slide are all really good, but the mini pool adjacent has been closed off every time we have visited (either for lessons, or just because they felt like it), so actual swimming doesn’t happen here. Sadly it is often over-sold so it can be uncomfortably full, but it’s great on occasions where only a reasonable number of people are there.

Great fun pool for kids. Great price. Great for children who are not confident swimmers because they can stand in most places, in the pool. Has a slide and a water rapid and armbands are allowed, in the rapids, as long as an adult is with them. Jacuzzi as well.

Go here most Friday mornings with my 2 year old. We love it, they have lots of different floats and balls in the pool for them to play with. Armbands are there to borrow too. Never over crowded and plenty of changing rooms free.

Nice staff and fairly clean. You have to pay for parking even though you're a customer! The lockers are 50p(non refundable) but they are old and don't work properly, so I'm not sure where that money goes as they need updating.

The gym facility is great! Even at peak times you can get access to most equipment. The facilities really let this one down though unfortunately! the showers are awful and changing space is just not good at all. Would be great to see a vast improvement in this area.

Been coming here since I was in nappies and now I can watch my son enjoy it through me. Always a lovely experience afternoon leisurely family 👪 swim and lovely atmosphere and a nice cafe afterwards if you want a refreshment.

Swimming is great for the kids. But the changing rooms are an absolute state. Half of the lockers don't work or are broken. Had to call staff to come and open lockers for us as once locked they just wouldn't open. Not enough lockers or changing rooms for the amount of people being allowed in on each session. My kids and I were stood wet and cold for 20mins with a towel around them waiting for a cubicle to become free. There were a few waiting. Just needs a bit of TLC and the changing rooms and lockers updating. I did mention this to a member of staff who came to open lockers but they didn't seem to care or take on board what I was saying. Clearly must hear this alot. But the kids enjoyed the pool and slide.

I don't think it's changed since I was last there in 2001. Swimming pool is great for my littles but the changing rooms leave a lot to be desired in terms of being old and rusty. Staff are lovely. Haven't used the gym so can't comment.

I took my 5 year-old son today for the first time and he loved it! I can't agree with the review that said that it's overcrowded as I think I'm right in saying that there were 140 allowed in for our 10-12 session and it did not feel crowded at all. The mini rapids were great fun and upon entering the pool I was immediately told by the lifeguard about the current and to put arm bands on my son. Great value for money (unlike the other local water park) and we will be back! Well done SOT Council - something that they have got right!

We go to aqua tots and absolutely love it, we have been bringing my daughter since she was about 4 months old and she's now 7 months old and is really beginning to love the water. It has been a perfect way to introduce my baby to swimming and build our confidence. The music always gives a nice atmosphere and the staff are very friendly too! Arm bands are provided for free, and there are plenty of floats and balls in the water too! Very good for the price, car parking is an additional £1.20 and you need 50p for the locker which is fair enough 👍

Good for kids, very busy over the school hoildays, like the pool is not over sized so parents & carers can keep a eye on the little ones from the side of the pool. Not overly expensive compared to other pools Could do with a bit of up dating especially the changing rooms, replacing locks on doors and lockers.

Covid testing facilities first rate. Clear directions, one way to keep seperate but most especially friendly staff to assist, not just with where to go but doing the test too. Horrible previous experiences completely overturned. Would highly recommend if you need a test done :)

I booked for the pool online and found it quite easy to do. I thought the pool was quite clean and tidy. Most of the the pool was open. At the time that I went wich was at 10 am on a Saturday there was a small pool that had a swimming lesson in progress. I didn't mind this as there is still lots of space to explore. The big slide was not on at this time but again didn't spoil the time we had in there. I would definitely go back again well worth the trip from warrington to stoke

Post covid: still worth a visit. Its getting very busy in the 90 minute sessions and lack of changing cubicles are a problem at change over time. Lockers are still horrific. Cafe isn't as good, but still above average for a council pool. Pre covid: It's a good places to visit, but by eck it needs a lot of money spending to refurbish it. The lockers are shocking. The pool and slide are great and the cafe food is ready and good value.

Take my toddler swimming here. Water is lovely and warm and family changing rooms with changing table and playpen make life so much easier! Only negative is you have to pay to park and the minimum time is 3 hrs costing £1.20

Have played football here almost weekly for over 15 years! And will do for as long as I'm able to. Great staff, including the security guards who take care of the pitches 👏 I've swam here as a child and now sometimes take my children here, great pools for all ages 👍 the indoor facilities are excellent including the gym, child's play area and the sports halls!

3yo really enjoyed the "different" swimming experience offered here (we're from Macclesfield which just has regular pools). Changing areas are in dire need of a revamp, lockers leave a little bit to be desired. Pool itself was clean and the rapids bit was great fun. 2 hours flew by in there. Cafe was very well priced and a decent selection too, with a free soft play area right next to it for kids to stay entertained.

Always clean, both in the pool and changing areas, friendly staff and a lovely little cafe that offers really nice snacks and meals with a little indoor play area for the kids while you wait. My only complaint was that one of the lockers ate my 50p without locking so I had to move all my stuff to another and lost my 50p. I can live with that. Overall a great place and one I'll visit again soon. 😊🏊‍♀️

This is a great place for a family visit, it's more suited to younger children! It starts with water that's only a couple of inches deep, idle for babies and toddlers with water fountains for extra fun. Then it's off to the large round fun pool - 2 hot tub jacuzzi pools - fast flowing river rapids and big dragon slide. All together a great place for families with young kids !!!

My boys love it here. Swimming, splashing, floats and a kids lunch box meal in the cafe before we leave. Always a hit. Really enjoy the week day under 5's session during term time as its a bit quieter. Good size family changing rooms that can easily accommodate 2 adults and 2 or 3 children.

Great for kids, not too big just a nice size. A bit dirty though especially in the locker area. We've been 4 times now with our daughter and not once have I seen a member of staff cleaning this area or trying to keep the pool area tidy. Arm bands everywhere. Other than this is a great price and good facility.

We went to dimensions to use the swimming pool with our 3 month old baby. The pool is very family friendly but not for such young children as they advertise. If your kids are between 3 and 12 they will love it. Rapids, slide and water features. The actually swimming pool though isnt very big don"t go if you are wanting to swim for fitness. Changing room facilities and quite large but like lots of swimming baths need updating. Staff were helpful at the entrance. Parking is not free and the machine only takes coins.

I love Dimensions and frequently visit both with my daughter and my Godson. The pool is always clean, the staff are always very helpful and friendly, as are the lifeguards. I could draw faults with a few things such as some of the locker keys have the incorrect number on the band (example, the key to locker 193 says 190 on the band), and on occasion the changing rooms have been left in a mess - but I accept these as minor things as they don't really affect my visits. My children love it there, and I enjoy my visit every time I attend. The pricing is also fantastic value for money; the lockers may cost 50p but it's hardly an issue when admission is so cheap. The soft play area is well maintained and provides lots of fun for the kids, and also if you've been swimming you get reduced entry price for it, so another bonus. The food from there is decent for the price; my daughter is a fussy eater so she pulls her face occasionally, but myself and my Godson always enjoy the food we order. The staff have also advised me to sign up for the gym at just £22 per month as it includes access to the pool for myself and one child under 16 which makes it financially sensible for someone who attends frequently. Would definitely recommend, and will definitely be returning time and time again. Keep up the great work, and a big thumbs up to all the staff and lifeguards.

The place is a little dated, and could do with some money being spent on it. The changing area needs more family cubicles and newer lockers that don't jam up or wedge your 50p in. However, that aside, it's a very reasonable rate to get in, there is enough there to entertain (younger?) children (our 2 and 4 year old would stay all day if they could), the swimming lessons are very good prices and the lady who teaches them is superb! Our 4 year old has come on leaps and bounds. The cafe is a nice addition if you aren't swimming and a good selection of food and drink with seating area too.

Arm bands were available to borrow which I thought was great. A well-staffed swimming pool, with a good range of different areas for all different swimmers. My six year olds swim party was great, with access to the party room beforehand proving really helpful! Would recommend picking up a party food order form before the actual party day, to save hassle! But apart from that, it was a super day and all the children had so much fun. Only minor downer was that many of the lockers can't be locked, and those that do require a non-refundable 50p each time you want to lock it, so make sure you have everything with you before you lock up! As well as change for parking!

I take my son to the swimming lessons here. The teacher is lovely! The pools themselves are ok and mid week it isn't too busy. But we never stay more than an hour before he has had enough. Also you have to pay £1.20 for parking and the lockers are 50p non refundable (not good if you forget something!!).

First visit with our 6 week old daughter to take part in the Aquatots open swim session. The joint family changing rooms worked really well for us as both my wife and I were able to be together to make getting our daughter changed before and after much less stressful. There were a number of lockers not working but plenty available to use. The pool was warm enough to not shock our daughter and it felt clean and safe with a couple of lifeguards on watch. Because it was for babies and young children only we didn't feel like we were getting in other people's way and it felt safe. There's a cafe area for parents or family members to relax in whilst you're in the pool which is good. Down sides are that you have to have cash for parking also and if you use your locker but forget something and need to get back in you have to use another 50p to shut it again, so just sense check before shutting it first time.

Good football pitches out the back, clean tidy well kept facilities inside and most of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Only gripe is that 2 of the parking machines at the top didn't work, so a few of us got parking tickets, when we contested this we were told we should of walked round to the front of the building and used those. Shame the pool side of the cafe is closed so you have to go out to order anything. Also the no shoes rule is not enforced and not many visitors had covered their shoes in the pool table area.

Ideal swimming pool for younger children. I took 2 teenagers and won't be back, they got bored pretty quick. Small paddling pool for younger kids, and then you have "rapids" for children who can swim or with an adult. It literally just goes round and round. One water slide but nowhere to swim properly or play for older kids. You have to share the changing area, males and females. It was cheap, paid less than a tenna for 2 teenagers and 1 adult. Google pictures make this place look better than it is. If I had kids under 10 then maybe would have been 5 stars.

Great to take kids swimming. They have water slides, a whirlpool, Jacuzzis, standard swimming pool. There's plenty of changing rooms both single changing rooms and family ones. The family ones have a play pen in to allow you get yourself ready whilst little one is occupied. There's no limits to where you can go with children as long as they have arm bands on. Great place to take the kids if your stuck for something to do, they also have a cafe for food

A nicely featured pool. Clean with lots of fun for the younger kids. It's well designed and laid out to maximise the water features. Not for serious swimmers but a great place for the family. They have one water slide which is mild enough for younger riders. Also outside they have a soft play which is 'really great' to quote my 9 year old. One of the most surprising things about Dimension is the quality of the cafe. The food, ranging from salads, toasties to oatcakes is really tasty. Coffees and teas are good and it's a great place to sit for a while after you've been for a swim. I'd recommend this place to any visiting friends to the area. It's fun and doesn't break the bank.

Overall good time with kids in the swimming pool. Clean. Plenty of life guards. Has a large flume slide, rapids. With it being busy it felt a little small (especially if compared to WaterWorld) but a lot better value. Don't appreciate the parking charges might be 50 p lockers. Other amenities there (gym, exercise classes, fun tower for kids, cafe).

I really like this place (there's a but coming up though). The pool is clean, the staff are very good and will make sure smaller children are safe, particularly on the rapids. There are free armbands for kids who aren't strong enough swimmers for the rapids. The slide is pretty good and there's a range of mostly shallow pools. And the but. You have to pay for the lockers and your coin isn't returned. So, if you forget something (goggles perhaps) and don't have another 50p, well tough. If you want to get your towel and shampoo and don't have another 50p, well tough. Just add 50p to the entrance price! Oh the cafe is ok and there's a good softplay area (£2 extra).

Had a childs party here water was clean staff were friendly. Party wasn't very well organised had 45 minutes in the pool and then was in the party room for about 20 minutes to be moved outside on a few table s not enough for the amount of people. Songs in the party room were not age appropriate for 7 year olds party. In general felt quite rushed.

The boys had a great ghoulish time at the Halloween party last night. Fun and fear! Remember you have to pay for parking though. I got a not so funny fright when I had got a parking ticket at 6.30 pm on a Friday.... never would have thought. Thanks anyway, Dimensions staff were so brilliant it was worth it.

I did enjoy it but the lifeguard are not being 100% observant. I got landed on on 3 occasions by kids jumping in on the Rapids area. It's like ok to do this but my grandson stopped and was holding on to the side waiting for me and she said to him "dont hold the side" I just thought you take the time to tell him that but it's ok for the rowdy kids to jump in on people.

I visit Dimensions weekly because of my sons swimming lessons. Staff are always friendly and welcoming and make an amazing effort with my son, changing rooms can be a little difficult as the single cubicles are very small and family changing rooms are limited but they are always clean and well looked after. Special thank to Emily the swimming teacher who my son absolutely adores.

Great pool, not many water rides but the one they have is brilliant. Personally I enjoyed it more than the little one! Pool is nice and warm.. (Advice: If you go from the Jacuzzi to the pool the pool seems cold it's not worth it!)

There's a lot that's good. Disabled changing rooms; family changing rooms with baby change, playpen and nappy bin all inside. But - several people have mentioned the lockers and I will too. 50p non refundable, and if you forget something you have to pay again. OK, the reception staff may help you , but do you really want to drag wet children and yourself to reception to ask? Fenton baths use a token which is refundable and means you can go back to the locker any time you choose. To make matters worse, the first locker I used swallowed my 50p without locking so I had to find another 50p, although on leaving the reception staff were good enough to refund 50p without question. It does mean though that Dimensions isn't cheap; adult + child prices + parking + locker. It all adds up. It will have to be very special treats in future.

Had a birthday party here the pool itself is good for young families, it isn't planned very well, you have 45mins in the water and are suppose to have an hour in the party room however we were rushed out of the room and onto 3small tables outside the room where the kids had an hour to play on the soft play centre there wasnt enough chairs around the table there was only 4! We were then moved from that table for a party that was after ours after around 20minutes the music was inappropriate it had a song going on about sex for a 7year olds party!

Desperately needs shutting down and tiles sorting out just feels tatty and looks dirty in the hot tub type area but I don't think it is actually dirty I think it's just the tiles. Changing area is always warm and they always have good music on though. Annoying slide is only open at 4 in the week as we like to go when it opens at about 2.30/3 before school rush

DIMENSIONS has wheelchair access to the building & the main swimming pool starts at floor level & gets deeper as you go further in there is a coverd slide, water jets to recline on, a jaccuzi, a fantastic whirl pool that just takes you round with it & a babies area with tiny slid there are changing rooms for the disabled with a shower area in the cubicle & a toilet in addition to the showers & toilets for everyone else there's also a safe play area & cafe.

Great leisure centre with facilities that are top notch. The astro turf pitches are some of the cheapest and best in the area - much better than powerleague and £17 less - however it loses a star as they introduced parking charges a few years back.

I would just like to thank all the staff (especially Toria) and management (Neil Morrell) for their pleasant courteous manner in which they dealt with myself and my family . We arrived at Dimensions along with family and friends and their children on a pre-booked activities day which unfortunately had been cancelled !! It had been organised by an outside sports company which enable children to take part in multiple sports activities during half term. However Neil was only to happy to allow us all into the swimming pool as complimentary guests to which we all had a lovely time ( Despite how busy it was) Once again many thanks and look forward to seeing you all again soon The Machin family
