Went Vale Park for the recent Robbie Concert - although I would say that the exits where not very suitable for a very large scale event like that - everything else was fantastically setup, organised and run. The layout of food and drink vendors was well thought out and I've NEVER seen that many toilets available at a stadium concert before. The actual grounds were clean and well maintained and overall I had a great experience there.

I attended Vale Park for the Robbie Williams Homecoming concert so can't review based on a football match, but in terms of the concert what a fantastic night, has to queue alot but the lay out and planning was fantastic, plenty of food and drink facilities and plenty of toilets, the grounds were very clean and tidy and I had a absolutely fantastic night

Visit for Robbie Williams concert. Could have been better organised with more entrances, more food places and mech stands. Given the place normally does football games, that’s all a disappointment. Concert itself was great.

Decent stadium. Visting for the 2nd time for the Tranmere Rovers game. Ticket price and food and drinks inside decent value as well to be fair. If you like visiting stadiums. I would recommend coming here for a visit

Food and drink is very good and reasonably priced for an away day. Stewards are kind and respectable (not many like them). Beware of the police outside, a few seem to goad the home supporters towards the away fans. Overall not that bad.

The whole match day experience is so much better under the new ownership from the fanzine outside the ground to the atmosphere in the ground. Me and my 8 year old son are season ticket holders and he looks forward to the next match has soon as the last one is finished.

Had a tour of the full venue and was amazed at just how big it is! New owners have and are continuing to use it to create community cohesion and help with various charities. Seen the plans for the new stand too - so exciting, it's going to be amazing 😁

The home fans are passionate and create a great atmosphere. The stadium is in decent condition and the facilities are well maintained. The newest stand is obviously a cut above the others but overall it's a great place to watch the football.

Excellent ground proper old school. Was in the Valiant suite for the Women's footballers presentation night. Staff we're warm and welcoming and the food was really nice. Good range of drinks at the bar. Really clean and tidy including the toilets. 👍👍

First match in a while and first time in hospitality. The service was superb, the food was outstanding and the hospitality team were first class. Could not have felt more looked after. John Rudge cam in and chatted to everyone, then signed autographs. The owner of the club came in and spent plenty of quality time with us all. Highly recommend a match day in hospitality if you get chance.

Old school lower league stadium dating from 1950s massive pitch upon which the mighty Port Vale play total football (In my dreams at least). Some facilities pretty basic, particularly primitive toilets and catering, better in newer parts of ground. Shame about the Lounge Street stand, should be magnificent - and will be if they ever finish it. Most recent visit, December 2017 - slipped on icy footpath when leaving, resulting in a fractured elbow 😞

this stadium itself is all i need to feel at home, even though we are a league two team it doesent stop the amazing passion and atmosphere you would get at any other club. i love this club and the great fans that come with it

Ground is fine, what you would expect for the level they're at. What made this place stand out for me was the people. Visited on a Tuesday night as an away fan, there was a fan zone set up, with games and food and such. My son and I were made to feel welcome by both staff and home fans alike. All stewards were friendly and helpful, and all were smiling. The only reason I won't be back for a while is cause Carlisle are going up!

My son and two grandsons thoroughly enjoyed this place, my daughter-in-law and I slightly less, the young man serving, who's name I have shamefully forgotten was most helpful, providing assistance with the size of socks for the children and even getting stock from the stores. Been to this ground a few times I really like it friendly stewards etc food menu is very basic Good view of the pitch etc Getting to Vale Park public transport wise is a bit of a mare nearest mainline Station is Stoke on Trent then it's 2 different buses I took the easy option and caught an uber was about £12 for the round trip

The ground has seen a few improvements during Lockdown,notably the completion of the seats in Lorne Street so the ground looks like a proper ground again and not half building site.Great to be back although shame about the result!

Not the best stadium in the league, but not the worst either - has everything you'd want facilities wise. Could be cheaper to get in, too, but overall a good venue for football 👍

This is a great football stadium with all seating stands. Access is easy and good for wheelchairs and the disabled. Hot food and hot n cold drinks available. All in all my family had a great experience and we were impressed with the quality of everything.

I would recommend booking a parking space in advance at the stadium's car park, since it can be hard to find parking elsewhere. It can take up to an hour to get out of the car park once the match has finished, although this is typical of many grounds. The staff in the kiosks are helpful, and the food and drinks are decently priced. The toilets are very dirty, however.

From the minute we arrived at the reception area to the end of our enjoyable afternoon all the Port Vale staff were excellent .We would like to thank especially the two gentlemen who escorted our group around the ground and into the dressing rooms. The food was excellent and the room setting must be hard to beat by most of the lower league football clubs. Our company looks forward to use these facilities again. Many thanks once again. Stokes local football club (excluding Stoke of course). The place has a sizeable car park which is great for fans wanting to watch the game. They have a gift shop which contains alot of port vale merchandise. They seating areas inside of okay, the seating is plentiful however the seats look dated and sometimes tacky. Overall not a bad experience for the family if you're a football fan.
