Very hot. Okay but no one tending the bar. Bartender out chain smoking. Update: Friday. We were placed to the back and asked for the fan, but it was being used by the entrance with people sitting on the couch. Where the back was very hot and stagnant compared to the front where cool air was coming by already. Not a bad experience, just that staff could of been more considerate.

Always great to see continued investment in the towns snooker and pool clubs. The venue is spacious and decorated with sporting memorabilia. The tables, cues and chalk are of the best quality.

Until last night I had never heard of 147, after last night I will make sure everyone I know is aware of the club. Clearly this club has had investment, clean well organised great bar staff friendly environment. Thank you to all the staff last night for making it a great night.

Great tables and club history, the only issue can sometimes be the owner.. he has a tendanvy to rub people up the wrong way (no pun intended) but you get used to after a while lol. Good ol' Dougy ha

147 is a decent snooker & pool hall in the old railway works in Swindon. There are numerous pool tables, several snooker tables & a golf simulator. They also have a good selection of alcohol & soft drinks at the bar. It is now membership only which is £15 for the year which I feel is great value for money

Venue is first class - lots of well maintained pool and snooker tables and an indoor golf simulator. Staff are exceptional, friendly and the prices are low - what more could you want?!

Great snooker and pool tables but the door needs to be closed even in the summer to avoid even the snooker room smelling of smoke, it carries, or to locate the smoking area somewhere else

Plenty of snooker and pool tables, however a bit loud on the pool table side and some patrons not very friendly to newcomers. The staff very friendly and helpful.
