Telford United actually play in Wellington so if you are travelling by train get off at Welllington. A nice 15 minute walk to the ground. Bucks Head Stadium was given a facelift a while ago and is now an impressive non- league ground. Finished in 2003, the capacity ia 6300 with 2200 of that seated. What I liked about it was that both ends are terraced. Disabled access can ve found next to the club shop. Car park facilities are available at the ground at a reasonable price.

Great job at setting up a vaccination centre. Wonderful work by all that are there. Excellent quality and fast work. I walked in and out very quickly, shame about the traffic and commute to get there and back took way longer. Excellent work by the NHS staff working at getting the boosters administered.

Went today to get my booster vaccine. Today the Moderna was offered and I took it. The staff on hand were very helpful from start to finish and luckily the rain held off while we all had around 50 mins wait!! Go get your vaccine and protect yourself and others.

Plenty of people getting a covid booster jab yesterday. The woman outside offered me a mask, as having copd I didn't bring mine, not my lanyard. Inside seemed clean and tidy, with a good queuing system. Only downside is that I was walking, and you can use the cut where the flags are, although the signs say no access; you can't get there by car, but you can by foot.

The Covid vaccination centre is located here in one of the rooms normally used for functions.I would have given more stars as in normal times it's quite good but their car parking control company have made it tedious for us volunteer helpers having to ask every person about where they have parked ,reg numbers and,if not in the right place to go and move avoid getting a fine. Not at all impressed.

It's my fist time at AFC... I had my Covid jab. It was very organised. Really amazing how fast it all was. So looking forward to to my next visit in April. 👍

Fantastic ground for a non league club. Ran really well. Great for the family. The stewards are friendly and will always help in whatever way they can. I saw a family there one day on a November afternoon struggling with the cold and a steward bought some blankets out for them. They sell lager and cider and they have various food deals hamburgers, hotdogs chips etc You can all chip together and hire a box out for the game which is good on a cold day. You have a meal included and a match day program. There is also a restaurant at the ground you can go to when it's not a match day.

Rather quaint stadium, small but charming, well maintained pitch. Cheap but limited options on beverages and food. However, highly recommended their warm pasties. Easily accessible parking and large parking area, off to the side of the main carpark you will find astroturf pitches.

As a local Telford lad who supports his local Football team Telford United great place to bring family and kids food is horrible and usually runs out stadium is clean and has standing and seating sections club has good youth both male and female only disappoint is they don't have a disability football team but hopefully this will be looked into in the future

One of the best non league grounds

The New Bucks head is considered to be one of the best non-league grounds in the country with a capacity totalling nearly 6500. Completed in 2003 the venue boasts clean facilities, great viewpoints and a friendly atmosphere. There is a club bar situated on site and parking can be accommodated for 800 cars, on site and utilising the College across the road. Most games are segregated allowing the away fans their own terrace, with some seating at request. There is a bar area in the concourse and hot food is also served. The club currently have links with Wolves FC and between them they insure the pitch is kept in tip top condition. I have sat in the main stand and also stood behind the goals and can confirm the viewpoints are perfect. Food served include Balti Pies, burgers and chips etc etc... The website and Twitter is always kept upto date for traveling fans. I love visiting many grounds every season, but this one is always the benchmark at this level.
