I have been a customer for 40 plus years, and had a very good experience at Telford Game. Very knowledgable and experienced staff, always patience understanding and eagerly listen to any questions/issues l have raised. A real credit to the company.

Game is a really good store for if you want to get anything about video games, they also sell plush toys. But it now located under sports direct So you have to go into sports direct and then go down the stairs and that's where there located

Purchased my PS5 from GAME Telford on day one. Unfortunately when I got it home, I got the green screen of death. After speaking to the manager of Telford store, he had one sent from another branch(last one left anywhere). Went and picked it up, no quibbles. Want to say a big Thanks to the whole team. Keep up the good service and see you when Ratchet nClank gets released. A1 customer service.

Really good, clean Game shop. The staff are really friendly, there's a good selection of games and consoles, and the Manager Steve, is one of the most enthusiastic people I have met! Go follow @GAMETelford to see some of his amazing Tweets!

The store is quite small and usually very busy due to its location. They also have a lot of people trading in stacks of games, and as this is a lengthy process, the queues can build up quite high making shopping here a bit of a chore. It's not ideal, and could do with moving into a larger store. Definitely not recommended for agoraphobics.

If you've been to any Game store you know what to expect. They have most of the latest titles from each console and you can test some games out too if available. Prices are on the high side compared to online sites but sometimes you can get a good deal with second hand games. Worth a visit if close by.

Good selection of used stock , however someone needs to recheck the pricing scheme on used consoles . In some cases new consoles are cheaper to buy brand new than some of their later used stock.

My 12 year old son has waited patiently till after Christmas to trade in his PS4 for an X box one S. Simon was on hand to ensure everything went smoothly, and even remembered me asking before Christmas about the deals/offers (I think that gives the customer reassurance that GAME staff genuinely care about their customers). He was informative and gave me all the options available and helped me decide (I am 45!!) I don't even own a smartphone!! On a serious note, I narrowly missed out on the christmas offer but Simon did his best to honour the best deal he could. I would highly recommend the store and hope Simon gets the recognition from this post for excellent Customer Service!

After lockdown this shop got smaller but is better now imo 3 for 2 on games is great and some!of there prices are now getting alot better!!keep it up guys
