Brilliant day out for a stag do, we had a party of 13 for clay shooting. Very good set up, and seamless even with so much going on, other party's etc. Everyone had their own space. Our instructor, Phil, was a top bloke and had us all hitting clays even though we were inexperienced. Everyone enjoyed themselves and we had some healthy competition between us. Will definitely be returning and would recommend to any looking for a activity day/clay shooting experience to use Catton. Well done

I am a support worker and I attended with my service user. What can I say! The day was amazing. The customer service from this place is outstanding. We went clay pigeon shooting, the instructor ‘pistol Pete’ was incredible, he was so patient and understanding of my service users disability. He made his year, not just his day. We will be back!

Quad Biking was amazing and fun! Great and friendly instructors! The course was also great there was mixture of fields, woodland and hills, definitely not boring! There is also a bar there for after👌 Highly recommend!

Really good time on the Archery and Air-rifle, with my two lads. Nick was helpful and engaging and gave me an easy..ish ride one the odd occasion I messed up.... Heartily recommended👍

Overall experience is good and the location and scenery is quite nice for riding a quad. Quad instructors are a bit too strict with quad riding styles though. My friends and I haven't been doing anything unsafe, but we have been told off a few times and threatened that they would end the experience for us just because we drifted a bit at a very low speed. More flexibility from the instructors would make the experience a lot more fun.

Me and my partner went here for something to do this morning, we did not know what to expect as it was pretty cheap but it had good reviews so we went anyway. It was a brilliant day from start to finish, the staff were friendly and very helpful and professional and we will be returning to take part in more of the activities very soon! Excellent experience for my Stag-Do back at the beginning of September! We did Shotgun Shooting and Quad Biking. From start to finish we had a fantastic day and everything was planned perfectly! Mick Shelton our Clay Shooting Instructor was brilliant! One or two of our group couldn't short at all in the beginning and by the end barely missed a shot! Thanks to Mick for all the great advice! A great place to go and experience lots of different activities.

Went on a day out with some friends, absolutely great people and good company with all the staff, had clay pigeon shooting got put with Barry Smyth and the guy was a legend, good expertise in shooting and gave us amazing advise, had some cracking jokes, if you do ever go ask for Barry. All around fun experience and would like to go back at some stage again.

Brilliant session clay pigeon shooting this morning, thanks Rob WD. My 14yr old son and I loved it. Rob was a great instructor, calm, experienced and explained everything perfectly. I would recommend this experience, so much fun to shoot a gun and learn the techniques. Lots of different stations and clays coming from different directions to try a variety of shots.

We have been to Catton Hall before and would definitely go again. The staff are really helpful and kind, and no matter what your ability with the Quad Biking, nothing is too much trouble. We did the longer treck and its well worth paying the extra. You do a good selection of terrain from flat open fields to fields with dips and ruts and slaloms around wooded areas. Give it a go.....you'll love it!

One of the best clay pigeon shooting grounds in the UK. Martin Mann and his family provide a fantastic service, always obliging, excellent targets, competitively priced entry fees for CPSA registered shoots, would also recommend the Wednesday practice shoot with your friends. Nice Log Cabin to relax and have freshly prepared food after shooting. Highly recommended

Unknown to the company, I have ASD and due to the friendly ‘non-pushy’ nature of the staff who stuck to the schedule with very little waiting around, I had the opportunity to really enjoy my day which I am very happy about. We loved the archery and ultimate quad biking here. It was a lot of fun, we were never rushed, and they had a good system in place during the quad biking that made sure the quicker people at the front going their own speed, and the slower people were at the back without pressure from people behind. I recommend this place!

Came with my son and his buddies for his stag do. FANTASTIC ! We were split into groups and our Trainer Dave was brilliant, last time i shot a shotgun (elsewhere) I had a really poor result. Davids teaching and mentoring gave us all good scores, thank you David. On a blistering hot day with a variety of shooting targets to go at I can heartilly recommend a visit. The other activites were all ongoing and very busy, I m sure everyone had a great day out. Again many thanks from The Foxes Stag !

We went clay shooting for my 50th birthday. Absolutely brilliant.day. We we were looked after from start to end and Barry the instructor was fantastic. Really professional and helpful. We will 100% be going back.

Went on the 9 mile quad trek on two seperate occasions and they were both excellent days out. Really doesn’t matter if you’re novice or advanced, the staff observe your riding skills beforehand and will split you into groups so no-one’s left behind or holding anyone up. . . very well organised. You get a 15-minute safety briefing and kitted out before you ride. The grounds are huge and there’s plenty of other activities to take part in. You can literally spend a whole day here. It is spotlessly clean. All the staff have been lovely and there is a selection of food and drink to choose from. Can’t wait until I go again.
