The staff are on the whole helpful and friendly and the facility are, if a little on the expensive side, very good. However they never answer the phone. I mean ever. Go ahead and try it now to see.

So glad the Jubilee has reopened. I particularly enjoy my swim and, although currently, you have to book I really enjoy it. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Worth joining if you enjoy regular exercise. It is now Aug 2022 and I have continued my membership and swim regularly ever week. Just love it!

This review is based only on visiting the wet changing room area and sauna. Because otherwise I do like using all the other areas of Orford Jubilee like the Gym or the sports hall. Last time I used the sauna the it was probably 2-3 years ago and everything was working as it should and the place was spotless. What a difference now. It is just filthy and disgusting and after just one round in the sauna I gave up and left. ......Cold showers not working , rubbish everywhere, no toilet paper and I could continue..... few months later upgrading from 2 to 4 ⭐️, because I have visited the gym few times and it is nice and spacious, maybe a bit cold due to air conditioning, but thumbs up 👍

I could not believe the amount of water that has gathered in the car parking area's. Some spots where so deep in water they couldn't be used. The hub itself was fine and the covid booster team were great.

With my wife having an appointment very airy and bright, nice and clean the staff are busy but friendly. A Subway on the bottom floor watching the dog walkers on the field, a pleasant place considering it busy with people attending appointments

Went gor covid booster. Absolutely no signs to direct you.... oh actually there is, sending you to the back of the building that is locked up.

I joined a few weeks ago an live 25 mins away but I am happy to drive to such a lovely place. The staff are really friendly and helpful! My daughter stays in the creche and the women do a fantastic job of taking care of her and she loves it there. I cant recommend this place enough. I read some reviews which made me weary of joining but I'm so glad I did!

I go here for their classes. Sadly, the ones I really like are generally over-subscribed and the website is not much good, so I often can't get a space. This is really disappointing and means that my membership is expensive for what I can attend. As a result, I now have to travel further afield to other Livewire facilities for classes and only go to Orford (which is closest to home) on a Monday. Booking online is tricky and many people resort to phoning, which means the phone lines are always busy and there is a long wait to be answered. The car park is a joke when it's raining. Recently at least a third was under SO much water that it was unusable. It looked like a river had burst it's banks! The staff are helpful and Lorraine on the front desk is fab. Unfortunately, there is always a queue there too. The library is okay!

I was at Orford jubilee to get my second injection the que was quite long but it soon went down it was after having it I didn't like when you have to sit down for 15,min but never mind it is better to be safe then sorry

I enjoyed my time at the gym but I felt the opening hours at the weekend were not ideal, I'm talking about livewire in general. I also don't know how they can justify charging 32 a month if you just want to use the gym.

Only every used the pool which is nice and big 25M and plenty of early morning and late night sessions, some nights open till 10pm which is great if you're working. My only down comment on this place is that the changing rooms often look like they haven't been cleared, granted this could say more about the people who use them than the frequency they are cleaned but the same can often be said for the pool. Whilst it's mostly clean i've had more than one "situation" where hairballs have attacked me and dare i say i may have even eaten one.... I once had a debate with myself for a week about if i was seeing the same used plaster or if in fact someone had lost it each day... I swim in the Quays so a little dirt is ok but still would be nice to have a swim without a wig attacking ya feet.

I have been a member of various gyms before in Warrington and so far this one gives me the best value as I am using the gym, sauna, steam room, squash courts, classes and tennis in Birchwood. I just wish they would up the prices by let's say£2, so they could afford better cleanliness. At the moment it is the only thing that really shocks me every time I walk in the wet area (swimming pool, showers, toilets, sauna, steam). I have left some positive feedback before at the centre about the overall score and what I thought about the cleanliness but nothing has changed. Sad, what a great value centre it could be!
