Highly recommend it. Perfect for golf and none golf players. The food was great and the staff were really polite. We had a big office group and a dedicated trainer was assigned to us. They have our slot booked and we reached on time and didnt have to wait and started off. It was a great fun, a must visit to this nice place.

1st time going for me and the family but we had a really good time. Decided to get the fast track and go for an early slot which was a good move as it got really busy. We didn't expect the 1st game to take 2 hours lol but once we got in the swing of it (excuse the pun) we got much faster. Staff were all really friendly and helpful especially as we didn't realise you should keep everyone's balls separate and needed to start again. Overall a great day out

Fun. Plenty of parking. La re gw area and set up is good. Takes a while to sort to pay and get table/area given. The staff are peppy and helpful. Holly was lovely. You really need to know what you're doing when you first get there. Cards inserted for basket of balls, take them to your table, always remember to inset ball to machine on play area so it registers when you hit it out! Enjoy!! Full of very many young people !!!

Second visit to Topgolf, good fun interactive gameplay with music, food and drink all as you need it. Really great atmosphere place to go. Highly recommended for a group evening out for everyone. 4 stars instead of 5 because I have two frustrations which I'm sure most people share. The parking is a nightmare, you may well have booked a time slot and be paying £18 a head for a couple of games but you have to park on a bank, up a hill, along a stream most of the time as the carpark and overflow is always rammed. Second is the need to pay to skip a 3 hour queue.

Had great fun at Top Golf with my son today. Never been so was a new experience for me as I hadn't hit a golf ball for over 15 years but this experience has rekindled my passion. Electronically tagged balls let you know when and where you have hit a target and what points are due. A great fun game and use the QR code on your table to order food and drink which is brought to you. Join up for £24 and get 4 free games & as a game comprising of 20 balls is £8 then you have made a saving straight away! We intend to make this a regular thing and as there is also an 18 hole crazy golf ⛳️ course there too then all the family can join in. Give it a go, it's addictive & you won't regret it.

Amazing place! Very enjoyable and great price. You can order food and drink to the table and getting set up is very fast. The only improvement would be a way to fill in joining details online and printing the card there, but this only matters on the first time. Will come here time and time again

Came here with my friends and we had a fantastic time! We did wait quite a long time for our bay, but we passed the time with drinks and food! The games were super fun, and lasted a about 40 minutes each. Tyler was super helpful and was friendly! All the other staff were friendly also. Would definitely return!

Top golf is great fun for anyone. Even if you think you are not so good at golf. There’s no right or wrong! Food is very good, drinks and many staff available to take orders from you and very attentive. A drink or two makes the game more fun!

Golf is really good fun and the staff are ha,ppy to help as much as they can but certain rules take away good feeling from the experience, when booking 2 or 3 lanes as a group these lanes are not always together and we ended up getting split up, which takes away the social experience with friends. When our friends next to us finished they came and sat on our table to finish there drinks, and was then told they wasn't allowed at our table as there is only allowed 6 people per bay, this Spoilt the occasion and our friends just left, for the money it costs these rules need to be more flexible to allow people to enjoy themselves Also toilets was disgusting and I didn't see signs of regular cleaning, considering there is probably 200 plus people in the place at the time we was there, there should be regular check and cleans considering there is dining also.

We came here on my birthday and ordered some food whilst waiting for our bay. Josh served us at our table and heard it was my birthday. Later on he arrived at our table with churros and a message “happy birthday” written in chocolate on a slate. It was a really nice thing to do and made my day even better! A really fun experience with golf! The waiting time is pretty long on average to get a booth - but the virtual queue is helpful - I'd recommend going for dinner somewhere nearby once you've joined the virtual queue, and return close to when you're number 3 or 2. It can be hard on weekends to get parking as well.

It was a lovely experience. Been here about 3 times but this time stood out. It was previously my birthday and we were talking to one of the workers, we were talking about a subject we were all interested in and I told her it was my birthday a few days ago. A few minutes later she brought out some caramel churros and chocolate sauce with strawberries design inspired by stranger things (the subject we were talking about) didn't manage to get her name but it was lovely and staff were amazing! Great fun, would recommend pre booking but we just turned up and didn't have too long to wait as we arrived at about 10:30. We played 2 games, Topgolf and Topbreak, would highly recommend Topbreak if you fancy a bit of a challenge. I would also recommend the breakfast bap which is a bit different with sausage, scrambled egg, bacon and tater tots. The staff particularly the ones in red jackets were very helpful. My drink was taken from my table even though it was only half full! It was replaced with a full drink though so no complaints and overall it was a great experience

A classic topgolf with all the regular bits and experiences, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I always have a good time here. However, it is plagued with yobs hanging around and creating a negative atmosphere that the staff do nothing about. I will say as well the tables are disgustingly sticky and either are not cleaned or the cleaner they are using is useless. I was there with friends, it was good fun, but waiting time for bay it's to long (we was waiting 3h to start playing). On place is bar with alcohol and some food. Staff is nice and helpful. Probably for next time we just book bay on advance (£50) to save time.

Ohh man! Truly happening place. Each & every visitor of UK must must visit place & try a really new experience of Golf sport. Lovely place. Try nachos there, in less price you will get lots of nachos. At least three people can easily eat it. I forgot exact name of a hot chocolate shake but it was really delicious too. I think millennium hot chocolate with golden balls, must try that. Please remember, its too heavy. So you can order 1 between 2.

I went to play golf with my partner and in laws, it was a good time but if you don’t book in advance the wait time is very long. We was waiting for over an hour to play, I honestly believed some people was purposely taking long to play knowing that others are waiting. They take forever to bring your drinks to you at the table but when you play, you get it quickly. We ordered nachos which was actually really nice and when we finally got to play golf we had a good laugh. It was fun overall but be prepared to wait a while if you don’t go early

Love this place, it doesn't matter how good you are, no one cares, it's all for fun. Service is a bit hit and miss, if you want to order from your bay,even at quiet times, and on more than one occasion we have had to ho and find someone. But it doesn't spoil your fun, its all good

Been here plenty of times and although you could argue it's expensive per ball (£4.80 per game worth 20 balls) it probably shouldn't be compared to driving range prices as this is far more fun. A game between 3 or 4 players can easily last an hour so when you look at it like that; £25 for 2 games, 2 beers and some food is cheap evening out and very enjoyable. Recently we took our office staff on a night here and was really impressed. The food was amazing and way beyond what we were expecting. We had 2 trolleys worth of food between our 3 bays and the staff regularly checked to see if we needed more drinks. This is a really good date night, laugh with a few mates or for a corporate work doo.

Was quite busy today due to hot weather and World Cup but otherwise this is a great place to just wack some balls... You don't need to be a pro, its just for laughs. Not very expensive and food on the side to help the day go by. I ordered red velvet prawns which I think is slightly wierd, I'm still not sure what the red velvet part was about but it tasted OK. Freak shake wasn't amazing but the normal milkshakes were pretty good.

If you want to have a laugh, few drinks, food, music and play golf, I would recommend this place. They even show live sport so you can watch it while you play. During the colder days make sure you are wrapped up. It does get a bit cold. They do have an overhead heater but it is tiny

Spent the day with a couple of good friends. We booked our time slot and everything went according to plan as described in their schedule. It's a lot of fun and we were not hurried into finishing our game for others to play which I really liked. Def worth a visit if you fancy knocking a few golf balls without the 10 mile hike of a golf course. ⛳

Great first visit. Rezwan provided a thorough introduction to myself and my husband and explained the memberships and discounts. Went before 5pm on a weekday for a walk-in visit, didn't have to wait too long for the bay to become empty but you can book a fast-track visit in advance online. You can choose to play upstairs or downstairs, each has their own waiting time unless you've booked a specific slot. Before heading out, you pass machines that hold the balls. Using your membership card here provides an adequate number of balls for the games you have bought. Learning how to play was a bit confusing but take your time and use the screen for guidance. If you're playing with 2-5 players, place 5 balls into the reader at a time - we made the mistake of placing all the balls in at once and it didn't allow us to play "together" so we alternated every 5 balls while scoring for the same person. Wrap up warm, especially if visiting during the winter months. There are heat lamps but you are outdoors and it gets cold. You can scan the QR code on the table to order food. Our drinks didn't arrive with our food so my husband had to go in and ask where they were, but they did finally arrive. Enjoyed it and will definitely be back again!

The wait times are always suspicious at this place, it could be that it's just busy, but our position in the queue gets stuck for a long time and then jumps a couple numbers. It's as if they want you to buy drinks and food while you wait. That and the price of 20 balls being the price of 100 at a normal driving range are the only problems. All that stuff aside, the games, staff service and venue are generally very good here.

Great golfing experience with a fun points system only let down by massive delays. Been here a couple of times before and the last was on a Sunday at about 5:30 pm. It was pretty busy inside, probably because it was the weekend. We went to the Bay Check In desk and were told that there was a 'max' wait of 2 hours. For a 1st floor bay on top, we'd be 30th in the queue and for a ground floor one, 23rd! Reluctantly, I booked the top as I've been here before and felt it's better than playing from than the bottom. We sat and ordered 1 chilli cheese fries, a plate of nachos and water (Water is free!). Be prepared, the portions here are large and suited to sharing but nevertheless, the food is brilliant. The nachos were amazing! Melted cheese on top with guacamole, sour cream and salsa dips. The chilli cheese fries were good too, in contrast to McDonald's, they seemed like they were straight from the potato. Less fried topped with a bean chilli. It wasn't very spicy though and tasted mild. The wait was excruciating. Finally, at around 9 pm (3.5 hours later!) we got our cards and got the text for our bay. The system is easy to use. You put a basket on a machine and use your card to load 20 balls per game. Make sure you know who's basket is who's (easy way is to place something of yours in the basket without forgetting to retrieve it later). To get started you put a ball into the reader which registers it. Then tee up and score points by the various targets. Whether you're a beginner or Rory McIlroy, it's an effortless way to have fun. Overall an enjoyable experience only let down by the prolonged wait. They should possibly invest in more bays to reduce the wait times. Will be back again... but earlier! Pros: -Brilliant way to play golf for everyone -Delicious food in generous portions, perfect for parties -Food served on tables whether waiting or golfing -Tracked balls providing useful individual statistics -Choice of the driving range or Adventure Golf -Lifetime Saver card option with 4* free games Cons: -Colossal wait for golf bays -Toilets with wet floors that needed cleaning -Price of Saver cards *Offer correct at the time of writing.

I always have a good time when heading down to TopGolf, great driving range and good fun for all ages This venue can get REALLY busy, so if your not booking head down in plenty of time as you could be waiting for a booth for a while. the car park isn't big so you may have to park on the side of the drive or on the edges of the carpark.

We were here on Tuesday (29th Aug) around 2pm, as it was still school holidays, no offers were available. We got a bay immediately on the lower level, would have to queue for the upper level (9th in the queue). Glad that we got the lower level at the end, it was much better for first timers. A game of 20 balls was enough for newbies and we enjoyed it. We did see some people walking around showing others how to play, would have been better if they came to us too as we were obviously beginners whereas the topgolf guy seemed to focus on people whom already knew how to play.. The service was good and quick. The food is mediocre and the fries were soggy but you don't really come here for food. Overall, we spent 2 hours there for 1 game with the 4 of us.

We had a great time at Topgolf Watford. We visited on a Sunday evening and waited around 30-45 mins to play. During this time we ordered some really good Oreo milkshakes. The game was super fun and really family friendly. Although there were some rowdy drunk lads playing next to us who even walked onto the pitch at one point. There really should be better security. All in all a good experience and I’d definitely return.

A good way to spend an hour or two with the kids when it’s raining. As usual with golf, it can be frustrating! Drinks reasonably priced although the table service was slow and the waitress spilled half of one drink all over the table. She just shrugged this off and I had to ask for the drink to be replaced. I also had to mop up the mess as she then vanished not to be seen again.

Food was good service a little slow and golf was extremely slow had to wait over 2 and a half hours I understand it may be peak times but I highly suggest to make it fair for everyone to have a go and a good time cap the time to 1hr - 1hr 30mins so others can have a go thats the only negative thing which is such a shame.

My partner and I celebrated our 6th anniversary here last week and it made the end of such a special day so much better! The food was delicious, portions really generous and the drinks are to die for (try a freak shake, you won’t regret it). The staff were all so so friendly, getting us an extra ball when I accidentally hit it before registering it, helping us with our double buggy up and down the steps and to top it all off they surprised us with a personalised happy anniversary dessert which really made our night so much more perfect. Maddie was the one that organised all of this so a massive big thank you to you if you’re reading this!!! Your hospitality is really what made our night :) We were surprised that our top gold cards still worked and had “free sessions” left on it as we hadn’t been in a good couple of years and got the cards way over 4 years ago!!! So it’s nice that they didn’t time out! We will definitely not wait so long to return again as it was such a laugh! Fun fact, Watford is the world first ever TopGolf!!!

Also their registration system didn't seem to have any addresses from later than the 1950s which was pretty ridiculous as all three of us had to use my address when we created our memberships. Overall great fun tho, just don't expect any decent food or for them to actually find your address on their system unless it was from circa 1900...

Top golf is amazing !..you pay around £7 for a game and the vibe is quite nice.. there is a bar and restaurant to catch some drinks and food.. the golf clubs are provided so don't need to bring your own!.. the only annoying thing about the place is you can pre book so you have to go there and wait for your number..on Friday and Saturday night, expect to wait 2-3 hours for your turn !

Can't exactly rate the experience, on a normal Saturday, we waited 5 hours for a Bay. Eventually ended up just playing minigolf (at the same venue) and leaving as it got to 9pm and would have ruined our evening plans. So be aware that this is definitely a rediculously busy branch. Topgolf really needs to have an online queuing system/ timed slot booking system.

We called up to book and was informed we didn't have to as "it wasn't that busy today" when we arrived, there was nowhere to park and aboit 45 minute wait. Gentleman at the desk had an "i dont care" attitude. Didnt make eye contact until at the end of talking at us. 2nd desk, the lady was very polite and inviting. When we finally made it to the desk to pay, the lady serving us spoke very quietly and then looked as if she was getting annoyed as we had to ask politely for her to repeat herself several times. We sat and ordered food and drinks and out waitress was bubbly and very polite. The text messaging service was confusing, we received our text to go to a bay ( we wasn't informed which bay) ended up in a bay upstairs (number 40), set up and then 5 minutes into our 1st game, relieved a text to tell us that bay 9 was set up and ready for us. Food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Overall had a nice day out. I just feel that there could be a feel little things improved to make the overall experience that bit better.

So we were given a added side of our choice for the inconvenience of the wait when we got seated for food. All staff were incredibly apologetic and helpful. This is about a 45 minute drive from my house. Usually busy and have to wait However staff are freindly and honest. Parking is available a lot of the time car park is full. Entrance to car park is very narrow and tight. Usually you can have foid food and drinks and a laugh when playing golf.

Assistant manager Sara was great at creating a resolution and gave us a refund and made the food again so it was hot and complimentary hot drinks. Even stayed with us to make sure it tasted ok. Great golf facility, but, most of the time for the top floor, you will be waiting for 15 - 30 minutes to get a bay, but, that can be avoided by coming on a weekday. Went there with family on a sunny Sunday afternoon, the place was buzzing, we had to wait outdoors for a little while where we ordered some food and drinks. Had a wicked night last night, I really wanted to give 5 stars due to the service Razwan at front desk gave us. He was very friendly and helpful. The only downfall was the fact that they closed down our game as it was near closing time. We only had 4 shots left and there were four of us playing. They should allow customers to finish their current game and then shut down everything. I understand people would like to go home after their shift but there's nothing worse than being rushed out of your moneys worth. If I have paid for two games, I expect to complete both games paid for, as that is fair!

Went to top golf with my company for a work social and it was brilliant. The venue was great, the game was fun, and everyone just had a really good time. The reason I decided to leave a review is specifically for the fact that the staff were so accommodating and helpful with my dietary requirements. As part of our package, we had a burrito buffet (which everybody said was amazing). Unfortunately, as I'm vegan, I couldn't eat most of the food. Before the food came out, a member of staff came and asked who the vegan was, as we had told them prior to our arrival that there would be one. He came over with the menu and had circled everything that was vegan, pointing out the ingredients and telling me that they would alter specific things so as to make them vegan friendly. They went out of their way to make sure that I had something to eat, which I was not expecting at all (I would have been happy with salad). I know it's a small thing, but anybody with dietary requirements will appreciate how rare this is, and it just made the whole experience more enjoyable than it already was! I would absolutely recommend!

Not so sure why so many negative reviews my experience was a good one. Yes there was a wait to get a bay but it was a Saturday and it was busy. The staff were plentiful and offered help and answered my queries. We waoted about 30 minutes for a bay which we then occupied for 2 hours and even stopped playing so we could have a bite to eat. The food was very nice and not to badly priced. The only complaint I do have is wht isnt there any top golf's further north then I wouldnt have to travel so far.

Watford hasn't got many good places to take visiting guests but top golf is a good start. Games vary in price but if you go earlier in the day the prices are very reasonable. Aim to play on the top balcony for a better view and range but ground level works too. It's easy to play, but takes skill to be good. I'd never held a golf club before but managed to hit the golf balls into a few holes and score point but more than that we had a laugh. Great for small groups as you can chat between goes. Not ideal in the winter or if raining, you are under shelter but if the wind is in the wrong direction you'll know about it and you are ultimately outside.

The Vegetarian and I had a couple of games left over from the Surrey match so decided to get at it. We arrived at 11am and walked straight on. Monday's (or prob any weekday outside of school hols) are quiet which is great if you don't want to wait around. Top Golf is a great half day out, fun, competitive and prices similar to Ten Pin bowling outlets. We ordered food after we had played and the Vegetarian had her eyes on the Halloumi wrap from the get go. She advised me that it was a good portion for the money (£6) that includes skin on fries. I went with the vegetable skewers which came with rice and slaw and a portion of loaded tatter totts. All in all, really good fun.

It's okay, once you actually get in. It used to be different here and you would be able to arrive and get a game in a flash, but I guess they have driven the business and the place has become much more popular. Especially with the younger crowd on Friday/Saturday nights as the place is like a nightclub!! A little odd for a driving range but hey, whatever brings in the cash. It's just a shame that they have forgotten about the people who just want to come along as a one off and have a quick game. Arrived twice lately to be greeted by the extremely young and obnoxious girls on the newly instated "None Shall Pass" desk just inside the entrance, to be told that we had to wait 2 hours for a game. One time on a Sunday afternoon!! Ok, I thought, fair play.. we didn't book. Phoned up the next day to book a bay and be prepared, only to be told that you can only book if you hold a gold membership -.- Basically the place is virtually inaccessible to anyone wanting a one off game over the weekend. Big shame.
