J. C.West Herts ABC is an excellent environment to develop your fitness and boxing. The gym is clean, tidy and has all you need to train. More importantly, Coach Saud and Joseph are welcoming, fair and full of knowledge and experience. This gives anyone they teach the confidence to reach their goals, be it either fitness or boxing. Highly recommend to come, meet and train with the team 💪

Coach Saud and Coach Joseph are great , really put you through your paces while teaching the fundamentals of boxing and creating a friendly environment for all ages , colours , genders and creed ! Lots of sessions throughout the week for all abilities and top class facilties. Couldn't recommend enough !

S. S.My 7 year old and myself have been training weekly with Coach Joe at West Herts ABC. I have only great things to say! The gym is excellent, it is well located with all accommodations and equipment needed. Coach Joe is a fantastic trainer: not only is he a highly experienced coach that can can help develop fitness and boxing skills, he is wonderful with kids, my son keeps saying that "Joe is the best". I highly recommend West Herts!
D. D.Been going for a few weeks now doing sessions with Joseph and I've got to say it's been great. The gym is in excellent condition and they have all the equipment you can think of. I would highly reccomend anyone thinking about it to get involved. The private sessions have been varied and included a mix of fitness and boxing techniques. Joseph has tailored everything to suit my goals. Great club great trainers great fitness!!

S. N.Great coaches. My daughters have been pushed out of their comfort zone and are loving every minute of it. The coaches have made the sessions tough but so enjoyable. They never complain about going to a lesson and have grown in confidence. Highly recommend West Herts ABC.
H. S.Absolutely brilliant! My daughter enjoys gymnastics and wanted to give boxing a try. The staff were so friendly and the class so enjoyable that she was hooked. She had asked to drop gymnastics and has been ready, pushing us out the door so we're not late when it comes to boxing class time. The only downer for us is that she would like to go more often than once a week. On that plus, as a teen girl, she's been made to feel very welcome and the class is very mixed, with the coaches ensuring they push each student to their potential. I can't recommend it highly enough. Thank you for providing this great activity, we love it.
