Came here as part a stag do, Had a really good laugh. Really kept grounds, and superb facilities. As the owner proclaimed, he had the best beer garden in York, I’d tend to agree with him. Reasonably priced drinks and a great atmosphere. I’d certainly go back. Thanks guys!

Went with my partner & 3 children over Easter, had a fab time. Parking onsite. A lovely welcome by the host, explained the course, facilities etc. Fun for all ages & abilities. Kids loved it. Course is lovely. Really nice bar area in & outdoors. We had a couple of beers at the end on the terrace. Boys played pool, daughter went on the swings. We could have stayed all afternoon in the beer garden if one of us wasn't driving. Will definitely go again.

Really great day. Would recommend this to anyone. Absolutely no skill required as long as you're up for a laugh. Lasted about 90 mins as the website said, and this felt like exactly the right amount of time. Friendly staff although one did make an inappropriate comment which I hope doesn't happen again.

We went as a family of 4 adults ranging from 20's - 50's. It was great fun and ee all really enjoyed it. The course is a lovely green space and is well maintained. Sat in the sunshine with a drink aftetwards;a lovely way to spend a Sunday afternoon. 😊

Great fun for about 15 of us of varying athletic abilities. Good group activity for mixed abilities - easy to play for non-sporty types but also lots of fun for the super-competitive footballers (and golfers) in the group.

We were looking for something to do for 5 blokes and came across this little gem, first time playing footgolf and didn’t know what to expect, the owner was brilliant, staff were great, onto the course, a fantastic 15 hole course ranging form short holes to a tricky par 5, after finishing we stopped and had a few beers in three bar and played a couple games of pool, absolutely incredible setup and we all went away talking about the place, whenever we are back in York we will definitely be back!!!!

2nd date perfect, I only lost by 8 kicks.... It really was a lovely hour, very gentle exercise, great location, very quiet, perfect to be able to just walk and talk, my only criticism and please don't be offended was that there are not 18 holes as per "golf" , could of given me chance to beat him!! Absolutely brilliant experience. We went on Friday as part of a stag party. The staff were amazing and couldn't have been more accommodating. The course was brilliant and everyone involved enjoyed it. Thank you once again for getting the stag party off to an amazing start

Brilliant, we did it as a group of 20 lads, split up into groups of 5 and made our way round, good course with plenty of different holes, only 9 holes to go round but I think 18 would be too many, good selection of different beers on draft and bottles, would benefit a caddy flying round in a golf cart selling beers when you don't take enough with you. Recommended to anyone well spent £12.

We had a fun family day. Really appreciated the warm welcome. Loved getting outdoor exercise on a beautiful course, hearing the birds singing and seeing the trains whizz by. Our 5-year-old thought it was great too, aided with a few snacks to keep him going. Course took us 1.5 hours. Looking forward to going again as a family and as an adult group with a few beers :)

We really enjoyed footgolf, both Dad and 7 year old loved being able to kick a football in a big space!. Staff were very helpful as we had not been before. 15 holes was a good length of course through well kept grounds. Nice to sit outside for refreshments afterwards as well.

A very friendly welcome to a dedicated FootGolf course; no sharing with snooty golfers. A very nice course, that was well designed and maintained. Our group aren't footballers by any measure, but we had just as much fun as the lads on a Stag Do behind us, and the young family behind them. Everyone should give this a go. You may not have golf clubs, or have had golf lessons, but we can all kick a ball around.

Despite it being a wet day, we had a great family day out. We had a polite and friendly welcome at reception, and the course is long enough and with enough variety to keep most people interested. There are 15 holes in total and it took us (family of 4) around 1 and a half hours to complete. Good value for money when compared to some other footgolf courses too. I’m sure we will be back!

We went as a large family on the Easter Monday. The owner was really good and extremely welcoming. We had an absolute blast of a time and enjoyed every minute of playing. Unfortunately one of our party managed to lock their keys in the car and we were stuck que the owner who again was very helpful allowed us to stay until rescue arrived and even stayed open until they did. The owner is an absolute gentleman and I would highly recommend this place. Thank you for all your help.

We had a stag weekend booked and kicked it off with footgolf here. We were a group of 9 lads from the wirral and had a great day in the sun, the host was great and really down to earth and there was plenty of witty banter from the beginning. The course itself was great and well maintained. The drink was reasonably priced and the sausage and bacon bap was really good. A fantastic start to our stag weekend!! Thank you

Very pleasant staff, was a little late due to traffic but very accommodating. Only downside was the charge for balls! Didn't see this posted anywhere on web site. If you go and don't want to be charged, take you own. Charge was £1 per ball.
