I. K. S.Had a couple of 1-1 sessions with Bradley, who a is a knowledgeable and patient coach, breaks things down and makes them nice and simple to follow, very encouraging and just a nice guy! Evening group session was great as well, everyone is very friendly and welcoming!
P. E.If you love tennis, that's a great local club with 6 astroturf courts. Centrally located, in a beautiful setting close to the river! I joined a few months ago; the two coaches and fellow members have been very friendly and helpful in integrating me to the club. Weekly club play sessions organised, numerous opportunities to practice, socialise, and meet other players.
H. C.I can only comment on the junior section as I am not an adult member, but my children (4 & 6) have been going for the past year.
John and his team offer tennis camps covering all the school holidays and they have been brilliant. They run from 0900-1630 (I think!) which allows two full time parents to carry on working.
Clearly our number one priority was for the kids to be looked after and have fun. They have far exceeded this. They are getting pretty good at tennis and really look forward to going to the club. This is entirely due to the enthusiasm and commitment of all the coaches.
Today my son fell over into a puddle whilst playing and got covered in mud. They dried him off and when I collected him he was in a complete change of clothes that John had in his car. He looked great in his pink joggers!
If you want piece of mind that your children are going to be well looked after, keep active and learn fundamental ball skills and hand-eye coordination then you could do a lot worse than send them here. That's exactly what we will be doing come the summer holidays!
