Great place to shop spent some time shopping and got everything i wanted at affordable prices. Would definitely make time to come back for the Christmas special

Good quality clothes, furniture and food! Everything here is good. There is a nice cafe on the 2nd floor too. The toilets are big and clean. You get a good quality selection of cheese here too. Staff are helpful.

Pleasant and helpful staff in the shop. It is a pity that the restaurant’s quality is so inferior to the quality of the shop. We had sandwiches, rolls and drinks which were good value for money but the chips were disgusting. We ordered two portions. They only brought one bowl ( half emptied ) which had reheated soggy chips. When I reminded them that we had ordered and paid for two portions, they took a wee while and brought a full bowl of just made chips, not perfect chips, but totally different to the previous one. Customer service must improve.

Clotted cream scone with strawberry jam and a smooth late. Marks and Spencer tea room is maybe in need of a deep clean around the skirtings, but the service is always delightful, with smiling and helpful servers and back staff. Prices are on the average side for in town eateries, good selection of "home-baked" goodies, along with a small range of midday meals. Sandwiches and salads are also available. Will be back to review the cleaning in a bit.

Amazing selection of food. Very high quality too, much healthy options available. Meal deal could do with more selection, seemed to only be on offer for M&S own brand. Staff are very kind and friendly. You never have to wait long to be served at the tills.

Store is very well laid out and I hadn't been there since they opened the cafe upstairs. A welcomed addition! Had a lovely coffee and cake there. Very well organised for social distancing and hand sanitizing etc too. Only slight problem was when I was queuing at the checkout in the food department. All the checkout operators were off or going off except for one. There were a few of us queueing and although the operator apologised for the wait, I felt the supervisor could have had replacement staff on the checkouts before the others all left. Apart from that, I enjoyed my visit and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Brilliant M and S the best staff member by far is Michael O'conner! He was so helpful and friendly. He helped me round the store and helped me pick two items of clothing and held them for me then brought me to get some food and very kindly put it through the cash machine himself before escorting me in the nicest possible way out of the store. In fact he got me a taxi home and made sure I was in it safely. Such a kind young man! I didn't know there were people still like this! He is a credit to the store and the name Marks and Spencer! Which is a great store too! Great produce and excellent clothing!

Typical modern M&S store well-stocked with lots of tempting goodies on display and very helpful staff. My only complaint is the curry meal choices are way too chicken-oriented, and the said chicken is not labelled free-range, and is therefore rubbish (we've all seen the documentaries on how farmers generally get paid a few pence per chicken). More lamb, beef or fish curries would be very much appreciated.

It's M&S expensive food lovely staff but some of the customers manners are something else. Because I was using a walker doesn't mean you can bump me out the way. The cleaning station I found the kitchen roll for wiping trollies and baskets have been neatly folded - Only in M&S

Went to the restaurant for a drink. It seems to be a meeting haunt for old women. Because every other department store has closed down, everyone is flocking to Mark's and Spencer and their restaurant. I found it too noisy, the staff chucking cutlery and cups and dishes noisily, and all the old women cackling and talking at each other at the same time. Ir was like being in an old, industrial factory canteen full of fishwives

This Marks and Spencer is so handy for me on my way home from the railway station. The food section is amazing so much choice and some very good deals. Upstairs is more to do with household items but the prices are competitive. The staff are more than helpful.

Have never been overly impressed with M & Ss own products, maybe I haven't got a "mature" palate?, but I do enjoy trying their local produce which is more often than not very good, staff are always helpful, polite & informed, from someone that only shops because it's a necessity M&S have never made me visit my dark side,(which is a very good thing)it's also situated in an extreamly handy location.

The store has a very large food section with a delicious variety of fresh food, ready meals, etc. The store all has Childrens clothes and various homeware products. There is also a selection of greetings cards and magazines. I can highly recommend their Maple Syrup, it is DELICIOUS!!

This is a very nice M&S regulary use it and all the staff are lovely ! I accidentally picked up a more expensive bottle of wine than what I usually get and they returned it no bother Bruce was lovely and one day one of my bags burst at the self service till just as I was leaving very embarrassing and they gave me one free of charge which was a lovely gesture ! Well done M&S pleasure to shop here !

I was shopping here today 9/1/20 with my wife who selected a pair of shoes and boots to try on, when asking the shop assistant for a shoe horn she was told there wasn't one. That's two sales you missed out on today M&S.

Ok store, a bit confusing and difficult to find things plus lighting is a bit harsh. Otherwise everything you'd expect from a M&S store. Parking on site for a fee.
