Hi, called at your express store in Aberystwyth, I asked Georgia if she could help me I wanted to return a parcel to John Lewis, she was filling the shelves when I asked, she took us to the machine and explained very clearly in what we had to do . Not a broad range of products, but all the most common ones are available. Everyday, there's a decent amount of discounted items to pick from, as well. Staff are very kind, particularly the bald guy who's often at the till (sorry pal, forgot your name). Updates. Up to 4 stars because of the exceptional customer service. Again, I have to praise the ever smiling Kevin (I hope that's the right name) who often serves client at the till. He's always got a nice thing to say, always willing to have a quick chat. Very friendly. Thanks. He should get a promotion!

Staff are really good.Always helpful and friendly-I dont like the self service machines,i prefer to be served by a person-the staff are really warm and welcoming.
