Waheed and team are very knowledgeable. I had an issue with my sinus for years and nothing was working. He did a full assessment and recommended some natural herbal products and recommended a few changes in diet. After a month I could see improvement in my symptoms. I would highly recommend him and his team.

After suffering for years with very painful aching swollen legs caused by blood pressure "medication" i become immobile. The dose was continually increased as it became less effective. The so called "side effects" played down by doctors, saying they were "unwanted" "side effects" ignored my suffering. I became allergic thankfully and had to stop taking them. After four weeks my hugely swollen legs became skinny legs! But i was still getting aches and pains, and areas of slight swellings on my lower legs. I turned to Pumpernickel's for help and it was given. I'm taking a tincture when needed and my circulation has returned to my legs and the pain and swelling greatly releaved. Wonderful. I can walk normally again for the first time in years. Pumpernickel's supply Natural products, Not chemicals. There are many things to take for various ill health conditions and expert advice is given. They also sell things like ORGANIC tomatoe puree. Ground Organic Cayenne pepper making my vegetable curries very popular with my friends. This is a fantastic shop for health as they are selling natural organic products. I honestly can't find a words that will describe the Owner of the Shop how helpfuly and knowledgeable he is. He helped me reverse all the symptoms of FND, condition with severe chronic pains, non epileptic seizures, paralysis, slured speach and many more horrible sympotms where my GP couldn't do anything.
