D. C.Wow the customer service here is beyond anywhere else I've shopped. Did a full shop, the staff couldn't have been more helpful (Lisa and Melissa) both lovely ladies were so friendly, tried to help me with my shop, got boxes and even treated me to a bottle of staropramen for free!
Love Waitrose, amazing food and honestly with staff like that will always bring me back to shop again.
Other supermarkets should learn.
J. C.A perfectly adequate branch of Waitrose, nicely laid out. Reasonable prices. Car park a bit small though.
t. a.Expensive but quality products. Can testify the bored security staff are most welcoming and have been known to follow round store just because I am not wearing the cookie cutout Ampthill middle class attire that day. Discriminatory harrasment just for shopping is not cool Waitrose.
D. E.The perfect size of supermarket - large enough to have a very good selection but not too lage to make it difficult to find anything. Service, as always with Waitrose is excellent and good quality could not be better.

A. L.The shop is lovely .I have found the staff here to go the extra mile and the check out staff to be all so lovely and friendly .The only thing I must admit I dislike is the car park. It kind of puts me off going to the shop .There's is a very selfish culture here with fellow shoppers not stopping at the crossing ,we nearly got run over twice in one morning !!Not letting you out of either your parking spot or at the junction ( taking turns ) a sense and atmosphere of self entitlement .I'm not sure this is the shops fault but felt it is worth mentioning .With out the regular ordeal in the carpark I would give the shop 5 stars
