M. T.The three younger employees Jack, Naomi and Kyle are very helpful and welcoming. However, Eleanor has consistently been obtuse and rude to me when being served at the tills by her. She scowls and generally shows very poor customer service to me.

R. L.This place is a goldmine, not only a post office with amazing caring staff, but you can collect your deliveroo shopping with priority. The general stock on the shelves and in the fridges is great, inexpensive and a huge vegan range. All the staff are approachable and are super helpful. Really good coop card offers and coupons available.
H. D.I love this shop as it is very well laid out (especially since lockdown) but some of the staff really pull it down. There are two older women who serve and unless you are good friends with them (and chat for ages as the queue builds) they make you feel so unwelcome. The rest of the staff are fabulous (including the post office) and so helpful but those two individuals really need some customer service training.

M.Prices are not great, it's about 20% higher than Tesco or Asda, and the range is very limited, only visit if you have to.
