P. O.Handy shop with decent stock of products. Downside is there is always a long queue for the one till that only ever seems to be operational whilst rude staff on the floor ignore said queues. Very poor customer service levels from majority of staff who see customers as an inconvenience.

s. b.Co-op Finaghy Cross Road, I have no problem with it as hold floor staffs help but still need to be trained concerning their paypoint service and their head office are very unhelpful, even a stone you can water from but their staff colder than ice no compassion even when iin the wrong.
