Not happy about the new self serve tills. Since when is it the customers job to do the job of your employees? Its not like we get a discount for doing what used to be your job. And why do some staff give the impression that serving customers is now no longer their problem? I've had to wait ages before anyone takes any notice of me which isn't helpful when I'm in a hurry.

1st visit since renovation very bright clean and well laid out. Staff welcoming and packed bag for me.

Such a weird lay out for a shop - you'll dander round for a while before finding what you need. Benefits from having a Subway store and petrol station.

Decent shop, fuel is often a bit expensive considering there is a Go Garage 5 mins away. Also, they've now invested heavily in self serve, often having no manned checkouts, which I hate. I will always queue for a till. No discount for scanning it myself

Well its a good store that has nice selection including meats of various kinds,subway,coffee and the deli,which is pretty bad thats my only worry.you have to have a good deli imo.
